Popes
Brother Eric,
Page 170 of your CD book is HUGE.
Just wondering......Constantine became at least somewhat familiar with Christianity through his mother, Helena. Could it be that through her teaching from the scriptures, Constantine eventually became aware of Revelation 17 and the "seven hilled city" destined to unite the world to wage war against the Lord of lords and King of kings, and that is why he vacated Rome and went to Byzantium? Could that be what motivated him to leave all his vestments and Senate (donation of Constantine) and anything that might connect him to that man of sin in a purposeful attempt to shed all onus away from himself and on to another?
And after Caesar Constantine, the "restrainer" left Rome, leaving Rome to the "Man of Sin", the Man of Sin has also realized that he dwells in the "doomed city," and through the Templars and eventually Ignatius, has sought to seize Jerusalem and leave a decoy in Rome, thus shedding the onus away from the Papacy as the Biblical Antichrist as did Caesar?
What seems obvious to me is that God, despite all the Papacy's efforts to move to Jerusalem over the centuries, has made it impossible for the Man of Sin to shed that scriptural onus by moving to Jerusalem and vacating the doomed city on seven hills. God allowed Caesar to vacate Rome because he is not that man. But God has thwarted every attempt of the Papacy to leave Rome, thus not allowing him to shed the onus of his true Antichrist identity and setting up a replacement in Rome in his absence to take the onus away.
Care to comment?
Tom
Dear Brother Tom,
Constantine was a God-hating sinner until the day he was "baptized" and died in Nicomedia, Turkey, as he sickened during his attempted crusade against Persia. He left Rome in 330 AD upon being motivated by the devil, as Satan was makin way to build his papacy with his Bishop of Rome---the pope.
Secondly, I do not believe Constantine was "he who now lets" of II Thess. 2:6-7 (the Restrainer). For the Restrainer has the power to restrain Satan himself from bringing "that man of sin" to power, "that Wicked one whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming, even him whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders . . ." Thus, the Restrainer can be none other than God himself, namely, the Holy Spirit. Whe He is taken out of the way of Satan at "the falling away" (i.e., "the departure"--apostasia) of II Thess. 2:3, then Satan will be able to bring his Babylonian Messiah to total world power sometime after that event. As I have said, that Babylonian Messiah is the coming Man-Beast, the Antichrist, the coming Risen Pope who will be murdered and rise from the dead as per "the working of Satan" to be the Eighth Roman Caesar King of Revelation 17:10.
The Seven Kings of Revelation 17:10-11 are Roman Caesars, literal men not kingdoms. Five have fallen they being Caligula, Claudius, Nero, Vespasian and Titus. The Sixth King, the "one is," was the Caesar at the time of the writing of The Revelation by the apostle John at Patmos in 95-96 AD. That Caesar was Domitian. But the Seventh King has yet to come. He will be killed, and brought back to life as the Eighth King, yet is of the seven, I believing the Seventh coming King to be the risen Seventh King, but completely different as the Eighth King. He will be different in that he will no longer be pope, but the Satan-possessed Man-Beast of Revelation 13:3-10. Clearly, Rome is doomed to be destroyed by the future 10 kings who will be subordinate to the Beast (Rev. 17:12-18).
I cover all of this in my Power Point. If you would like a copy I will give you one since you are on the air and giving much energy to this understanding.
Further, I have heard your position that Michael the Archangel is the pre-incarnate Son of God. This is an error, dear brother, as it impugns the eternality of the Second Person of the Godhead, the Son of God later to become flesh as the Lord Jesus Christ. Please reconsider. Michael is a created archangel; the Son of God now in an eternal human body, was never created for it by Him that all things consist (Col. 1:17).
Lord Bless and keep exposing the Roman Harlot,
Brother Eric

As I have previously pointed out, Paul Krugman is calling for the U.S. and Europe to spend an amount equal to 4% of their gross domestic products on the financial crisis.
Today, Bloomberg notes:
The U.S. government and the Federal Reserve have spent, lent or committed $12.8 trillion, an amount that approaches the value of everything produced in the country last year, to stem the longest recession since the 1930s.
In other words, instead of spending 4% of GDP, the U.S. is committing to spending close to 100%. This dwarfs spending during the New Deal:
For those who argue that much of the trillions being spent today is in the form of loans and guarantees, I would argue that taxpayers will never see most of this money ever again. It is spent, and gone. Indeed, most of the financial giants which the loans were made to are insolvent and will be out of business in a couple of years.

