The Important Lessons of Life.

One of the wild, messed up events is how many Trump supporters were left in the cold waiting for buses. Many people were hurt, and many people were hospitalized. This mega rallies only put people in risk of catching that virus. Hundreds were left in the cold. Right now, Trump is losing this race. We have 5 days before the end of this election. People are voting now. The difference now and in 2016 is that early voting is breaking records. We witness Texas and Georgia in play. There is no other time when these states were in play since decades ago. The stock market losing almost 1,000 points today recognizes what time we're in. That is why component leadership is always a prerequisite to a better nation. In Trump's term, manufacturing jobs in Ohio, North Carolina, and Minnesota have declined in over 188,000, while Trump had Obama has an increase of 126,000 in those 3 states. The country is very much divided ideologically. The GOP and Mitch McConnell has blocked a stimulus when most Americans want it.

Just yesterday, the FBI raided another neo-Nazi camp in Michigan. We know more of the national links of the Whimter plotters. Fascism didn't end in 1945. We are still fighting the same Nazis that our ancestors have fought. Many of our ancestors were WWII veterans like my ancestors. The FBI made 2 raids on Thursday. They arrested Justen Watkins and Alfred Gorman. They are leaders of the neo-Nazi group called The Base. Watkins was arrested at a farm in the town of Bad Axe. This was where members of the Base used training and promoted hatred. They are charged with threatening to murder a left wing blogger in late 2019. Watkins wrote an anti-Semitic screed in promoting violence. That is why I always say that hatred of Jewish people is more than wrong. It is demonic and satanic. It is also no secret that many local police and sheriffs departments are filled with white racists and pro-Neo Nazi people. Trump said the evil words that the plot against Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer was maybe not a problem. That truth is that this is a serious problem. Many of these far right militias have links to border militia groups that harass immigrants on the border. Christopher Hill is another enemy who is part of that wicked far right militia movement. Many of these people love the Confederate flag and love Trump. These people aren't patriots. They are terrorists plain and simple.

One of the most important news of the day is about how the SARS security forces have used live ammunition against the nationwide anti-police brutality protesters. It killed at least 56 people and injured hundreds more across America. The President of Nigeria is Muhammadu Buhari. 56 people are dead across the nation according to Amnesty International. Security forces are known to use excessive force in an attempt to control or stop the protests. Buhari has refused to call on the security forces to stop their injustice. Buhari is influenced by the oligarchs who control Nigeria's vast oil wealth. This wealth doesn't readily go to the Nigerian people collectively. Nearly half of the 206 million population in Nigeria live on less than $1.50 a day. About one third are unemployed. The end SARS protests are global. The Special Anti-Robbery Squad killed one young man. SARS is known for kidnapping, extortion, torture, and killing of young people. The government wanting to replace SARS with SWAT has only caused more protests. So, this is also a class conflict among the oppressed among the poor and the super rich. It is no secret that class stratification is ever real in the globe. So, Buhari is serving the interests of U.S. and European banks plus transnational energy corporations like Agrip, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell, Total S.A., etc. The working class of Nigeria deserves justice not repression.

Sherrilyn Ifill and others of the Legal Defense Fund have filed suit today against President Trump and the Secretary of Labor challenging the Executive Order banning federal contractors and employees from talking about racism in an accurate fashion. They want to rightfully end the Executive Order 13950. One black man was shot and killed in Philadelphia, and protesters are there. Protesters have happened. Also, the GOP wants to limit the extension of early voting in Pennsylvania. So, we see this war on our voting rights in clear view. Trump said to suburban women that he is getting their husbands back to work. I expect this trashy comment to exist in the 1950's, but Trump shows how much he hates women by that comment. Lil Wayne supporting a racist, sexist like Trump doesn't shock me. Lil Wayne is a rapper known for lying saying that he never experienced real racism. His music has been filled with misogyny and colorism (which is a sick agenda that props up women based upon a lighter skin complexion when all black people of any shade are created equal and should be treated the same). The Platinum Plan isn't just superior to the Biden/Harris plan for black Americans. The Platinum Plan is a corporate fraud. Trump allowed Sessons to make marijuana the cause of longer sentences. Trump is not for criminal justice reform like that. The First Step Act was heavily promoted by Democrats in the House. Even the money sent by Trump during this pandemic is not sent massively to black businesses.

Ice Cube said that he turned down a group Zoom call with Kamala Harris, because he didn't think it would be productive. That's hypocrisy, because he has no problem trying to communicate with Trump when Trump is much more wicked than Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris never called Mexican undocumented immigrants rapists and murderers. Harris never said that neo-Confederates were good people during the Charlottesville tragedy back in 2017. Kamala never praised Andrew Jackson and Confederates like Robert Lee. Kamala Harris never a called black women leaders dogs, low IQ, and said go back to where you came from (which Trump has done). So, Kamala Harris is much more progressive and intelligent than Donald Trump on any level. Cube has the gall and the nerve to once have said that I never have dinner with the President to loving capitalist exploitation plus compromise with one of the most racist Presidents in American history. Kamala Harris reached out to Ice Cube too, but Trump never reached out to him. Ice Cube's Contract with America plan doesn't address health care, capitalist exploitation, imperialism, needs of black women specifically (from maternal leave to other health issues), and other important issues. Therefore, I already voted in Virginia. I din't vote for Trump.  I voted against McConnell's rejection of a recovery program. I voted for equality, an end to institutional racism, and for democracy.

On Our Culture and Politics.

A week from now, there is the end of the most important election of our lifetimes in 2020. Barack Obama is campaigning in Florida for Biden. The common lie promoted from the far right and the Hoteps is that since Biden isn't perfect, so we shouldn't vote. The reality is that voting doesn't just involve the Presidency. It involves the courts, schools, the police, health care, education, policing in general, civil liberty issues, districts, and other important issues. Voting can provide community centers for poor locations. Voting can give resources to provide health care for those of preconditions. Now, voting can't solve every problem, but voting is one part of many solutions in getting accomplishments done. Early voting is happening nationwide. We have been denied the right to vote for years, and that right to vote is truly unconditional plus it ought to be protected. Amy Corey Barrett being sworn in is a sad day in American history. Trump wants to maintain power, but he won't be President forever. She was sworn in by Clarence Thomas (who is the same person who voted to gut the Voting Rights Act). Barrett with her answers in refusing to admit that voter intimidation is illegal or climate change is real represent a telling reminder that far right extremism is wrong. Trump referred to his opponents as "globalists" which is a lie. She has been an ideological disciple of Antonin Scalia as an originalist. In fact, she was a young lawyer supported legal arguments in favor of George W. Bush in the George W. Bush vs. Gore case. Now, Texas voters have cast more than 8.1 million votes or 91% of the total 2016 vote. Cube's CWBA is not comprehensive enough compared to other proposals. Cube declined to met with Kamala Harris (Harris is the woman who authored bills tackling the virus, criminal justice issues, systemic racism health care, the economy, etc. Yet, Cube's plan doesn't specifically address the needs of black women), but he wanted to negotiate with Trump. Mitch McConnell is responsible for getting the Senate into recess without allowing progressive legislation to deal with the millions of America suffering from the virus and other economic problems. Trump has harmed the black community. Obama is a Rockefeller Republican on many issues, and I disagree with him on some things. Yet,  under Obama, we saw black unemployment cut form 16.8 percent to 7.8 percent. Trump saw an increase of black unemployment to 13 percent. Black median income went down under Trump. 41% of all black businesses are gone under Trump. Under Obama, black median income of black households grew by 4.1 percent between 2014 and 2015, teen pregnancy rates are down into historic lows, life expectancy at birth grew to its highest for black Americans ever in American history, imprisonment rates were down for black people, and other things existed. Trump also almost $300 million in his Chicago project. Kushner lost $600 million in his 666 project.

Why is anyone surprised at Jared Kushner's disrespectful and racist comments about African Americans? Trump is a white racist, therefore his cabinet is filled with racists and extremists. Steve Bannon had to be put out office because of his repugnant views. Kushner's views outline how many conservatives feel about black people, race, and social justice issues. His whole commentaries about us black Americans describe how Trump supporters feel. Jared said that heroic protesters and activists fighting racial injustice, police terrorism, and social/economic inequality  are akin to whiners. He also said that Trump can't want them (in reference to black people) to be successful more than they want to be successful. In other words, Jared is telling black people to "get up by your own bootstraps" if a change is to come. The truth is that black Americans are always hardworking for centuries. We helped out a lot to built this nation. The White House was built in part by black slaves. Black people worked in the urban centers of Detroit, NYC, Richmond, Miami, LA, etc. to make America what it is. Black America exposing injustice is not complaining. It is showing a mirror on how far America has to go in establishing justice for all. Institutional power not work ethic harms black community power. Black people always want to be successful. Jared is not alone. Many Hoteps (many of them embrace misoygnoir) believe in the same views as Jared in blaming black people for our own oppression. The health disparities, the lack of wealth, and other issues are caused by the one percent fomenting an agenda of oligarchy, racism, sexism, and economic injustice. That has nothing to do with black people collectively. Trump is clear that he doesn't believe even in the concept of Black Lives Matter, he curses out peaceful NFL protesters, he has advanced his Muslim ban, he disrespects black women, and he has cut policies that advance job diversity. Therefore, Trump is a shill and a person who should be voted out of office in 2020.

