Through grit and determination, Toronto has grown to be the largest city in Canada in terms of population. It is a city filled with technological growth, a long history, and a multicultural population. That is why diversity is part of strength. A city filled with immigrants, black people, Native Americans, and human beings of every color and background, Toronto possesses a reach essence of human ingenuity. Canada is the northern neighbor to the United States of America. It has ten provinces and three territories that extend from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean plus northward into the Arctic Ocean. It is the world's second-largest country by total area with the world's longest coastline. Canada's border with America is the world's longest international land border. Today, it has over 40 million human beings who live in the country. Being part of a parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy (in the Westminster tradition), its governmental culture is different from many nations of the world. Canada's economic infrastructure is heavily reliant on its abundant natural resources and developed international trade networks. As an international city of business, Toronto is constantly growing culturally, economically, and socially. People have their leisure in Toronto by joining restaurants, museums, party locations, and Carnival. Historic places like the Ontario Legislative Building, the Toronto Sign and City Hall, the Humber Bay Arch Bridge, Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum, and Scarborough Bluffs have inspired tons of people for years and decades. Therefore, Toronto is a great city for humans to live, visit, and enjoy themselves at.

Stefanik asked us if we were better off now than four years ago. The answer is that we are better off now proven by the metrics. We have lower unemployment than four years ago. We have a lower overall crime rate in America than 4 years ago. We have fewer cases of COVID-19 than four years. Many people tend to forget that COVID-19 killed over 1 million Americans years ago in a short period. People were forced to live in their homes for months because of the dangers. Four years later, we now have massive manufacturing jobs. Thousands and millions of people died from COVID-19 as a product of Trump's incompetence and bad policies. Stefanik will ignore these facts, because she is a faithful supporter of the MAGA cult. MAGA cult member and GOP nominee to run North Carolina public schools (whose name is Michele Morrow) said once that he wanted a televised showing of the execution of Barack Obama and Joe Biden. This is insanity and evil from her. This represents the fruit of Trumpism in full display. The fake leftists who want no help to Ukraine to defend themselves actually want Ukraine to surrender to Russia and be a colony of Russia too. Ukraine has the right to be free from an illegal Russian invasion.

To break down the legal affairs of Donald Trump, we have to break it down into four major cases. The first Major case is from the New York City case. This case is related to the March 2023 indictment in New York City. Trump faces 34 criminal charges of falsifying business records in the first degree related to payments made to Stormy Daniels before the 2016 Presidential election. The trial is scheduled for a date of April 15, 2024, which could change.

The second case is from the June 2023 federal indictment in Florida. This is about a federal government indictment related to classified government documents, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Trump faces 40 criminal charges alleging mishandling of sensitive documents and conspiracy to obstruct the government in retrieving these documents. The trial is scheduled for May 20, 2024.

The third case is the August 2023 federal indictment in Washington, D.C. An August 2023 federal indictment related to attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, in which Trump faces four criminal charges of conspiring to defraud the government and disenfranchise voters, and corruptly obstructing an official proceeding. This case includes Trump's involvement in the January 6 U.S. Capitol attack. On February 2, 2024, Judge Tanya Chutkan said she would not schedule a trial until the DC Circuit Court of Appeals decides whether Trump is immune from prosecution. On February 6, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Trump does not have presidential immunity from prosecution. The Supreme Court will decide whether Trump has immunity from prosecution or not. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will make the right decision and say that Trump has no immunity unconditionally.

The fourth case involves an August 2023 indictment in Georgia, in which Trump faces 13 criminal charges related to alleged attempts to overturn Joe Biden's victory in Georgia, alongside 18 accused co-conspirators. The trial is not yet scheduled. Prosecutor Fani Willis is involved in the case against Donald Trump in Georgia. The case involving Fani Willis and her disqualification hearing is over. The judge rules that Fani Willis is allowed to continue to try the Georgia election case against Trump and his allies. Yet, she is ordered to fire Georgia prosecutor Nathan Wade. Nathan Wade has sent his resignation letter to the authorities. The Fulton County judge sent a scathing ruling to both Willis and Wade. Nathan Wade wrote his letter saying that she is proud of the work involving his team investigating, indicting, and litigating the case. Willis accepted the resignation on Friday, praising Wade for his courage to accept the role, even though he didn't seek it. Judge Scott McAfee is allowing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to continue on the election subversion case against Trump is very historic. Willis has a technical legal win. Trump and 14 other people still face charges and will have a legal trial. The judge said that Willis's speech at a church in Atlanta could face a gag order over her words on the case. Some people feel like the judge went too far in criticizing Fani Willis's personal life instead of focusing more on the case against Trump. We know what the elephant in the room is. Let's keep it real and show it. A confident, unapologetic black woman like Fani Willis angers many in the establishment. The truth is that any black woman has the right to be confident and unapologetic just like Fani Willis is. The lesson here is that folks have to be careful. At the end of the day, Trump and his allies should have accountability for their crimes against democracy indeed.

By 1954, Jones was a guest professor at Centre D'Art and Foyer des Artes Plastiques in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The Haitian government back then invited her to paint Haitian people and landscapes. Her work was energized by bright colors. She and her husband returned there during summers or the next several years. They traveled to France on trips too. Jones finished 42 paintings and exhibited them in her show Oeuvres des Loïs Mailou Jones Pierre-Noël, which was sponsored by the First Lady of Haiti. As a result of her paintings, Jones was given the Diplôme et Décoration de l'Ordre National "Honneur et Mérite au Grade de Chevalier." In 1955, she unveiled portraits of the Haitian president and his wife commissioned by United States President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Jones's numerous oils and watercolors inspired by Haiti are probably her most widely known works. In them, her affinity for bright colors, her personal understanding of Cubism's basic principles, and her search for a distinct style reached an apogee. In many of her pieces, one can see the influence of the Haitian culture, with its African influences, which reinvigorated the way she looked at the world. These include Ode to Kinshasa and Ubi Girl from Tai Region. Her work became more abstract, vibrant, and thematically after moving to Haiti. Her previously impressionist techniques gave way to a spirited, richly patterned, and brilliantly colored style.

In the 1960s, she exhibited at School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Cornell University, and galleries in France, New York, and Washington, D.C. In 1962, she initiated Howard University's first art student tour of France, including study at Académie de la Grande Chaumière and guided several more tours over the years. In 1968, she documented work and interviews of contemporary Haitian artists for Howard University's "The Black Visual Arts" research grant. Jones received the same grant in 1970 as well. Between 1968 and 1970, she traveled to 11 African countries, which influenced her painting style. She documented and interviewed contemporary African artists in Ethiopia, Sudan, Kenya, Zaire (now known as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Dahomey (today known as Benin), Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Senegal. Her report Contemporary African Art was published in 1970 and in 1971 she delivered 1000 slides and other materials to the University as fulfillment of the project. On May 22, 1970, Jones took part in a National Day of Protest in Washington D.C. The protest was created by Robert Morris in New York City. They protested against racism and the Vietnam War. While many Washinton, D.C. artists did not paint to be political or create their own commentary on racial issues, Jones was greatly influenced by Africa and the Caribbean which her art reflected. Those areas of the world also had people of black African heritage who fought against imperialism, colonialism, economic exploitation, and other forms of oppression. Jones's "Moon Masque" is thought to represent then-contemporary problems in Africa. By 1973, Jones received the "Women Artists of the Caribbean and Afro-American Artists" grant from Howard University. In the same year, she was awarded an honorary Doctor of Philosophy from Colorado State Christian College.

Her research inspired Jones to synthesize a body of designs and motifs that she combined in large, complex compositions. Jones's return to African themes in her work of the past several decades coincided with the black expressionistic movement in the United States during the 1960s. Skillfully integrating aspects of African masks, figures, and textiles into her vibrant paintings, Jones became a link between the Harlem Renaissance movement into a contemporary expression of similar themes. On July 29, 1984, Lois Jones Day is declared in Washington, DC. Jones continued to produce exciting new works at an astonishing speed. She traveled to France and experimented with her previous Impressionist-Post-impressionist style that started her career in Paris. Her landscapes were painted with a wider color palette from her Haitian and African influences. On her 84th birthday, Jones had a major heart attack and subsequently a triple bypass. The Meridian International Center created a retrospective exhibition with the help of Jones herself. Her 1990 exhibition toured across the country for several years. The exhibition was the first exhibition of Jones that garnered her nationwide attention. Despite her extensive portfolio, teaching career, and cultural work in other countries, she had been left out of the history books because she did not stick to typical subjects that were suitable for African Americans to paint. Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton collected one of her island seascapes paintings too.

In 1991, The National Museum of Women in the Arts held an exhibition that showcased some of Jones' children's book illustrations. In 1994, The Corcoran Gallery of Art opened The World of Lois Mailou Jones exhibition with a public apology for their past racial discrimination. In 1997, Jones' paintings were featured in an exhibition entitled Explorations in the City of Light: African-American Artists in Paris 1945–1965 that appeared at several museums throughout the country including the New Orleans Museum of Art, the Milwaukee Art Museum, and the Studio Museum of Harlem. The exhibition also featured the works of Barbara Chase-Riboud, Edward Clark, Harold B. Cousins [fr], Beauford Delaney, Herbert Gentry, and Larry Potter. The exhibition examined the importance of Paris as an artistic mecca for African-American artists during the 20 years that followed World War II. In 1998, Jones died with no immediate survivors at the age of 92 at her home in Washington, DC. She is buried on Martha's Vineyard in the Oak Bluffs Cemetery. Howard University hosted the exhibition Remembering Lois.