JESUIT'S LONDON H.Q. IN MOUNT STREET, MAYFAIR
Most interestingly: The U.S. Embassy in Grosvenor Square is only a block or two to the north of the Jesuit's London HQ. I hadn't realized this was so close. An obelisk with a diagonally sliced-off peak, ostensibly a war memorial (but quite a modern-looking one) is in the middle of Grosvenor Square. I saw two Muslims in a van pulled over by armed UK Police, looking to setup some unfortunates no doubt!
As you all probably know, Jesuit-serving Masonic U.S. President "Barackenaton" Obama is arriving in London Town around now for the G20 meeting in the Illuminati Architecture pyramid with missing capstone entranced Excel Centre in Docklands, East London.
I had a hard time finding the Scottish Rite Supreme Council of the 33rd-degree for England & Wales, which I believe I've read is in Duke Street at number 10. Duke Street is off the north-east corner of Grosvenor Square (i.e. a stone's throw from the U.S. Embassy). The low numbers, both odd & even of Duke Street are to the north of Oxford Street, at the far end of Duke Street, just up from Selfridges department store. One to sort out for another time I guess.

Obama’s Dictator Status Expands With Firing Of Wagoner
Economic observers staggered at government’s mortal blow to free enterprise
Paul Joseph Watson
Tuesday, March 31, 2009
The staggering spectacle of a sitting President effectively firing the CEO of a private company heralds the beginning of a new phase in the government takeover of free enterprise, according to shocked economic observers.
Obama’s decision to send GM CEO Rick Wagoner packing on Sunday afternoon stunned a previously buoyant stock market into a 250 point drop on Monday as traders struggled to digest the unprecedented move.
This is just the latest expansion of Obama and his administration’s power grab, using the economic crisis created by the central bankers that pull their strings as an excuse to pose as the saviors while completely sinking any chances of a real recovery by not allowing incompetent banks and corporations to fail.
“Remember, as bad as Wagoner’s performance has been over the years, it was the federal government — not shareholders or the board of directors — that threw him under the bus,” points out CNBC’s Larry Kudlow.
Sen. Bob Corker, who argued in favor of a government bailout of GM, called the Wagoner firing “a major power-grab by the White House on the heels of another power-grab from Secretary Geithner, who asked last week for the freedom to decide on his own which companies are ‘systemically’ important to our country and worthy of taxpayer investment, and which are not.”
He added that the move represents “a marked departure from the past,” “truly breathtaking,” and something that “should send a chill through all Americans who believe in free enterprise.”
(ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)
Financial blogger Jeff Schreiber was similarly flabbergasted at the move, noting that the Democrats have taken the Republican’s murder of the economy and turned it into a “killing spree”.
“Today, the CEO of General Motors was fired. Tomorrow, will it be Chrysler? Will it be a bank? A retailer? A small business? Even worse, what of the effects upon individual workers who now find themselves, albeit unwillingly, under the government umbrella?” he writes.
Kudlow highlights the fact that the bailout has everything to do with regulation and centralizing control, and little to do with actually laying the foundation for an economic recovery.
“The big bankers say they are profitable. And with an upward-sloping Treasury yield curve and some market-to-market accounting reform coming from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), the outlook for banks should be getting better, not worse,” he writes. “So why is the Treasury jamming more TARP money down bankers’ throats, especially after announcing a new plan to use private capital to clean up bank balance sheets and solve the toxic-asset problem?”
“It kinda sounds like the Treasury doesn’t want to let go of its new uber-regulator status,” he concludes.
As we have exhaustively reiterated - the bailouts have nothing to do with providing the means for real economic recovery - they are simply the avenue by which the state is seizing complete control over private enterprise. That is why the Obama administration is demanding banks and companies accept more TARP money even if they don’t need or want it.
The Democrats have mimicked the Bush administration’s fearmongering about the war on terror and applied it to the economic crisis, making dire apocalyptic proclamations and guaranteeing they will happen if Congress and the American people don’t support every instance of government intervention.
In league with Bernanke, Geithner, and Paulson before him, they have also used intimidation and bullying tactics, threatening that martial law will be introduced in the U.S. unless lawmakers get with the program and fast-track every power-grabbing measure.
Meanwhile, every single government action has either had no effect or made the situation worse. Before the recent bounce, which is already losing steam, the Dow Jones had lost over 1600 points from the time of Obama’s inauguration to its low on March 9.
