The United Nations’ health agency, the World Health Organization, now lists mobile phone use in the same “carcinogenic hazard” category as lead, engine exhaust and chloroform.
But no adverse health effects have been established, the agency explains.
The decision to list cell phones as a cancer hazard came after a team of 31 scientists from 14 countries examined peer-reviewed studies on cell phone safety.
“The biggest problem we have is that we know most environmental factors take several decades of exposure before we really see the consequences,” said Dr. Keith Black, chairman of neurology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Numerous studies indicate prolonged cell phone use is hazardous. The European Environmental Agency has pushed for more studies. It says cell phones may be as big a public health risk as smoking, asbestos and leaded gasoline.
In 2009, WHO reached the same conclusion. A decade-long, $30 million study into cell phones found a link between long term use and brain tumors.
The WHO’s Interphone investigation’s results showed “a significantly increased risk” of some brain tumors “related to use of mobile phones for a period of ten years or more,” the Telegraph reported.

The study showed participants in the study who used a cell phones for 10 years or more had doubled the rate of brain glioma, a type of tumor. To date, there have been no long-term studies on the effects of cell phone usage among children.
In response to a number of studies revealing the dangers of cell phones, the industry now advises consumers to hold the devices away from their bodies.

The job crisis is still existing in America. In America, we have the worse unemployment rate since the 1930's. States now are cutting benefits to jobless workers. Cuts to unemplyment benefits are happening in Arkansas, Michigan, and Missouri. Florida, PA, and South Carolina are prepared to do the same thing. Michigan and Missouri have cut the 26 usual weeks of state financed unemployment payments down to 20. The Florida state legsilature passed a law that would cut benefits to as low as 12 weeks, which depends on the official unemployment level in the state. These actions are evil, vindictive, and punitive measures. They can threaten jobless families with destitution. This is a part of the global elite trying to eliminate all social gains won by the working people of America. Austerity measures are increasing in America like schools being closed, cuts to Medicare and Medicaid, the layoff of hundreds of thousands of government employees on both the state and federal levels. This can result even the most basic government assistance to cause people to be desperate to get any job at any wage. 18 states and D.C. have an official jobless rate of 9 percent or more in April. Real unemployment is much higher. 24 million people in America can't find work or are working part time involuntarily. This is large than people in Chile, the Netherlands, and twice the population of Cuba. About 5.8 million U.S. workers have been out of work for over 27 weeks or more. Economists estimate that 1 million people lost all federal unemployment benefits last year. This is after they have been unable to find work for 99 weeks. Almost 2 million people are among the 99ers. 58.5 percent of working age people are employed. This is the lowest level since 1983. Unemployment have rise. We live in the post war period. The gains we have had from since the Great Depression are in threat of being gone like unemployment benefits, Social Security, etc. Domestic production of the economy have decreased with globalization, and an increase of corporate profits. The elite doesn't want a real social program or efforts to end massive unemployment. This is why infrastructure building, fairer tax laws that benefit especially the poor, and the ending of the war on terror are keen solutions in order to get America on the right path of economic stability & political improvements.

Abortion is a way of life in Azerbaijan. The government is trying to flood the nation with contraception in trying to decrease abortions. The United States have used tons of actions and we have more 53 million abortions. Anti-life groups continue to promote killing life, which can kill women too. These groups are the EngenderHealth, the Adventist Development and Relief Association (ADRA), Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and, of course, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Numerous political figures disagree with population control in Azerbaijan. The reason is that in 1965, Azeri women averaged 5.6 children per family; now the birth rate is below replacement at 1.9 children per family, and is projected to soon plunge to only 1.3 – a level from which no country has ever recovered. In effect, these population control groups are assisting in the suicide of the nation of Azerbaijan. Hope is still in Azerbaijan despite low population growth numbers. There are pro-life Christians there. Thousands of Christians live in Azerbaijan. Sumqayit in Azerbaijan is a very ecologically devastated area. Tons of poisonous waste from industries is sent there. It has tons of graves as well. We agreed to start slowly, with intensive pro-life training first, followed by demonstrating to the government that teaching natural family planning (NFP) is the best and healthiest option — for women, for marriages, and for the nation. Human Life International will be with these gallant people all the way, because although the challenges are great, so too will be the rewards of their labors. Any nation addicted to abortion will not fully embrace life. There is a strong pro-life presence in the nation and the power of the Holy Spirit can make radical changes in Azerbaijan and any country on this Earth.