Days ago was the Birthday of a singer, businesswoman, model, and dancer. She is now 35 years old. She was born in Austin, Texas. She grew up in Germany, New York, Utah, California, Arizona, and Nevada. Later, she was in Atlanta, Georgia when she was a teenager. She worked with the all-girl group Hearsay with 2 of her friends. She is Sister Ciara. Ciara grew in her career. She wrote the song Got Me Waiting for R&B signer Fantasia Barrino. She graduated from Riverdale High School in Riverdale, Georgia in 2003. She worked with L.A. Reid and Jazze Phe. Her songs of Yeah, 1,2, Step, etc. grew her popularity. Ciara is the First Lady of Crunk&B. By 2004, her early career started. Later, she grew into another level of strength in her career by 2006 with her album of Ciara: The Evolution. Her movement was always about merging R&B and hip hop sounds into one. Ciara is an amazing dancer. That is why she is inspired by Janet Jackson. Ciara can dance amazingly. By the 2010's and beyond, she has been on movies and other endeavors. Ciara made a new song and video called Rooted with Ester Dean (who is one of the greatest young producers of our generation). She married a great man named Russell Wilson, who is a quarterback of the Seattle Seahawks. They love their children. Ciara uses funk, dance, and other genres in her songs. She promotes a fight against cancer. She and her husband are devout believers in God. There is nothing wrong with that. Ciara always have a humble spirit, and a very compassionate personality.  I wish Sister Ciara more blessings.

Once again, Kanye West has shown many lies under the guise of his distorted version of "wokeness." In our black community, some of our people believe in the lie that supporting Trump or throwing black people under the bus is somehow contrarian or being a free thinker. That is not being a free thinker. It's the same old white racist talking points that has been around for centuries. It's self-hatred. Kanye West said that we should never have Black History Month, because he said that most black people don't know where we come from, and they only remind us that we were slaves on that month. He also said that racism won't end until we stop having to put the word "Black" in front in putting the rim a little bit lower for us. If this was said by an ordinary person in the street, we would diminish this nonsense as extremism. Kanye West is a rich person with much influence. Therefore, his nonsense should be refuted. The truth is that Black History Month is more than about recognizing the evil of slavery as many people want to viciously minimize the pain of slavery against black people. Black History Month is about the full exposure of black cultural strength, excellence, and resiliency from African civilizations to black Americans heroes of our time. It is about seeing that we have purpose, power, and strength. Black History Month was created by Carter G. Woodson during the early 20th century. Also, getting rid of the word Black will never end racism, and for Kanye to assume that makes him wrong. To eliminate racism, you have to eliminate structural racial oppression and do other things to make sure that black lives are treated equally in the word. Using the word Black doesn't minimize our significance. It glorifies our existence as Black is Beautiful.

I noticed how these sellouts are repulsed by the word Black. Most black people already know that we didn't come from slaves originally. We are the first people on Earth. His generalizations about black people is the same nonsense shown by Jared Kushner, Trump, Candace Owens, Herschel Walker, and Hoteps who make it their business to demonize black people instead of inspiring change beneficial to black people. Kanye West would never say abolish Hispanic History Month, St. Patrick's Day, or Jewish American Heritage Month, or Columbus day or Native American History Month, because he knows of the consequences. Black History Month is about remembrance, celebration of the African Diaspora, and inspiring black people to fight for justice. It is not some pity parade or some month to feel defeated. Kanye supported Trump, so he is what he is. For him to disrespect Harriet Tubman makes him a notorious traitor. Black History Month wasn't given. It was invented by a legendary black scholar and author. The real programming is how some view Trump as the figure to liberate black people. Then Kanye hides behind God as an excuse for what he says. God has nothing to do with you saying that slavery was a choice or Harriet Tubman didn't really free anyone from slavery. He married into a family that makes it their business to exploit low self-esteem black males for profit and exploitation. So, it doesn't shock me for witness Kanye say ignorant propaganda.

Late October 2020 Information.

It has been a long journey learning about my genealogical history. After tons of investigations, I witness more of the truth about my family. For a long time, I didn't understand the long, complex composition of my family tree, especially beyond my grandparents. I heard of stories and did a little research, but there was always a limit in what I found out previously. That would change. In the year 2018, I learned about my family tree on another level. Today, there are even more discoveries about my ancestry. This discovery relates to DNA. DNA is the molecule that has the instructions for the development and reproduction of human life. We all have it. I took 2 DNA tests from Ancestry.com and 23 and Me. I found out that almost 90 percent of my DNA is sub-Saharan African, and over 1/3 of my DNA is Nigerian. So, most of ancestry came from West and Central Africa originally as much of my DNA is Congolese too. As an African American, learning more about myself is opening a door to find more about my own soul. My paternal ancestors came from North Carolina including parts of Virginia in America, and my maternal ancestors came from Virginia (at Southampton County) in America. So, I know about Virginia and North Carolina a great deal. Exciting facts has been found by me about my distant cousins living in California, New York, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and other places of the Untied States of America. The irony is that many of them don't know anything about me, but I know numerous facts about them. I researched this topic in an in-depth fashion, because I also believe in the truth that the keys of wisdom shouldn't be restricted from the people. In my perspective, the people have the right to know the truth.

In our time, more than ever health experts are abundant. Health is wealth. These following human beings have sacrificed their time for one goal. That goal is that they earnestly desire more their neighbors to be more healthier and stronger from an emotional including physical standpoint. There is no way that the mind and body is nourished without the soul being bettered. Improving the soul details that we honor the dignity among ourselves and the human race in general. Many of these people have gone through the rain. They had ups and downs just like any other person in existence. Yet, they had profound gifts to build in their communities and to use their wisdom of fitness plus health to improve their own lives plus other human lives the world over. Many of them have done conferences, studies, and some have licenses at it relates to nutrition and exercise. They are among many walks of life. Yet, they are unified in their love of exercise, and their goal of human improvement among many endeavors concretely. It is now a new decade of the 2020s. Many of the same issues remind from the past, and new issues have risen up in the world too. That is why we should appreciate these heroic health advocating heroes who has inspired our generation in enumerable ways.

Baltimore is a city that I have been to before in real life as it has links to the paternal side of my family. Ernestine Shepherd was at one point of her life the oldest competitive woman bodybuilding in the world. She is inspired to exercise by the passing of her late sister Mildred Blackwell back in 1992 after a brain aneurysm. She has worked out hard since she was 56 years old. For years, she has inspired seniors at the Union Memorial United Methodist Church in Baltimore. Her 2016 book entitled, "Determined, Dedicated, Disciplined to Be Fit," represents her credo. She runs 80 miles a week, and Ernestine Shepherd has a zeal for living life. Ernestine's story is a remarkable story about how we should never relinquish our dreams. Miracles woman all of the time, as living life is a miracle in it of itself. As a mother and grandmother, her life has been filled with monumental blessings. Her spirituality has guided her, and her community has strengthened her all of time. She loves her husband and her family. She fully is helping her neighbors prodigiously, and that is admirable. We all wish more Blessings for Sister Ernestine Shepherd.