There are sophisticated ways on how a boat works when you turn the engine of a boat on. The boat converts the spinning motion of the crankshaft into horizontal spinning motion. This horizontal spinning motion is then used to power the propeller, which propels the boat through the water1. The forces of the wind on the sails and the water on the underwater parts of the boat combine to propel the boat through the water. The wind blows across the sails, creating aerodynamic lift, which contains a sideways force and a small forward force. Experts in sailing have to study the weather, water currents, and wind to create the best, safest route in traveling in places in the water. Many boats have lights, a port, gunwale, hull, bow (or the front of the boat), red and green sidelights, the stern, the cleat, and the propeller (which can rotate and power a boat forward or backward).

Planes fly in a beautiful method. A plane's engines are designed to move it forward at high speed. That makes air flow rapidly over the wings, which throw the air down toward the ground, generating an upward force called lift that overcomes the plane's weight and holds it in the sky. So, it's the engines that move a plane forward, while the wings move it upward.

During ancient times, the hand axe was an early machine made by human beings to split food or cut stones. There was the inclined plane of ramp that was used to move heavy objects, even during prehistoric times. There was the wheel being invented by the Sumerians in the Middle East. The wheel, along with the wheel and axle mechanism, was invented in Mesopotamia (modern Iraq) during the 5th millennium BC. The lever mechanism first appeared around 5,000 years ago in the Near East, where it was used in a simple balance scale, and to move large objects in ancient Egyptian technology. The lever was also used in the shad oof water-lifting device, the first crane machine, which appeared in Mesopotamia c. 3000 BC, and then in ancient Egyptian technology c. 2000 BC. The earliest evidence of pulleys dates back to Mesopotamia in the early 2nd millennium BC, and ancient Egypt during the Twelfth Dynasty (1991-1802 BC). The screw, the last of the simple machines to be invented, first appeared in Mesopotamia during the Neo-Assyrian period (911-609) BC The Egyptian pyramids were built using three of the six simple machines, the inclined plane, the wedge, and the lever.

Three of the simple machines were studied and described by Greek philosopher Archimedes around the 3rd century BC: the lever, pulley, and screw. Archimedes discovered the principle of mechanical advantage in the lever. Later Greek philosophers defined the classic five simple machines (excluding the inclined plane) and were able to roughly calculate their mechanical advantage. Hero of Alexandria (c. 10–75 AD) in his work Mechanics lists five mechanisms that can "set a load in motion"; lever, windlass, pulley, wedge, and screw, and describes their fabrication and uses. However, the Greeks' understanding was limited to statics (the balance of forces) and did not include dynamics (the tradeoff between force and distance) or the concept of work.

The earliest practical wind-powered machines, the windmill and wind pump, first appeared in the Muslim world during the Islamic Golden Age, in what are now Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, by the 9th century AD. The earliest practical steam-powered machine was a steam jack driven by a steam turbine, described in 1551 by Taqi ad-Din Muhammad ibn Ma'ruf in Ottoman Egypt.

The cotton gin was invented in India by the 6th century AD, and the spinning wheel was invented in the Islamic world by the early 11th century, both of which were fundamental to the growth of the cotton industry. The spinning wheel was also a precursor to the spinning jenny. The earliest programmable machines were developed in the Muslim world. A music sequencer, a programmable musical instrument, was the earliest type of programmable machine. The first music sequencer was an automated flute player invented by the Banu Musa brothers, described in their Book of Ingenious Devices, in the 9th century. In 1206, Al-Jazari invented programmable automata/robots. He described four automaton musicians, including drummers operated by a programmable drum machine, where they could be made to play different rhythms and different drum patterns.

During the Renaissance, the dynamics of the Mechanical Powers, as the simple machines were called, began to be studied from the standpoint of how much useful work they could perform, leading eventually to the new concept of mechanical work. In 1586 Flemish engineer Simon Stevin derived the mechanical advantage of the inclined plane, and it was included with the other simple machines. The complete dynamic theory of simple machines was worked out by Italian scientist Galileo Galilei in 1600 in Le Meccaniche ("On Mechanics"). He was the first to understand that simple machines do not create energy, they merely transform it. The classic rules of sliding friction in machines were discovered by Leonardo da Vinci (1452–1519), but remained unpublished in his notebooks. They were rediscovered by Guillaume Amontons (1699) and were further developed by Charles-Augustin de Coulomb (1785).

James Watt patented his parallel motion linkage in 1782, which made the double-acting steam engine practical. The Boulton and Watt steam engine and later designs powered steam locomotives, steam ships, and factories. James Albert Bonsack's cigarette-rolling machine was invented in 1880 and patented in 1881. The Industrial Revolution was a period from 1750 to 1850 where changes in agriculture, manufacturing, mining, transportation, and technology had a profound effect on the social, economic, and cultural conditions of the times. It began in the United Kingdom, then subsequently spread throughout Western Europe, North America, Japan, and eventually the rest of the world.

Starting in the later part of the 18th century, there began a transition in parts of Great Britain's previously manual labor and draft-animal-based economy towards machine-based manufacturing. It started with the mechanization of the textile industries, the development of iron-making techniques, and the increased use of refined coal. By the 20th and 21st century, more machines will be part of computers, television HP screens, flying devices, AI technology, robots, etc.

For millennia, machines have improved the lives of humanity. From building the Great Pyramids to the creation of Apple Plus headphones, machines exist with diverse capabilities. Some machines can be large, and others can be micro-sized in advanced laptop computers. The spirit of innovation and invention is found among the human family. This is why I don't believe in an authoritarian society. People have the right to achieve their own destinies as human beings individually while allowing progressive policies to help humanity collectively at the same time. There is nothing wrong with the power of the individual as long as the individual doesn't lead to selfishness and monopolies. There is nothing wrong with collective power in the community as long as the collective doesn't interfere with individual innovation and ingenuity unfairly. Studying machines is just fun to be blunt. To work on cars, to study machinery, to go about to analyze the importance of mathematics including other forms of technology makes sense in a complicated 21st-century society. Today, we have to encourage people, especially young people, to join the STEM culture if they desire to.

By Timothy

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-77999405279320617272024-03-17T22:46:00.003-05:002024-03-17T22:46:58.545-05:00Health Information Part 10.
Health Information Part 10 | PDF | Estrogen | Human Eye (scribd.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-40476860066809211982024-03-17T10:11:00.004-05:002024-03-17T10:11:29.194-05:009 Organizations Working Against Black Maternal Mortality.
9 Organizations Working Against Black Maternal Mortality | SELF

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-80634381817799355122024-03-16T18:00:00.001-05:002024-03-16T18:00:02.344-05:00 "I tried on the American dream": CNN analyst Natasha Alford on finding success without assimilating (msn.com).
"I tried on the American dream": CNN analyst Natasha Alford on finding success without assimilating (msn.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-11695716044721430662024-03-16T17:58:00.001-05:002024-03-16T17:58:11.082-05:00 Mickey Guyton & Tayla Parx On Beyoncé's Country Album (msn.com).
Mickey Guyton & Tayla Parx On Beyoncé's Country Album (msn.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-35986896812315242552024-03-16T17:55:00.003-05:002024-03-16T17:55:20.913-05:00 Historic sites that commemorate Black history in Virginia (msn.com).
Historic sites that commemorate Black history in Virginia (msn.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-52857944452551652612024-03-16T17:54:00.002-05:002024-03-16T17:54:17.369-05:00 Beyonce shines a light on country music's Black roots (msn.com).
Beyonce shines a light on country music's Black roots (msn.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-37476169476089271742024-03-16T17:53:00.003-05:002024-03-16T17:53:51.943-05:00Jemele Hill Calls Out Kim Mulkey For Her Postgame Press Conference.
Jemele Hill Calls Out Kim Mulkey For Her Postgame Press Conference (msn.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-37320478559344467102024-03-15T06:14:00.006-05:002024-03-16T16:59:30.725-05:00End of the Week March News.

The crisis in Haiti existed for centuries. Haiti was born in 1804 after the Haitian Revolution being the first black Republic of the Western Hemisphere. Immediately, Western imperialist forces in Europe and in America shown hatred, racism, and jealousy of Haiti. French invaded Haiti after it had independence, America refused to recognize Haiti's independence for decades, and Haiti was forced to pay France reparations (when it should be the other way around). Haiti had massive debt and it was occupied by U.S. forces during the early 20th century. Haitian dictators, back by imperialist forces, govern Haiti for years. Haiti is heavily controlled by the US/UN forces and the Core Group. The coup d'etat against the Haiti's democratically elected President took place in 2004. The coup lead to the UN "peacekeeping" force to dominate the nation via MINUSTAH until 2017. It evolved into BIHUH with the Core Group dominating Haitian affairs. Many Haitian people protested against removal of fuel subsidies, rising costs of living, and insecurity by elite funded armed group. After Haiti President Jovenel Moise was assassinated, Ariel Henry was the leader being promoted by the U.S and UNCore Group. The "gangs" that people in the media talk about are mostly former and current Haitian police and military forces They work for Haiti's elite. Henry has resigned, and some want a new puppet leader in Haiti. It is no secret that Western including U.S. interests want Haiti's labor, oil resources, and mineral wealth. That is why imperialists are obsessed with controlling Haiti. The Haitian people are a living example of resistance by black people against slavery and injustice. They are a shining example of the courage of us who are African people globally. So, there should be no Western imperialism in Haiti. Haiti should be given the opportunity to have its own sovereignty without foreign control over its lands. Many in the West need to pay Haiti reparations to rebuild the nation of Haiti too.