The Saudi-Israeli alliance has been known for decades. It’s just that many folks don’t realize this except a few. Some accuse the elite in Tel Aviv, Washington, and NATO as manipulating the legitimate concerns of the Arab World and using it as an excuse to control Eurasia. Egypt today is still run by a counter revolutionary junta. The Egyptian people have protested for regime, but a large part of the old regime remains. People are more radical in their demands since the foundations of this new government are shaky. The military regime in Cairo (like in the Mubarak era) is allowing sectarianism to spread. This is causing division in Egypt. Egyptians in early 2011 stormed buildings and found out via secret papers that the regime was behind the attacks on the Christian community. The Salafist extremists have attack Christians, and Shiite Muslims. Egyptian activists and leaders in the Coptic and Shia community are pointing their fingers at the military junta in Cairo, Israel, and Saudi Arabia.
The Egyptian military junta, Tel Aviv, and the Al-Sauds are all part of an ominous alliance. This grouping is the backbone of the U.S. imperial structure in the Arab World. They are dependent on Washington. They prevail inasmuch as the U.S. remains dominant in Southwest Asia and North Africa. It’s not a secret that the Saudis are working with Washington in Egypt to form a so-called Islamic government. Even the Muslim Brotherhood might be co-opted. The ties between Tel Aviv and the Al-Sauds are more overt. The elite in both regions want strategic cooperation in order to control Central Asian oil resources. The Khaliji ruling families, Israel, the U.S., and NATO want to either control or invade Iran. In line with the U.S. and the E.U., it is the alliance formed by Israel and the Khaliji rulers that has worked to create ethnic divisions between Arabs and Iranians, religious divisions between Muslims and Christians, and confessional divisions between Sunnis and Shiites. It is the “politics of division” or “fitna” that has also served to keep the Khaliji ruling families in power and Israel in its place. The regional fitna is promoted the elite. Gaza separated from the West Bank is a reality. The 2006 war against Lebanon tried to crush Hezbollah and its political allies. They have worked together in the 2006 war against Lebanon with a view to crushing Hezbollah and its political allies. Saudi Arabia and Israel have also cooperated in spreading sectarianism and sectarian violence in Lebanon, Iraq, the Persian Gulf, Iran, and now Egypt. Israel and the Khaliji monarchies serve Washington in its objective to ultimately neutralize Iran and its allies, as well as any form of resistance against the U.S. in Southwest Asia and North Africa. Missile shields are being aimed at Iran and Syria (in Israel and the Arabic sheikdoms). There is Iranophobia in the world. This is done to divide Arabic and Iranian peoples in order to distract the neo-colonial powers that still occupy and control many lands in the Middle East. Iranophobia is used as a means of propaganda to isolate Iran and reconfigure the geopolitical landscape of Southwest Asia plus North Africa. The March 14 alliance in Lebanon made in the West wanted to break up Lebanese-Iranian ties and Lebanese-Syrian ties. The March 14 Alliance, specifically the Hariri-controlled Future Movement, has imported into Lebanon the so-called Salafist fighters of Fatah Al-Islam with the objective of getting them to attack Hezbollah. The Future Movement has also had a role in the Israeli-Saudi-U.S. project to destabilize Syria and remove it from the Resistance Bloc.

Some folks want Americans to think in a North American view. Wikileaks documents confirm that North American Union plans are real. Canada and the U.S. want a trade and security perimeter that can include Mexico later. This relates to the whole process of North American integration. This agenda is found in our schools, universities, and other learning institutions. There are many initiatives that try to make the future leaders of tomorrow to be indoctrinated to agree that we are North American citizens (not Canadians, Mexicans, or Americans). 2005 was the year that the NAFI (or the North American Forum on Integration or a Montreal based think tank pushed for closer continental ties to the Triumvirate. This triumvirate is a North American Model Legislature that meets once a year) had a meeting. The exercise brings together university students from Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. This exercise made the students to give fake roles of legislators, journalists, or lobbyists. This mock parliament debated and drafted resolutions that dealt with trade corridors, consolidating North American governance, immigration, NAFTA’s Chapter 11, and the creation of a continental investment fund with a customs union. The press release from the first Triumvirate, NAFI said that a North American parliament was created. There are efforts to create a common security perimeter and future steps toward political union could make an actual North American Assembly made up of representatives from all 4 countries. This make up the adoption of a continental charter of rights. The Triumvirate will be held at Arizona State University at Tempe Campus from May 29 to June 3. The objectives of the event include, “To allow participants to familiarize them with the functioning of democratic institutions, as well as North American political, economic, environmental and social realities; to develop the participants’ sense of belonging to North America (and) to increase intercultural exchanges and promote the creation of academia networks.” This year’s delegates will address topics such as freight transportation infrastructure, fostering green building practices, as well as North American guest worker programs. The model legislature is seen as an opportunity for students to better understand the political process and the challenges facing the continent. Through the whole proceedings, participants are encouraged to view North America as a single entity. These mock parliament exercises try to promote North America to act as an EU federation (that is in league with globalist business leaders and politicians). The SPP and its offshoots have used similar plans of trying to integrate North America politically and economically. It’s known that the 2005 CFR report (called “Building a North American Community” was used as a blueprint for deep continental integration. The Security and Prosperity Partnership promoted the North American security perimeter. The policy paper also advocated the creation of a network of centers for North American studies. It proposed that, “the three governments open a competition and provide grants to universities in each of the three countries to promote courses, education and research on North America and assist elementary and secondary schools in teaching about North America.” In addition, the report recommended developing, “Teacher exchange training programs for elementary and secondary school teachers. This would assist in removing language barriers and give some students a greater sense of a North American identity.” Robert Pastor (or one great proponent of continental integration) wrote his “The Future of North America” article. In it, he wanted to educate a new generation of students to think in terms of North America and wanted each nation to have North American studies. There is the Center for North American Studies at American University in D.C. Its purpose is to promote a new generation of students to promote policy debate among governments and the public to undertake research on ideas for a continental future. Arizona State University founded the North American Center for Transborder Studies. They wanted to promote a more competitive, more cooperative, and more sustainable North American region. These groups want a North American consciousness to reign in society. Globalization deals with the corporate structure, the mass media, and some government. The educational system in many respects wants to bash sovereignty and individuality when we should have true freedom among humanity.