She is now almost 60 years old and she was born in Detroit, Michigan. As a trailblazer, she overcame many obstacles. She was a legendary woman bodybuilder whose career spanned decades. When she was in high school, Lenda Murray was both a record holding sprinter and varsity cheerleader. She earned a degree in political science from Western Michigan University. She was the 2nd African American to be shown as the university's homecoming queen in 1982. She was a great sprinter too. When it is all said and done, our legacy deals with things beyond dealing with ourselves. It deals with how we have enriched or helped the lives of others and how we have made the world better. Throughout her programs and words of encouragement, Lenda Murray has made the world better. Today, more women and men are being open minded and progressive about fitness culture. True fitness culture is about respecting people and blessing people. It is about seeing that our common humanity should be cherished and our diversity is a honorable gift. It is fundamentally about lifting people up with a sincere motivation. One of the most interesting finds of my ancestry was finding out that many of my distant paternal cousins live in West Virginia and Indiana. Many of them don't know a single thing about me, but I know my ancestry. To start, many of my paternal ancestors came from the Eastern Shore in Virginia. My 4th great grandfather was George Perkins I who was born in 1815. His wife was Esther Perkins.  Their son was George Perkins II (1847-1932). His daughter was Sophonia Perkins (1870-1926).She was my first cousin. She married Sam Casey (1863-1938) and the couple lived in North Carolina. Their daughter was Nannie Rebecca Casey (1890-1943). She married Charles W. Smallwood (b. 1888). This couple moved from North Carolina into West Virginia. The couple had many children like James Bethel Smallwood (1923-1981). James was my 3rd cousin. His wife was Geneva L. Cox (1922-1995). One of their children are Deborah Zoe Smallwood (born in 1955). She was born in West Virginia and moved into South Bend, Indiana.

One of my late distant relatives was my 3rd cousin named Elder Carol Lovette Cohen Robertson (1939-2019).She was born on November 20, 1939 at Eden, North Carolina. She was the fifth child born to her parents of the late Deacon William Henry Cohen Sr. (1908-1985) and Dr. Lettie Lee Perkins Cohen (1910-1997). Elder Carol Lovette Cohen's siblings are Doris Jean Cohen (born in 1929), Annie Pearl Hairston (1932-1994), William Herbert Cohen (1934-1982), Harold Lee Cohen (born 1937), Dr. James Roland Cohen (who was born in 1947. His wife was Carlene Dillard Clark. His son is James Roland Cohen Jr. born in 1966), Bishop Harry Cohen (whose wife is Elder Linda Cohen of Burlington, North Carolina). and Mary Esther Cohen (born 1942). Elder Carol Cohen Robertson married Elder Bobby Robertson (born 1961) at Leaksville, Rockingham, North Carolina on May 20, 1961. Their 4 children are Dr. Andrea Lovette Robertson Byers (born 1963), Valerie Denise Robertson Atkins (whose husband is Douglas Akins), Joseph Lamont Robertson (whose wife is Dennice), and Walter Dulane Robertson. Carol Cohen Robertson was an accompanist for her mother and Gospel Light Untied Holy Church in Axton, Virginia. She loved to play music being influenced by the jazz pianist Errol Gardner. In 2011, she earned an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from the United Holy Churches of America, Inc. Carol Cohen Robertson have 8 grandchildren. Their names are: Josef Akins of Brooklyn, NYC, Loren Byers of Greensboro, North Carolina, Jasmine Akins of Greensboro, North Carolina, Chelci Robertson, Ashleigh Robertson, Zachary Robertson, Caroline Robertson, and Quincy Robertson (all of which are from High Point, North Carolina).  Elder Carol Lovette Cohen Robertson is related to me by sharing my 4th great grandfather named George Perkins I, who was born in 1815 at Northampton County, Virginia (at the Eastern Shore).

My ancestors didn't just stay in Virginia and North Carolina. They migrated all over America. In the South, my paternal 3rd cousins of Shua Fyffe-Wally and Marland Fyffe moved from Connecticut to Atlanta, Georgia. They are descendants of the late Beatrice Latrice William (1918-2010). Beatrice was born in North Carolina and moved into Connecticut. Her mother is Leatte D. or my 2nd great aunt. My 3rd paternal cousin Vernon Sessons Junior lives in Hampton, Virginia. My 4th cousin Shawkeen Johnson is my paternal relative living in Maryland. My 3rd maternal cousin April Brown-Gordon lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My 4th maternal cousin Tony Sanchius lives in Washington, D.C. My 4th maternal cousin Rosina Therea Lowe lives in Georgia. My 5th cousin Willette Roundtree Shalishali livesin Georgia too. International Cold War Events were history making and time changing at the same time. By 1985, the Reagan Doctrine was real. In the same year, military rule ends in Brazil. Ramiz Alia took over as First Secretary of the Party of Labor of Albania, becoming the de facto leader of Albania. The Trial of the Juntas convenes to prosecute the members of the National Reorganization Process (the military junta that governed Argentina from 1976 to 1983) for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during its existence. Coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the Soviet Union begins what it has announced is a 5-month unilateral moratorium on the testing of nuclear weapons. The Reagan administration dismissed the dramatic move as nothing more than propaganda and refuses to follow suit. Gorbachev declares several extensions, but the United States failed to reciprocate, and the moratorium comes to an end on February 5, 1987. By 1986, France repeled Libya from its invasion of Chad. In 1986, People Power Revolution took place in the Philippines, overthrowing President Ferdinand Marcos. The Philippines' first female president, Corazon Aquino, was installed as president. In 1986, there was the Chernobyl disaster: A Soviet nuclear power plant in the Ukraine explodes, resulting in the worst nuclear power plant accident in history. America dropped bombs on Libya. By 1986, the public learns about the Iran-Contra affair: The Reagan administration publicly announces that it has been selling arms to Iran in exchange for hostages and illegally transferring the profits to the Contra rebels in Nicaragua. In 1987, during a visit to Berlin, Germany, U.S. President Ronald Reagan famously challenged Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev in a speech: "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!" (The Berlin Wall).  Mohammad Najibullah became the President of Afghanistan and implements a policy of National Reconciliation as a means of putting an end to the Soviet-Afghan War as well as beginning an end to Soviet influence in the country. The Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty was signed in Washington, D.C. by U.S. President Ronald Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev. Some later claim this was the unofficial beginning of the end of the Cold War. Gorbachev agrees to START I treaty. In 1988, Soviet scientist and well-known human rights activist Andrei Sakharov begins a two-week visit to the United States. The Soviet Union started to withdraw from Afghanistan. In 1989, there was the  Tiananmen Square Massacre: Beijing protests are crushed by the communist Chinese government, resulting in an unknown number of deaths. Revolutions are in Eastern Europe, Indonesia have changes, and the bloody Romanian Revolution happened. In 1990, more democracy comes to Poland, Iraq invaded Kuwait starting the Persian Gulf War, and  George H.W. Bush and Mikhail Gorbachev meet in Helsinki, Finland and issued a joint declaration condemning the invasion of Kuwait. Mikhail Gorbachev was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. More nations in Eastern Europe including Armenia declare independence from the Soviet Union. Nelson Mandela is freed from prison in 1990. There was the event when George H.W. Bush and Mikhail Gorbachev meet in Helsinki, Finland and issue a joint declaration condemning the invasion of Kuwait. Germany is reunited by 1990, and the end of the Cold War would soon happen by 1991.

2020 is unlike any year of my lifetime. I have been on this Earth for almost 40 years. I have never seen a year like this ever in my life. This year is very similar to 1968 as people are fighting a war on the coronvarius, protests against police brutality are unprecedented since the 1960's, we have massive political polarization, and we have a President who is now one of the worst Presidents in American history. That is why sincere people are outrageous at the Muslim ban, the demonization of protesters, and the lax response to police terrorism. People were always warned about Trump too. For years and decades, heroic people have warned the public about his narcissism, his lies, his racism, his sexism, and his xenophobia. Trump is explicit in degrading mail in ballots, abhorring the freedom of the press, and desiring Biden, Obama, and others to be arrested. When you even have many Republicans desiring to vote for Biden instead of Trump, then you realize that Trump is a very passionate far right extremist. His embrace of Reaganomics and his love for authoritarian militias (like Trump tweeting to want the Michigan militias to liberate Michigan in response to the virus) expose him as a threat to democracy. The far right militias and hate crimes have grown in America since 2016. Some Michigan sheriffs and police people have refused to enforce a Michigan state government ban on guns at polling places. This comes after 14 militia members were arrested for trying to kidnap and harm Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. The coup plot in Michigan is part of  a large reactionary movement filled with Qanon, the Proud Boys, and others who hate progressive power. This is no time for compromising with an overt liar in the White House. It is the time to speak our minds, vote, and encourage more people to vote Trump out of office indeed.