I will not vote for Trump in November 2024 for many reasons. The first reason is that Trump is a racist, sexist extremist. For example, Trump called Mitch McConnell's Chinese American wife and the COVID-19 virus racist slurs. Trump claims that the Central Park Five are guilty to this day when the Central Park Five are innocent victims of a smear campaign. Trump made sexist remarks about women for years and decades including Jean Carroll. The second reason is that Trump glorifies the terrorists of the January 6th insurrection. Trump called them hostages instead of terrorists and traitors. These terrorists and traitors assaulted the police at the U.S. Capitol, destroyed innocent property, stormed areas without permission, waved Neo-Nazi and Confederate flags, and threatened to hang Mike Pence. The third reason is that Trump has reactionary views that I don't subscribe to. Trump wants retribution against progressives and others who disagree with him. Trump wants possible cuts to Social Security and Medicare (then, he changed his mind recently. Many GOP extremists want this goal). Trump is known for habitual lying and promotes the lie that the 2020 election was stolen. The fourth reason is that Trump has supported autocrats, authoritarians, and fascists like Orban of Hungary and Putin of Russia. He has praised Xi in China who bans certain websites in China nationally which is anti-freedom. Therefore, I will vote for democracy when November 2024 comes about.

I trust my intuition. In my mind, the name Ruby Claud Ford (1935-2013) came up. At first, I didn't know how many children she had. Now, on March 14, 2024, I know tons of more information about Ruby Claud Ford being my 3rd cousin. Ruby Claud Ford was a righteous woman who was kindhearted and loved life. Her parents were Willie P. Ford (b. 1897) and Bertha C. Claud (1900-1987). Ruby Claud Ford married Willis Douglas Evans (1933-2016) on February 10, 1962, in Courtland, Virginia. Their children are Gloria Jean Evans (b. 1956), Helen Marie Evans (b. 1964), Kurt Douglas Evans (b. 1968. He is married to Dianna Carol Sparks. Their children are Justin Ray Evans and Jenae Katlin Evans), and W. Renea Evans-House. My fourth cousin Helen Marie Evans married Curtis Lorenzo Griffin on November 20, 1983, at Southampton County, Virginia. The couple's children are Lakeia Griffin (1983-2012. Her daughter is my 6th cousin Courtney Janae Griffin. Lakeia's other daughters are Caress Cooper being born in 2007, Stephanie Makayla Cooper being born in 2002, and another daughter) and Deonta Griffin (b. 1985). Keia Griffin (b. 2007). Helen Marie Evans's nephew is Travis Evans. The late Ruby Claude Ford share the same ancestor as Zilphy Claud (1820-1893). Zilphy Claud had a son named George Washington Claud (1849-1923). His son was Richard Washington Claud (1874-1945). Richard's daughter was Betha C. Claud (1900-1987), and Bertha's daughter was Ruby Claud Ford (1935-2013).

I found some distant cousins living in Wisconsin. My fourth cousin is Joseph Edward Gary (b. 1956). He married Kim Lauren De Zwarte (b. 1957) at Christian, Kentucky on July 16, 1977. They have four children whose names are Jamar Joseph Gary (b. 1978), Jarel Q. Gary (b. 1980), Keegan Dante Gary (1982-1982), and Keahn K. Gary). My fourth cousin Joseph Edward Gary's parents were Herbert Gary (1927-1979) and Mildred Virginia Ford (1931-1993). Mildred Virginia Ford's parents were Willie P. Ford (b. 1897) and Bertha C. Claud (1900-1987). Bertha C. Claud's parents were Richard Washington Claud (1874-1945) and Ann Elizabeth Claud (1876-1960). My first cousin Richard Washington Claud's parents were George Washington Claud (1849-1923) and Martha Velvin-Furgerson (b. 1830). George Washington Claud's mother was my 5th great grandmother Zilphy Claud (1820-1893). Joseph Edward Gary and I share Zilphy Claud as a common ancestor. The daughter of Joseph Edward Gary is my 5th cousin Keahn Gary who has lived in Madison, Wisconsin and now lives in Los Angeles, California. Keahn Gary is a professional business school. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Stefanik asked us if we were better off now than four years ago. The answer is that we are better off now proven by the metrics. We have lower unemployment than four years ago. We have a lower overall crime rate in America than 4 years ago. We have less cases of COVID-19 than four years. Many people tend to forget that COVID-19 killed over 1 million Americans years ago in a short span of time. MAGA cult member and GOP nominee to run North Carolina public schools (whose name is Michele Morrow) said once that he wanted televised showing of the execution of Barack Obama and Joe Biden. This is insanity and evil from her. This represents the fruit of Trumpism in full display. The fake leftists who want no help to Ukraine to defend themselves actually want Ukraine to surrender to Russia and be a colony to Russia too. Ukraine has the right to be free from an illegal Russian invasion.

By Timothy

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-71567509652105707702024-03-13T06:12:00.003-05:002024-03-13T06:22:19.738-05:00Early March 2024 News.

Trump calling the January 6th terrorists in jail as hostages is inappropriate and evil. The January 6th terrorists, on January 6th, 2021, destroyed property, assaulted police officers, and use weapons against people. These terrorists wanted to hang former Vice President Mike Pence after being agitated by Trump in his reactionary speech. These insurrectionists waved Confederate and Neo-Nazis flags in the U.S. Capitol for the first time in American history. Tons of people are in jail for illegal actions, and Trump glorify these terrorists because is an authoritarian threat to democracy. We live in a time when there is a new wave of far-right fascism found in Orban, Trump, the leader in Argentina, and other places of the world. These people promote policies against religious and social minorities. They love corporate exploitation, they hate the concept of human equality, and they desire to dominate the world. So, we have to stand up for our rights vigorously, vote, and stand up for justice for all.

Robert Hur gave his testimony to Congress about Biden usage of classified documents. He is a former special counsel. He wanted to explain his investigation into President Joe Biden's handling of classified documents that led to President Biden being not charged with any crime. Hur called Biden as a well-meaning elderly man with poor memory which is unprofessional in a criminal report. Hur defended his investigation. He outlined a legal case about the situation. Republicans attacked Hur as not desiring to prosecute Biden, and Democrats attack Biden on his characterizations of Biden. The Democrats wants the focus on Donald Trump's criminality. Hur said that he won't exonerate Biden, but he won't call him senile either. The transcript proved that Biden did recall the death of his son's death despite the Special Counsel's claim that Biden didn't remember the date of his son's death. Hur didn't want to recommend criminal charges against Biden. Also, Trump is charged with mishandling documents by intentionally preventing documents to return to the government and only with pressure did Trump return some of the documents. Trump is accused of allowing people to destroy documents and obstructing justice.

President Joe Biden said that he is opposed to cuts to Social Security and Medicare. Some Republican extremists even want to raise the retirement age for Medicare. Many of us are blessed to qualify for Social Security because we worked hard for over 10 years meriting enough credit for Social Security benefits. We earn these benefits by hard work, not a free ride. Now, President Biden is more energetic to release ads, raising money, and being active to show his message. The cabinet members are out there representing their views too. Meanwhile, Trump promotes overt bigotry, revenge, retribution, and a sense of fascism that we all must reject. The infrastructure growth in America now is miraculous. Still, we have a long way to go, but we are much better now than four years ago with Trump as President.

The Middle East crisis continues. Many things can be true at the same time. There should be a ceasefire and the Israeli hostages should be freed immediately. There are negotiations happening constantly. Also, Netanyahu is unyielding in his far-right extremism. When even President Biden says that Netanyahu should not invaded Rafah in Gaza when over 1 million Palestinians live in the area of Southern Gaza. These events represent a turning point in our history as human beings. The Netanyahu regime in Israel and Hamas merit legitimate criticism. When innocent Israelis were attacked by Hamas, the Netanyahu did nothing for hours will Israeli men, women, and children were murdered, kidnapped, raped, assaulted, and mutilated harshly. Therefore, real justice is about fairness for all in the region.

Many people talk about Ozempic. What is the truth? Ozempic was originally prescribed for people who have diabetes. In our time in 2024, more people are using it for cosmetic purposes in losing weight. My view is that people have the right to use it to lose weight if they desire, but there is another point to be made. There is no substitute for eating healthy and exercising plus adequate sleep in promoting a full, enriching health culture. Ozempic shouldn't be used as an idol to solve all health problems. There is greatness in people who become healthier physically by hard work and determination. Those acts are truly inspirational.

