I'm not sure what the C.F.R. means after his name.
I have his book Behold, He Comes. The spirit surrounding this book is very oppressive and deceptive. The main idea of the book is that Jesus' return is progressive. It is not like lightning. I was exposed to this theology in the 1980's. The church was a small non-denominational church. I now believe that church is some kind of mind-control laboratory.

The Capuchins are historically the agents for the Jesuits or Jesuits in Capuchin garb. During the Thirty Years' War (1618-1648) the advisor of Cardinal Richeleu of France was "Father Joseph," a Capuchin. Joseph Stalin was taught by Capuchins in their religious school in Gori, Georgia, as a boy. It was the Capuchins that gave Stalin a scholarship to Tiflis Seminary in Georgia where he spent 5 years under Jesuit/Orthodox priests, especially Father Demetrius. After Father Demetrius "expelled" Stalin in 1899, Stalin became a "protected" revolutionary, spent time with Hitler in Vienna at the castle of the Habsburgs, participated in the Bolshevik Revolution with Lenin, and in 1922 was made the head of the Communist party in the presence of American Jesuit Edmund Walsh from Georgetown University. "Koba" was Jesuit Capuchin trained and later advised by Freemasonic Skull and Bonesman, CFR member Averill Harriman.

The Order of the Capuchins are subordinate to the Jesuit Order, the largest and most powerful of the pope's Orders. Capuchins are educated by the Jesuits at Gregorian Pontifical University in Rome---the Order's greatest and most powerful of their military fortresses called "universities."