The ancient story of Atlantis existed first in the fictional island tale outlined in Plato's works of Tameus and Critias. These stories described rivalries and power. Plato writes about how Athens repeals the Atlantean attack unlike any other nation in the ancient world. The story of Atlantis, as told by Plato, mentioned that Atlantis failed out of favor with the deities and submerged into the Atlantic Ocean. Atlantis has been used by many to describe an allegory of a highly developed civilization that ended by corruption or natural disasters. This allegory has been written about by many Renaissance writers like Francis Bacon's New Atlantis and Thomas More's Utopia. 19th century scholars in many cases believed that Atlantis actually existed like Ignatius L. Donnelly in his book called, Atlantis: The Antediluvian World. Plato's words said that these events that he described were more than 9,000 years before his time. Plato believed that the location of Atlantis was beyond the Pillars of Hercules. Scientists in the modern age have studied this subject for a long time. What is true is that similar civilizations destroyed by floods stories are found in the four corners of the Earth. Some people believed that the inspiration of the Atlantis story were about Egyptian records of the Thera eruption, the Sea Peoples invasion, or the Trojan War. It is no secret that Plato wanted a perfect society as documented in his Republic work that was written in ca. 380 B.C. Critias said that Atlantis was over 9,000 before his time, and that Atlanteans conquered parts of Libya into Egypt. Gunnar Rudberg said that the Atlantis account may have been inspired by the city of Syracuse. Many people back then and today view the Atlantis story as fictional or real. Aristotle thought the story was fictional, while Crantor believed that it was a fact. Occultists from Blavatsky, Edgar Cayce, and Manly P. Hall has written about Atlantis. What is the truth? The truth is Atlantis, so far, is a fictional location. Yet, it is true that the ancient world was a lot more complex and interesting than many people assume. Advanced technologies from clocks to building tools did exist centuries and thousands of years ago. Many occultists used the story of Atlantis to promote an Utopian society: "For more than three thousand years, secret societies have labored to create the background of knowledge necessary to the establishment of an enlightened democracy among the nations of the world ..." (Manly P. Hall, occult philosopher). Therefore, the mysteries of the ancients has been embraced by many Secret Societies like the Rosicrucians, Freemasons, the Skulls and Bones, etc. in order for some people to make radical esoteric changes in society. Later, I will show more information on this subject.

The last 2020 Presidential Debate

The debate is finished. The moderator of the debate of the debate was Kristen Welker. This debate started with a discussion about the coronavirus. Trump claimed that it will go away soon. Trump said that 100 million vials of vaccines would be soon created. Trump said that he is immune from the virus. Biden disagrees. Biden is using stats and studies. I always mention that in any debate, use stats and figures. You can use humor and similes, but always show your receipts. Biden said that he has a plan to address this crisis including rapid testing, national standards, and encouraging people to wear masks. Trump and Biden debated each other about Russia, emails, and China. They basically accused each other of financial corruption. Trump had dealings with Russia for years, so he was lying. Biden said that Trump has not released a single year of his tax returns during his Presidency. They debated about foreign policy and North Korea. They also debated about health care too. Some of Trump's biggest lies in the debate are about his views on health care. The truth is that Trump wanting to end the ACA will cost 20 million Americans to end health care. Biden wants a public option added to ACA. Obviously, Biden is a moderate, so Trump lied and said that Biden wants socialized medicine. Many people have lost jobs, therefore they no longer have their private insurance. Trump lied and said that a public option would harm Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. Biden and Trump debated on relief legislation. Trump and Biden also debated each other on immigration.

Trump allowed babies ripped from their families and Trump is allied with the xenophobe Stephen Miller. The kids came in with their parents. The conditions in those camps under Trump were horrible. Trump also doesn't have a plan that has successfully find the families of over 500 children separated from their parents. Biden admitted his errors on immigrants while saying that he wants a pathway of citizenship for over 11 million undocumented immigrants. Trump made many lies about race too. He said that he has done more for black people since Abraham Lincoln. Trump omits that police brutality is a serious problem in America. Biden has said that institutional racism is real. Trump has denied that institutional racism is real.

Trump said that he can't see the audience because it's so dark. You can't get more racist than that. Trump lied and said that BLM supported the chant about bacon when BLM is against police brutality. Trump hypocritically criticized the 1994 Crime Bill, but Trump agrees that the Central Park Five are guilty to this day when the Central Park Five are innocent. Not to mention that Biden admitted that the Crime Bill had many mistakes in it. The Crime Bill had evil excesses in it that contributed to ruining the lives of many black families. Trump's friend Rudy Giuliani supports stop and frisk. You can't have it both ways. Trump never addressed the talk that black families have had about policing. Trump saying that he is the least racist person in the room is another lie from Trump too. Trump and Biden debated on climate change too. Trump is an anti-environmental President by repealing 85 major environmental regulations, ended the Paris Accords, and allowed oil companies to have massive tax breaks. For the record, fracking should be banned. Over 50 million American votes have already been turned in. The debate didn't talk about Trump wanting to not necessarily commit to a peaceful transition of power of his coddling of far right wing militias in Michigan (when these groups were involved in a coup in trying to kidnap the Governor of Michigan Gretchen Whitmer). Also, the debate didn't touch on the extreme views of Amy Coney Barrett (who refuses to answer easy questions like if climate change is real or if voter intimidation is illegal. Climate change is real and voter intimidation is definitely illegal). The moderator Welker did the best moderating performance this year. Trump certainly disrespected Welker.

That is why I have more respect for Arrested Development, because they don't fake who they are. They are what they are. Many of these Trump supporting artists promote music all of the time promoting gun violence, drug addiction, and criminal activity, but they claim to be positive and support Trump. That is an oxymoron. They make themselves look bad. These agents could care less about black people or black empowerment. They just want corporate sponsorship. These same hypocrites don't say a word on people's Medicaid, Medicare, financial aid, and public services being cut, but they want us to vote for a racist liar like Trump.

Ice Cube has been on FOX Soul with women and on Roland Martin's show. Many people are shocked at Cube's views. Yet, I'm not. No one should be shocked at many celebrities and musicians either supporting Trump or wanting to have dialogue with Trump. Cube (who is a capitalist who loves his enterprises) said that he doesn't support Trump, but he wants a dialogue with him. Ice Cube had to retract the false claim that he got Trump to give black people $500 billion in capital, he admitted that he declined a meeting to Kamala Harris, and he didn't research Biden's black agenda plan.  The Opportunity zones of Trump's platinum plan will primarily benefit equity funders, big business leaders, and the wealthy. That is why Jared Kushner (who made 160 million dollars last year) is evicting tenants over $800 rent during a pandemic. Many (not all) of these musicians put up a fake image of being down for the people and for the cause. Yet, some of them become rich, move out of mostly black communities, rap stereotypical, plus colorist nonsense that degrades black people, mock the poor, glorify violence against your own Brothers and Sisters, and side with reactionary people like Trump. These people are only promoting their class interests which is the super wealthy and reactionary people like Trump. They don't care about the collectively advancement of all black people. Many of them could care less about black people collectively which is why some of them have self hatred and worship whiteness disgracefully. That is why they say overtly that they only worship or lust after the bag (or money), they could care less about anyone but themselves, and they don't trust anyone for the most part. That is their mindset of selfish individualism. So, we shouldn't be shocked at many of them coddling a racist like Trump (who was funded by Wall Street interests for decades, and Trump wants to eliminate many legitimate environmental regulation even desiring to have radioactive waste on our roads which is highly dangerous). You can't expect some of these musicians (not all) to glamorize violence, misogyny, drug abuse, and anti-black language, then claim to be some revolutionaries. Capital for rich can never save us. Only a radical redistribution of economic and political power will cause liberation truly for humanity. To keep it 100, much of the modern wealth that America has now was acquired by the exploitation and harm down to our black ancestors and the genocide of the indigenous peoples of the Americas. That wealth was acquired originally by greed and destruction.

Therefore, we are entitled to have compensation via reparations and other actions. You have to have a plan to address housing, poverty, education, the environment (which refutes their nonsense that only capitalism alone can save us), and other important issues. Consumerism is not going to end racial and economic inequality. Only a comprehensive plan that deals with massive government intervention, power given to the people, and other policies will do. Working class people, poor people, and freedom loving people of any class should vote against Trump. Therefore, we always have a minority of traitors in our community who want to minimize the destruction that the Trump administration has done to the world. I already voted. I voted for democracy, justice, and a change from Trump. I voted to witness the first black woman being Vice President. I voted to end the Presidency of a racist. Also, we salute the black men and  black women fighting the Nigerian police brutality events. When these Hotep liars and far right people (like the Hodge Twins, Tariq Nasheed, Kanye West, and others) saying that no black politician now is trying to fight for us, remind them that Congresswoman Lauren Underwood is fighting for veterans with her Veterans' Care Quality Transparency Act.  The hip hop artist Waka Flocka said that Trump did more for black Americans than Obama. That is a lie. Unemployment, job rates, health rates are worse now than at the end of the 2nd term of Obama. Obama is a million times better than Trump. The big lie is that these Hoteps said that Obama did nothing for black people. I have my disagreements with Obama on many issues from his foreign policy matters to his moderate views on others issues, but he did many things for black Americans like: investing in HBCUs, passing the Fair Sentencing Act, and giving some compensation to black farmers (who were victims of racial discrimination and oppression in general). Styles P talk about being cozy with Trump when he said that his white friends can call him the n word, and he does nothing about it. DJ Envy doesn't like Biden's tax policies, but the super rich never paid their fair share of taxation for years now. According to Politico, the White House is considering slashing millions of dollars of virus relief, HIV treatment, screenings for newborn and other programs in Democratic led cities (made by of heavily black populations). We desire solutions not pro-Trump nonsense. Now, it is time to build, to fight for change, and to use our self-determination to advance the general welfare of our society.