In reality, as Ron Paul, Peter Schiff and numerous others have stressed, the only thing that will turn the crisis around is if the government gets its nose out of the business of private enterprise, stops using taxpayer money to prop up zombie organizations, and allows competent banks and companies to pick up the pieces and set an example for a true and sustained recovery.

Study: Abortions Cause Future Relationship Problems, More Domestic Violence
Study: Abortions Cause Future Relationship Problems, More Domestic Violence

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- Some women decide to have abortions because they think having a baby will contribute to problems in their relationship with their husband or boyfriend. However, a new national study finds abortion causes more future relationship problems than carrying the pregnancy to term and parenting.
Dr. Priscilla Coleman, a professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Bowling Green State University headed up the study with Vincent Rue of the Florida-based Institute for Pregnancy Loss and post-abortion researcher Catherine Coyle.
"For both men and women the experience of an abortion in a previous relationship was related to negative outcomes in the current relationship: perceptions of improved quality of life if this relationship also ended and intimate partner violence," they write.
Published in the latest issue of the peer-reviewed medical journal Public Health, the study finds an abortion within a current relationship causes more arguing when discussing future children and more domestic violence -- respective increased risks of 116% and 196%.
After an abortion, partners are 75% more likely to argue about money than when having the baby, argue about the man's relatives 80% more, and there is a 99% increased risk of arguing about the woman's relatives compared to couples who give birth.
"Men whose current partners had an abortion were more likely to report jealousy (96% greater risk) and conflict about drugs (385% greater risk). These results suggest that abortion may play a vital role in understanding the etiology of some relationship problems," the authors explain.
The study also finds abortion increases women's risk of various forms of sexual dysfunction anywhere from 122% to 182%.
The study also found an increased level of domestic violence following an abortion compared with giving birth.
"Male and female respondents who experienced an abortion within the current partnership reported engaging in significantly higher rates of intimate partner violence compared with those who had never experienced an abortion," the study found.
Coleman talked with LifeNews.com about why abortion causes more relationship problems for men and women compared with giving birth.
"Although the precise mechanisms explaining associations between abortion history and relationship difficulties were not examined in this study, there are a number of logical reasons for the associations detected," she said.
"Relationship conflicts arising from an abortion experience may emerge during the decision-making process, adding to earlier conflicts, or new relationship problems may emerge after the procedure," Dr. Coleman explained.
She said that psychological distress taking the form of anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, or substance abuse and guilt for terminating the pregnancy or not wanting/feeling ready to assume the responsibilities of parenting cause relationship problems after the abortion.
Coleman said belief that the relationship is not strong enough to endure raising children, lack of confidence in the other’s ability to parent, and moral or religious objections to abortion also cause future relationship problems following an abortion.
The study's results are strengthened by the use of a large, diverse sample, professional data collection, inclusion of men, and controls for a wide range of demographic and personal history variables predictive of the choice to abort.

End the War on Drugs March
End the War on Drugs March
Rep. Ron Paul, MD. / Texas Straight Talk:
We have recently heard many shocking stories of brutal killings and ruthless violence related to drug cartels warring with Mexican and US officials. It is approaching the fever pitch of a full blown crisis. Unfortunately, the administration is not likely to waste this opportunity to further expand government. Hopefully, we can take a deep breath and look at history for the optimal way to deal with this dangerous situation, which is not unprecedented.
Alcohol prohibition in the 1920’s brought similar violence, gangs, lawlessness, corruption and brutality. The reason for the violence was not that making and selling alcohol was inherently dangerous. The violence came about because of the creation of a brutal black market which also drove profits through the roof. These profits enabled criminals like Al Capone to become incredibly wealthy, and militantly defensive of that wealth. Al Capone saw the repeal of Prohibition as a great threat, and indeed smuggling operations and gangland violence fell apart after repeal. Today, picking up a bottle of wine for dinner is a relatively benign transaction, and beer trucks travel openly and peacefully along their distribution routes.
Similarly today, the best way to fight violent drug cartels would be to pull the rug out from under their profits by bringing these transactions out into the sunlight. People who, unwisely, buy drugs would hardly opt for the back alley criminal dealer as a source, if a coffeehouse-style dispensary was an option. Moreover, a law-abiding dispensary is likely to check ID’s and refuse sale to minors, as bars and ABC stores tend to do very diligently. Think of all the time and resources law enforcement could save if they could instead focus on violent crimes, instead of this impossible nanny-state mandate of saving people from themselves!
