The Day is Here.
Michael Cohen has talked with the Congress (at the Senate Intelligence Committee) in closed doors about the corruption that Trump has done. His public testimony is on Wednesday. He will talk about the threats on his wife and father in law from the Trump administration. Cohen also details the racism, financial corruption, and motive behind him lying for Trump. Cohen feels like he wants to get the story straight. Michael Cohen was once the fixer of the Trump team. He was one of the Trump biggest allies. Later, he is exposing the administration because of guilt and a willingness to come clean. Cohen will start his prison sentence by May 6, 2019 involving perjury to Congress. Right now, the House Judiciary is looking into whether Matthew Whitaker perjured himself in his testimony according to the Wall Street Journal. It is obvious that Trump wants people favorable to him to led the investigation of the Russian probe. That's obvious. There is no question that Trump has enacted actions that definitely relates to covering up information or trying to impede the investigation. The reality is we want unbiased, fair people to head the investigation not Trump acolytes.
Recently, Spike Lee wanted voters to do the right thing. This came around the Oscars. Spike Lee criticized the victory of the Green Book as winning best picture. The truth is that much of the criticism of Green Book escapes the real point. There is nothing wrong with a feel good movie. Yet, the Green Book is just historically inaccurate as it characterized the African American musician Don Shirley as some musician who had to experience the South to learn about his Blackness. The truth is that Dr. Don Shirley knew that he was black and worked hard in the Civil Rights Movement being friends with many black leaders. Shirley's family has set the record straight to the cast members of the Green Book apologizing to them. Trump criticized Spike Lee as promoting racism since Spike Lee criticized Trump. Trump is wrong since Spike Lee said nothing racist, but he wanted more love to be advanced. Also, Trump has said racist words for years and he is hypocritical to lecture anyone about racism. Don Shirley was raised around black people and was very close with his family (which contradicts the film's portrayal of him). The Green Book in real life was a guide for African Americans on where to eat or have fun safely in the Deep South. Don Shirley was part of the march on Selma and he was friends of Dr. King, Sarah Vaughan, etc. These facts weren't in the Green Book because of the obvious reason.
The events in Venezuela are chaotic because of Western imperialism. It is no secret that Trump and Pence wants the far right puppet Gauido to govern Venezuela now. We see Venezuela have a humanitarian crisis, because of Western sanctions and an economy that lacked true diversity (i.e. it relied too much on oil exports). Now, you have people fighting in the streets. Guaidó represents no democracy as he is an ally of the anti-democratic person Donald Trump. Guaidó and his far-right Popular Will party has increased power. Trump wants the oil resources found in Venezuela. This situation has grown as a product of the economic sanctions and much of the pro-capitalist policies of Maduro. Maduro is in error in some of his actions like even turning to repression against socialists and union activists. Neo-liberal Democrats like Biden and Gillibrand has praised Gauido. While Trump executes his global crusade against socialism, historically socialism brought us labor rights, the 40 hour work week, Social Security, foreign aid, and were active in promoting civil plus voting rights. At the end of the day, Trump wants Western corporations to dominate Venezuela while falsely calling Maduro a true socialist. So, we have to support the people of Venezuela not imperialists.
I heard that Ryan Coogler is directing a biopic about Fred Hampton. Fred Hampton worked hard in Chicago to not only grow the Black Panther Party. He organized gang truces, he used programs to help the poor and the sick, and he was a lifelong social activist. When he was in school, he was an advocate of civil rights. Later, he joined the Black Panther Party in Chicago to condemn police brutality and other injustices in order for the power laced in the hands of the people can be made into a reality. He and Mark Clark were murdered by the CPD in December of 1969 with the help of a traitorous informant. Yet, Fred Hampton's vision motivates us in our time of early 2019.
Recently, India bombed Pakistan. Both nations have been at odds for decades. They split by the late 1940's as Pakistan is mostly Muslim while India is mostly Hindus. Their disputes have been religious and political. Both nations are nuclear power and that is why this issue is very serious. Pakistan's spokesman for the army vowed to retaliate and surprise India in its future response. The Indian government said that they bombed forces who are from Jaish-e Mohammed (JeM), which is an insurgent group. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior government and military officials had repeatedly vowed Pakistan would be punished militarily for a suicide bombing that killed 40 soldiers in the paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) near Pulwama, in Indian-held Kashmir, on February 14. According to Islamabad, the Indian fighter jets were chased off by Pakistani warplanes and their precision bombs fell in forested areas, with one injured civilian the lone casualty. The neo-con Bolton has not criticized India. The U.S./India alliance is real since the U.S. wants India to be a counterbalance against China (who is a growing superpower).

The 1980's Political History.
Ronald Reagan was elected President in 1980. Many conservatives celebrated, and many progressives knew what would happen next. Many Hollywood celebrities voted for Reagan and celebrated his victory like Frank Sinatra (who was once a liberal Democrat back in 1968). His 1981 inauguration was large. Ronald Reagan was the 40th American President and he was an honorary 33rd Degree Freemason. Ronald Reagan was definitely an ally of the establishment. Many people supported him when he enacted some of the cruelest policies against working class and poor people in American history. There is no other way to put it. The chief Justice Warren Earl Burger administered the oath to Ronald Reagan. On that day, the hostages held in Iran were released, which was good news. Later, celebrations came about in America. Reagan promoted the Registration program. Immediately on January 21, 1981, the Reagan administration made it clear what they wanted to do economically. Reagan promoted Reaganomics which is nothing more than supply side economics. Supply side economics believe that if taxes are reduced on the super wealthy, then that wealth would trickle down to everyone else including the poor. Today, we know that supply side economic doesn’t work to end income inequality or poverty, but back then that supply side economic doctrine was popular. Congress passed the Economic Recovery Act of 1981. It reduced taxes by 25 percent over three years. The richest Americans had the largest tax cuts. Reagan allowed massive cuts to social programs in cutting $40 billion. Reagan further deregulated other industries in airline, telecommunications, and banking institutions. Historically, government investments have increased demands for people to buy goods and services (which grow economic output in factories and factories. This has increased employment, reduced unemployment, increase consumer demands, grow services, and forms an economic recovery which existed form 1945-1975). March 30, 1981 was when Ronald Reagan survived an attempted assassination attempt. One man was responsible and he is John Hinckley Jr. (he wanted to gain the favor of actress Jodie Foster. To this day, Hinckley is in prison since he almost killed one U.S. President). Reagan survived and keep on going on with his Presidency. Hate crimes in the 1980’s saw resurgence along with some of the law enforcement's harassment of black activists.
Reagan reduced affirmative action regulations. Reagan reduced investments in food stamps. Reagan opened consulates of apartheid South Africa in Seattle, Denver, and Cleveland. He massively expanded the military budget. Ronald Reagan’s policies caused civil rights federal investigations to be reduced. The U.S. Department of Agriculture reduced the amount of food serviced to children in schools. Reagan's first term was horrible and he caused more than 4000,000 to be removed from federal and state welfare protections. By 1981, 23.4 Americans or one fifth of all workers were unemployed. Reaganism was an attack on social programs, and racists exploited conservativism to promote their evil agendas. Reaganism is an affront to democracy. The recession lasted from 1980 to 1982. Inflation declined by 1983. More people came into America. The rich got richer. His Presidency saw the increase of the budget deficit and the national debt. Later, the 1984 election came about. It was an unsung election since it had historic significance and the end result was Reagan winning re-election. While this was going on, tons of black people in America rose up in the anti-apartheid movement and people worldwide fought out for freedom worldwide too. In 1981, Ronald Reagan nominated Sandra Day O’Connor to the Supreme Court. She was the first Supreme Court Justice in the court that was a woman. The irony is that Reagan wanted O'Connor to be conservative, but Sandra Day O'Connor was centrist in her jurisprudence on the Supreme Court. The Equal Access Act was passed to allow any group equal access to public facilities at schools. Conservative Christians love the law since it allowed religious groups to meet on school property. The Supreme Court ruled the law constitutional in the Board of Education of Westside Community Schools v. Mergens.