By Timothy

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-13860177770610214822024-03-11T06:13:00.019-05:002024-03-12T06:12:54.170-05:00Changing Times.

There are a lot of reflections on the music industry. One major trend in the music industry is the increase in the popularity of country music among younger people. Back in the day, country music has always been popular. Today, it has grown into a different level for many artists merging country with rap, rock, R&B, and other styles of music. One very talented woman in the country is a Sister from Kentucky named Tanner Adell. When I hear her music, I can tell that she cares about her craft and puts a heavy emphasis on rural culture. I'm not a rural person, but many of my uncles, aunts, and cousins live in rural communities. To appreciate rural life is a prerequisite to understanding what country music all is about. Country music is a form of music meant to express pain, to show honesty, to overcome tribulations, and to celebrate life. Many of us know the songs of country music icons like Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, Trisha Yearwood, Hootie and the Blowfish, Dolly Parton, Tim McGraw, Vince Gill, and Keith Urban. Yet, we have to acknowledge the younger generation of country artists who are making their marks in history like once again Tanner Adell, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Gabby Barrett, Carly Pearce, Drew Parker, Breland, Gabe Lee, Hardy, Reyna Roberts, Willie Jones, and other human beings. With Beyonce showing country music, it is certainly part of the further growth of country music. Let's keep it real and present the elephant in the room. It is apparently clear that more people are acknowledging the gifts and the roles of black women and black men in the culture of country music. The black country music artists have existed in the world since country music's inception. By the early 2000s, the Billboard Hot 100 has been dominated by American country music with diversity like Kacey Musgracves, Jelly Roll, Kane Brown, and other people.

Another major trend is the increased knowledge and consciousness of contracts and deals in the music industry. More artists reject 360 deals and focus on more independent contracts that are fairer for artists. People want unions, health care, and pensions for hip-hop artists which has been depraved from many hip-hop artists for decades. We have TikTok and other forms of social media being a powerful outlet where musicians in general can express their songs, EPs, and albums. Streaming platforms that show music are more decentralized and commonplace is Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and Apple Music. These platforms have increased especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. By this new decade of the 2020s, more comebacks continue to exist like new albums from The Beatles and The Rolling Stones that opened the charts immediately upon release. Many younger Generation Z human beings have nostalgia for old school music from embracing vinyl again to listening to various legendary music from years and decades ago. In our time, we see a lot of retro pop being popular in the 2020's too. Women empowerment is promoted in hip hop with ice as diverse as Coi Leray and BIA. Afrobeats and Regional Mexican music are popular. Rock, nu metal, and hardcore punk saw growth in this decade too.

My reflection on the current music industry now is that it is about merging genres together as the world is more connected with new inventions, new technologies, globalization, and more access to information than during the past decades of world history. Music is more viewed in business terms at the mainstream level, but there is more awareness among artists and people in general about the necessity for artists to embrace ownership of their property rights, masters, and publishing. Prince was ahead of his time by advocating for musicians of any genre to read contracts carefully, fight for their economic rights, and own their masters. He didn't want people to be too much controlled by record companies. Music is certainly a universal language being embraced by humanity of every color and background. It is certainly our responsibility as human beings to cultivate music to change the world positively, to be inspired to overcome challenges, and to be motivated to live life in a fruitful, positive direction. Music can also promote joy and happiness and we certainly need more joy and happiness in the world indeed. Life is very short, so have fun and stand up for what is right at the same time.

Music has made many legitimate contributions throughout the Universe. There are many studies out now that prove that listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain. Music is heavily structural, and architectural, and it can be mathematical. It is based on the relationship between one note and the next. It can improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory too. There is a study published in the Scientific journal called Brain that showed that adults who had a stroke and listened to music daily experienced greater gains in verbal memory and cognition after two months than stroke survivors who listened to audiobooks and those who didn't listen to either music or books daily. Music can overall increase feelings of well-being which may reduce pain perception. Some scientists believe that music can help the human body, because sound waves are ultimately vibrations. Vibroacoustic therapy uses low-frequency sound to produce vibrations that are applied directly to the body. All life in the Universe is made up of light, electromagnetic waves, atoms, and other components that merge to form consciousness. A sound is a form of a wave. There are at least seven scientific studies that have shown people with improvement in motor function in individuals with cerebral palsy treated with vibroacoustic therapy. Researchers from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore have researched the link between music and improving brain function. These researchers have used dozens of jazz artists and hip-hop artists to improvise music while lying down inside an fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) machine to watch and see which areas of their brains light up. That is why scholars encourage people to listen to a diverse amount of genres of music to challenge the brain in a way to develop creativity. The brain can struggle to understand the new sound. Some findings suggest that learning to play musical instruments strongly influences the organization of the gray matter in multiple brain networks related to sensory processing (like auditory, vision, and somatosensory regions), and higher-order cognitive function. For example, when a human being studies to play an instrument, there are processes like myelination that will develop along with neurogenesis (or the creation of new neurons, and one is synapse function). According to scholar Larry Sherman, music can stimulate new connections in our brains to keep our cognitive abilities sharp and our memories alive. Sherman is professor of neuroscience at Oregon Health and Science University. Music has always brought people together to appreciate orchestra, jazz, rock, hip-hop, gospel, etc. Music can be about telling a story, or it can be abstract imagination being expressed in a distinct fashion. Music is filled with air vibrations filled with molecules flowing in the Universe (the cochlea of the ear collects the sound frequencies, and it responds). Music is made up of rhythm, tone, pitch, timbre, and other facets. There are tons of benefits to the arts and music programs in public schools, private schools, and homeschools. Musical programs for young and older people are certainly paramount in developing our culture and society.

In life, fair critiques are real. Showing fair critiques is not about bashing all music, but it's part of human nature. No human on this Earth is perfect 100 percent, and showing legitimate critiques is not about judging people unfairly. It is about being a sign that tells us that we can do better, and it is one of our life's goals to be better than the past. There are two extreme views about music that I reject. One extreme view is that all music is evil, and all music must be rejected from society. I don't agree with that premise at all. Throughout human history, positive, inspirational music has grown consciousness, helped people to gain a great education, and achieved so much goodness on this Planet. For example, there are countless school and arts programs that have saved human lives literally in the world. We know of the biological benefits of listening to music and playing instruments too. A child or adult playing Mozart or playing a gospel song from Mahalia Jackson is not the worth thing in human existence. Therefore, you have some wrong people with a paranoia about music so bad that they reject any form of music which is their right. Yet, they are completely wrong in that disturbing opinion. I reject the other extreme saying that it should be no boundaries in allowing kids to listen to adult theme music or music has no influence at all in society. The reality is that music has an influence in society religiously, culturally, inspirationally, and that's proven by academic studies for years and decades. In other words, music should not be blamed for all evil in the world, but artists and the rest of us have the responsibility to put music into context. That context is that more people should realize that music should be judged on the merits of its talent (not made a scapegoat for every problem in the world). Likewise, some music should be glorified, but music that glorified evil and injustice should not be glorified. In other words, I don't agree with music that degrades people, fosters nihilism, and promotes evil in general. Authoritarian censorship makes it worse to combat it. The solution is people making the voluntary decision not to listen to it. People have the right to protest music that they feel is wrong, but I don't believe in suppressing speech in an unfair fashion (even speech I disagree with). I have to mention how many kids and adults have saved their lives by music.

There is also classical music being popular. Classical music uses composers, violins, pianos, and other forms of instruments. Back in the day, classical music was played in churches and royal courts during the Middle Ages in Western Europe. A lot it originated from the religious and vocal music of ancient Greece and Rome. There were extant musical manuscripts that date from the Carolingian Empire (800-888 A.D.). Many abbeys had classical music too. By the Renaissance and Baroque period, classical music used opera, more musical instruments, and more different genres like sonata and concerto. Johann Sebastian Bach used the fugue technique. We know about the Classical period of composers like Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Joseph Haydn, and Ludwig van Beethoven. Classical music has spread into the Americas, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and all over the Earth. Opera houses and symphony orchestras exist globally too. One of my favorite forms of classical music exist from instruments made by composers like Miklós Rózsa. Rozsa was a Hungarian American composer who was trained in Germany and other places of the world. He lived from April 18, 1907, to July 27, 1995. He expressed music in tons of film scores that are classic. He made music for the films of Ben Hur, King of Kings, Quo Vadis, Julius Caesar, Ivanhoe, Diane, etc. His score for Ben Hur is a masterpiece being some of the greatest classical music in human history. The songs in it from Overture to Esther represent greatness in musical architecture. John Barry was a great classical music composer from the UK. He composed the scores for eleven of the James Bond films from 1963 to 1987. He created scores for films like Dances with Wolves, The Cotton Club, Chaplin, The Game of Death, and other movies. Other outstanding film composers are Hans Zimmer, Rachel Portman, John Williams, Ennio Morricone, Alfred Newman, Alex North, and Terrence Blanchard.