If these reasons don’t convince the drug warriors, I would urge them to go back to the Constitution and consider where there is any authority to prohibit private personal choices like this. All of our freedoms – the freedom of religion and assembly, the freedom of speech, the right to bear arms, the right to be free from unnecessary government searches and seizures – stem from the precept that you own yourself and are responsible for your own choices. Prohibition laws negate self-ownership and are an absolute affront to the principles of freedom. I disagree vehemently with the recreational use of drugs, but at the same time, if people are only free to make good decisions, they are not truly free. In any case, states should decide for themselves how to handle these issues and the federal government should respect their choices.
My great concern is that instead of dealing deliberatively with the actual problems, Congress will be pressed again to act quickly without much thought or debate. I can’t think of a single problem we haven’t made worse that way. The panic generated by the looming crisis in Mexico should not be redirected into curtailing more rights, especially our second amendment rights, as seems to be in the works. Certainly, more gun laws in response to this violence will only serve to disarm lawful citizens. This is something to watch out for and stand up against. We have escalated the drug war enough to see it only escalates the violence and profits associated with drugs. It is time to try freedom instead.

You can't waste Time
The Bilderbergers will meet this year in Vouliagmeni, Greece on May 14-17, 2009. Vouliagmeni is 20 miles outside of Athens and the Nafsika Astir palace hotels are meet behind guards at the Westin Nafsika. According to James P. Tucker Jr., the Bilderberg agenda in that will meeting will deal the handling of the global economic crisis (Tucker believes that the Bilderbergers are manipulating the economic crisis for their selfish interests). Of course, the Bilderbergers bash any pro-American fair trade endeavors as equated to "protectionism." The Bilderbergers are internationalists, they view themselves as citizens of the world, and their leaders especially scorn strong nationalism. These are the reasons that they love free trade, whose dogma carried out into the extreme is essential for the plan of world government. According to Jim Tucker, the Bilderbergers don't want the United States and other countries to impose tariffs. Tariffs can equalize competition in trade. The Bildebergers would enjoy the shipping of U.S. manufacturing jobs over seas, while cheap labor is exploited in the Third World. Jim Tucker said that the Bilderbergers want to continue importing products made by slave labor in China and Africa, underselling domestic products. The Bilderberg Group is a secret elitist group that meet each spring at posh resorts. They are protected by armed guards, uniformed police, and the world's intelligence community. Their deliberations are kept secret. They were invented by the pro-Jesuit Joseph Rettinger and Prince Bernard of the Netherlands among others. The Bilderbergers have been exposed greatly in recent years, especially since 2006. The Bilderberg Group have members in the Barack Obama administration. They support the European Union and the regionalism of the North American continent (that can lead into the creation of the North American Union). An Asian Union is growing as well. Some want a real Asian Union by the year of 2015. Bilderbergers have used the man made global warming myth to promote the Kyoto treaty as well (like the U.N.). Tucker is the author of Jim Tucker’s Bilderberg Diary: One Man’s 25-Year Battle to Shine the Light on the World Shadow Government. Tucker is a key expert on the cosmology and history of the Bilderberg Group. So, these groups are being exposed daily.
There are some bad news. Steven Ertelt from LifeNews.com on March 27, 2009 reported that the murderer George Tiller was found not guilty for violating state late term abortion laws. Kansas laws require that a second physician to independently verify that the abortions are supposedly medically necessary. Tiller had relied on an employee to justify the late term abortions. Tiller relied on fellow abortion practitioner Kristen Neuhaus (who was an employee of his) to provide the okay for the abortions instead of using an indepedent physician. Tiller had been charged with 19 counts of violating a state law (that requires an independent physician to sign off on the legitimacy of late-term abortions). However, the jury acquitted him on Friday and made it so he avoided a potential charge of a year in jail or a fine of $2,500 for each count (on which he could have been found guilty). The three men and three women on the jury took less than an hour to hand down the verdict. When it was read, Tiller squeeed his eyes shut for a moment but showed very little emotion. Others were crying and other prayerd as the decision was read. These were members of the pro-life groups of Operation Rescue and Kansans for Life. Of course, the murderer Tiller and his defense attorney Dan Monnat are happy over the verdict. At the trial, which took place of the course of the week, Tiller attorney Dan Monnat told Sedgwick County District Judge Clark Owens and the six members of the jury that Tiller was acting under the approval of Larry Buening, the former director of the medical board (called the Kansas Board of Healing Arts). Tiller pointed to his 1999 conversations with Buening and claimed he said it would be all right for Neuhaus to sign off on the abortions. During the closing arguments, Assistant Attorney General Barry Disney made the case that, despite their claims to the contrary, Tiller and abortion practitioner Kristin Neuhaus had a financial relationship that violated state law. Disney pointed to considerable evidence and Tiller's own admission that he consulted on Neuhaus' fees for signing off on the late-term abortions. The prosecutor also reminded the jury that, on repeated occasions, Tiller referred to Neuhaus' consulting as a relationship where she was his employee or a part of his abortion business. Neuhaus lied and said that the prosecution of Tiller was for political reasons. No, the reason for Tiller's prosecution was because a person ought to be held accountable for illegal abortions simply. The jury was decieved by the defense team and Tiller is still a murderer.