The early Reagan administration had to deal with many issues. One was when Air Traffic Controllers strike. Thousands of workers heroically protested. Reagan refused to negotiate with the Professional Air Traffic Controllers (PATCO). He fired the striking workers since he said that the striking workers violated federal law. Like Dr. King has said, not all laws are just and opposing an unjust law is righteous. Social Security had rising costs during the 1980’s. So, Reagan supported the compromise of the Social Security Reform Act that increased the minimum retirement age and increased payroll taxes in order to fund Social Security. Conservatives promoted wanted vouchers to pay parents to send students into private schools, so competing against public school would grow. Liberals said that vouchers just stripped money from public schools. AIDS or the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome first was discovered by mainstream scientists in 1981 (yet, AIDS existed long before 1980). It attacked tons of communities back then including the LGBTQIA+ community and drug users. Back then, many people had ignorance about HIV/AIDS and some scapegoated gay people for the disease. Reagan was silent on HIV/AIDS until later on in his Presidency (especially after Rock Hudson passed away). George H. W. Bush’s President saw the massive rise of investments in fighting HIV/AIDS. In 1983, 241 U.S. Marines killed by suicide bomb in Lebanon. This further exposed to America the reality of terrorism overseas. By 1984, the drug problem intensifies as crack (a smokable form of cocaine) is first introduced into the Los Angeles area. The crack epidemic and the War on Drugs harmed black and poor communities nationwide. In 1985, World awareness of famine in Third World countries spark "We Are the World" and Live Aid. Also, awareness of AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome) is raised with the death of actor Rock Hudson. In the same year, Country music singer Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp organize the first Farm Aid concert to raise money for family farmers facing financial crisis.
The 1984 election was long. It dealt with Ronald Reagan defeating the Democratic candidate Walter Mondale (and Geraldine Ferraro of New York as his running mate. Ferraro was the first woman to serve on either major party’s national ticket). The election dealt with the economy, foreign policy matters, and other issues. Reagan said that he had a strong economic recovery and a national revival of confidence and prestige. The problem is that income inequality grew and poverty was still widespread in many communities nationwide. Reagan used TV ads, and other methods in getting his victory. Mondale opposed Reagan’s supply-side economic policies and budget deficits. Walter Mondale wanted a nuclear freeze and ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment. By 1984, Ben Fernandez and Harold Stassen had a primary challenge against Reagan on the Republican side. Ronald Reagan won the Republican nomination easily with him getting over 98 percent of the popular vote. Reagan was re-nominated by a vote of 2,233 delegates (two delegates abstained). For the only time in American history, the vice presidential roll call was taken concurrently with the presidential roll call. Vice President George H. W. Bush was overwhelmingly re-nominated. This was the last time in the 20th century that the vice presidential candidate of either major party was nominated by roll call vote. The Democratic primary for the 1984 election was more competitive. Jesse Jackson ran for President in 1988 too. Other people who ran in the Democratic primary were Reubin Askew (former Governor of Florida), Alan Cranston, John Glenn, Gary Hart, Ernest Hollings, and George McGovern. The Democratic primary race was headed by votes among Mondale, Jackson, and Hart. Mondale raised more money. Jesse Jackson and Gary Hart had massive popularity too. Jesse Jackson was the second African-American (after Shirley Chisholm) to mount a nationwide campaign for the presidency, and he was the first African-American candidate to be a serious contender. He got 3.5 million votes during the primaries, third behind Hart and Mondale. He won the primaries in Virginia, South Carolina, and Louisiana, and split Mississippi, where there were two separate contests for Democratic delegates. Through the primaries, Jackson helped confirm the black electorate's importance to the Democratic Party in the South at the time. Also, Jesse Jackson made a remark about Jewish people that he later apologized (since it was an anti-Semitic slur) and that event derailed his campaign for the nomination. If that incident didn’t exist, Jackson would win much more support. Jackson ended up winning 21% of the national primary vote but received only 8% of the delegates to the national convention, and he initially charged that his campaign was hurt by the same party rules that allowed Mondale to win. He also criticized Mondale, saying that Hubert Humphrey was the "last significant politician out of the St. Paul-Minneapolis" area. Gary Hart was a prelude to Bill Clinton. Hart wanted to promote moderate Democratic Party policies while condemning old fashioned New Deal (which saved millions of human lives. The New Deal is a whole lot better than Hart’s centrism). Mondale defeated Hart since he said that Hart had no specific positions to solve problems. At a roundtable debate between the three remaining Democratic candidates moderated by Phil Donahue, Mondale and Hart got into such a heated argument over the issue of U.S. policy in Central America that Jackson had to tap his water glass on the table to help get them to stop.
Jesse Jackson won many support among grassroots black people (including progressives and other minorities) while some black people supported Mondale because they believed that Jackson wouldn’t win or for other reasons. Hart won the California primary. By the time of the Democratic National Convention in San Francisco on July 16, Mondale received the overwhelming support of the unelected super delegates from the party establishment to win the nomination. This race for the Democratic Party presidential nomination was the closest in two generations, and, as of 2017, it was the last occasion that a major party's race for the presidential nomination went all the way to its convention. Jesse Jackson gave a stirring speech at the 1984 Democratic National Convention. It was a historic speech that called for unity among Americans like a rainbow to combat Reaganism. Also, Mondale said that he and Reagan will raise taxes. That was taboo since Presidents do raise taxes, but Presidents rarely said such things in a convention speech. U.S. Representative Geraldine A. Ferraro was the Vice Presidential running mate. Ferraro worked with New York Governor Mario Cuomo. Reagan had his campaign. John Anderson was running in the National Unity Party. The Citizens Party and the Libertarian Party plus the Communist Party (Angela Davis ran for President) ran their candidates. Mondale ran a liberal campaign by supporting a nuclear freeze, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), and economic solutions to the unfairness of Reagan’s economic policies. Critics came after Ferraro for her political views and allegations about her husband, John Zaccaro. The Reagan campaign briefly used "Born in the U.S.A.", a song criticizing the treatment of Vietnam War veterans (which they mistakenly thought was devoid of anti-war content), as a campaign song, without permission, until Springsteen, a lifelong Democrat, insisted that they stop. Some people questioned Reagan’s age while being President. His second debate ended that issue by his comments. Ronald Reagan was re-elected in 1984 by November 6, 1984. Reagan won in a landslide. He won a record 525 electoral votes total (of 538 possible), and received 58.8% of the popular vote; despite Ferraro's selection, 55% of women who voted did so for Reagan, and his 54 to 61% of the Catholic vote was the highest for a Republican candidate in history. Mondale's 13 electoral college votes (from his home state of Minnesota—which he won by 0.18%—and the District of Columbia) marked the lowest total of any major presidential candidate since Alf Landon's 1936 loss to Franklin D. Roosevelt. Mondale's defeat was also the worst for any Democratic Party candidate in American history in the Electoral College. Reagan Democrats helped to send Reagan to the White House again. Many of them were made up of southern whites and northern blue collar workers. Some of them believed in scapegoating poor and minority people for the problems of the middle class. They believed that they had an economic recovery. Reagan lost Minnesota. By the second term of the Reagan administration, tax reform laws were passed and other events came about.