The truth is that music is a complex form of expression found in the Universe. It is never monolithic. Some people use music to work out in the gym, some people use music to relax or sleep more effectively, and some people are motivated to dance or be entertained by listening to music too. As time has gone on, we know of the medical and intellectual benefits of music. Thousands of years ago, people have used flutes and harps. Today, digital media services like Spotify and TikTok outline distribute music internationally and even in space today. One major heart and soul of music involves black people. We are the origin of all in human history. From our community, John Coltrane presented some of the greatest jazz music of all time like the album Love Supreme. There is Sarah Vaughan who was a jazz vocal genius too from New Jersey. We know about the Motown explosion with The Temptations, The Supremes, and Aretha Franklin describing some of the best, introspective songs about love in human history. Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Roberta Flack, and other icons are some of the best songwriters and musicians of all time. Also, great musicians exist in every color and background too. Burt Bacharach was a genius composer and songwriter, Selena had a huge following, and Celine Dion has a great career too. Music deals with form, harmony, melody, chords, rhythm, and other elements. Many schools have been blessed with arts and musical programs that have inspired kids to be adult performers, singers, music journalists, music scholars, music educators, etc. It is important to note that music can be abstract. Some people experiment with 808s and other beats to create their own style. There is nothing wrong with that at all. During the 21st century, there is an increased awareness among the people of the contributions of black people, other people of color, women, and people in the four corners of the Earth involving the essence of music.

The Super Tuesday results are in. The results are what most people are expecting. President Joe Biden won every primary on Super Tuesday, except in American Samoa where James Palmer won that primary. Donald Trump won every primary on Super Tuesday except Vermont which Nikki Haley won. The states that people voted on in dealing with Super Tuesday include Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Donald Trump gave multiple lies in his speech. Trump said that America has the worst economy in the world and Biden is the worst President in American history. The truth is that Biden saw some of the largest job growth in American history with record-low unemployment. The deal is that inflation is high in many areas of our economy, especially involving groceries. Wages are up with unions winning multiple victories recently. Trump demonized migrants who are actually refugees escaping many nations for survival. When Trump was President, he gave a terrible response to the COVID-19 response (when millions of Americans lost their jobs as a product of the disease), and a stimulus plan saved human lives after over 1 million Americans died as a product of the pandemic. The stimulus plan was heavily promoted by the Democratic people.

America has the largest post-COVID 19 economic growth of any nation on Earth. President Biden warns that another Trump term will mean chaos, division, and darkness. Now, crime rates are going down in American locations from Baltimore, New York City, etc. The Trump MAGA cult is one of the worst cults in world history where brainwashed people desire to support Trump unconditionally despite his racism, his habitual lying, his sexism, and his corrupt actions (which is being charged with multiple felonious charges). President Biden's job creation rate is second only to Bill Clinton. Biden will cap credit card fees, cause drug prices to be re-negotiated, cut many students' student loans, and cause many progressive policies to exist. We have a clear choice in this 2024 Presidential election. Our voting rights matter. If anyone supports Trump, he or she is complicit in Trump's evil agenda. Today, Nikki Haley has decided to end her Presidential campaign. Either we go on the path of revenge, reactionary lies, and corporate exploitation, or the path of progressive solutions, equality, justice for all, and democracy.

President Biden has allowed U.S. airlift of humanitarian aid to Gaza with the cooperation of Jordan and other allies. Of course, more can be done, but this is a very historic moment in world history. America did the Berlin airlift back in 1948. President Biden said that he would create a direct maritime corridor to supply Gaza needs with U.S. sealift. He wants a big increase in aid trucks entering Gaza. Senators King and Reed demanded a U.S. Navy ship for Gaza. This time of massive starvation and deaths of Palestinians has no moral justification at all. There is no excuse for this reality in any circumstance. The WHO estimated that about 25 percent of Gaza residents are at the point of famine and starvation. This means that as many as 500,000 people could face death in weeks along with environmental problems in the region. Starvation is a human crisis and must be taken seriously. As the Trump cult (when Trump is accused of over 90 felony counts and Trump has been made liable of raping a woman) and the Putin regime desire authoritarianism, we desire democracy. The Supreme Court's refusal to allow Trump to be banned from the ballots represents a contradiction of true Natural Law as justice and morality from the Preamble are paramount.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema will not seek reelection in Arizona, and she calls herself an Independent. This is not shocking news, because that is the legacy of moderates or centrists. The issue with moderates is that moderates never set real trends to truly cause groundbreaking change in human history. Harriet Tubman, Malcolm X, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Sojourner Truth, Ella Baker, and Bob Marley were never moderates. They were revolutionaries who refused to be bound by the status quo. They opposed the agenda of the establishment to seek justice for everyone in building their own legacies as human beings. Many moderates hid behind the sacrifice and contributions of progressives in order to save face. So, Senate Sinema will retire from the Senate. There is a Senate race between Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego of Arizona and former Arizona Republican gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake. This is a very important race. Sinema was a negotiator for the bipartisan border deal recently. Time will tell on what the Senate race will result in.

It is clear what Putin desires. Putin wants the destruction of Ukraine and annexation of it to Russia as Putin has publicly said that he doesn't believe that Ukraine is a real nation. Many fake leftists say that since NATO made mistakes and did war-mongering, therefore, we should allow Putin to conquer Ukraine. That is a bad policy position as the Ukrainian people have every right to use legitimate self-defense in defending their lands. Medvedev became so extreme that he is an ally of Putin. Putin wants Russia to have its 1991 borders. Putin desires lifetime rulership of Russia along with the suppression of democratic rights in Russia. Innocent journalists and dissidents are in Russian prisons now for just speaking up against the Putin regime. Speaking out against the Putin regime (being found to promote disinformation, hacking, and having agents supporting the Trump movement overtly) has nothing to do with hating the Russian people. The vast majority of the Russian people desire freedom and justice. This dissent against Putin's imperialism has nothing to do with worshiping NATO as NATO's actions in Libya and other places of the world are deplorable and nefarious. It has to do with the Ukrainian people having the right to be free from illegal Russian aggression and making sure that Ukraine is an independent nation with its own self-determination. We reject the Trump MAGA cult too.

After Nikki Haley and Dean Phillips suspended their Presidential campaigns on March 6, 2024, we have a new era of the 2024 Presidential election. Now, the two major candidates are President Joe Biden and Donald Trump along with many third-party candidates too running for office. After the historic 2024 State of the Union Address made by President Joe Biden on March 7, 2024, it caused Biden to have a new sense of energy to fight for a second term. In his State of the Union address, President Biden told the truth that we must fight for democracy, Ukraine deserves to be free from Russian invasion, and the super wealthy ought to pay their fair share of taxation. He did the right thing to apologize for calling a person illegal when no human is illegal. Undocumented immigrant is a proper term. By March 8, Trump won the American Samoa Republican caucuses.

Recently, in March of 2024, I found out about my late 3rd cousin named Paulette Delight Williams Mayfield (1948-2018). Her parents were John Edward Williams (1924-1955) and my 2nd cousin Cecelia Elaine McPherson (1927-2016). Paulette Mayfield was born in Norfolk, Virginia. By the time she was 14 years old, she moved into Portsmouth, Virginia wither her sister Janette White. Cecelia Elaine McPherson later married Joseph Edward Malloy Sr. in 1963. So, Paulette's half-brothers and half-sisters are Barbara, Lillie, Joseph Jr. Eileen David, William, Mark, and Althea Malloy. Paulette attended Portsmouth Public Schools and graduated from I.C. Norcom High School in 1966. She married Oliver Clemon Mayfield (b. 1948) at Norfolk, Virginia on May 8, 1967. Their children are Trina E. Mayfield (b. 1967) and Torey Anton Mayfield (b. 1977). Paulette had children with Mack Vivin Robinson (b. 1949) named Tarel Lashamile Robinson (b. 1979), Torel Kahlil Byrd (b. 1979), Tracy Robinson, and Tasha Robinson (d. 2003). My later fourth cousin Tasha Robinson and Charles B. Jobes Jr. had their late child of Marquis Anton Robinson Jobes (1990-2003). My 4th cousin Torel Kahlil Byrd and Shawnell Denise Talbert Thompson (b. 1980) had a daughter, who is my 5th cousin Kahlia Byrd. How is Paulette Mayfield related to me? Well, her parents were John Edward Williams and Cecelia Elaine McPherson. Cecelia Elaine McPherson's parents were Henry Cecil McPherson Sr. (1903-1982) and Minnie Eva Sykes (1906-1980). My 1st cousin Minnie Eva Sykes's parents were Kenneth Sykes (1865-1949) and my 3rd great grandaunt Josephine T Hurst (1868-1929). Josephine T. Hurst's parents were my 4th great grandparents of Milly Woodson Bozeman (1830-1910) and Morefield Hurst Turner (1827-1918). So, we (Paulette and I) shared the same ancestors as my 4th great grandparents of Milly and Morefield Turner. Paulette loved to cook food from scratch. She baked ziti and macaroni and cheese. She loved to paint and redecorate her home. Paulette enjoyed crabbing and visited the Lynnhaven fishing pier in Virginia Beach constantly. It is his last State of the Union address in the first term of his Presidency. Whether you agree with him or not, it was certainly one of his greatest speeches during his Presidency. He touched on many domestic and foreign policy issues. Vice President Kamala Harris stood up and clapped for him, and the GOP House leader Mike Johnson shook his head when he disagreed with Biden, and he clapped when he agreed with him. President Biden's speech was divided into 2 parts. The first part talked about his accomplishments during his Presidency, and the second part dealt with the problems in America plus his future vision for America. President Biden didn't shy away from controversial issues and called President Trump his predecessor 13 times. Many Republicans yelled at him in outbursts, but Biden responded to them in the sense of being prepared for them. President Biden wanted the John Lewis Voting Rights Act to be passed to restore full voting rights for all Americans. He desired to lower prices for consumers, he desired to increase the federal minimum wage (as no American can live on $7.25 an hour as an income), and a minimum tax for billionaires of 25 percent (as he said that no billionaire should pay a lower tax rate than a teacher, a sanitation worker, or a nurse). President Biden started the speech with words about the Civil War and WWII to make his argument about a battle for democracy in America is very serious. President Biden talked about his age as not being a liability for his political career. It felt like a campaign speech, not a typical State of the Union speech.