Some have talked about the Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech in May 25, 2011. Some have called it arrogant, warmongering, and borderline racist. Of course, Republicans and Democrats stood up and applauded it. Netanyahu wants negotiations on his terms.  One day after his speech, Egypt’s Foreign Minister Nabil El-Araby said that his nation’s border with Gaza would be permanently opened on May 28. This is a serious blow to the blockade of 1.6 million Palestinians that have been suffering a severe toll for more than 4 years. The ousted Mubarak regime has maintained the blockade in collaboration with Israel, America, and the EU. Some have accused Netanyahu of using viewed slick talk in his Congressional performance. He quoted the 19^th century English author George Eliot that Israel shines like a bright star of freedom amid despots of the East. He falsely claimed that of the 300 million Arabic people that less than ½ of one percent are free and they are all citizens of Israel. This is borderline racism since many Arabic people have legitimate rights in places other than Israel. Netanyahu omits the errors of Israel in Middle Eastern history. He said that he know what is like to live in a time before peace. He said that he was almost killed via a firefight inside of the Suez Canal. Yet, the Suez Canal was a part of Egypt, which is hundreds of miles from the claimed borders of Israel. He was from the Israeli military. Since 1948, there have been wars in the Middle East involving Israel, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine. Netanyahu promotes the neo con logic that bombs can be placed anywhere even in America via a suitcase, shown in a subway, shown in ports, etc. He wanted all options on the table when dealing with Iran even the use of nuclear weapons. He claims that Jewish people has a right to Israel for thousands of years. The truth is that any human being (both Jewish people and non-Jewish people) have a right to live in Israel if done by legitimate actions. He wants Israel to be used as anchor of stability. He believed that Providence causes America to be a guardian of liberty. Then, another standing ovation occurs. He wants negotiations, but on his terms of no return to the 1967 borders. He wants the Israel military to be strong in presence in the Jordan River. He doesn’t want a right of return for Palestinians refugees. He wants a Palestinian state to be fully demilitarized. No negotiations at all with the Palestinians unless the recently signed Palestinian National Reconciliation Agreement is broken. He said that: “So I say to President Abbas, Tear up your pact with Hamas. Sit down and negotiate!” This tactic of making unrealistic negotiation premises by Netanyahu make it difficult for any deal to take place. The reality is that the Palestinians like Israelis have the right to have self-determination and the right to return.

Once again, TEPCO, the utility company responsible for the Fukushima disaster, is ill-prepared to protect the people of Japan.
In response to the former Typhoon Songda now steaming toward the island and threatening to blow radiation into the sea and air, Tokyo Electric Power Company has apologized.

On Saturday, before Songda degraded into a tropical storm, TEPCO said some reactor buildings were uncovered and radiation would spread due to the storm. “We have made utmost efforts, but we have not completed covering the damaged reactor buildings,” said an official at that time.
During the ongoing crisis, the Japanese government has continually demonstrated its capacity for understatement. In response to TEPCO’s ineptitude, a special adviser to Prime Minister Naoto Kan criticized the large utility corporation, saying that the current safety measures “cannot be said to be appropriate.”
TEPCO has been pouring synthetic resins over the facility to stop radioactive material from being swept away, but the job is far from complete, news reports indicate.
The threat of further radioactive contamination comes as the United Nation’s nuclear monitoring group, the International Atomic Energy Agency, visits the crippled plant.
On Saturday, Bloomberg reported that academics warned TEPCO failed to disclose the scale of radiation leaks and now faces a “massive problem” with contaminated water.
“Contaminated water is increasing and this is a massive problem,” said Tetsuo Iguchi, a specialist in isotope analysis and radiation detection at Nagoya University. “They need to find a place to store the contaminated water and they need to guarantee it won’t go into the soil.

Remember section 215?
It was a notorious provision of the USA Patriot Act, renewed on Thursday, that allowed the government to snoop on what library books you’d borrowed, what videos you’d rented, your medical records – anything, really, if investigators thought it might have something to do with terrorism, no matter how tangential.
I wrote about it for the Boston Phoenix in 2003, as an example of the then budding excesses of the Bush-Cheney years.
Well, section 215 is back – not that it ever went away. Charlie Savage reports in Friday’s New York Times that two Democratic senators, Ron Wyden of Oregon and Mark Udall of Colorado, have accused the Obama administration of using Section 215 for purposes not intended by Congress. Russ Feingold, then a Democratic senator for Wisconsin, raised similar alarms in 2009.

There are things beyond smart phones. Sensor networks are needed to make Smart cities to have their existence. Smart phones have sensors. Now, Smartphones want their owners to organize certain parts of their lives. This is the beginning. Darmstadt researchers plan smart cities where all devices are present within municipal areas that are intelligently linked to one another. The computer scientists, electrical, and computer engineers (and mathematicians) at the TU Darmstadt and the University of Kassel have joined forces. They want to have their “Cocoon” project. The smart might use a communication network made up of sensors that can receive streams of data or signals. They can analyze them and transmit them onward. These sensors can act as both receivers and transmitters like transceivers. The networked communications involved operates wirelessly via radio links and yields added values to all participants by analyzing the input data involved. The Smart Home control system is now in the market that causes networking all sorts of devices and regulates them to suit demands. The energy yield saving is as much as 15 percent. Smart Home might be followed by Smart Hospital," "Smart Indus­try," or "Smart Farm," and even "smart" systems tailored to suit mobile net­works are feasible. Traffic jams may be avoided by, for example, car-to-car or car-to-environment (car-to-X) communications. Health-service sys­tems might also benefit from mobile, sensor communications whenever patients need to be kept supplied with information tailored to suit their health­care needs while underway. Furthermore, sensors on their bodies could assess the status of their health and automatically transmit calls for emergency medical assistance, whenever necessary. The sensors on mobile systems are a major hurdle to be overcome in forming the smart cities. Senor aided devices will have to deal with that by responding to subtle changes in their environments and flexibly, efficiently, regulating the qualities of receiving and transmitted signals. People want to use antennae to create smart cities better. Communication must be improved in order for smart cities to occur. Frequency bands are scarce resources. Furthermore, since a single, mobile sensor is readily capable of generating several hundred Meg­a­bytes of data annu­ally; new models for handling the communications of millions of such sen­sors that will more densely compress data in order to provide for error-free com­munica­tions will be needed. Several hurdles will thus have to be over­come before "smart" cities become reality. Over the next three years, scientists at the TU Darmstadt will be receiving a total of 4.5 million Euros from the State of Hesse's Offensive for Devel­op­ing Scientific-Economic Excellence for their researches in conjunction with their "Cocoon -- Cooperative Sensor Communications" project.