During the Reagan Presidency, the Cold War reached its zenith and it ended. Stalinism declined because of many reasons. The Soviet Union extended its military aid so much in Afghanistan and in other places that investments in domestic areas declined. Massive violations to civil liberties existed in the Soviet Union and protests in many Soviet areas grew up the movement to end the Soviet Union. A combination of factors made it clear that the Soviet Union was dying. Yet, Ronald Reagan called the Soviet Union the evil empire and claimed that the Soviets were the biggest threats on Earth. Reagan massively expanded the U.S. military since he wanted to combat the perception that America lost its way militarily after the Vietnam War. He also wanted a military build up to combat the Soviets and end their existence. Reagan was overt in wanting the Soviet Union to end starting in Eastern Europe. He always condemned Communism in his speeches for decades. He supported covert actions to combat communism worldwide. So, Reagan sent billions of dollars to fund B-1 bombers, B-2 bombers, MX missile systems, and SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative using missiles to combat a nuclear attack). Reagan placed nuclear missiles in Europe which was protested worldwide as some wanted a nuclear freeze. Reagan aided anti-Communists in Afghanistan, Central America, etc. That is why Reagan backed the Contras. The problem with the Contras was that they were brutal, vicious, and authoritarian. A right wing regime in El Salvador was funded by Reagan’s people as well. El Salvador had such of a bad human rights record that even Congress wanted funding to that nation dependent on its human rights record. In October 25, 1983, U.S. forces invaded Grenada to stop a left wing movement from governing the nation. The troops protected American medical students. There were controversial legal questions about the invasion (in seeing whether it was legal or not), but most Americans supported the decision to invade Grenada. By 1985, Mikhail Gorbachev was the President of the Soviet Union. Gorbachev was a more moderate Soviet leader and worked with Reagan to resolve Cold War issues. Gorbachev followed glasnost and perestroika in order to have a less state ruled economy. He wanted reforms since the Soviet Union was in economic chaos. Factories were down and workers suffered economic tribulations. Reagan moderated his stance on the Soviet Union. Both leaders talked about nuclear weapons in START I negotiations. Reagan wanted the Berlin Wall to come down in his famous 1987 speech in Germany. In 1987, the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty is signed in Washington, D.C. President Reagan and Soviet Premier Gorbachev. Reagan and Gorbachev toasted each other in Moscow. By the end of the 1980’s, Eastern Europe became free from Stalinism. Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Hungary had democratic elections. The Berlin Wall came down in 1989. Communism soon ended in Romania and Bulgaria by 1989. The beginning of the end of the Cold War was unexpected, quick, and it wasn’t bloodless though. Romania was a nation with massive bloodshed involving them leaving the Soviet Union. Poland had bloodshed too. It is no secret that the CIA and the Vatican worked together to promote the Solidarity movement in Poland in order for Communism to end in Poland. Stalinism is antithetical to socialism since Stalinism sought authoritarianism (i.e. workers were denied to collectively bargain, Stalin destroyed religious buildings, and Stalin murdered independent socialist leaders) at the expense of political and social freedoms. The Cold War finally over sent a new sense of change to people worldwide. The Cold War made it known that the emancipation of the working class and all oppressed people must be enacted. Challenger broke apart after launch in 1986, killing all crew on board. Drunk driving awareness raised after a drunk driver's car crashes into a church bus near Carrollton, Kentucky, killing 27 in 1988. 1988 was the year when Discovery launched as first post-Challenger Space Shuttle flight. In 1988, Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty goes into effect.

Friday News.
There are tons of news going on today. There has been a proposed child care plan sent by Elizabeth Warren. This plan deals with universal childcare. We know because of the economic inequalities that we have, raising a child is very expensive and we need new solutions to make sure that childcare is available and affordable. It expands subsidies to low income families and richer families have to pay for their childcare. It's a great first step and some want a state option that will allow private insurers to compete. There will be another election in a North Carolina district because of overt vote fraud in that area. Trump is silent since Republicans are involved in that vote fraud. This certainly proves that GOP voter suppression is ever real and North Carolina has a Voter ID law. The voter ID law didn't stop that fraud, so that law is useless and must end. Trump is also silent on the Coast Guard lieutenant charged with planning a massacre against Democrats and journalists. As this goes on, Michael Cohen prepares to give his testimony in Congress next week. Cohen's attorney Lanny Davis said that Cohen will give blockbuster testimony about Trump. Cohen will testify two times in private and one time in front of the House in public.
Certainly, today news have been massive. Jussie Smollett has been accused of a federal crime of faking a hate crime. If he is convicted, he faces up to 3 years in prison. He has been recently out of jail after the $100,000 bail. We know of the complexity of the story. We know of the Chicago's police scandals of police brutality and other issues. We know that if Smollett is guilty of making a hoax, then he deserves to be punished for such an act. Regardless, we have a serious problem of hate crimes in America. Hate crimes in America has increased since 2016. The Chicago police has accused him of filing a false police report. Jussie is accused by the police of hiring 2 Nigerian men to fake a beating on him. Like always, we have to use discernment and condemn bigotry while not tolerating hoaxes as well.
He has a lifetime of service in the cause of justice. He has been part of the Civil Rights Movement for a long time. His name is Brother John Lewis and it's his birthday today. He is now 79 years old. He was born in Troy, Alabama. As a young man, he was a key ally of Dr. King and he was a leader of the grassroots organization of SNCC. He was in the Freedom Rides, the March on Washington, the Selma voting rights Movement, Freedom Summer, the Freedom Schools, and in Nashville. Later, he became a Congressman of Georgia. He opposed the Iraq War and continues protests to this very day. John Lewis voted to fund the creation of the National Museum of African American History and Culture. He was awarded the Presidential Freedom Award in 2011 by Barack Obama. In our time, many issues exist. We are in a crossroads of our time. John Lewis definitely would want us to stand up and speak up against police brutality, against xenophobia, against racism, and for justice. That is why we have to learn about our elders, because we have a chance to make more history too. We all have life. Once we have life, we do have the opportunity to make an august contribution to world history. I wish Brother John Lewis more blessings.
Yesterday was the date of one of the saddest days in Black History. It was 54 years after the assassination of Brother Malcolm X which occurred at New York City. Malcolm X was one of the greatest black leaders in history. His strength was that he gave strong, honest appraisals of the evils found in America, he gave black people confidence to stand up for our rights, and he shown courage to confront injustice. He advocated self-defense. When the neo-Nazis threatened Dr. King in Selma back in 1965, Malcolm X promised the Neo-Nazis that if they touched Dr. King then Malcolm X would use his forces to enact maximum physical retaliation against the neo-Nazis. The neo-Nazis never touched Dr. King. Malcolm X also wanted black people with guns to defend our communities. Malcolm X wasn't ADOS. He believed in pan-African unity.
He wanted to unify black people in America, Africa, the Caribbean, South America, Britain, France, etc. in order to confront the Western power structure. Therefore, black people can be truly free via that strident unity. Malcolm X evolved to be more progressive in his political views. He condemned capitalism by name in 1965, he opposed the Vietnam War, he spoke at socialist meetings, he endorsed African independence, and he believed in women equality. Many history books don't mention these facts, but Malcolm X was an international world hero. Malcolm X always loved discussions and debates on important subjects. He traveled into England to stand up against racism and he traveled into Africa to gather support, so America would be held accountable (via the United Nations) for human rights violations against black Americans. Malcolm X was a living example of black manhood in his service to our people, so we are always appreciative of his contributions. His wife Betty Shabbaz was another warrior. Their children continue in the struggle for black liberation to this very day.
Rest in Power Brother Malcolm X.

Rep. Ilhan Omar a “Hero” for Blasting Criminal Abrams
https://blackagendareport.com/rep-ilhan-omar-hero-blasting-criminal-abrams
Defense of Democracy.
It is no secret that Trump hates socialism and he probably doesn’t know what it means. He believes that socialism is about the ruling class viciously dominating all resources in a nation and brutalizing its people. That is a lie. The truth is that socialism is an economic system that people have the right to agree or disagree with. Folks have the First Amendment or free speech right to believe in it or not without persecution. Socialism is an economic system where the means of production are controlled by social ownership or by the workers in a collective fashion. This social ownership can be public, collective, or a cooperative ownership. There are different variations of socialism too. Trump spoke of socialism in negative terms since he wants to prop up the puppet leader of the nation of Venezuela. Also, Trump is an authoritarian himself who is part of the billionaire class. He studied the speeches and writings of Hitler. He has promoted an executive order that circumvents Congressional power, he has disrespected the press, slandered NFL protesters, and is a known racist.