The Time is Coming for the end of the 2020 Election.

His embrace of Reaganomics and his love for authoritarian militias expose him as a threat to democracy.

We are now near the finish line of the 2020 election. People should vote. Also, Trump has disrespected Dr. Fauci over his remarks of the virus. He called Dr. Fauci incompetent when Trump knew about the serious of this situation since February, but he refused to advance a serious response to combat the virus. It is clear that the deaths of over 200,000 Americans as a product of a virus is a tragedy. No one should be complacent. Trump continues in habitual lying about the virus, about race, about the economy, and about many other issues too. Trump said that people are tired of talking about the virus. He should tell that to the victims of the virus who have their hearts and other organs permanently damaged. The early voting is overwhelming Democratic. Trump supporters chanted "lock her up" in reference to Governor Whitmer, who was a victim of a kidnapping plot from far right militia people. Trump said to lock them all up which shows his callous attitude about progressive people, including women governors. The prize is Trump being voted out of office. I always predict that if the right thing is done, then there will be a great celebration in America and the world.

50 Cent supporting Trump today should shock no one. For years, his life and lyrics are about promoting the interests of the super rich, of mocking poor people (especially black people), and trying to humiliate anyone who disagrees with him via trolling. 50 Cent disrespected his first son on many times. If a man doesn't respect his own firstborn son, he has no respect for others. 50 Cent is concerned about his money. He supports Trump over tax policy, but the tax rate is no where near a high for the rich as it was decades ago. Trump is for the interests of the super wealthy. Trump is a habitual liar, an extremist, and a person who is a racist. The real issues relate to voting rights, environmental issues, racism, health matters, issues of women's rights, and other topics that we have the right to discuss. The truth is that Biden didn't propose a 62 percent tax rate. The rich uses deductions, credits, and loopholes to never pay the full rate any way. The top marginal tax rate was 91 percent  during Eisenhower's days. Clinton and Obama had it at about 39.6 percent.

The first black Congresswoman from Connecticut Rep. Jahana Hayes was a victims of racial slurs during a Zoom virtual town hall meeting. This proves that racism is ever real, and racist trolls have no justification for their actions. We have to talk about these issues, defend black women, and live our lives righteously. The only way to eliminate racism is to use policies and actions that will eliminate it on every single level. That mean ending structural racism in health care and employment. That means real changes in the criminal justice system. That means investments in showing true black history and true black culture. That means protecting Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security including a radical redistribution of economic pus political power benefiting the people for real (not just the wealthy or the upper middle class).

Voting is always important. Also, we realize that we must always fight voter suppression which still goes on in America. The evil of voter suppression refutes the lie that voting doesn't matter. If voting doesn't matter, why are GOP leaders supporting laws that suppress the vote. If voting this matter, why did grandfather clauses and terrorism against black people existed who wanted to vote. That shows everybody that voting deals with judges, education, health care, and other important public services that will benefit the people. It is true that a 16 month Congressional investigation concluded that Amazon, Apple, Google, and Facebook have monopoly power and are crushing competitors. Another example of voter suppression are how more than 1600 polling places have been closed since the Supreme Court Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act in 2013. The old lie from the far right extremists (like Prager U, Candace Owens, Ben Shapiro, and others) is that the left ruins everything or that any progressive ideology is somehow evil. No matter what anyone says, allowing the government to promote clean air, clean water, civil rights, civil liberties, the rights of women, black liberation, immigrant rights, and a just foreign policy is not evil. It is not evil to advocate justice for all. It is not evil to embrace love and truth. It is never evil to make sure that the super wealthy pay their fair share of taxation. What is evil is how extremist conservatives lecture people on morality, but they support Trump who curses and degrades people in disrespectful ways if he or she disagrees with him. What is evil is how Trump has a cultic mentality of narcissism, sexism, racism, and hypocrisy including habitual lying.

Analysis of Politics and Other Issues.

The issue with Ice Cube deals with many things about politics, race, gender, and other issues. This is my official words on this issue. After careful study from many sides, here are my views. I believe that Ice Cube is sincere in finding liberation for black people. Some people want to call him a sellout of an Uncle Tom, which is uncalled for. Ice Cube is no where equivalent to a Tommy Sotomayor or a Jesse Lee Peterson (Tommy and Jesse are real sellouts). Ice Cube is in error to assume that having a dialogue with Trump will somehow make us gain concessions. For almost 4 years, Trump had a long opportunity to do something revolutionary for the black community. Yet, Trump has failed us black human beings just like he failed other communities with his reactionary policies (from him trying to suppress the freedom of the press to his splitting up babies from the arms of migrant mothers). Trump is a person who thinks that black people are irrational and easily manipulative as proven by his words and his deeds. Here are some examples. Trump's Platinum Plan is heavily vague and doesn't address income inequality, police terrorism, climate change, racial health disparities, or issues of importance to black men or black women in a comprehensive way. Ice Cube said that he gave his proposal to the Republicans and Democrats. He said that the Democrats said wait until after the election is over, while the Trump team only revised certain sections of the Platinum Plan. Cube promotes his Contract with Black America program that has some good parts in it, but it doesn't address the needs of black women or other issues from imperialism to health care. Ice Cube is wrong to assume that, especially late in the election, that we should withdrawal our vote in the Presidential election until his goals are met. Right now, millions of Americans are homeless, struggle to find work, have health care issues, and are victims of discrimination. Either one man will be President. It will be either an authoritarian or a moderate. This is what we have. Our voting rights, our social safety net, our liberties, and our lives are in the balance now. The incompetence of Trump should make us aware that he should be voted out office period.  I knew that the misogynist Tariq Nasheed would come and support taking interest in Trump's policy that mentions black people, because he is the same person who lied and said that voting is useless (with his Hotep Hidden Colors documentaries). Tariq Nasheed disrespected Kirsten West Savali (who is a heroic progressive black woman), even falsely called her late husband white when her husband  wasn't white, uses slurs against black people, and is notorious for his deception. The cover of Hidden Colors 4 has the U.S. flag burning up, but now Tariq Nasheed is glamorizing flag waving of the U.S. flag in his FBA xenophobic movement.

It is obvious that Trump doesn't care about Black Americans. Trump's tax laws benefit large multinational corporations not African Americans collectively. African American households only get 5% of the benefits form Trump's tax law despite making up about 13% of U.S. households. Trump rolled back Obama-era policies to protect black students from discrimination in school punishments. DeVos delayed regulations that helped identify racial disparities in special needs programs in public schools. Trump ended guidelines for public schools to consider race in diversifying schools. Trump has said that he doesn't agree with BLM or even the concept of Black Lives Matter. Trump wants the death penalty of the Central Park Five to this day, even after they are proven to be innocent. Trump cursed out peaceful NFL protesters and continues to disrespect black people in vulgar, racist terms. Trump rolled back and weakened policies on policing. Trump has encouraged police brutality and endorsed the War on Drugs. Trump has praised violent, far right militia groups in Michigan and Wisconsin who have stormed capitol legislative buildings in 2020 alone. Trump cut support for prisoner halfway houses for those transitioning back into society. Trump advocates herd immunity instead of true universal health care. The Biden/Harris Lift Every Voice plan has 112 mentions of Black Americans while the Platinum Plan has only 28 mentions. The Lift Every Voice Plan has 22 pages of information while the Platinum Plus plan has only 2 pages. Ice Cube's Contract with Black America omits issues like women's health and education. You can't have a Contract with Black America without addressing the issues of black women, who are the backbones of the black community literally. The deaths of Sandra Bland and Breonna Taylor should make us aware of the importance to protect black women. Kamala Harris fought for more investments in HBCUs.  Trump talks about the First Step Act, but he agrees with harsher sentences for drug offenses, including non-violent ones. Trump wants the death penalty for people who had large quantities of drugs. Trump has defended Confederates and Confederate statues. He said there are good people on both sides in the Charlottesville disaster. Trump said that low income people want to invade the suburbs. Trump doesn't want the ACA or even an expansion of a public option in health care. So, after reading this information, you know that Trump could care less about black people. Trump is a racist. The Biden/Harris website have complex, explicit plans on helping African Americans. Trump's Platinum Plan is a reactionary attempt to promote the status quo.