Clearly, the White House is being influenced to take a reactionary approach in Middle East affairs. The corporate media is claiming that the President Barack Obama is standing up to Israel, but he is moderate in his approach. He just wants a 2 state solution with 1967 borders as a starting approach, yet the reactionaries act like he wants the Jewish people to be thrown into the sea metaphorically. A lobbying and propaganda machine wants a one sided approach in the Middle East instead of fair deal to benefit all sides. Israel’s wars in numerous cases are funded with American weapons and cash. Now, we have Social Security and Medicare being in threat of being cut (not just Republicans, but some Democrats want this under the guise of the deficit reduction commission). The safety net is under threat. Some professors and politicians have been silenced by even promoting a fair approach in handling Middle East for years. President Jimmy Carter was demonized for saying that some policies in Israel resemble the apartheid era South Africa in a book published in 2008. Both sides have made errors and both sides continue to kill each other. Even the President prostrated at the AIPAC Convention. America does nothing to assist those suffering in Gaza or Lebanon in a real fashion. Barack Obama wants a 2 state solution, but he opposes the Palestinians being recognized by the U.N. Even if the General Assembly wants to support such a measure, the United States will use its Security Council veto to squelch it. Once again, an American president makes certain that the Palestinians get nothing but the shaft. Barack Obama says stated that he made Israel’s security “a top priority” and went even further: “It’s why we’re making our most advanced technologies available to our Israeli allies. It's why, despite tough fiscal times, we’ve increased foreign military financing to record levels.” What business does any nation have getting advanced American technology when we are in a recession? None is the answer. Some Israeli paid money to settle in Israel. Many Jewish people lived in Israel continuously for centuries and that’s proven. Yet, some Israelis stole Palestinian lands and some Palestinians were forced out of their own homes in the Nakba. Both sides have imprisoned and killed each other in unjustifiable terms. American peace protesters are crushed to death by tractors or executed at sea on missions of mercy to Gaza. Even American sailors were killed on the U.S. Liberty by Israeli war planes. These undisputed facts are kept from public view in this country. Both Republicans and Democrats are in unison in agreeing with the status quo in terms of dealing with Middle Eastern matters. To have peace, both sides should make real agreements on the right of return, land, peaceful resolutions, and other matters. We shouldn’t have hatred against every Israeli or Palestinian though.

Abortion is increasing in South Africa. This is a new battle against the Maafa against human beings. The U.N. supports abortion and population. The West wanted via the nSSM200 document trying to use population control in the Third World. This rapid increase of abortions in South Africa are alarming national leaders. Some South African teenagers are using abortions as rapid as using birth control or a form of contraception. Even doctors in the public sector are raising the alarms. More than 400,000 legal abortions were performed in South Africa between 2008 and 2010, according to statistics provided by the National Department of Health and the Marie Stopes Abortion Clinic, a non-governmental clinic with 37 branches in towns and cities around the country. That’s a huge number.  Here’s secret history to some. Like Planned Parenthood in America, Marie Stopes was supportive of eugenics. She visited Margaret Sanger plenty of times. Sanger visited the Klan. Both people targeted minorities as a priority. Planned Parenthood is active in South Africa plus across the continent. They are pushing abortion and population control on minorities and people of color worldwide. Planned Parenthood liberalized South Africa’s abortion laws in 1995, which is very eugenic now. Another eugenics organization Pathfinder International works with Planned Parenthood in promoting abortions in South Africa. Pathfinder International worked in South Africa since 1996. They are partners with PPASA (or Planned Parenthood Association of South Africa). PPASA is the largest and oldest South African NGO working in the field of abortion. Pathfinder was created by the eugenics funder Clarence Gamble. Gamble funded Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger also. Sanger wrote to Gamble that he wanted to use 4 black ministries to promote population control against black people (in order to prevent the assumption that they wanted to exterminate black people). Gamel funded the North Carolina Eugenics Society. The brave sister Elaine Riddick was a victim of Gamble’s eugenics sterilization programs in North Carolina. She gave her testimony in the documentary film Maafa 21. So, South Africans are being manipulated by the racist eugenics group pushing an evil agenda. These abortion figures in South Africa don’t include legal abortions done by other NGOs at private clinics. Dr Adelaide Narx, a member of Junior Doctors Association (Judasa) and head of the War Against Teenage Pregnancy campaign, said, “It is shocking how girls as young as 17 have resorted to using abortion as a form of contraception. I have lost count of how many teenagers I have attended to who are having an abortion for the second time in their short lives,” said Narx, who works at Vanguard Clinic in Cape Town. Marie Stopes’ Laila Abbas admitted that more abortions are occurring in clinics. More girls under the age of 18 are having more abortions than adults bin South Africa. The government was deeply worried because the Choice for Termination of Pregnancy legislation was being abused, Fidel Hadebe said (or the spokesman for the National Department of Health). “It was intended as an avenue to allow women to use when there is a need. What we see today, where women seem to be using it as a form of contraception, is totally wrong, “Fidel said. Marie Stopes was a Nazi loving bigot. She supported Hitler, loved eugenics, and wanted contraception for the wrong reasons (because of eugenics). So, the enemy of eugenics is still with us.

Protesters have stormed the Texas capitol. The government wants a federal blockade if the Texas Senate passed an anti-TSA groping bill. Hundreds of protesters came into the Capitol in Austin days ago. The TSA and the Department of Justice resorted to financial terrorism by threatening a federal blockade that would have closed down Texas airports if the Texas Senate had followed the House in unanimously passing a bill that would make TSA grouping in the state a felony. “There’s never a dull moment at the Texas Legislature. The House and Senate were going about their regular end-of-session business on Wednesday when loud screams could be heard coming from the rotunda. Outside the chambers, a group of mostly men and a few women were screaming, “Cri-mi-nal! Cri-mi-nal!” and “Treason! Treason!” reports the Texas Tribune. The quickly arranged demonstration was announced. There were about 50,000 protesters in attendance. The media reaction to the event was mixed. Some accurately reported on the protest. Other people used sneering arrogance that is common from the corporate press. The federal government tried to intimidate people to accept anti-liberty policies, but it backfired in Texas since people wanted an anti-group law in the state. There are other states debating or preparing to introduce similar anti-group bills. It is immoral for TSA workers to molest children or anyone else. People have every right to protest these policies among legislature nationwide. Even in California, medical marijuana is heavily being attacked by the federal government. Barack Obama signed the Patriot Act extension. Lawmakers rejected all of the attempts to moderate parts of the legislation that weakens the Fourth Amendment. Provisions of the Patriot Act were set to expire at midnight. Kentucky Senator Rand Paul to his credit opposed the extension of constitutional grounds, specifically its violations of the Fourth Amendment. He stalled the extension of the Patriot Act. Rand Paul proposed an amendment to place restrictions on the government’s ability to obtain gun purchase record. It was defeated 85-10. His 2^nd Amendment limited banks on their reporting of suspicious financial transactions were rejected 91-4. “We dissolve from within when we give up our liberties,” Paul warned. “Millions of innocent citizens are having their records looked at.” “It’s an important tool for us to continue dealing with an ongoing terrorist threat,” Obama said after a meeting with French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) agreed to strip the extension of any amendments. “The Speaker supports this common-sense proposal because this law has been crucial to detecting and disrupting terrorist plots and protecting the American people,” Boehner spokesman Michael Steel said in a statement.