The Trump administration even stated that, if necessary, they will use military force to end Maduro’s tenure and replace him with another person named Juan Guaidó (who is an overtly right wing politician). Maduro claims to be in favor of the revolution. Yet, Maduro must issue a moratorium on external debt and use policies to address the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela. There is critique from the left on many policies of Maduro, but the ultimatum of either Venezuela must submit to Western interests or face possible military action is totally imperialist, militarist rhetoric. We have to be clear to condemn the Guaido government, to critique the errors of Maduro, and to oppose U.S imperialism all at the same time. Foreign policy is complex, and we have to respect the self-determination of the Venezuelan people. This world have seen teacher strikes, more strikes in general, and the rising of people opposing oligarchy.
These developments make the ruling class afraid of the powerful of grassroots people. That is why more rhetoric condemning socialism comes about. Likewise, we are clear that freedom revolves around economic justice and social justice. We want democracy, and we want the oppressed to have their liberation too. We desire to live in a world where there is a radical redistribution of political and economic power wherefore the people govern their own lives without injustice. The New York Times reported that Trump asked Whitaker to allowed an appointed attorney to oversee an investigation about Trump. Trump denies this story, but if this story is true, this is a clear case of obstruction of justice. Trump is a notorious enemy of freedom. We know for a fact that the Trump administration has pressured people to submit to their aims involving the investigation.
Yesterday, some sad news is that Brother Donald Newcombe passed away at the age of 92. He was a great pitcher who played for the Negro Leagues and the MLB. For a long time, he was entertained crowds, stood up for our rights, and had a blessed family. He overcame so much in his life. He met Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. just before his passing too. Now, he is at peace with the Creator who gave him his life. His legacy extends beyond baseball. It dealt with helping the less fortunate, being a voice to empower the young, and realizing that life is a precious gift that must be cherished by giving to help another person. He broke down barriers as a man born in New Jersey. Now, it is up to our generation and future generations to carry the torch in ensuring that liberty and justice are enacted for all.
Rest in Power Brother Donald Newcombe.
President Barack Obama and Step Curry recently had a discussion about toxic masculinity. As we know, toxic masculinity is evil, because it promotes the falsehood that men must act irrational, act like a brute, or disrespect other people in order to be a real man. Obama made the great point that being a man is about being a good human being filled with compassion, integrity, honor, and humility. This is a fight for our survival since we want a world where women and men are treated equally and given the opportunities to fulfill their own life destinies. Curry also made great points in the discussion. Both agreed that we have also give spaces to black men, men of color, black women, women, and women of color to outline their views, to show their emotions, and to seek solutions in our lives. Men will have to continue to call out other men who are doing the wrong thing. A man shouldn't be disrespected because he desires to seek out spaces to handle issues of vulnerability or mental health issues. Many men need to realize that you don't have to fake an image in order to be a man. If you be yourself and treat people right, then real people will respect you automatically. That point should always be emphasized.

Multiple Issues Shown.
The nervous system is one of the most important parts of the human body. It helps to transmit signals to and from different parts of the body. It has many jobs. It can detect environmental changes that impact the body. It works with the endocrine system to respond to these events. Vertebrates have two major parts of the nervous system. One is the central nervous system or the CNS. The other part is the peripheral nervous system of PNS. The CNS is made up of the brain and spinal cord. The PNS is mainly made up of nerves. Nerves are enclosed bundles of long fibers or axons that link to the CNS and to every other part of the human body. Nerves that transmit signals from the brain are called motor or efferent nerves, while those nerves that transmit information from the body to the CNS are called sensory or afferent. Spinal nerves serve both functions and are called mixed nerves. The PNS is divided into three separate subsystems, the somatic, autonomic, andenteric nervous systems. Somatic nerves mediate voluntary movement. The autonomic nervous system is further subdivided into the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous systems. The sympathetic nervous system is activated in cases of emergencies to mobilize energy, while the parasympathetic nervous system is activated when organisms are in a relaxed state. The enteric nervous system functions to control the gastrointestinal system. Both autonomic and enteric nervous systems function involuntarily. Nerves that exit from the cranium are called cranial nerves while those exiting from the spinal cord are called spinal nerves.
The nervous system has cells. The type of cell in that system is called the neuron or nerve cell. Neurons have structures to allow them to send signals quickly and precisely to other cells. They send these signals in the form of electrochemical waves traveling along thin fibers called axons, which cause chemicals called neurotransmitters to be released at junctions called synapses. A cell that receives a synaptic signal from a neuron may be excited, inhibited, or otherwise modulated. The connections between neurons can form neural pathways, neural circuits, and larger networks that generate an organism's perception of the world and determine its behavior. Along with neurons, the nervous system contains other specialized cells called glial cells (or simply glia), which provide structural and metabolic support. The nervous system is found in most multicellular animals. They are diverse. Sponges, placozoans, and mesozoans have very small body plans and have no nervous systems. The central nervous system gives signals from one cell to another from one part of the body to others. They receive feedback too. Malfunction of the nervous system can exist by physical damage, genetic issues, infection, or aging. Neurology is a medical subject that constantly studies the nervous system and finds ways to treat and help those with nervous system issues. Multiple sclerosis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis are disorders involving nervous system issues.
The nervous system has nerves or cylindrical bundles of fibers. Nerves were known by the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans. The microscope helped researchers to examine them. A microscopic examination shows that nerves consist primarily of axons, along with different membranes that wrap around them and segregate them into fascicles. The neurons that give rise to nerves do not lie entirely within the nerves themselves—their cell bodies reside within the brain, spinal cord, or peripheral ganglia. A neuron has a nucleus, the soma, and the dendrite. They are linked with the axon, the myelin sheath, the Schwann cell, the node of the ranvier, and the axon terminal. Synapses are membrane to membrane junctions having molecular machinery that allows for rapid transmission of signals, either electrical or chemical. The axon is a protrusion that extends in the body. Glial cells are non-neuronal cells that give support, nutrition, maintain homeostasis, form myelin, and work in the signal transmission of the nervous system. The Bhuman brain has many glias. Recent findings indicate that glial cells, such as microglia and astrocytes, serve as important resident immune cells within the central nervous system. The CNS is made up of the brain and the spinal cord. Nerve signals can travel over 100 meters per second. The nervous system helps to control the body. In a synaptic transmission, a wave goes into the axon of the neuron. When it reaches a synapse, it caused a small amount of neurotransmitter molecules to go into the receptor of the target cell. Synapses may be electrical or chemical. The nervous system deals with the skin and muscles. Learning about the nervous system is key to learn about our lives in general.
There can be no mention about what is going on without mentioning information about the documentary Surviving R. Kelly which was shown in Lifetime. It has been debated, loved, and hated. Now, the truth is known by a wide spectrum of people. The overall point of the documentary is criticizing R. Kelly's abuse of girls and women by showing the stories of the victims. Most people on Earth agree that R. Kelly is a terrible person who exploited the lives of so many girls and women including the great singer Aaliyah. There is no excuse for a grown man to try to marry a teenage girl. There is no excuse for a grown man to have sex with underage girls period. Therefore, the Surviving R. Kelly documentary did a great service to paint a light on the epidemic of the sexual abuse of black girls and black women (which some unfortunately ignore or minimize). We can’t ignore it. Statistics, stories, and other documentation document this epidemic. For example, more than four in ten black women experience physical violence. A 2015 Violence Policy Center study finds that Black women were two and a half times more likely to be murdered by men than their White counterparts. More than nine in ten Black female victims knew their killers. More than 20 percent of Black women are raped during their lifetimes—a higher share than among women overall. Black girls aged 18-19 were four times more likely to be imprisoned than White girls. Girls and women of color are the fastest growing populations in American prisons. About 60% of Black girls experience sexual abuse by age 18. According to a 2014 study, about 22% of Black women reported being raped and 41% experienced other forms of sexual violence. Therefore, we know the truth. We have to protect the lives of girls and women. Malcolm X was right that black women are the most disrespected, unprotected women on Earth. As black people and as human beings period, we are obligated to protect black girls and black women. For anyone to try to minimize this epidemic shows their disrespect and treason to humanity. Now, other people including sexists and Hoteps (like Tariq Nasheed and The Black Authority. Tariq Nasheed called black people dumb in an interview with the sellout Jesse Lee Peterson. Also, Tariq promotes books on macking while refusing to repudiate his past music as the character of T-Flex degrading women. Tariq also promoted misogynistic views about especially black women) have exploited the legitimate criticism of anti-black men stereotypes (and the real double standards in society involving race and class) as an excuse for them to promote the #First Them movement. Tariq Nasheed has fetishized women overseas and called them the curse words too. He is on tape saying that single women shouldn’t have reparations. This liar Tariq said that once he never said anything about primping or he is a pimp. Yet, in an interview with Michael Moore years ago, Tariq Nasheed admitted that he wrote a book on pimping and said that he is a pimp (he wrote a book called “The Art of Gold Digging"). So, he’s a liar. The truth is that it isn’t about First Them.