Newt Gingrich has been exposed as an establishment shill for over 10 years now. Now, Newt Gingrich is planning to convert to Roman Catholicism. This is similar to Tony Blair's recent conversion to Catholicism. Catholicism is a religious organization with anti-Christian doctrines from callling the Pope Holy Father (which is blasphemy), calling Mary the Queen of Heaven, and the acceptance of venerating images. Now,Gingrich has been married three times, most recently to a former Hill staff member, Callista Bisek. He was once a Baptist. I'm a Baptist today. Yet, Newt Gingrich is ignorant of the fact of how the Papists have murdered Baptists for centuries. Even some theocratic Protestants presecuted the Baptists because Baptists refused to accept infant baptism among other reasons. It's a disgrace, but apostates are showing their true colors these days. The good news is that now we have exposed these apostate politicans in a great way now (like Jeb bush being a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus). There is of course more than meets the eye with Newt Gingrich. He is famous for committing adultery against his wife while trying to impeach Bill Clinton (when they could of impeach him on Chinagate, Waco, etc.). Newt Gingrich is a member of the occult Bohemian Grove and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He called anyone who claimed that 9/11 was an inside job as out of their mind, which is a lie (He even agrees with the global warming being man-made lie). He loves to go on FOX. New Gingrich has been Rockefeller funded and supports the New Age Tofflerian Third Wave philosophy. That philsophy teaches that traditional morality and the teachings of the Founding Fathers are obsolete and a new sythesis of views must be formed. Gingrich endorses NAFTA, GATT, the WTO, NATO, and the United Nations. Newt Gingrich have criticized the First Amendment when dealing with the war on terror. Therefore, discerning eyes realize what Newt Gingrich's true agenda is all about. It's isn't just about supporting the neo cons. It's about the acceptance of the establishment in imperalism, getting resources plus wealth in order to construct the new world order.
Houston is expanding its Houston National Cemetary in Texas. There is a picture of concrete structures going in the ground with plastic coffin liners. On March 25, Infowars posted a report filed by Shepard Ambellas on an apparent mass grave site under construction at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona. No one knows what the grave sites are for though. Some speculate that they could be utilized for mass graves. Glen Beck is definitely controlled opposition. Recently he called on the shill James Meigs to study whether FEMA camps exists or not. Meigs works for Popular Mechanics (which tried to slander 9/11 Truth, but they are controlled by the Hearst Publishing. The Hearst family promoted yellow journalism to promote the Spanish American war). Meigs is also probably hoping that Beck’s naive audience forgets the fact that Popular Mechanics is infested with “journalists” with direct ties to government, the CIA and Homeland Security. Beck doesn't even expose the new world order by name, so this is typical of him. Meigs was an editor of Video Review and Entertainment Weekly. Beck is starting to deny that FEMA camps don't exist. Meigs is a liar since the U.S. government interned illegally Americans for decades. One example was the illegal, immoral detainment of Japanese Americans during World War II. Also, the construction of internment facilities are existing to this day. Legislation currently working it’s way through Congress mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations. The purpose of such facilities is to provide “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” the expansion of which under FEMA is codified under HR 645, otherwise known as the National Emergency Centers Act. The bill wants the camps to be developed under the power of Homeland Security. It was announced that Kellogg, Brown and Root had been awarded a $385 million dollar contract by Homeland Security to construct detention and processing facilities in the event of a national emergency. The Alternet website put together an alarming report that collated all the latest information on plans to initiate internment of political subversives and Muslims after the next major terror attack in the US. Even the old Rex 84 plan of the 1980's (that was supported by Knight of Malta Oliver North) proposed getting up to 400,000 refugees under FEMA in the case of uncontrolled population movements over the Mexican border into the United States. The real agenda of FEMA camps is to house anyone deemed dangerous to America, even peaceful political figures. From 1967 to 1971 the FBI kept a list of persons to be rounded up as subversive, dubbed the “ADEX” list. A much discussed and circulated report, the Pentagon’s Civilian Inmate Labor Program, has recently been updated and the revision details a “template for developing agreements” between the Army and corrections facilities for the use of civilian inmate labor on Army installations.” Okanogan County Commissioner Dave Schulz went public in 2003 with his contention that his county was set to be a location for one of the camps. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) already runs two similar camps, one of which hit the headlines at the end of 2006 after residents in Taylor Texas held protests outside the The T. Don Hutto detention facility. One of the last acts of Congress in 2006 was to send President Bush a bill that establishes a $38 million program of National Park Service grants to preserve Japanese POW internment camps in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Idaho. “What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?”, asked former Congressman Dan Hamburg of the watchdog group Voice of the Environment, Inc. in a article carried by the San Francisco Chronicle last year. It's obvious that the government wants to intern people if necessary. If Glen Beck doesn't expose this information, then he's a liar. Beck has a bad track record in the Patriot community. He compared Ron Paul supporters (and I don't even agree with Paul on every issue) and anti-war people to terrorist sympathizers. He called Katrina victims scums. He disrespected the families of the 9/11 victims. Beck inferred that the U.S. military should be used to silence such dissenters, a theme that was revealed to be a direct talking point that could be traced back to a September 2006 White House directive. He a Judas Iscariot coward. He is trying to co opt many legitimate people that are fighting against the obvious abuse of the government. You don't use the fraudulent Popular Mechanics magazine to research this issue when they had a track record of lying about 9/11 issues.
A Race Against Time from March 28, 2009 wrote aobut how the MIAC report is similar to the ADL's campaign (and the SPLC's crusade) of demonizing real, peaceful conservative organizations. I know about the Anti-Defamation League a lot. Now, the ADL claims to be a Jewish civil rights organization. Yet, the ADL is now a far left advocacy group that have done surveillance on individuals plus groups from across the political spectrum. The Anti-Defamation League existed from the B'nai B'rith Lodge of Freemasonry. The San Francisco district attorney accused the ADL of conducting a national “spy network” after a 1993 raid on the organization’s San Francisco offices uncovered computer files [including stolen confidential police documents containing personal information] on 9,876 individuals and more than 950 groups. Even left gatekeeper Noam Chomsky criticized the ADL for finding out that the ADL had a detailed 150 page report on his activities. This was leaked to him by someone in the group. While the ADL denies engaging in illegal activities, they boast of their “nationwide fact-finding infrastructure.” According to their web site, they specialize in gathering, analyzing and disseminating intelligence on extremism to law enforcement agencies in order for them to combat “serious threats." The MIAC report have been rejected by Missouri authorities, yet the damage has been done. The report compared terrorist activities to people who support Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, or Bob Barr for President. The Missouri government invented the report. According to the ADL’s web site, an extremism training class for Missouri law enforcement was held in Arnold, Mo. in March 2008, in which officers from 25 different agencies heard lectures from “ADL experts on right-wing extremism.” This might of motivated the creation of the MIAC report. Simon Jester, a poster at the ConnectMidMissouri forum, discovered that the entire section on the Christian Identity movement in the Missouri report was copied nearly verbatim from an ADL source. The one exception seems to be the section of the Missouri report on “Political Paraphernalia” that mentions Paul, Barr, and Baldwin. One of the big goals of the ADL is the promotion of hate crimes legislation. To date 45 states and the District of Columbia have statutes for bias crimes, many of which have been based on the ADL’s model hate crimes legislation originally drafted in 1981. Hate crime laws are futile since laws exists that make it illegal to do violence against anyone for any reason. A federal hate crimes law could cost about 10 million dollars to taxpayers. Hate crime laws historically have suppressed free speech not only in America, but in Europe and even in Canada. Peaceful preachers have been arrested under hate crime laws for just expressing their views on an issue. The ADL is pro-abortion, anti-gun, and it has been opposed by a real pro-Jewish group called the JPFO. Therefore, I don't trust the leadership of the ADL at all.