He changed his named to Nathaniel Bacon. This Bacon lead the Bacon's rebellion or the prelude to the Masonic American Revolution. Masons were some of the leaders of the American Revolution even though some sincere Christians were a part of it as well. The sincere Christians wanted religious liberty. The Masons wanted a liberty absent of ecclesiastical control or a King ruling over the nation-state. Nathaniel Bacon was a Master Mason according to Fritz Springmeier. Fritz is a great inspiration in my thinking since his words inspired me to carry forward with my views and never be ashamed of what I believe in. My mission to Azerbaijan earlier this month was not only a personal first to this West Asia Nation, but was a first for Human Life International (HLI). The goal was to assess the situation and help a pro-life group get organized. It was a very busy trip, with over a dozen events, mostly speaking to various groups about organizing, fetal development, debate and chastity.
Azerbaijan is a country of almost overwhelming contrasts. Its capital of Baku is spotlessly clean, but 20 miles away is the most ecologically devastated region on earth, capable of killing you if you linger in the wrong place for too long. Despite being 94 percent Muslim, the country gave a collective shrug upon hearing about the death of Osama Bin Laden. The 600-foot-high ultramodern “Flame Towers” shadow the adjacent ancient mosque. And the Baku-based biznizmen park their customized Mercedes next to battered Soviet-era Ladas. Of all of Azerbaijan’s contradictions and contrasts, however, the most startling is the rise of the culture of death among a people who treasure their children.
Azeris adore babies, and stare with incomprehension at anyone who says that they do not want children, yet three out of four Azeri pregnancies end in abortion. This nation also suffers from the highest sex imbalance among newborns in the world due to sex-selective abortions. Abortion is simply a way of life here. There is no controversy over it, and questioning it is met with the same reaction as if you ask why people eat or sleep. This is the result of decades of living under the most anti-life regime in history. Evil is at first resisted, then tolerated, then accepted and finally becomes banal, just part of everyday life.
Although the government would like to reduce the numbers of abortions, it is going about it the wrong way – by attempting to flood society with contraceptives, which only makes matters worse. The United States has been saturated with “reproductive health” services for more than four decades now, but has also had more than 53 million abortions. However, such appeals to reason fall on deaf ears in Baku, and elsewhere, because the most rabidly anti-life organizations in the world are spending millions of dollars every year destroying life to “protect” and “empower” women. These groups include EngenderHealth, the Adventist Development and Relief Association (ADRA), Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and, of course, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
No political authority in Azerbaijan has explained why all of this population control is necessary. In 1965, Azeri women averaged 5.6 children per family; now the birth rate is below replacement at 1.9 children per family, and is projected to soon plunge to only 1.3 – a level from which no country has ever recovered. In effect, these population control groups are assisting in the suicide of the nation of Azerbaijan.
There is still hope for Azerbaijan, despite the dismal numbers, due to a small but determined community of pro-life Christians. There are only about 300 Catholics and 50,000 other Christians in the entire country. Six Don Bosco priests and three brothers from Slovakia, along with four of Mother Teresa’s Sisters of Charity, work to protect life from the only Catholic parish in the country, Immaculate Conception in Baku. Add to this a couple of very pro-life (but small) Baptist churches and a handful of enthusiastic lay people, and you have the foundation of a national movement to protect human life.
The most memorable part of the mission was a trip was to Sumqayit, considered to be the most ecologically devastated area in the world. Locals call it “Soviet Pride, Azerbaijan’s Hell,” because the Soviets decided to concentrate most of their chemical industry here in the 1940s. In typical Soviet fashion, the annual 130,000 tons of poisonous waste from the industries was not processed, but simply dumped into the Caspian Sea. There are so many pollutants heavily concentrated in the air, water and earth that scientists cannot even begin to determine which ones are causing the extremely high rate of cancers and birth defects in the area.
The city is known for its large “Baby Cemetery,” with thousands of graves, many with the traditional photo of the baby engraved on smooth marble. Many of these show severe and shocking birth defects.
I gave a talk on fetal development to about twenty people in a cramped Soviet-style apartment, and wondered why several of the women kept their hands under blankets in the simmering heat. At the end of the presentation, when I shook their hands, I found out — they had birth defects, too.
Upon traveling back to Baku, we held an organizational meeting with pro-life leaders at the Immaculate Conception church, and charted the way forward. We agreed to start slowly, with intensive pro-life training first, followed by demonstrating to the government that teaching natural family planning (NFP) is the best and healthiest option — for women, for marriages, and for the nation. Human Life International will be with these gallant people all the way, because although the challenges are great, so too will be the rewards of their labors.
Once a nation’s people get addicted to abortion, it is almost impossible for them to turn away from it and embrace life. But we have confidence that Azerbaijan, with a strong pro-life presence and the urging of the Holy Spirit, will soon see how disastrous the culture of death can be, and will fully embrace life.