There is another issue too. Ice Cube attempting to dialogue with a bigot like Trump represents how a small percentage of black men and black people in general support Trump. Even though Ice Cube doesn't ally with Trump explicitly, he gives aid and comfort to Hoteps and those who agree with Trump. People ask why do many (not all) black people support Donald Trump? The answer is obvious. More black men support Trump than black women. Black men also are the least among of men of any race that support Trump. Many black people support Trump for many reasons. Some black people agree with him because: some black people wants a strict patriarchal society that Trump has endorsed, some are religious and feel that their conservative religious views relate to Trump (even though Trump mocks Evangelicals behind their backs, doesn't ask God for forgiveness, uses the Bible as a prop at a church after he sent police to harm innocent, peaceful protesters, and is an immoral person), some are bigots (who hate women, immigrants, or other minorities), and some believe in black capitalism. Black capitalism is the view that forming black businesses primarily in a capitalistic fashion will cause black liberation. This was promoted by Nixon and other Republicans for decades. Obviously, black capitalism alone doesn't work because of many reasons. Black capitalism ignores that poverty, homelessness, health care disparities, police brutality, sexism, and other oppression won't be solved by business growth alone. You have to have a radical redistribution of political and economic power in order to fight back against those evils. Living wages, universal health care, anti-discrimination policies, an end to imperialism, and strict policies to end police brutality are beyond black capitalism's confines. Black Power being progressively utilized instead of Black Capitalism is what our legacy relates too. Ice Cube, Kanye West, and Jim Crown (who either support Trump or want to have a dialogue with him) embrace various forms of black capitalism as they are very wealthy people (who will benefit from Trump's obscene tax cuts mostly for the super wealthy). Grassroots poor and working class black people need something more thorough. That is why when Ice Cube was interviewed by Roland Martin, Ice Cube struggled to find answers, because Cube knows that Trump is full of it. You can't work with a racist Trump campaign and expect some resolution. This doesn't mean that Democrats are immune from critique. Far too often, the leaderships of the Democrats have been controlled by a neo-liberal faction that want the status quo instead of progressive change. Since the days of Carter, many Democratic leaders from the DLC to others have moved Democrats to the right on many issues from welfare reform to supporting the unjust Iraq War. That was wrong. That is why people falsely blame progressives collectively for Democratic errors, but in reality, conservative/moderate Democrats (not true progressives) are responsible for welfare reform, the rise of the prison industrial complex, lax responses to police terrorism, economic inequality, gentrification, and other evils. These policies are conservative policies not progressive policies. Many people are complaining about Ice Cube, but Cube has always been Cube. For years, I criticized Ice Cube for his glamorization of the n word, his disrespect of women in his music, and his other wicked lyrics on songs done by NWA. People should not be surprised at Cube, who embraces a form of conservative black capitalism. Cube has been Cube for decades. Trump doesn't even want diversity training in the workplace. Some black males want to promote the same views as white far right people in a black veneer. These are the Hoteps. Stories are coming about his advisor's Qatar and Steve Bannon connections too. There are those who exploit this issue to bash black women or bash black men. That is wrong. We should bash and expose oppression not BM or BW. You can't fight for black liberation without addressing poverty, economic oppression, and racial injustice directly. You have to confront corporate power not coddle it. How can a person have a dialogue with a President that promotes policies of overt voter suppression. From Ice Cube's lyrics saying I never had dinner with the President to trying to talk to the most racist President in a long time (while almost half of all black small businesses are closed due to the virus crisis and the recession) shows how wrong Ice Cube is. Not to mention that doctors, lawyers, activists, and educators including other people have been working on plans and goals for black liberation for decades. At the end of the day, over 24 million people have voted already, and it's necessary to vote Trump out of office.

By September 1939, France declared war on Nazi Germany. This came after the Nazis invaded Poland. Josephine Baker was recruited by the Deuxieme Bureau or the French military intelligence, as a honorable correspondent. Baker collected what information that she could about German troop locations from officials she met at parties. She was in gatherings at embassies and ministries. She used her charm to gather information. Baker had many fame. She found information from high ranking Japanese officials and Italian bureaucrats. She reported back to what she heard. She attended parties and gathered facts at the Italian embassy without raising suspicion. Baker left Paris when the Nazis invaded France. She came to the Chateau des Milandes. That was her home in the Dorogne department in the south of France. She housed people who were eager to join the Free French effort. This effort was led by Charles de Gaulle. Baker supplies people with visas. As an entertainer, Baker moved around Europe, even in neutral nations like Portugal. She came into South America. She carried information for transmission to England about airfields, harbors, and German troop concentration in the West of France. Notes were written in invisible ink on Baker's sheet music. As written in Jazz Age Cleopatra, "She specialized in gatherings at embassies and ministries, charming people as she had always done, but at the same time trying to remember interesting items to transmit." By 1941, she and her entourage went to the French colonies in North Africa. She wanted to continue in the resistance. She was recovering from another case of pneumonia too. She made tours to Spain from a base in Morocco. She wrote notes of information gathered inside her body. She met the Pasha of Marrakech, whose support helped her through a miscarriage. After her miscarriage, she developed a bad infection. It caused her to require a hysterectomy. The infection spread and she had peritonitis and then sepsis. After, she recovered, she toured troops among British, French, and American soldiers in North Africa. The Free French had no organized entertainment network for their troops, so Baker and her entourage managed for the most part on their own. They allowed no civilians and charged no admission. After the war, Baker received the Croix de guerre and the Rosette de la Résistance. She was made a Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur by General Charles de Gaulle. Baker's last marriage, to French composer and conductor Jo Bouillon, ended around the time Baker opted to adopt her 11th child.

There is the recent news of the far right militias plotting to assassinate Virginia's Governor Northam not just trying to do the same to the Michigan Governor Whitmer. The truth is clear that we have terrorists and thugs who are far right militias who want a reactionary country in America. Now, we know that there are links to the movements of the far right. Recently, Virginia fascist Boogaloo member Mike Dunn led an armed demonstration at the police station in Newport News, Virginia to protest a law banning open carry of assault rifles on government property. The police Chief Steve Drew shook hands with Dunn. Now, we know that many cops are white racists and fascists. Dunn called Northam a tyrannical governor. Trump has praised these extremists when they stormed the Michigan Capitol with semiautomatic weapons. People have the right to vote without intimidation from anyone. So, we must defeat fascism in all of it manifestations.

Carbohydrates are some of the most important substances of food and health. What is a carbohydrate? A carbohydrate is a biomolecule made up of carbon (C), hydrogen (H), and oxygen (O) atoms. They usually have a hydrogen and oxygen atom ratio of 2:1 (as in water), and thus the  thus with the empirical formula Cm(H2O)n (where m may be different from n). However, not all carbohydrates conform to this precise stoichiometric definition (e.g., uronic acids, deoxy-sugars such as fucose), nor are all chemicals that do conform to this definition automatically classified as carbohydrates (e.g. formaldehyde). Carbohydrates can include sugars, starches, and cellulose. These are saccharides. The saccharides are made up of 4 chemical groups called: monosaccharides, disaccharides, oligosaccharides, and polysaccharides. Monosaccharides and disaccharides, the smallest (lower molecular weight) carbohydrates, are commonly referred to as sugars. The word saccharide comes from the Greek word σάκχαρον (sákkharon), meaning "sugar." While the scientific nomenclature of carbohydrates is complex, the names of the monosaccharides and disaccharides very often end in the suffix -ose, as in the monosaccharides fructose (fruit sugar) and glucose (starch sugar) and the disaccharides sucrose (cane or beet sugar) and lactose (milk sugar).