President Biden gave his views on education like more investments in preschool education (citing a study that children with preschool education have more vocabulary and greater chance to achieve higher education), praising his term for cutting poverty in half, and criticizing Trump as not doing enough to address the pandemic. President Biden gave an aggressive speech to defend Ukraine. Ukraine has every right to defend its lands from Russian imperialists. President Biden condemned Hamas attacking Israel on October 7th, 2023, and he wants to open a corridor to help Palestinians with food and supplies amid the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. President Biden spoke as wanting a six-week ceasefire and desiring Israel to do more to open up corridors so humanitarian aid can be reached to the Palestinian people in Gaza. Biden talked about his border security proposal, his promoting the Equality Act, and his promotion of restoring Roe. President Biden criticized the Supreme Court for many of their decisions. President Biden wants to address housing unaffordability, and hedge funds buying up the housing supply drives up home prices and rents. President Biden rejects trickle-down economics. The Republican response is given by Alabama Senator Katie Britt. Katie Britt said the old myth that the left tolerates criminals. That isn't the case as Trump is a convicted criminal, but Britt supports that convicted criminal. President Biden closed the speech with optimism for the future. The truth is that we are in a turning point in American history. We have a lower crime rate than in 2020, we have higher wages, and we have lower unemployment. Also, we have a long way to go with income inequality and other problems that must be solved. The question is whether we should choose an extremist, who is Trump, or democracy. I choose democracy.

There is new information coming out constantly in this world. President Biden desires to build a temporary port and pier on Gaza's coastline to provide a new route for humanitarian aid. President Biden faces huge challenges today. There is certainly a necessity to improve our society. Housing prices are too high in many parts of America, we have growing economic inequality, and grocery prices are high as the product of corporate consolidation. The economy being stronger is a good thing, but the problem is that much of the gains are found in the super-wealthy. The working class and the poor do deserve to have true economic benefits. There is greed and political corruption that should be condemned. There are always bigots and racists who hate black people, woke advocates, and other human beings, but we have to reject their hate speech and live our lives in the right direction. We have seen in the first term of President Joe Biden growing infrastructure projects being developed, negotiated drug prices, some student loan debt being forgiven, some monopolies being attacked, and record workers' strikes causing growth of union organizations. President Biden is the first President to walk a picket line. It is Biden's responsibility to go further if he has another second term. In other words, President Biden has to be bold and uncompromising as the MAGA cults are certainly unyielding in their extremism.

The House panel unanimously approved a bill that could ban TikTok in America. The bill wants ByteDance 165 days to sell TikTok. If they are not divested by that date, it would be illegal for app store operations like Apple and Google to make it available for Download. The bill desires similar prohibitions for other apps "controlled by foreign adversary companies." The company CEO Shou Chew testified to lawmakers last year that TikTok poses no threat to Americans. It is a bipartisan censorship agenda that is in violation of the First Amendment in my view. It is one thing if TikTok is regulated. As the American Civil Liberties Union's Jenna Leventoff (senior policy counsel at the ACLU) has mentioned trading the First Amendment for cheap political points during an election year is not the way to go. The censorship agenda is forever rejected by me.

The common lie by Trump supporters and Hoteps is that we must support Republicans now because of Lincoln. The reality is that the Republican Party back then was different than the Republican Party today. Abraham Lincoln was a Republican, but he was a progressive on economic issues by funding Greenbacks, the transcontinental railroad, and the telegraph system, and endorsing progressive policies for economic growth. Many Republicans from Thaddeus Stevens to others were progressive in favor of freedom for black people. Many Democrats back in the 19th century were far right. That changed by the 20th century when things flipped after the 1960's when Republicans became more conservative, and the Democrats became more progressive (especially after the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1965 Voting Rights Act was passed). MAGA cultists and Hoteps are similar in that they hate progressive views, but clean water, clean air, living wages, health care for all, reasonable gun regulations, voting rights, rights of women, and Social Security were progressive blessings created by progressive people who desired an end to authoritarian and anti-democratic extremists. There was far-right wing coup that almost ended the FDR Presidency back in the 1930's. There was a far-right coup in 2020 and 2021 that almost ended American democracy as we know it. So, we have to stand up and speak up for our God-given rights. Therefore, when we fight for justice, we mean it. I do not apologize for my core convictions. I have absolutely no regrets. We care for America, and caring for America means that we want fairness and justice available for all people.

By Timothy

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-23177692405203312942024-03-06T07:00:00.002-05:002024-03-06T07:07:51.857-05:00The Results of Super Tuesday and Other News.

By Timothy

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-57715840049115349352024-03-04T05:58:00.006-05:002024-03-06T07:12:24.439-05:00Commentaries about Life and Culture.

One of the most important parts of black African history deals with the Mali Empire. It has a long important history that should be researched, analyzed, and learn lessons from. The empire lasted by ca. 1226 to 1670 A.D. It was founded by Sundiata Keita (ca. 1214-ca. 1255 A.D.). Many people know about the wealth of its rulers, especially Mansa Musa (Musa Keita). It was the largest empire in West Africa at its zenith. It influenced Western Africa in its language, laws, and customs. The Mali Empire started a small Mandinka kingdom at the upper reaches of the Niger River, around the Manding region. It grew during the 11th and 12th centuries as the Ghana Empire or Wagadu. Wagadu declined and trade routes shifted southward. The first ruler for which there is accurate written information is Sundiata Keita, a warrior-prince of the Keita dynasty who was called upon to free the local people from the rule of the king of the Sosso Empire, Soumaoro Kanté. The conquest of Sosso in c. 1235 marked the emergence of Mali as a major power. After the death of Sundiata Keita in ca. 1255, the kings ruling Mali had the title of mansa. In c. 1285 Sakoura, a former royal court slave, became emperor and was one of Mali's most powerful rulers, greatly expanding the empire's territory. He made a pilgrimage to Mecca during the reign of Mamluk Sultan An-Nasir Muhammad (r. 1298–1308) but died on his voyage home. Mansa Musa took the throne in c. 1312. He made a famous pilgrimage to Mecca from 1324 to 1326, where his generous gifts and his expenditure of gold caused significant inflation in Egypt. The languages spoken in the Mali Empire were Mandinka, Fulani, Wolof, and Bambara.

Maghan I succeeded him as mansa in 1337 but was deposed by his uncle Suleyman in 1341. It was during Suleyman's 19-year reign that Ibn Battuta visited Mali. Suleyman's death marked the end of Mali's Golden Age and the beginning of a slow decline. The Tarikh al-Sudan records that Mali was still a sizeable state in the 15th century. At that time, the Venetian explorer Alvise Cadamosto and Portuguese traders confirmed that the peoples who settled within Gambia River were still subject to the mansa of Mali. Upon Leo Africanus's visit at the beginning of the 16th century, his descriptions of the territorial domains of Mali showed that it was still a kingdom of considerable size. However, from 1507 onwards neighboring states such as Diarra, Great Fulo, and the Songhai Empire chipped away at Mali's borders. In 1542, the Songhai invaded the capital but were unsuccessful in conquering the empire. During the 17th century, the Mali Empire faced incursions from the Bamana Empire, who ultimately sacked and burned the capital in 1670. The Mali Empire rapidly disintegrated, being replaced by independent chiefdoms. The Keitas retreated to the town of Kangaba, where they became provincial chiefs.

African culture is very diverse. Africa is made up of dozens of nations and hundreds of languages spoken. There are numerous ethnic groups in Africa from the Xhosa people, the Igbo people, and the Mandinka people. The African Diaspora is global too. The laws, morals, beliefs, knowledge, art, customs, and other cultural attributes are different in many African cultures. Yet, African people are certainly unified in the love of family, the promotion of excellence, the love of integrity, and the belief in justice for all. In African culture, the honor of the elders remains paramount, the dances are different in numerous regions, the dishes are delicious across the continent, and political values are certainly strongly found in African existence. Africa has influenced the world, across continents. That is proven by history. The African drumbeats have been found in American genres of music including R&B and hip-hop music. African art has influenced European and American artistic icons like Picasso and Lois Mailou. The governments of most African nations encourage national dance and music groups, museums, artists, and writers. It is important to note that African culture is never monolithic. It differs from tribe to tribe, ethnic group to ethnic group, and from nation to nation. We have a linkage between us African Americans and Africans. We both share African genetic ancestry, we have the motivation to desire liberty, we have worked together in social movements (like the Civil Rights Movement in America and in the anti-apartheid movement), and we honor the concepts of family and culture. Also, we have differences as we black Americans have formed unique staples of culture like soul food, jazz, hip hop, rock R&B, and political movements that stood up against slavery, for civil rights, and for reparations. These distinctions of culture are found throughout the African Diaspora like in the Caribbean and in Brazil. Likewise, we have unity as being people of black African heritage with a grandiose amount of wisdom to share. After the end of overt European colonialism in Africa, Africans still have to fight imperialism and neo-colonialism in the 21st century. One large part of African culture is African art and crafts. Africans are known to make woodcarvings, brass, leather artworks, sculptures, paintings pottery, religious headgear, dress, and ceremonial clothing. The Yoruba and other West African people are known to make terracotta head sculptures. Clothing is diverse in African and African cuisine (filled with fruits, cereal grains vegetables, milk, and meat products).