The Washington Post is reporting that former Alaskan governor and former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin will embark on a whirlwind tour of the East Coast. The announcement has raised speculation that she will soon enter the political fray for the presidency.
“Starting this weekend, Sarah Palin will embark on a one-nation tour of historical sites that were key to the formation, survival and growth of the United States of America,” according to a statement from her political action committee. “The tour will originate in Washington, D.C., and proceed north up the East Coast. More information will follow.”
Palin’s handlers refused to confirm that the high profile tour represents a precursor to the exploration of a presidential campaign, according to the Post.
“It should be obvious by now that the Republicans plan to run Sarah Palin against Obama in 2012,” I wrote last year. “This will be a disaster for the Republicans because many Americans are not fooled by her sudden Tea Party plumage. Republicans are desperate to regain control of the White House and Congress and give us four or eight more years of Bush and his warmongering statist neocons. It is a shabby and absurdly transparent gimmick.”

The original Tea Party was founded by a group of former Libertarian Party members who criticized the party for its “abdication of political responsibilities,” declaring that “Americans deserve and desperately need a pro-freedom party that forcefully advocates libertarian solutions to the issues of today.” The Boston Tea Party opposed statism at all levels. “The Boston Tea Party supports reducing the size scope and power of government at all levels and on all issues, and opposes increasing the size, scope and power of government at any level, for any purpose.”
It didn’t take long for Republicans to subvert the idea. RNC Chairman Michael Steele, Sarah Palin, and Rep. Michele Bachmann from Minnesota have suggested the Tea Party should be rolled into the Republican Borg hive.
Following the accomplishment of this mission, Tea Party supporters were instructed to support the Republican Party platform.
In 2009, one of the founders of the original Tea Party, constitutionalist grass roots activist Chad Peace, said the movement was hijacked by “partisan political perverts” and establishment Republicans.
Following a coup by Glenn Beck and establishment Republicans, the corporate media announced Sarah Palin as the leader of the transformed movement. She will now lead the politically naïve out of the libertarian wilderness into the Republican camp.
In America, the corporate media has almost completely ignored this remarkable – and yet predictable – political transformation.

In an interview with Wired, Sen. Ron Wyden, an Oregon Democrat, adds yet more confirmation to what many of us have known for years – the government has built a secret surveillance structure far more portentous and dangerous than anything devised by the PATRIOT Act now up for renewal.
Wyden points to the so-called “business-records provision” of the PATRIOT Act which empowers the FBI to force businesses, medical offices, banks and other organizations to turn over any “tangible things” it deems relevant to a so-called security investigation.
“It is fair to say that the business-records provision is a part of the Patriot Act that I am extremely interested in reforming,” Wyden told Wired. “I know a fair amount about how it’s interpreted, and I am going to keep pushing, as I have, to get more information about how the Patriot Act is being interpreted declassified. I think the public has a right to public debate about it.”
“Surveillance under the business-records provisions has recently spiked,” writes Spencer Ackerman. “The Justice Department’s official disclosure on its use of the Patriot Act, delivered to Congress in April, reported that the government asked the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for approval to collect business records 96 times in 2010 — up from just 21 requests the year before. The court didn’t reject a single request. But it ‘modified’ those requests 43 times, indicating to some Patriot-watchers that a broadening of the provision is underway.”
During the Bush years, it was revealed that the NSA had engaged in a massive dragnet of electronic communications without court order in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment. In 2006, Bush waved off criticism of NSA snooping and said the program was “necessary to win this war and to protect the American people” against terrorism.
In 2006, the NSA argued that it is above the law and the Constitution and said a courtroom challenge to its surveillance program would expose sensitive state secrets and demanded it be thrown out.
In a filing with the Detroit court, Justice Department lawyers pointed to history in defending the NSA surveillance program, noting President Woodrow Wilson’s authorization for government agencies to intercept telephone, telegraph and cable communications during World War I and President Franklin D., Roosevelt approving the interception of “all telecommunications traffic” after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Gail Gibson wrote for the Baltimore Sun.
The NSA was created by secret presidential directive in 1952. It soon grew into a vast intelligence-gathering machine – and super-state structure – which intruded into the private lives and communications of all Americans.

The NSA program Operation Shamrock intercepted millions of telegrams to and from the United States. The NSA placed the names of law-abiding American citizens on watch lists and then disseminated their private communications to other government agencies such as the FBI and CIA, explains the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law.
As revealed by the Church Committee in the mid-1970s, the FBI and CIA repeatedly violated the rights of Americans engaged in constitutionally protected political activity.
During the NSA controversy in 2006, William M. Arkin, writing for the Washington Post, noted that government organizations have developed hundreds of software programs and analytic tools to “harvest” intelligence, and they’ve created dozens of gigantic databases containing the names of countless Americans.
“These cutting edge tools — some highly classified because of their functions and capabilities — continually process hundreds of billions of what are called ‘structured’ data records, including telephone call records and e-mail headers contained in information ‘feeds’ that have been established to flow into the intelligence agencies,” Arkin wrote. “The multi-billion dollar program, which began before 9/11 but has been accelerated since then.”
Wyden and his colleague Sen. Mark Udall have offered an amendment on Tuesday to the PATRIOT Act reauthorization.
The amendment takes the Obama administration to task for “secretly reinterpret[ing] public laws and statutes.” It would oblige the Attorney General to “publicly disclose the United States Government’s official interpretation of the USA Patriot Act.”
The bill mentions “intelligence-collection authorities” embedded in the PATRIOT Act that the Obama administration briefed the Senate about in February.

Sen. Ron Wyden neglected to provide more detail on the government’s massive surveillance program because it is highly classified. His measured comments, however, are a haunting reminder that the government has erected a huge and largely secret high-tech surveillance and control grid.
It was not designed to ferret out al-Qaeda bad guys who hate us for our freedoms. It was engineered and constructed at tax-payer expense to monitor the political activity of the American people in much the same way the Stasi was created by a communist state to monitor the political activities of the people in East Germany during the so-called Cold War.