All people, who do rape or sexual crimes, ought to be brought to justice regardless of their race or sex. So, The FirstThem movement is about minimizing the value of black lives while only targeting white perpetrators first (when all perpetrators of sexual assault should be punished regardless of color ASAP). Tariq Nasheed’s disrespect of the black woman Pearl Jr. (even wanting to punch her if he was in a relationship with her. He said to her “I would beat the s__ out of you.” He’s a coward and his views can go to perdition) in an interview shows how fake he is. We can agree that many white folks receive a slap on a wrist for sex crimes (which his wrong and racist) while maintaining the view that black people deserve to be safe from rape or abuse at the same time. Instead of #First Them, it should be #Hold All Abusers Accountable. Also, there are extremists who want R Kelly to be the face of black men. That is wrong too as the vast majority of black men aren’t racists, but rape is a serious problem in the black community. Rape should be addressed not sugarcoated. We shouldn’t judge all black people negatively by the actions of the few, and we should make sure that the victims of rape are respected as well. It is important to note that rape victims exist among every background. Many black men and black women are victims of rape or sexual abuse. It is important to give black women and black men victims of sexual abuse the full opportunities to allow their voices to be heard. Surviving R. Kelly was created by Dream Hampton (who worked in the hip hop industry and is an activist on many issues). We must be clear in our agenda. We both realize the epidemic of sexual abuse in the world while recognizing that the majority of black women and the majority of black men are not sexual predators or violent. Far too often, some folks will legitimately expose black sexual criminals, but minimize or ignore the brutality of white criminals (which disrespects all victims of rape since all criminals regardless of color should be equally punished). R. Kelly is a symbol of not only the imperfections of society, but the guilt of the bystanders and facilitators of his crimes. R. Kelly isn’t the only one guilty. Those who knew and did nothing to stop him, those who funded him and did nothing about his actions, and those who saw the other way are just as guilty as R. Kelly (and they should experience accountability too). It is important to expose hypocrites who once joined up in R. Kelly in music or business actions during this decade and now they are distancing themselves from him like Lady Gaga and others. During the 1990’s and early 2000’s, tons of people knew about how R. Kelly got down, but minimized it or ignored it shamefully (because the victims were black people). Not to mention that mainstream society and the international system of racism seeks to destroy black men and black women. That is proven by history. So, we understand the evil of rape, and we recognize the duty of us to support the victims of rape. Additionally, we must combat the system of racism that seeks to slander black people collectively. Part of ending racism is to stop rape completely. R. Kelly needs to experience justice just like every other abuser. We owe it to the victims of R. Kelly’s abuse to stand up for them 100 percent. Building a strong, safe black community is our aim.
The movie Green Book has been experiencing massive controversies. It has been legitimately critiqued by people involved in the real life story of the musician Dr. Don Shirley. It is no secret that many Hollywood films distort the essence of the stories of black life for years and decades. The Green Book film is filled with so much fiction that the family of Dr. Don Shirley had to come out to make people apologize for it. More people are speaking up to advance the truth that black narratives shouldn’t be sugarcoated to suit the interests of mainstream society. Dr. Donald Shirley was a world famous African American classical and jazz pianist. He was a composer too. Back in 1962, he came to a concert tour from New York City to the Deep South in 1962. He wanted a driver. So, his driver was the racist Italian American nightclub bouncer Tony Lip. The film was wrong to portray Lip as some black ally who showed Dr. Shirley what an African American man should be. That is not only disrespectful, but racist to assume that African American men must be monolithic in order to be black. Dr. Shirley’s brother Maurice Shirley Sr., his sister in law Mrs. Patricia Shirley, and his niece Mrs. Karole L. Shirley-Kimble defended his character. Green Book advances the overtly stereotypical “white savior” archetype. The film portrayed Dr. Shirley as being raised by a single mother when he was born in a two parent household. His father was Pastor Edwin Shirley Sr. and his mother was Mrs. Stella Shirley (a school teacher). Dr. Shirley had four siblings. Their names were Calvin, Lucille, Edwin Jr, Donald, and Maurice. His mother died when he was nine years old. His father raised them or his children. Many of them were physicians. Dr. Donald Shirley was close to his family until his passing in 2013. He never panhandled for money. He has shown musical talent since he was 2. He lived in an upper middle class background in Pensacola, Florida. Dr. Shirley was never an alcoholic. The movie falsely assumed that Tony Lip introduced Dr. Shirley to the music of Little Richard, Aretha Franklin, R&B, or soul. Dr. Shirley knew all types of music. According to Karole, the Black community was, “…the center of his world…he pulled from African proverbs and spirituals…he was a Black man…”
He loved his Blackness. He was friends with Lionel Hampton, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Leontyne Price, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Paul Robeson, William Warfield, Harry Belafonte, etc. Dr. Shirley and his mother never panhandled for money. Dr. Shirley rode in black limousines not a green Cadillac. Also, Dr. Shirley didn’t like Tony. According to Mr. Maurice Shirley, "there was no friendship relationship between Donald and Tony…in fact, Donald could not stand him. He fired Tony.” The falsehoods in the film must be known since we have to show the truth that Jim Crow apartheid was not some game. The movie uses stereotypes against African Americans. In reality, Dr. Shirley earned doctorates in Music, Psychology, and Liturgical Arts. He was fluent in eight languages and was a great painter. The film falsely showed Tony as some white hero who made Dr. Shirley connect with his roots. The truth is that Dr. Shirley loved his roots and knew that he was a black man. He supported the Civil Rights Movement too. The real life story of Dr. Shirley shown in film in the correct manner would inspire people much more than the fantasy of a film that we have in Green Book. The racist mythology and ideology that a white man must rule and control all non-white peoples have been shown in films (and this racist lie promotes colonialism instead of human liberation). Dr. Wilmer Leon has made excellent points about the falsehoods found in the Green Book too. At the end of the day, unapologetic Blackness have the right to be truthfully shown in film or in any other medium.

Friday News in Mid-February 2019.
Now, people have boycotted Gucci for promoting a racist blackface clothing collection. Floyd Mayweather has opposed the boycott and accused celebrities of false advocacy. He is wrong on all accounts. The reason is that 2 wrong don't make a right. It is wrong for some (not all rappers) rappers to make songs that disrespect women, glamorize the n word, or exploit the suffering of black people. Also, it is wrong for Gucci to advance racist clothing. People have the right to boycott as found in the First Amendment. Mayweather fails to see that life doesn't just revolve around you. Life revolves around billions of people. Black people going into the realm of justice requires us to sacrifice like our ancestors did. Money isn't everything. We have to care for our neighbors to grow in our own lives. The actions of hypocritical celebrities doesn't negate the need for people to call out Gucci for their blatant racism. For the record, I won't buy anything from Gucci anyway.