Carbohydrates perform numerous roles in living organisms. Polysaccharides serve for the storage of energy (e.g. starch and glycogen) and as structural components (e.g. cellulose in plants and chitin in arthropods). The 5-carbon monosaccharide ribose is an important component of coenzymes (e.g. ATP, FAD and NAD) and the backbone of the genetic molecule known as RNA. The related deoxyribose is a component of DNA. Saccharides and their derivatives include many other important biomolecules that play key roles in the immune system, fertilization, preventing pathogenesis, blood clotting, and development. In health and nutrition, carbohydrates are found at many natural and processed foods. Starch is a polysaccharide. It is found in cereals (wheat, maize, rice), potatoes, and processed food based on cereal flour (like bread, pizza, or pasta). Sugars are in sugar, lactose, glucose, and fructose. Many fruits and some vegetables have glucose and fructose. A high level of carbohydrates hare found in processed foods or refined foods made from plants, like sweets, candy, table sugar, honey, breads, and crackers. There are simple and complex carbohydrates. Some processed carbohydrates usually have less nutrients than more complex carbohydrates (with foods with fiber, vitamins, and minerals). Simple ones include sugars like monosccharides and disaccharides and complex if they are polyscaccharides or oliogsacchhradies. Yet, simple and complex carbohydrates very in nutritional value. Doctors and nutritionists always recommend people to eat carbohydrate rich foods like legumes, whole grains, fruits, pulses, and vegetables. These help humanity. An extreme low carbohydrate dieting or the ketogenic diet can have side effects like low energy levels, increased hunger, insomnia, nausea, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Carbohydrates are valuable to give people energy for a workout and they support recovery and muscle growth. That is why people eat carbs in the form of protein snacks after a workout. This replenish glycogen stores. People should always get the right nutrients (in about 200 calories of carbs) before a workout. Getting carbs in the moderate way is good. Carbs aren't evil. They can help the body to use energy. Complex carbs like apples, brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, whole grain toast, yogurt can help fuel the bodies and get nutrients flowing in the human body.

To evaluate 2020, you have to understand the 2020 Presidential election. This is the most important election of American history without question. It started long before 2020 too. The country saw Trump's bigotry, racism, and sexism in full display. Now, his policies has ruined America. How did this election start? It started before the 2018 midterm elections that saw the House finally become mostly Democratic. This is the 59th quadrennial United States Presidential election. By the year of 2017, tons of Democratic candidates ran for President. They included the most diverse field in Democratic history. It was filled with people of many colors, liberals, moderates, and other human beings. People like Kamala Harris, and Andrew Yang ran for President in 2017. Many Libertarian candidates ran in 2018 from Arvin Vohra to Adam Kokesh. Later, the Green Party would have its candidates. Richard Ojeda made his short lived campaign in 2018. By December 31, 2018, Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts made her exploratory committee to run for President. 2019 was when a large part of the Presidential race existed. In 2019, Kamala Harris launched her campaign on January 21, 2019 at Oakland, California, which is a city with a long history of social activism. Also, in 2019, Tusli Gabbard, Julian Castro, Kirsten Gillibrand, Pete Buttigeig, Marianne Williamson, Cory Booker, Amy Klobuchar, Elizabeth Warren, Beto O'Rourke, and Bernie Sanders made for President. Jay Inslee, John Hickenlooper, Michael Bloomberg, and other people ran for President too. Debates were abundant. The major themes of the Democratic debates were about ideological splits, climate change, the economy, racial issues, women's rights issues, other social issues, and other important issues. By the end of 2019, Trump was finally impeached. Many Presidential candidates dropped out of the Presidential race like Bullock, Kamala Harris, and other people. By early 2020, Democratic primaries existed. More people dropped out in early 2020 like Cory Booker and Julian Castro. Also, the first case of the coronavirus on American soil was in Washington state on the date of January 21, 2020. At first, the primary victors would be a four person race of Sanders, Biden, Buttegieg, and Warren. The turning point was in the South Carolina Democratic primary being won by Joe Biden on February 29, 2020. Black Americans mostly gave him the victory not because we viewed Biden as some super progressive (which he wasn't). Many of us felt that Biden had the best chance to defeat Trump. After that event, Sanders and Biden competed for the victory. Yet, Biden gained too much power and won the Democratic nomination. Like in 2016, many in the media red baited and used other disrespectful language against Bernie Sanders and his supporters. Yet, Bernie Sanders was gracious in his Democratic primary debate, and he sent his support Joe Biden after the primaries were finished. Donald Trump won his Republican nomination. By late March of 2020, the virus spread all over America causing harm to many lives. Bernie Sanders ended his campaign on April 8, 2020/. The Democratic Convention was totally virtual. The Republican Convention was virtual and in person at times. By May of 2020, the protests against police brutality in dealing with the unjust murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis were worldwide. Confederate statues come down, and the world was watching. Trump talks about Antifa while sugarcoating far right extremist groups. Biden continued his Presidential campaign throughout the Summer of 2020. Kanye West ran for President with Michelle Tidball as his running mate on July 4, 2020. History is made when Biden announced her running mate as California Senator Kamala Harris on August 11, 2020. Kamala Harris is the first black woman and Asian woman to be a Vice Presidential candidate of a major U.S. party in American history. The first debate of Trump and Biden was emotional with Trump interrupting Biden constantly. Kamala Harris and Mike Pence's only debate revolved around Harris' strong words on criminal justice issues and Pence's articulate defense of Trump's corrupt, evil policies. Early voting existed, and voter suppression efforts are real. Yet, record early voting has developed nationwide. Trump and many of his team were infected with the virus including Harris' aide. The major issues of the 2020 Presidential election are about the impact of the coronavrius pandemic that killed over 220,000 Americans, climate change, the future of the ACA, voting rights, women's rights, immigration, education, the Trump promotion of Amy Coney Barrett, the protests over the killing of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and other black Americans, and other issues.

Many people don't know that Carmen Jones was the first film with an all-black cast shown in Technicolor. Dorothy Dandridge was one of the earliest black iconic superstars. “She was our queen,” once said African American actress Nichelle Nichols (of Star Trek fame). Dandridge lived in an age of transition just after the silent movie era, but before modern black American stars saw much more opportunities in displaying their talents. Also, there are many facts that many people don't know about her life. As part of the Dandridge Sisters, she and others preformed in Europe, at the Cotton Club, and with Louis Armstrong in 1949 (in the short lived Swingin' the Dream). The Dandridge Sisters sang with the African American band leader Jimmie Lunceford. They were in shorts like Snow Gets in Your Eyes (1938), and performed Harlem Yodel and Rhythm Rascals. Harold and Fayard Nicholas performed with her or Dorothy Dandridge too. “No film fan has ever forgotten her as a dream girl with the brothers,” said African American film historian Donald Bogle in his book Hollywood Black: The Stars, the Films, the Filmmakers. Dororthy Dandridge's only child was Harolyn who was born in 1943. Harol;yn's father was Harold Nicholas. Dandridge also studied dramatic acting at the progressive Actors' Lab in Los Angeles. She was one of the school's first black students. Marilyn Monroe was one of the students there. Dororthy Dandridge and Marilyn Monroe were great friends. The red baiting of the 1950's caused the theater to be closed. Coach and composer plus arranger Phil Moore helped Dandridge to develop a nightclub act.  Dandridge once said of racial prejudice: “It is such a waste. It makes you loggy and half-alive. If it gives you nothing.” One of the last pictures of Dorothy Dandridge was when she was with her manager Earl Mills and the writer/historian Clarence A. De Lima. They were at the producer Raul Fernandez's estate. Now, it's 55 years after her passing. She is right to say the following words: “What makes you really happy is when you love and give and understand, when you look at beauty and really see it. We are so busy watching the road under our feet we forget to look up at the beauty all around us.”

From 1997-2006, there was a massive increase of R&B and hip hop collaborations. 1997 saw a liberation of Mariah Carey. Mariah left Tommy Motola to express her own ideals, and it is clear that she has a love of hip hop music. People seem to forget that Mariah is a New York woman. She's from Long Island. She worked in songs with Bad Boys rappers from Diddy to the Lox in the song of Honey. The record of I'll Be Missing You had P. Diddy and Fiath Evans including 112 mourning the passing of the Notorious B.I.G. In 1998, Wyclef Jean had a song with Destiny's Child in a remix that caused Destiny's Child to reach huge heights of power. The song was No, No, No. Part 2. In 1998, Mya worked with Sisqo of Dru Hill (Called It's all about me), and Mase worked with Total to make the song What You Want. In 1999, Mariah Carey had a song with Jay Z called Heartbreaker. The classic song of The Roots featuring Erykah Badu plus Eve of You Got Me came out in 1999. TLC, P. Diddy, and others made music in this time too. Will Smith worked on his Wild West Song with Sisqo of Dru Hill. In the year of 2000, there was Aaliyah working with Timbaland in the song Resolution. In the year  of 2000, there was the song of Missy and Mel B called I Want You Back. By 2001, Ja Rule worked with Ashanti and other singers. Eve worked with Gwen Stefani too in 2001.   In 2002, Nelly worked with Kelly Rowland on the song Dilemma. Also, Loon, Usher, and Diddy made their record I Need Girl Part One. In 2002, there was the song of Break You Off of the Roots ft. Musiq Soulchild. From Sleepy Brown working with Outkast in 2003 to Why in 2004 with Anthony Hamilton plus Jadakiss, music was alive in that time period. Where is the Love with Black Eyed Peas and Fergie from 2003 had a message too. In 2004, Ciara worked with Missy Elliot to make 1 2 Step, and Kanye West worked with Sylenna Johnson to make All Falls Down. Nelly worked with Jaheim of the My Place song. Slow Jamez was a hit with Kanye West and Jamie Foxx. The song Yeah was popular with Usher, Lil Jon, and Ludacris. In 2005, Amerie worked with Eve in the remix of One Thing. 50 Cent worked with Olivia too on a song. In 2005, Mariah Carey worked on many songs with Jermaine Dupri. Ciara, Destiny's Child, and other artists worked with hip hop artists in 2005 too. In 2006, Ciara, Donell Jones, and other artists worked with hip hop musicians too.