Africa is the background of NATO in the 21^st century. NATO’s war against Libya is in its third month. For the past 50 days at least, NATO has used military might against Libya. NATO’s military tally show that military aircraft have flown over 7,200 missions and more than 2,800 combat flights since NATO inaugurated the so-called Operation Unified Protector on March 31. The military alliance stands to match or exceed the 78 day duration of its air war against Yugoslavia in 1999. NATO may even deploy troops in Libya that could expand the protracted combat and occupation roles like those in Afghanistan and adjoining nations (where the Pentagon and NATO will mark the 10^th anniversary of their invasion on October 7). There is a new strategic concept in a litmus test according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko. This new strategic concept was promoted by NATO (in its 28 nation alliance) in its summit in Lisbon, Portugal in November 2010. This is the first in this century after the Washington summit in 1999. That was when NATO was battling against Yugoslavia and used its first post-Cold War recruits of the Czech Republic Hungary, and Poland. Africom is having influence in the war on terror. Africom was involved in the naval blockade of Libya from March 19-30 (via its Joint Task Force Odyssey Dawn). October 1, 2008 was the time when AFRICOM was in independent command. The top military chief of U.S. European Command, to which almost the entire African continent and the nascent AFRICOM were for years assigned, and NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe are and for almost 60 years have been the same person, currently America's Admiral James Stavridis. NATO has its 25,000 troop NATO Response Force. It’s intended to be deployable in days globally. NATO in 2006 did a large scale 2 week military exercise in Cape Verde (in Western African island nation) called Steadfast Jaguar. NATO used 8,000 troops from 25 of the Alliance’s 26 member nations at the time. American Special Forces and fighters jets plus other forces were involved. The bloc’s secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and the North Atlantic Council (the ambassadors of all NATO member states) have traveled to Cape Verde to inspect the exercise. Scheffer called this NATO the new NATO to travel over long distances. Associated Press at the time cited then-NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe and commander of U.S. European Command Marine General James Jones (later the Obama administration's first National Security Advisor) as envisioning the role of the NATO Response Force as one that "could entail naval patrols to protect tankers off the coast of West Africa or security for storage and production facilities in areas such as the oil-rich Niger Delta." Immediately after assuming the dual commands in January 2003 Jones laid the groundwork for the permanent deployment of U.S. and NATO military assets in the oil-rich Gulf of Guinea off the continent's western shores. NATO is spreading its deadly assault into Africa as well. NATO wants fast response forces to act in various places of the world in neo-imperialism. NATO, AFRICOM, and others are working together to expand its role in Africa. NATO has airlifted over 30,000 African Union troops to the Darfur region of western Sudan from 2005 to 2007. Since then thousands of Ugandan and Burundian forces into the Somali capital of Mogadishu for combat operations in support of the isolated, largely nominal Transitional Federal Government. So, we should oppose and expose this neo-imperialism done by NATO and its allies 100 percent.




The Patriot Act is still a threat on our civil liberties or freedoms. Congress wants to continue as servants of the out of control national security state. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), Senate Minority leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) made a backroom deal to reauthorizes the insidious surveillance provisions of the Patriot Act for another 4 years. The ACLU reported that Reid and McConnell introduced the bill S. 1038. This will extend the provisions until June 1, 2015. The text of the measure of now hasn’t been published. The Patriot Act came almost a decade ago. It was in the wake of the 9/11 provocation and the anthrax attacks. According to the ACLU, the Senate will begin its debate on Monday with votes possible on that same night. The White House is skipping a legal deadline to seek congressional authorization of the military action in Libya under the War Powers Act. According to the Associated Press, few on the Hell are objecting to it. The White House continues to support illegal spying on Americans indefinitely as long as consultations with Congress continue. This extension of controversial parts of the Patriot Act will infringe on our civil liberties like the authorization to seize the records of libraries and other institutions. The tactic of using as little debate as possible to expand the power of the government in a false fashion is evil. Most of the surveillance powers of the Patriot Act are permanent. Yet, 3 controversial provisions have expiration dates in the law since it has serious civil rights abuses. Such suspicions were certainly warranted as dozens of reports by Congress and the Justice Department, media investigations and Freedom of Information Act and other lawsuits subsequently disclosed. The provisions set for renewal are the roving wiretap provision (that gives the FBI the power to get wiretaps from the Foreign Surveillance Court or FISC under the color of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the FISA Act), Section 215, and the lone provision. The roving wiretaps give retroactive immunity to the government’s telecommunications’ partners. The FBI can investigate people in some cases without a warrant. The FBI can make the say so of one warrant valid nationwide. The Fourth Amendment says explicitly that warrants are only issued particularly describing the place to be searched. Section 215 allows FISC warrants for any type of record or banking statements, etc. The government does not have to demonstrate "probable cause." Government officials need only certify to a judge, without providing evidence or proof, that the search meets the statute's overly-broad requirements and the court has been stripped of its authority to reject the state's application. Surveillance orders under Section 215 can even be based on a person's protected First Amendment activities: the books they read, web sites searched or articles they have published. In other words, exercising free speech under the Constitution can become the basis for examining personal records. The lone wolf provision is bad since it allows the feds to spy on individuals not linked to terrorist groups, but who may share ideological affinities with groups deemed suspect by the secret state. The definition of a lone wolf is ambiguous. The provision was set to expire on February 28, 2011, but the Obama White House extended it until May 27 (where it is set to expire). The temporary extension failed to extend it since even Tea Party people joined with 122 Democrats to defeat the bill. In fact, the OIG demonstrated conclusively that widespread abuses by the FBI in their issuance of constitution-shredding National Security Letters, handed out without probable cause and attached with built-in secret gag orders, have been used by the Bureau to target innocent Americans. Huge domestic spying occurred in the first 2 years of the Barack Obama administration. It isn’t a secret that Barack Obama’s White House extended the previous regime’s assault on civil liberties and political rights (that benefit the Pentagon and the national security apparatus). The White House wants to expand the power of getting records among the state. They want iPhones and Blackberries to be wiretapped as well. Meanwhile, Obama's Justice Department continues to stonewall Congress and privacy advocates "demanding the release of a secret legal memo used to justify FBI access to Americans' telephone records without any legal process or oversight."