Today, both houses of Congress passed a shutdown compromise. Now, Trump wants to declare a national emergency to promote his vain wall. People from across the political spectrum oppose using a national emergency since it can be exploited to promote too much executive power. Also, future Presidents can use it by fiat to promote certain actions. The shutdown deal is about sending $1.375 billion for border fencing, wall repairs and other barriers on the US-Mexico border, as part of a much larger bill funding one quarter of the federal government through September 30. Trump may want to steal money from other parts of the U.S. budget to try to fund his border wall. This national emergency will be challenged in court. There is no need for a national emergency, because migrants are escaping persecution and these human beings are not cut throat murderers. Mitch McConnell is a notorious courage to support the national emergency declaration. It is no secret that Trump wants the executive branch to have supreme authority over the other two branches of government, which is against the legitimate concept of the separation of powers. Trump has promoted vulgarity, lawlessness, and an out of control expanded executive branch. That is wrong. The United States government shouldn't be run by one executive. We have historic lows of record low undocumented immigration crossings.
When I did deep research in my ancestry, I found out that my ancestors' in laws were related to Frederick Douglass. I'm not related directly to Frederick Douglass, but my ancestors' in laws were. For example, Virgie Mae Claud Hardy (1895-1968) was my third great aunt. She married a man named John Walter Hardy (who was my in law). They had a child named John Melton Hardy Sr. (who was my first cousin). John Melton Hardy Sr. married a woman named Gloria Romenta Walden. Gloria Romenta Walden was a direct descendant of Frederick Douglass. Now, Gloria's father was Square Titus Walden (1893 - 1959). Square's father was Titus Lagrant Walden (1859 - 1950). Titus's mother was Nancy Ann Weaver (1843 - 1922). Nancy's father was Willis Weaver (1814 - 1892). Willis also had a son named David Weaver. David Weaver married a woman named Estella Irene Sprague. Estella Irene Sprague's father was Nathan Sprague. Estella was the daughter of Rosetta E. DOUGLASS (or Estella's mother). Rosetta Douglass is the daughter of Frederick Douglass and Anna Murray Douglass. This information certainly shocked me, but it showed that all of humanity are basically cousins (or more closely related).
The problem with the ADOS movement isn't their advocacy of African American interests. It's their constant omission of the need of reparations for Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Latinos, and all black people of African descent in Western Hemisphere. To keep it real, more black slaves came into Brazil than all of the British colonies combined. I agree with Yvette Carnell on many economic issues and her promotion of reparations for us black Americans, but she is wrong by minimizing the importance of Pan-African unity. I believe in Pan-Africanism and many ADOS advocates are hostile to Pan-Africanism. She or Yvette had a video called Pan Africanism is dead, so that tells everyone how she thinks. History teaches us that non-African American black people were crucial in African American struggle for freedom. Marcus Garvey, Kwame Ture, Claudia Jones, and other Brothers and Sisters weren't born in America. Yet, they did help many black Americans. Africans collectively are never to be blamed for the Maafa. I don't believe that ADOS members are some Russian bots, but I'm beyond some American. I'm an person of black African descent who was born in America. The enemy of racism must be ended. Black unity means unity with black people globally not just in the States.
Recently, Monique and Steve Harvey had an honest, spirited debate about the industry and black people. Monique said to Steve Harvey that real change is not easy and sacrifice is required to establish liberation for black people. Steve Harvey responded that we (as black people) must act in a certain way and play the game in order to see freedom. Monique made the greatest point in the debate in saying that our integrity is worth more than money. Money is never infallible. The love of money is the root of all evil, so our value as black people is never defined by money. Our value is inborn and it is priceless. Throughout history , black heroes used courage, sacrifice, protests, boycotts, self-defense, and other actions in getting real social change. Money is a tool that can be used for good or evil. Money isn't a god. Steve Harvey said that he doesn't care about slavery, he disrespected Flint victims, and he once talked with Trump in the White House. Steve Harvey defended the white racist Paula Dean. Harvey never apologized for those mistakes, but he is trying to insist that Monique tap dance and compromise to an industry that historically exploited black genius plus black talent for profit. Steve Harvey was very disrespectful in the interview with Monique too. Steve Harvey would never talk to a white actress or actor like he spoke to Monique. So, I agree with Monique than Steve Harvey. Also, helping the poor isn't about individual pursuits alone. Helping the poor deals with changing the whole structure of the system wherefore living wages, housing, education, and other blessings are available to the poor, so the poor can leave poverty. That's real talk.
INTEGRITY OVER MATERIALISM.

Real Issues.
Many people are saying that the new shutdown deal is coming. This is a compromise deal. Hannity has been critical of the deal. Hannity is so far right that he is too extreme ideologically. The truth is that Trump started the shutdown originally. The new deal have 1.375 billion dollars for fencing along a certain amount of miles. The reality is that undocumented migration into America are in historic lows, but Trump and his acolytes believe in the myth that millions of people are coming into America to cause mayhem and chaos in America. We shall see what the future holds. One thing that we all agree on is that we don't want another shutdown. We don't want more people to suffer financially or otherwise. In the past year alone, there has been an increase of strikers by teachers and other workers. One strike that is ongoing now in February of 2019 is the teachers' strike in Denver. Many teachers want higher wages and other things. Colorado teachers are paid the lowest out of every state in America while Denver is one of the most expensive places to live in America. In general, the costs of living have dramatically increased in the past decades. That is why you have a homelessness problem nationwide. Some students have expressed solidarity with the teachers by walking out in Denver, Colorado. We don't live in quaint times. We live in historic times and we support positive movements for social change.
Xenophobes question the value of immigrants to America and to the black community. The xenophobes are hypocrites since some of them legitimately expose racism in America, but omit the black immigrants making contributions every single day. Even Kwame Ture, Claudia Jones, and other well known black leaders weren't born in America. Many of these hypocrites don't practice what they preach by claiming to be for black solidarity, but use memes and videos to mock black people who disagree with them (or use slurs against black people. Some of them even blame black people collectively for things). Immigrants pay a large amount of taxes in America. Immigrants bring more cultural diversity in America and America is stronger by its cultural diversity too. Also, immigrants help to stabilize employment rates and immigrants are never the cause of systematic racism in America. The income inequality gap among African Americans and European Americans wasn't caused by immigration. Immigration didn't cause police brutality. These evils were caused by members of the 1% who desire division and hatred instead of black liberation and justice. More importantly, black immigrants and their cultures are integral to African-American communities — and to the US as a whole. Undocumented black immigrants are also at great risk of deportation, as they encounter the double bind of anti-black policing and racist immigration laws and policies. Most African Americans by polls want a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants. Trump has lied about El Paso since before barriers existed in the Texas city, crime rates were already declining. Also, the migrants aren't criminals collectively, but legal migrants seeking asylum in American soil. Therefore unity among black people from across the Earth is necessary to freedom and justice.
Howard Schultz is considering running for President. His views aren't new. He believes that centrism will improve America. We know that isn't the case. Every revolutionary movement in history to improve the lives of Americans arose by radical solutions and revolutionary policies not by centrism. For example, slavery ended by revolutionary abolitionists and other black people who wanted slavery abolished. The Civil Rights laws were created by the progressive Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and other heroes who sacrificed everyday for our freedom. In fact, Dr. King criticized the white moderates as wanting the status quo. Dr. King and Malcolm X were not moderates. Dr. King wanted reparations, he praised democratic socialism, and he opposed the Vietnam War. Schultz said that he's socially liberal and fiscally conservative. That is an oxymoron since you need massive governmental investment to fight poverty and economic injustices. You need powerful financial power to end injustices in general. FDR used the New Deal not with fiscal conservativism, but with billions of dollars that grew Social Security and other laws (which were won by the labor movement). Schultz refuses to support a wealth tax, refuses to support reparations, and refuses to do anything to invest in rebuilding our infrastructure in the billions of dollars. He issues token reforms like promoting health care fixes and other things, but we live in a different time. Tokenism doesn't work. Schultz doesn't have concrete policy positions, but he wants to attack the views of progressives which is an example of his hypocrisy. We need firm change. Progressives are right to advocate an end to the detention of babies. They are right to fight for a living wage and seeking investments to help the environment.