The cooking of Southern Africa is sometimes called 'rainbow cuisine', as the food in this region is a blend of many culinary traditions, including those of the Khoisan, Bantu, European, and Asian populations. Basic ingredients include seafood, meat products (including wild game), poultry, as well as grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Fruits include apples, grapes, mangoes, bananas and papayas, avocados, oranges, peaches, and apricots. Desserts may simply be fruit. However, there are some more Western-style puddings, such as the Angolan Cocada amarela, which was inspired by Portuguese cuisine. Meat products include lamb, as well as game like venison, ostrich, and impala. The seafood includes a wide variety such as crayfish, prawns, tuna, mussels, oysters, calamari, mackerel, and lobster. A typical West African meal is heavy with starchy items, meat, spices, and flavors. A wide array of staples is eaten across the region, including of Fufu, Banku and Kenkey (originating from Ghana), Foutou, Couscous, Tô, and Garri, which are served alongside soups and stews. Fufu is often made from starchy root vegetables such as yams, cocoyams, or cassava, but also from cereal grains like millet, sorghum, or plantains. The staple grain or starch varies from region to region and ethnic group to ethnic group. However, corn has gained significant ground as it is cheap, swells to greater volumes, and creates a beautiful white final product that is greatly desired. Banku and Kenkey are maize dough staples, and Gari is made from dried grated cassavas. Rice dishes are also widely eaten in the region, especially in the dry Sahel belt inland. Examples of these include Benachin from The Gambia and Jollof rice, a pan-West African rice dish similar to Arabic kabsah. Much of modern sub-Saharan African music has been influenced by jazz, salsa, and R&B music from the Americas.

Solutions are very important. We live in a new decade of the 2020s, and we're very powerful people. One major solution is to look within ourselves to realize that your human dignity matters. At the end of the day, nothing changes unless we change. Even God allows us to have a mind and a body for the reason to make solutions, honor our heritage, and respect what we are made to be. We are thankful to have melanin (and appreciative of our nose, lips, face, and features that God made us to be as black human beings), to have a family, and to have this opportunity of life to achieve great accomplishments. Also, we ought to solve problems in our communities using constructive actions. It is not enough to criticize problems, though that is important. At the end of the day, we have to form a code of conduct, invest in mentors, support black men and black women who are doing the work, and be the real change that makes our community stronger globally. Also, it is important to reject blaming all black women (the most disrespected woman on Earth) and reject all blaming black men (the most disrespected man on Earth) for all evils in the human race. This blame game has nothing to do with promoting accountability (as all human beings must have accountability). This blaming people collectively has to do with causing tensions and escaping the responsibility to be in the purpose of the building. Those, who make a living disparaging black women especially are lower than low as misogynoir is very much an epidemic worldwide, not just in America. Only a traitor obsesses with disparaging a black woman in offensive ways as the black woman is the Mother of all in the human race. Also, the black man should be treated with dignity and respect too. The common lie is that we are human islands who can just live isolated lives and things for the better can occur. The truth is that no human is a complete island, and we must establish networks of power where single people, married people, and all people can form more unity. Many people talking about growing generational wealth are right. There ought to be plans to grow relationships, and marriages, and form wealth passed down from generation to generation. This requires not only financial literacy. There must be an active program to confront poverty and economic inequality in the black community because the status quo remains if nothing is done to help the black poor human beings among us. If a person refuses to fight for the eradication of poverty in America, that person is not a true revolutionary. Massive housing costs, high inflation of groceries, and homelessness are unacceptable in the 21st century especially. These evils must end. We are entitled to full reparations as many Jewish people, many Native Americans, and many Japanese Americans have received reparations historically. Our ancestors were enslaved, raped, and terrorized without just compensation to this very day in America. Pan black African Unity is important to promote because our cultural differences as black people don't deny our unified common origin. When other ethnic groups like Jewish people, Arabic people, Irish people, Italian people, Latino people, Scottish people, Indian people, Native American people, etc. unify to form schools, universities, museums, and other institutions (which these ethnic groups have every right to do), there is little to no criticism by the mainstream public. When black people decide to legitimately unify, then lawyers and others sue in claiming the lie of discrimination. That tells me that pan-African black unity among the black African Diaspora makes perfect sense to develop culture, the arts, STEM, and political plus economic power among black people internationally. We must always oppose colonialism, imperialism, sexism, and any form of oppression as our people (black then and today) are victims of those same evils. We are not barbarians. We are human beings entitled to liberty, justice, equality, and the pursuit of happiness just like everyone else. Health and fitness must be promoted more in our community. This means exercising and confronting racial inequalities that persist in the health care system. When I recently found out that excessive alcohol usage can contribute to dementia, brain cognition damage, and Alzheimer's disease, then I have to encourage all human beings worldwide to never drink alcohol excessively. That is common sense. Self-defense is a God-given right. There is no victory without fighting evil. Good and evil exist in the Universe and using self-defense is a keyway in ensuring human survival. You have to sacrifice to have true freedom. That sacrifice requires morals and ethics. We fight evil by doing good. We reject unjust violence, we reject abuse, we reject racism, and we reject dehumanizing of other human beings of any background. We believe in righteous actions, including legitimate self-defense if necessary, in solving problems. Developing future generations of powerful black descendants is legitimate. That is the way it is. Even our enemies show a measure of respect for us in using self-defense, standing on our principles unapologetically, and being firm in our views in instances. Life is about building, establishing institutions, forming legacies, growing intellectual, developing spiritual strength, and desiring that prize of justice that we all deserve.

For thousands of years, African people have existed on this Earth as the first humans in world history. Today, we face many challenges. People are fighting for voting rights when the 1965 Voting Rights has been stripped of many of its provisions by the Supreme Court plus many state governments (not just in the South but nationwide). We also have climate change, economic inequality, poverty, and other problems that must be solved or rectified. Internationally, the black African Diaspora has been vibrant with diverse cultures and contributions to the human race in general. That is why it is important in our generation to get up and be part of the activism process. Standing around complaining without action doesn't make any sense. We have to speak up for our rights and stand up and be active in promoting our rights too. We do this for our ancestors who suffered the most vicious forms of slavery, rape, and other forms of oppression in human history. It is literally a miracle that we are here, and that shows the resiliency of the human spirit and the power of the Most High God.

There are tons of power sources used in machines. Early machines used human and animal resources. Today, we have tons of energy sources. Waterwheels appeared around the world around 300 B.C. to use flowing water to generate rotary motion, which was applied to milling grain, and powering lumber, machining, and textile operations. Modern water turbines use water flowing through a dam to drive an electric generator. Early windmills captured wind power to generate rotary motion for milling operations. Modern wind turbines also drive a generator. This electricity in turn is used to drive motors forming the actuators of mechanical systems. The word engine derives from "ingenuity" and originally referred to contrivances that may or may not be physical devices. A steam engine uses heat to boil water contained in a pressure vessel; the expanding steam drives a piston or a turbine. This principle can be seen in the aeolipile of Hero of Alexandria. This is called an external combustion engine. An automobile engine is called an internal combustion engine because it burns fuel (an exothermic chemical reaction) inside a cylinder and uses the expanding gases to drive a piston. A jet engine uses a turbine to compress air which is burned with fuel so that it expands through a nozzle to provide thrust to an aircraft, and so is also an "internal combustion engine."

The heat from coal and natural gas combustion in a boiler generates steam that drives a steam turbine to rotate an electric generator. A nuclear power plant uses heat from a nuclear reactor to generate steam and electric power. This power is distributed through a network of transmission lines for industrial and individual use. Electric motors use either AC or DC electric current to generate rotational movement. Electric servomotors are the actuators for mechanical systems ranging from robotic systems to modern aircraft. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems use electrically driven pumps to drive water or air respectively into cylinders to power linear movement. Chemicals and materials can also be sources of power. They may chemically deplete or need re-charging, as is the case with batteries, or they may produce power without changing their state, which is the case for solar cells and thermoelectric generators. All of these, however, still require their energy to come from elsewhere. With batteries, it is the already existing chemical potential energy inside. In solar cells and thermoelectrics, the energy source is light and heat respectively. There is nuclear power used as an energy resource too.