Bob Unruh from World Net daily exposed facts on our health information. The head of the Institutue for Health Freedom says that now is the time for American residents to rise up if they want to control their health records. The reason is because that data soon will be for sale and the forecast is to become the next "gold rush." WND even reported on many occasions where parents in Minnesota recently sued the state to prevent the collection of their infants' DNA without permission (to use it for research). Institute President Sue Blevins said that the new "stimulus" bill approved by Congress will provide for electronic health records for all America. This move will weaken the individuals' control over his or her own health records (to the point that the data could be employed for research that may end up being used against the patient). "The economic stimulus law plans for every American to use an electronic health record (EHR) and allows those records to be sold for research and public-health purposes – without patients' consent," she explained. That policy is wrong and against our privacy of course. She also said that: "According to some health IT experts, we're entering a 'gold rush' era for health data...Sophisticated data management techniques make it increasingly easy to share individuals' most sensitive health data – including genetic information – without their knowing it." The stimulus law according to Sue Blevins are enhanced by the provisions of the stimulus law. That is why Blevins wants wants Americans to have patient ownership and she wants consent laws of their medical information. She said that the economic stimulus law doesn't guarantee that individuals own and control their genetic data (and other personal health data). She wants Congress to make sure that Americans possess individual ownership right (in otherwords, people ought to have control over their own personal health data). Blevins said her goal is not to be alarmist. Yet, she says that already within the U.S. there have been episodes of eugenics, the early 20th-century practice in which states involuntarily sterilized people officials deemed unworthy of reproducing. Eugenics back then until even in the early 1980's would forcibly sterilize people in America. It's a Nazi action. Even the Supreme Court once supported eugenics via involuntarily sterilization in the 1927 case of Buck v. Bell (that effected a young girl described as "feeble-minded"). It wasn't until 1974 when the state of Virginia repealed its sterilization procedures. Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. was sick liar that supported these eugenics procedures. He even said that he wants to execute certain offspring. Blevins says that the fast pace of technology is pure justification for patients not a bureaucracy to own private medical information. She said that if our privacy is violated the health care system can lie about what issues are private. Blevins' analysis of the new stimulus plan concludes it does not provide for patients to have final say in whether their personal health information, including genetic information, is shared with hundreds of thousands of health-related organizations. It also permits electronic records to be sold for research. And while it allows individuals to ask that information not be shared with health plans, patients who choose that option must pay in full for their treatments out of pocket. Even then, the information still can go to researchers. Minnesota is having issues with DNA being collected form newborns for research. In Britian it's worse with the government stealing DNA from little children for research (for crime research). The Heartland Regional Genetics and Newborn Screening is one of the organizations that advocate more screening and research (They want to test every child for 200 conditions). Newborn genetic testing is the 21st century version of eugenics since doctors could act in lies to prevent certain children to live.
Judges are now being proposed by President Barack Obama. David Hamiliton is the first judicial nominee that he has proposed. He is being nominated to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. According to Wendy Wright (who is the President of Concerned Women for America), Judge Hamilton is "the infamous activist judge who in 2005 ordered the speaker of the Indiana House to immediately stop the practice of 'sectarian prayers' at the opening of the legislative session. Apparently the prayers were too Christian for Mr. Hamilton." Judge Hamiliton wanted the refrain from using Christ's name or title at all. This isn't suprising since many judges have expressed hostility toward religion. Even the Founding Fathers (who weren't perfect) outlined that religious expression and religious freedom are some of the keys in making America a great nation. James Madison, who is the father of the Constitution, wrote that "the belief in a God All Powerful, wise and good … is essential to the moral order of the World and the happiness of men." Elias Boudinot, who was the president of the Continental Congress (1777-78), wrote that, "Our country should be preserved from the dreadful evil of becoming enemies of the religion of the Gospel, which I have no doubt, but would be the introduction of the dissolution of government and the bonds of civil society." Even religious and Christian imagery are in places all over Washington, D.C. The anti-religious hypocrites don't want images of Moses gone from the Supreme Court, but they want to suppress temporary prayers from being used in the public arena. Now, the good news is that folks are waking up. There are tons of people who are exposing evil and fighting for the truth indeed.

The Army Times, the corporate media’s propaganda outfit for the Pentagon (owned and operated by the Gannett Company), has posted an article that attempts to rationalize the illegal dispatch of soldiers in Samson, Alabama, from nearby Fort Rucker after a murder spree on March 10, 2009.
A Reuters photo of troops on the street in Samson, Alabama.
Gina Cavallaro admits the deployment “may have violated federal law” and then adds “the deployment may also have been within the legal parameters of how the military is permitted to assist civilian authorities in cases of emergencies.”
Infowars and Prison Planet covered the deployment — essentially ignored by the corporate media — after a photo showing soldiers patrolling downtown Samson was posted by Reuters.