It is always honorable to show great respect to a hero. Brother Bill Russell has his Birthday yesterday and he is now 85 years old. He was born in Monroe, Louisiana. Racism was so bad in Monroe back then, that Bill Russell's father and him (plus his family) moved into Oakland, California. Bill Russell was raised in housing projects because even back then, black people suffered oppression. Bill Russell worked hard to develop his fundamental basketball skills. He was encouraged by a coach and came into college at the University of San Francisco. He experienced racism, but he courageously stood up for himself and excelled in the game that he so loved. He played great defense and passing. He was one of the greatest college basketball players in history and later became one of the greatest NBA Players in history. He played for the Boston Celtics during his NBA career. Track and field was another sport that he performed magnificently too.
He won gold during the 1956 Summer Olympics at Melbourne, Australia. While he was in the NBA, he was a legend. He won 11 NBA Championships. He was a 12 time All-Star. He was the first black American to coach a basketball team, and he was the first black American to win a championship while coaching too. Bill Russell was a competitor. He also was an active advocate of civil rights back then and today. He supported Dr. King and Muhammad Ali in his conscientious objection to the Vietnam War. Recently, he agreed with Colin Kaepernick's protest. Bill Russell is an iconic man who has shown athletes and all people that you don't have to compromise in order to be free. You can live life, treat people right, and stand on what is right. I wish Brother Bill Russell more blessings.

Health Related Information in 2019.
One of the most important parts of the human body is the cardiovascular system or the circulatory system. It governs our heart, helps our blood, and it is the literally lifeline of our human existence. It is the organ system that allows blood to circulate and transport nutrients (like amino acids and electrolytes), oxygen, carbon dioxide, hormones, and blood cells to and from the cells in the body. This system allows the body to receive nourishment and help to fight disease, stabilize temperature plus pH, and maintain homeostasis. The cardiovascular system deals with the lymphatic system too as that system circulate lymph. The passage of lymph for example takes much longer than of blood. Blood is a fluid. It has plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets that is circulated by the heart though the vertebrate vascular system. It carries oxygen and nutrients to and waste materials away from all body tissues. Lymph is recycled exceeds blood plasma after it has been filtered from the interstitial fluid (between cells) and returned to the lymphatic system. The cardiovascular (from Latin words meaning "heart" and "vessel") system comprises the blood, heart, and blood vessels. The lymph, lymph nodes, and lymph vessels form the lymphatic system, which returns filtered blood plasma from the interstitial fluid (between cells) as lymph.
The circulatory system of the blood is seen as having two components, a systemic circulation and a pulmonary circulation. Humans are vertebrates with a closed cardiovascular system. That means that blood never leaves the network of arteries, veins, and capillaries. Some invertebrates have an open cardiovascular system. The lymphatic system has an open system with a route for excess interstitial fluid to be returned to the blood. The diploblastic animal phyla lack circulatory systems. Many diseases affect the circulatory system. This includes cardiovascular disease, affecting the cardiovascular system, and lymphatic disease affecting the lymphatic system. Cardiologists are medical professionals who specialize in the heart, and cardiothoracic surgeons specialize in operating on the heart and its surrounding areas. Vascular surgeons focus on other parts of the circulatory system.
The human cardiovascular system includes the heart, blood, and blood vessels. There is the pulmonary circulation or a loop through the lungs where blood is oxygenated. Later, circulation follows a loop through the rest of the body to provide oxygenated blood. There are macrocirculation and microcirculation. An average adult has five to six quarts or 4.7 to 5.7 liters of blood. Blood represents about 7 percent of total body adult weight. Blood consists of plasma, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Also, the system works with the circulatory system to provide the nutrients the system needs to keep the heart pumping. The cardiovascular systems of humans are closed, meaning that the blood never leaves the network of blood vessels. In contrast, oxygen and nutrients diffuse across the blood vessel layers and enter interstitial fluid, which carries oxygen and nutrients to the target cells, and carbon dioxide and wastes in the opposite direction. The other component of the circulatory system, the lymphatic system, is open. Blood travels by leaving the left atrium and the left ventricle to the rest of the body via arteries. Then, that blood travels from parts of the body via veins to the right atrium, the right ventricle, to the pulmonary artery and the pulmonary vein. Then, the cycle starts all over again. Oxygenated blood entered the circulation when leaving the left ventricle, through the aortic semilunar valve. The first part of the systemic circulation is the aorta, a massive and thick-walled artery. The aorta arches and gives branches supplying the upper part of the body after passing through the aortic opening of the diaphragm at the level of thoracic ten vertebras, it enters the abdomen. Later it descends down and supplies branches to abdomen, pelvis, perineum and the lower limbs. The walls of aorta are elastic. This elasticity helps to maintain the pressure throughout the body. When the aorta receives almost five liters of blood from the heart, it recoils and is responsible for pulsating blood pressure. Moreover, as aorta branches into smaller arteries, their elasticity goes on decreasing and their compliance goes on increasing. Arteries branch into small passages called arterioles and then into the capillaries. The capillaries merge to bring blood into the venous system. After their passage through body tissues, capillaries merge once again into venules, which continue to merge into veins. The venous system finally coalesces into two major veins: the superior vena cava (roughly speaking draining the areas above the heart) and the inferior vena cava (roughly speaking from areas below the heart). These two great vessels empty into the right atrium of the heart. The heart is filled with oxygen and nutrients too and it has coronary circulation. The general rule is that arteries from the heart branch out into capillaries, which collect into veins leading back to the heart. Portal veins are a slight exception to this. In humans, the only significant example is the hepatic portal vein which combines from capillaries around the tract where the blood absorbs the various products of digestion; rather than leading directly back to the heart, the hepatic portal vein branches into a second capillary system in the liver.
The heart pumps oxygenated blood to the body and deoxygenated blood to the lungs. The human heart has one atrium and one ventricle for each circulation. It has the following four chambers: left atrium, left ventricle, right atrium, and right ventricle. The right atrium is the upper chamber of the right side of the heart. The blood that is returned to the right atrium is deoxygenated (poor in oxygen) and passed into the right ventricle to be pumped through the pulmonary artery to the lungs for re-oxygenation and removal of carbon dioxide. The left atrium receives newly oxygenated blood from the lungs as well as the pulmonary vein which is passed into the strong left ventricle to be pumped through the aorta to the different organs of the body. Blood helps the brain and the kidneys. The circulatory system develops in the embryo. Veins show during weeks 4-8 of embryogenesis. Helping the cardiovascular system is key in building up our health. Ancient Egyptians, ancient Muslim scholars, ancient Romans, Michael Servetus, and others studied the circulatory system among the thousands of years of human history.
The respiratory system is very important to know and study. It is made up of organs used for gas exchange. It includes lungs and small air sacs called alveoli. They are call atria in birds. The alveoli have strong blood supply. These air sacs communicate with the external environment via a system of airways, or hollow tubes, of which the largest is the trachea, which branches in the middle of the chest into the two main bronchi. These enter the lungs where they branch into progressively narrower secondary and tertiary bronchi that branch into numerous smaller tubes, the bronchioles. In birds, the bronchioles are termed parabronchi. It is the bronchioles, or parabronchi that generally open into the microscopic alveoli in mammals and atria in birds. Air has to be pumped from the environment into the alveoli or atria by the process of breathing which involves the muscles of respiration. The respiratory system has the naval cavity, the pharynx (or near the throat). The larynx is found on inside of the neck. The tube next to the lungs is called the trachea. It has branches holding up the two lungs in the body. The lungs are surrounded by bronchial tubes. Therefore, the upper tract includes the nose, nasal cavities, sinuses, pharynx and the part of the larynx above the vocal folds. The lower tract (Fig. 2.) includes the lower part of the larynx, the trachea, bronchi, bronchioles and the alveoli. The respiratory tree has the trachea, mainstem bronchus, labor bronchus, segmental bronchus, bronchiole, alveolar duct, and the alveolus. Lungs expand and contact during the breathing cycle. The primary function of the respiratory system is to exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide. Inhaled oxygen enters the lungs and reaches the alveoli. Oxygen passes quickly through this air-blood barrier into the blood in the capillaries. Similarly, carbon dioxide passes from the blood into the alveoli and is then exhaled.