Vice President Kamala Harris recently gave an impassionate speech at Selma, Alabama in a historic speech. She was near the Edmund Pettus Bridge where Bloody Sunday took place 59 years ago. This was when innocent men, women, and children were brutally assaulted unjustly by crooked police officers, many of them were on horseback. John Lewis almost died in the incident, and he was assaulted during the Freedom Rides era, which was years prior. Selma was the place where people wanted to fight for voting rights as it is the birthright of Americans. Kamala Harris made it explicitly clear that the suffering of the Palestinian people must be recognized, and an immediate ceasefire for six weeks must happen. She also said that the tragedy of Palestinians dying and the massive number of people in Gaza starving is not a path that we should take. She reaffirmed Israel's right to defend itself against Hamas (which is a terrorist organization), but she wanted Israel to do more to send humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza, including opening up for route for food to go into areas. Some of her statements in public went far and beyond what President Biden has said in public about the Middle Eastern crisis. At the end of the day, either Biden or Trump will be President. Vice President Kamala Harris condemned the suppression of voting rights in America now in 2024, the agenda of whitewashing black history, and the harm done to the rights of other human beings in America. In November 2024 after the Paris Olympics, I will vote for democracy.

Recently, I found out information about my paternal 3rd cousin named Robert E. Jones. He lived from December 16, 1961, to August. 6, 2019. We share the same ancestor of Adam D. and Georgianna Tillery (1868-1954). It starts with Adam D. and Georgianna Tillery having a daughter named Leatte D. (b. 1897). My great-grandaunt Leatte D. married Robert Floyd Williams (1898-1976) on December 23, 1917 at Martin, North Carolina. One of their numerous children was Beatrice Latrice Williams (1918-2010). Beatrice Latrice Williams married Suvalu Jones (1918-1992). The family moved from North Carolina into the city of Waterbury, Connecticut via the Great Migration. One of their daughters was Betty Leatrice Jones Warren (1939-1999) and she married Robert L. Warren (1937-1966). She had a child with Robert Collins named Robert E. Jones (1961-2019). Robert E. Jones married Sharon L. Roberts-Jones in January 2016. Robert detailed cars, laughed, and honored his children plus his grandchildren. Robert E. Jones's four brothers are Edward, Ronnie Warren (b. 1961), Joseph Sr, and Steven Warren (b. 1966). His sister is Veronica. Robert E. Jones has six daughters whose names are Aishia Nl Jones (b. 1980), Tamara Jones (b. 1981), Latoya Jones (b. 1981), Akia Jones (b. 1982), Rotia Traniece Jones (b. 1984), and Quashant C. President Biden and Trump made rival border visits. Immigration has been a huge issue that has been exploited to promote xenophobia and hatred in America. It becomes clear that the 2024 election will be a rematch between Trump and Biden. Biden accuses Trump and the GOP of tanking the bipartisan immigration deal with a lot of strict enforcement policies. Trump accuses Biden of not going far enough to deal with immigration and border security especially. Biden is considering sweeping executive action to restrict the migrants' ability to seek asylum at the U.S. southern border if they cross it in an undocumented fashion. Biden wants more immigration judges to address the backlog of asylum cases. These problems existed for decades. Decades ago, large corporations exploited labor overseas and in America along with American imperialists harming nations overseas (via CIA backed coups in Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Chile, etc.). Imperialism overseas and economic plus political problems in various nations caused many migrants to try to come to America for survival. Many migrants are exploited by large corporations for low wages, and many of the same corporate interests exploit black people, poor people, and other people at the same time (causing many migrants and many American citizens to go at each other instead of seeing the big picture of how the corporate elites caused the mess in the first-place harming both Americans and migrants alike). Only a comprehensive immigration solution is necessary to make it fair for Americans and migrants alike. MAGA extremists are more reactionary than Reagan on immigration (I don't agree with Reagan on many issues, but Reagan passed amnesty policies for undocumented immigrants back in the 1980's). That should tell people something.

The breaking news is that the Supreme Court will hear the Trump immunity case. This will cause a delay in the January 6th trial. The Supreme Court's action will definitely cause the case to happen later than expected. The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on April 22, 2024. Jack Smith's DOJ is trying to make Trump accountable for his actions. The Supreme Court will decide if Trump can do what he wants and be immune from prosecution or not. This Supreme Court ruling will deal with Trump's claim that he is immune from anything in office. Jack Smith made much progress on this case, but the Supreme Court will cause his cause to be interrupted which can possibly delay the trial until after the November 2024 election. Jack Smith opposes the Supreme Court taking the case on as delaying the trial to happen as soon as possible. One Trump lawyer made the ridiculous claim that Trump has a license to kill people because of "immunity."

President Joe Biden won the Michigan Democratic primary recently and Trump won the same GOP primary too. Michigan has a high percentage of Muslims and Arabic Americans. There is a group called "uncommitted" who voted against Biden in the Michigan primary. They desire a ceasefire now involving Palestinian rights. This group is made up of Muslims, African Americans, Arabic Americans, Latino Americans, Jewish Americans, labor groups, and peace plus justice advocates. This group has a Sunday rally at the Dearborn Manor. Democratic congresswoman Rashida Tlaib has been overt in her call for a ceasefire too. We have a new era in our time. We have a war in Ukraine caused by Russia. We have a genocidal onslaught against Palestinian people causing hunger and destruction. We have conflicts in the South Asia Sea between America and China. We have a McCarthyite witch hunt on college campuses against people opposing the war crimes in Gaza, and Biden compromising to support some authoritarian policies against immigrants. We have also fake leftists and MAGA extremists supporting Putin and the authoritarian policies of China's leader Xi. Capitalist exploitative policies in America and the West in general resulted in massive income inequality, high inflation among groceries, and the growth of homelessness in America alone. Many people have to work 2-3 jobs to survive. At the end of the day, either Biden or Trump will win the 2024 election. We all hope democracy wins in 2024 indeed.

Mark Meadows has been denied a new hearing in federal court in the Fulton election case. Mark Meadows was one of Trump's closest advisors involved in the election plot of 2020 that wanted to steal the 2020 election. It has been found out that a key witness was involved in the push to disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis from the Georgia election case against Donald Trump. There were found 413 texts between Terrence Bradley, and Ashleigh Merchant, an attorney for one of Trump's co-defendants. The texts show many months of communication between the two. Bradley worked with Merchant to find evidence that Willis and her top prosecutor Nathan Wade engaged in an improper romantic relationship. Bradley has been caught using disparaging language against Wade and Willis. Wade and Willis admitted to having a romance, but they testified that their relationship started after Willis appointed Wade to lead prosecutor in the Trump case. Ultimately, Judge Scott McAfee will determine how much of the newly filed text messages merit what analysis in this case.

There was a recent catastrophic incident in Gaza after other terrible events in Gaza. Israeli forces opened fire in Gaza killing at least 112 people according to the Palestinian health ministry in Gaza. This is barbarism. This act has nothing to do with confronting Hamas's terrorism. It has nothing to do with promoting the humanity of Jewish people. It has nothing to do with decency and freeing hostages. It is cold-blooded murder by a far-right Israeli government that doesn't give a care about Jewish or Arabic people in the region. That government wants power, doesn't care about confronting anti-Semitism (as Netanyahu supports the overt racist Orban in Hungary), and desires the eradication of Palestinian people from Gaza. President Biden wants ceasefire talks, but he must go into national television and condemn Netanyahu's overt terrorism in the Middle East by name. Netanyahu being an ally of Trump is not surprising. Over 30,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza and many Israelis have been killed too unjustly. 112 people died after desiring to get food and aid in northern Gaza and about 760 people have been injured. Israel's military and eyewitnesses gave contradictory accounts of the events. IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari said that Israeli tanks fired warning shots to disperse a crowd around an aid convoy (after seeing people being trampled). Why is it the first response warning shots against people seeking food? The rational response is to send assistance to stop people from being trampled. Also, it is important to make a distinction between far-right wing Israelis (including Hamas) and righteous Israelis and righteous Palestinian people who desire peace and justice in the region.

By Timothy

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-36799581158202100442024-02-29T07:46:00.003-05:002024-02-29T07:46:37.501-05:00The History of Rock and Pop Music Part 5: The Rock and Pop Renaissance of the 1990’s.
The History of Rock and Pop Music Part 5: The Rock and Pop Renaissance of the 1990’s | PDF | Popular Music (scribd.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-83570427468622551332024-02-29T07:44:00.001-05:002024-02-29T07:44:05.625-05:00‘Sense and Sensibility’ Gives A Glimpse Into The Lives Of Free Blacks.
‘Sense and Sensibility’ Gives A Glimpse Into The Lives Of Free Blacks (msn.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-5729825296463743862024-02-29T07:19:00.002-05:002024-02-29T07:19:57.159-05:00Social Housing for New York Is on the Table.
Social Housing for New York Is on the Table (jacobin.com)

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14427357.post-69696131981061022782024-02-29T07:15:00.001-05:002024-02-29T07:15:11.667-05:00Investigations of Attacks on the Eritrean Diaspora Are Underway.
Investigations of Attacks on the Eritrean Diaspora Are Underway | Black Agenda Report

A blog with relevant information for the world.
Timothyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08373697442394534353noreply@blogger.com0