At the time, we noted that the deployment was a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act prohibiting the military from participating in law enforcement activities. In 2006, the 109th Congress passed a bill containing controversial provisions granting the president the ability to use federal troops inside the United States in emergency situations. These changes (in Section 1076) were included in the John Warner Defense Appropriation Act for Fiscal Year 2007. Although the provisions were later removed from the bill, president George Bush issued a signing statement in 2008 indicating he was not bound by the changes.
Alex Jones comments on Posse Comitatus and the danger of troops on the streets in America.
The Army Times reports it was the Army, not local law enforcement, that initially suggested the deployment of troops. “Geneva County Sheriff Greg Ward at first did not respond to an offer of help from an unidentified lieutenant colonel at Fort Rucker who said he could provide generators, lights and other equipment. But with seven separate crime scenes spanning a 20-mile area and a 12-man force that was exhausted and overwhelmed, he called back later and requested the MPs,” writes Cavallaro.
Ward offers several explanations for requesting military assistance. “I thought, let me call them back. So I asked for MPs to come in and relieve our personnel long enough so they could get something to eat,” the officer told the Army Times. In addition, he allowed the military deployment in direct violation of the Posse Comitatus act because his officers were unable to keep sightseers away from the worst crime scene, where six of the victims’ bodies lay on a porch, including an 18-month-old baby, according to Cavallaro’s report.
Gen. Martin Dempsey, commander of Training and Doctrine Command, which includes Fort Rucker, subsequently ordered an inquiry into the deployment. “In addition to determining the facts, this inquiry will also consider whether law, regulation and policy were followed. Until those facts are determined, it would be inappropriate to speculate or comment further,” Dempsey stated in a news release March 18.

According to Cavallaro, the deployment of nonmedical, active-duty troops in response to a local emergency could be a violation of federal law if the soldiers engaged in law enforcement activities. “The Posse Comitatus Act, and its many exceptions, mostly restricts the military and units of the National Guard under Title 10 authority from acting in a law enforcement role within the U.S.,” she writes.
Cavallaro cites “elaborate procedures” contained within DoD Directive 3025.15, “Military Assistance to Civil Authorities.”
The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) passed on June 16, 1878 after the end of Reconstruction, and states:
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
DoD Directive 3025.15 does not supersede Posse Comitatus.
It is not likely Gen. Martin Dempsey will conclude that the deployment of troops in Alabama was a violation of the Constitution.

Released We Are Change members tell of “inhumane, insane surreal” experience

We Are Change New York members have described the “inhumane, insane and surreal” experience of being arrested by police for asking Mayor Bloomberg a question and promise that “the full story of this incident is yet to be heard.”
Luke Rudkowski, along with fellow We Are Change members Manny and Anthony, were all arrested on Saturday night for asking Bloomberg a question about 9/11 first responders outside the Hilton Hotel on Sixth Avenue.
They followed orders by police to stay in one designated area and yet were arrested for trespassing and were later hit with the charge of “impersonating a journalist,” despite having Infowars press credentials.
As The George Washington Blog points out today, “The media organization which sponsors Rudkowski is Infowars.com, a website which has many times the readership of small town “establishment” or “professional” newspapers. Indeed, given the popularity of Infowars and its sister sites, Prisonplanet.com and Jonesreport.com, the Infowars news network probably has more readers than all but the largest traditional newspapers. So the issue cannot be one of size or audience.”
(ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)
Our recent exclusive report about the MIAC controversy became a national story, being covered by Fox News and the Associated Press, amongst hundreds of other mainstream news outlets. To claim that Infowars is not a genuine media outfit is manifestly absurd.
“Rudkowski’s arrest - like Amy Goodman’s arrest at the RNC convention for documenting violence against protestors - is an attempt to crack down on real attempts to question the powers-that-be and to document their actions,” concludes the George Washington Blog.
The We Are Change members have all now finally been released from Manhattan central bookings. They plan to air a live web broadcast at 10pm Eastern tonight to tell the full story and broadcast footage that led up to the incident. However, since the prosecution has seized all three of the group’s cameras and footage of the incident as criminal evidence, new cameras will have to be purchased.
We Are Change are asking all concerned activists to help them buy more cameras and create a legal defense fund by making a donation. They are also asking anyone who can offer legal services to contact bri.wearechange@gmail.com.
The court case will be in two months and the group is planning a countersuit on the basis of false arrest, official oppression and violation of the 1st amendment.
“You can try to stop me, but you cant stop the idea of CHANGE! This is not over by any means,” promises Luke Rudkowski.