In life, we learn new things constantly. Even after I’m 35 years old, I continue to learn new facts about the human body and genetics. Controlling muscular hypertrophy is done by myostatin proteins. Age, height, weight, genetics, sex, and training can determine how much muscular hypertrophy a person can experience. Muscle hypertrophy is a term for the growth and increase of the size of muscle cells. Hypertrophy happens as a product of physical exercise like weightlifting. Examples of increased muscle hypertrophy are seen in various professional sports, mainly strength related sports such as boxing, Olympic weightlifting, mixed martial arts, rugby, professional wrestling and various forms of gymnastics. Increased muscle hypertrophy can be found in athletes who do basketball, baseball, ice hockey, and soccer (i.e. a center in basketball can be bigger to overpower opponents). This is achieved by cardiovascular and muscular endurance training. A human being is a product of both nature and nurture, so using both in performing great exercise output is important. Both men and women can increase their physical fitness capacity via training. Some people have myostatin deficiency. Muscles are made up of bundles, fascicle, muscle fiber, muscle cells, and other components like the myofibril. Many genes are associated with muscular strength and functioning like ACTG1, PEX14, TGFA, and SYT1. All of this relates to DNA. DNA is found in the human cell nucleus. The human embryo has 46 chromosomes. A chromosome has double stained DNA. DNA is held by four chemical called bases. They are adenine, cytosine, guanine, and thymine. DNA is made up of a double helix too. DNA forms chromosomes in the cell nucleus. Section of DNA form genes. Genes act as directors for proteins. Exercise, nutrition, and supplements can improve the human body. In the 21st century, we live in a new time. The average life expectancy worldwide has increased via medicine, surgery, and health science. Men tend to weigh more and have greater muscle mass than women. Men have 40–60 percent greater upper-body strength and 25–30 percent more lower-body strength. However, with training and nutritional guidance on par with men’s, female power lifters, for example, have narrowed the gap in actual strength to between 0 and 8 percent.
There have even been studies where women’s lower-body strength used in performing leg-presses has exceeded that of men. Males weigh about 15% more than females, on average. For those older than 20 years of age, men in the US have an average weight of 86.1 kg (190 lbs.), whereas women have an average weight of 74 kg (163 lbs.). On average, men are taller than women, by about 15 cm (6 inches). American men who are 20 years old or older have an average height of 176.8 cm (5 ft. 10 in). The average height of corresponding American women is 162 cm (5 ft. 4in). Women have a larger hip section than men, an adaptation for giving birth to infants with large skulls. Women show higher performance levels on tests of verbal fluency. This may be because the female auditory cortex is denser than that of the male. This difference and other sensory differences like it could be because of the sex hormones that impact the fetal brain during development. Some studies have shown that women have a more sensitive sense of smell than males, both in the differentiation of odors, and in the detection of slight or faint odors. Sex is determined by biology like gamete size, genital morphology, and the presence of absence of a Y chromosome including sex hormone levels. Gender deals with social roles based on the sex of a person or personal identification of one’s own gender. There are similarities among men and women too. Both are human beings, we have the same hormones (with variations of hormone levels and patterns in each human), and we all have equal value as persons living on this Earth.

The Past Isn’t Past: The Economic Case for Reparations
Friday, February 08, 2019
Total Information.
It is clear to mention that we are the majority in America. The majority of Americans believe in climate change (and that something should be done about it). Most Americans believe in higher taxes for the super wealthy. A majority of Americans want an expansion of health care services to human beings. The majority of Americans oppose a vain border wall and the vast majority of Americans believe in equal pay for equal work. Most Americans believe that immigrants of every color have great value in American society. The problem is that we have a President now who is hostile to the media, hostile to check and balances, and hostile towards the truth. It is wrong to see racism and police brutality in the world. It is wrong to witness babies and toddlers being stripped from their parents and sent into internment camps (near the border). This has happened in our decade now. Therefore, our ancestors suffered worst and we have to use the same inspiration and motivation to fight back against an authoritarian leader who cares more for xenophobia than for liberty and justice. Standing for our rights and advocating for freedom are what we ought to do for the sake of our descendants. During this Black History Month, we honor the sacrifice of black heroes and we praise the modern day black unsung heroes doing the right thing in this year of 2019.
A lot of news are existing. Whitaker said that he won't testify if he experiences a a subpoena. This comes as the Democrats launch new probes about the Trump administration and other issues. the House Democrats are well within their rights to issue legitimate subpoenas as a means to make accountability a reality in America. There is no question that the Trump administration is one of the most corrupt administrations in United States history. One proof of this truism is how many of Trump's early cabinet members (like Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, and Michael Flynn) have been charged, indicted, or convicted of numerous crimes from lying to other violations of the law. Robert Mueller and his team have caused indictments and convictions of individuals. Behind the scenes, Trump has used executive order to cut civil rights protections, to eliminate legitimate environmental protections, and to establish a bigoted anti-immigration policy that limits immigration to America based upon nationality. Building a vain wall does nothing to expand healthcare, to end police brutality, to stop imperialism, and to develop a progressive society where all people have the opportunity to live a life of tranquility including a great standard of living. House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff had made it clear that Russian ties and financial ties relating to the Trump administration will be thoroughly investigated. If America can spend billions of dollars to send people to the Moon, it can spend billions of dollars to expand health care right here on Earth.
I agree with Terry Crews on exposing toxic masculinity and fighting sexual abuse, but he is dead wrong on his views on Liam Neeson. Crews said that his words were just a fork in the word. No, his words were used by others that caused the murder of so many innocent black people like Emmett Till, and other human beings. Liam expressed vitriolic hatred of black people. Crews said that he doesn't agree with Liam Neeson about the views, but said to a black rapper Wale what we should do. Terry is tap dancing. Terry Crews knows full well what he or any black person needs to do. Crews is acting like a compromising individual (I'm being p.c. here). What we need to do is to build in our communities, stand with our families, defend black women, fight for our rights, and defeat racism in any manifestation. Another thing we should do is to never sugarcoat the vicious words of white racists. Some black people are trying to use excuses for what Liam have said as a means to placate mainstream society. I have never thought about killing random people who are non-black, yet Liam have thought of killing random black people. He is a nihilistic person and that's shown in the roles that he has been apart of involving his movies.
Northam was never a real progressive. He is a moderate. He should resign as racism has no place in any society. Him doing blackface is a reflection of his intent to mock black excellence and to try to appropriate black cultural greatness. He lied to the citizens of Virginia, especially to black Virginians. Governor Northam of Virginia ought to resign and leave office immediately. The Attorney General should resign and Faifax should resign & be prosecuted if he is guilty of sexual assault. Clean house is my ethos on this disturbing situation. It is certainly the time of discernment and those, who do evil, must be held accountable. One of the worst parts of the Trump administration is the cutbacks that he has done behind the scenes. One example of this is about how the Trump administration has cut back protections (which existed during the Obama administration) against payday loan lenders in dealing with student loans. He or Trump has rollback many civil rights protections too.
On March 27, 2017, Trump signed a resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act, which repealed the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order. The order, signed by President Obama, represented a much-needed step forward in ensuring that the federal contractor community is providing safe and fair workplaces for employees by encouraging compliance with federal labor and civil rights laws, and prohibiting the use of mandatory arbitration of certain disputes. On January 3, 2019, The Washington Post reported that the Trump administration is considering rolling back disparate impact regulations that provide anti-discrimination protections to people of color, women, and others. Trump was never about promoting unity, but divisiveness and egoism.