Recently, I found more information about the Peeples family that I'm related to. My 2nd great uncle was Mack Franklin Peeples (1892-1939). He was the son of Charles and Fannie Peeples. He had 2 wives. His first wife was Daisy Claud Peeples (1899-1927). Their children are Fannie Mae Peeples (1922-1927), John Ralph Peeples (1923-1970), Joe Edgar Mack Peeples (1925-1972), and Wallace Frank Peeples. Daisey Claud  Peeples is my 2nd cousin as she is part of the Claud family too. Daisy Claud's parents are Frank Thomas Claud (1861-1948) and Elizabeth Whitehead (b. 1868). After Daisy died, Mack Franklin Peeples married a woman named Josephine Charleston (1912-2011). The children of Mack and Josephine Peeples are: Ethel Justine Peeples (1936-2013), Arthur Lee Peeples (1932-1973), Albert Peeples (b. 1935), and Mary Neoma Peeples (b. 1938). Josephine Peeples had a child with William Henry Ivey named Gladys Elizabeth Peeples (b. August 31, 1948). My 3rd cousin or Joe Edgar Mack Peeples (1925-1972) was born on July 19, 1925 at Southampton County, Virginia. She married Deaconess Dorothy Rose Gholston on March 29, 1947 at Emporia, Virginia.Their children are Elger Wendell Peeples (1948-1999), Euvonne Arbodella Peeples (b. 1952), Earl Nelson Peeples (b. 1954), and Ervin Andre Peeples (1966-2013).  Deaconess Dororthy Peeples' parents are John Gholston and Sallie Turner.  She received her education in the Southampton County Public School System. She graduated from Southampton County Training School and also received a degree from Cosmetology School. She owned and operated The Peeples Beauty Shop where she served many members of the community for several decades. Dorothy Peeples was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church of Boykins, Virginia. Her sisters are Emma Harding and Sallie Harding. My 4th cousin Elger Wendell Peeples married Theresa Celestine Blunt on June 11, 1983 at Norfolk, Virginia. Their children are Brittany Nicole Peeples (1984) and Brianna Noelle Peeples (b. 1987). Earl Nelson Peeples married Joyce Ann Boyd on June 19, 1982 at Clarksville, Virginia.  Euvonne Arbodella Peeples married Albert Donnell Granby on November 27, 1982 at Boykins, Virginia. Their child is Albert Grandy Jr. The late Ervin Andre Peeples had a partner named Danielle Whitfield with the child named Tristen. Amber K. Peeples is the grandchild of Dorothy Peeples too. Dorothy Peeples' other sisters are Vashtire G. Peeples and Elder Mattie Hackney.

There is a family with the surname Christian that is related to the Peeples family too. It starts with Raymond T. Peeples(1910-1978) or my first cousin. His parents are Ray Peeples (1879-1929) and Mary Anne Boyd (1887-1951). He married Eunice M. Everett on December 12, 1933. Their children are Shirley Mae Peepels (1934-2003) and George R. Political Updates.

The town hall event of Joe Biden in Philadelphia was massively different from the one of Trump in Miami, Florida. Whether people agreed or disagreed with Biden's moderate views, Biden issued more cogent responses, detailed plans, and empathy than Trump. Trump said that 85% of people in masks could get the virus which isn't true. Trump was asked questions on the virus, his taxes, and health care (as he refused to issue a replacement of the ACA). Biden was asked about the Supreme Court, various issues, and many different topics. Biden gave a nuisance view of the Crime Bill, taxes, and how he would address police brutality. I have no problem with the slight increase of taxes on the super wealthy. That can raise tons of money to invest into the lives of the American people. Biden was much more engaged to answer questions from the audience. While I don't agree with much of Biden's centrist, moderate views, at least he expounded on why he believed on what he believes in. Trump was asked by Savannah Guthrie to denounce Qanon, and he refused to do so. He lied and said that he doesn't know them. Even I know what Qanon is. Qanon believes in the myth that Democrats, celebrities, and others are in a conspiracy to harm children via rituals. Qanon make sincere researchers of real conspiracies look bad. Qanon believes in the lie that Trump is some moral hero when Trump makes it his business to disrespect progressives or anyone who disagrees with his repugnant views. Therefore, we are involved in dealing with real issues like the environment, health care, racial justice, women's issues, voting rights, and every issue under the sun. 41 percent of black businesses beings gone under Trump alone merits anybody to vote against Trump (who loves to end consent decrees, end new investigations into police brutality, and said that the police roughing up suspects is fine). We believe in the Golden Rule. That means that we treat our neighbors as ourselves without apology.

Chris Christie has spent 7 days in the ICU recovering from the virus. Now, he says that he was wrong to downplay folks wearing a mask. He wants everyone to wear a mask if he or she is going out in public. Also, Rudy Giuliani's daughter is encouraging people to vote for Biden. Another GOP Senator named Ben Sasse had a phone call with constituents, and he criticized Trump. Sasse has hypocritically praised Trump in public, and now he secretly has these criticisms of Trump. Sasse said things that we already know. He said that Trump is disrespectful to women, mocks Evangelicals behind their backs, and done an irresponsible job in fighting back against the coronavirus. The lesson here is that the truth always reveals itself. Also, Trump being voted out of office is our duty.

After all of these years of xenophobic rhetoric, now ADOS leader Yvette Carnell is trying to implore her ADOS followers to stop xenophobia. First, she needs to apologize to black people worldwide for making false statements and disrespecting black immigrants and black Africans. Carnell said that Pan-Africanism is dead which is a lie. Tone said that he has more in common with a white American than a black African person which shows his self-hatred. Carnell is part of a foundation whose late founder was a white racist who believed in pseudo-eugenics. That tells me that fruit of the ADOS. ADOS is not about reparations for black Americans. It is about scapegoating black immigrants as an excuse to make a way to ally with the establishment (in using reparations as a tool). For the record, I do believe in reparations for black Americans. Many ADOS folks are Trump supporters, because Trump is a xenophobic bigot. Now, we know that Judge Barrett said that a worker who said a racial slur doesn't create a hostile or abusive working environment. We know that the evil policies of the Reagan "Revolution" are still in existence today.

There is a recent controversy of Ice Cube. Ice Cube said that he gave his proposal to Republicans and Democrats. He said that the Democrats said wait until after the election is over, and he said that Trump's team are willing to revise their Platinum Plan. Ice Cube's plan is called the Contract with Black America. Many people are criticizing Ice Cube for allying with Trump to evaluate his plan. The truth is in between the 2 extremes. One extreme is calling Ice Cube a total sellout and traitor to black people. Some folks are even calling Ice Cube an Uncle Tom, which is uncalled for in my opinion. The other extreme of Trump supporters are praising Ice Cube as they are in love with the evil Trump agenda. The truth is that Ice Cube may be sincere in his goals, but he is wrong to assume that withholding our vote in the Presidential stage until his goals are met is legitimate. That action will only promote a Trump Presidency. I knew that the misogynist Tariq Nasheed would come and support taking interest in Trump's policy that mentions black people, because he is the same person who lied and said that voting is useless (with his Hotep Hidden Colors documentaries). Ice Cube is wrong for telling black people not to vote. It is obvious that Trump doesn't care about Black Americans. Trump's tax laws benefits large multinational corporations not African American collectively. Trump advocates heard immunity instead of true universal health care.

Trump had almost 4 years to do something to help black Americans in a massive way. That didn't happen. Therefore, Ice Cube is completely wrong is trying to kiss up to the Trump team. Ice Cube was played. Trump needs to be voted out of office.