The abortion funding battle continues after 20 years of Rust v. Sullivan. On May 23, 1991, the Supreme Court issued its opinion in the case of Rust v. Sullivan. This upheld federal regulations that banned federal funds appropriated until Title X from being used to counsel on behalf of or refer women for an abortion as a method of family planning. This is the 20^th anniversary this week. It was a momentous decision. It affirmed the Court’s earlier decision in Maher v. Roe that a “….government may ‘make a value judgment favoring childbirth over abortion, and … implement that judgment by the allocation of public funds.” The Court said that the government can’t selectively fund a program to encourage certain activities believing it to be in the public interest without doing the same funding to an alternative program (that deals with the problem in another way). Today, a strong majority of the American people agree with the view that Congress shouldn’t fund abortions using taxpayer funds explicitly. There is a hidden abortion subsidy that comes along preferring birth over death to root out. Every year, Planned Parenthood (or the nation’s largest abortion provider) gets hundreds of millions of tax dollars. Last year, PP has done hundreds of thousands of abortions. Still, Americans remain opposed to taxpayer funded abortion. There is another funding battle over abortion. The fight is trying to keep federal funding away from organization committed to abortion. The hidden subsidy allows them to represent themselves as being concerned about family planning, while they use federal funds to promote abortion. AUL and its pro-life allies are fighting tirelessly to de fund abortion providers. Abortion isn’t in the public interest. Study after study proves that abortion harms women and so it harms our society. Planned Parenthood of Indiana challenged the new law in believing that it would lose 1.3 and 2 million dollars in revenue annually (to lead to the closure of 13 centers). I do believe in funding sexual education and other services not abortion though. In a decision denying the abortion providers’’ claim that the court should immediately grant a temporary restraining order (TRO), the federal district court in Indiana labeled the harm Planned Parenthood claims as predictions are insufficient to justify a grant of a TRO. The court called the potential harm to PP as a gradual deterioration. The Planned Parenthood Empire was built on abortion. Indiana chooses childbirth over abortion. Rust v. Sullivan still remains and Pro-Life people are as strong as ever.



It’s apparent what the mainstream media is all about. Frank Zappa before he died in December 4, 1993 that he compared groupies to worshippers and he called himself the devil’s advocate. I don’t need to mention Slayer since people know what Slayer promoted in his lyrics. There is the famous son of “Hotel California” back in 1976. It was performed by the famous group called the Eagle. Most people in that time (and even now in 2011) didn’t know that the song was about the Church of Satan. The Church of Satan is located in a converted Hotel on California Street. The album cover shows Anton LaVey looking down on the festivities. The Eagles' manager, Larry Salter, admitted in the Waco Tribune-Herald, (Feb. 28, 1982) that the Eagles were involved with the Church of Satan! Not surprisingly, one of the Eagles' songs is titled “Have A Good Day in Hell.” The Hotel California song talked about the Eagles being enclosed in a place as prisoners of their own device. The song talks about how that they can’t leave the place, which according to scholars a metaphor for Hell. Even the Beach Boys admitted that they’ve done witchcraft and witchcraft music back in the 1960’s. Today, witchcraft, the occult, and corporatism are common in the music industry among tons of genres. There is controversy on whether backward masking is real or not. What is true is that human communication can unlock hidden meanings and we say words (and sometimes human conceal their true intent among overt words too). Aliester Crowley in his book entitled, “Magick in Theory and Practice” admitted that he wanted his followers to listen to phonograph records reversed.

Republican candidates for President are coming up. The 2012 Presidential election is coming up soon. The Republicans believe that they have the quintessential alternative to the present President Barack Obama. Their names are Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Gary E. Johnson, Fred Karger, Andy Martin, Jimmy McMilan, Ray Moore, Ron Paul, Tim Pawlenty, Buddy Roemer, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, and Jonathan Sharkey. This Presidential race is interesting for numerous reasons. One is that the Democratic Presidential race is made up of President Barack Obama for 2012. Another reason is that much of the public is showing disdain or disappointment in the crop of candidates. Some are undecided to vote for which person. The field for the Republican is rather wide open. Some people have talked about Herman Cain and Ron Paul as populists. Herman Cain was the former Federal Reserve banker and he’s a businessman from Georgia. He spoke in Atlanta to announce his candidacy for the Presidency. Herman Cain worked in radio, wrote columnists, and was the former chairman and CEO of Godfather’s Pizza. Cain has huge following in the Tea Party Movement and individuals in Georgia as well. Harman Cain is a mainstream conservative that opposed the health care plan of then President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton. He believes in a gold standard, the Fair Tax, and even lowering corporate tax rates from 35 to 25 percent. He’s a neo-con on foreign policy issues as well. Ron Paul’s history is well known. He is a famous Congressman from Texas that adheres to the Austrian economic philosophy. He’s a well known ally of the radio talk show host Alex Jones. Ron Paul ran before in 2008 with a huge following, because his message of limited government, free markets, and individual liberty has a resonance among a lot of folks. Paul believes in trying to return to the values of individual liberty. I have no problem with individual liberty, but I don’t agree with Paul’s goal of bashing any public assistance as some vice. Legitimate public help to assist fellow human begins is a blessing not some illegality (when the Constitution does the give the right to tax, build roads, promote science, and other acts in order to improve upon the nation’s standard of living). I do agree with many of the Republican candidates in the support of the 2^nd Amendment, promoting the dignity of human life, and opposing tyranny done by the government (I respect the government doing the right thing, but if the government acts immorally, people have the God-given right to oppose tyrannical government). Man should have supremacy over the state not vice versa.
