Jim Pouillon and other News

Joe Wilson is an interesting character. Joe Wilson yelled to President Barack Obama that he's a liar. He later apologized for those words. Yet, Wilson defends his view that the health care will fund illegal immigrants, which Barack Obama of course denies. The Congress is trying to punish Wilson for his comments. Tons of money have been to Wilson for support and money have been sent for his political opponent Rob Miller in South Carolina. Over 2 million dollars have existed in funding for and against Wilson, which is an astonishing number. Many view Joe Wilson as a conservative hero, but there is more to the man. Joe Wilson is a Freemason. Not only is he a Mason, but he received 2008's Freemasonry's Medal of Freedom award during the 9th Annual World Conference of Masonic Grand Lodges May 7th - May 10th held in Washington, D.C., this was the largest international gathering of Freemasons in D.C. since the laying of the cornerstone of the Capitol building in 1793. So, Wilson recieved an award from Freemasons worldwide. The laying of the cornerstone in the Capitol was done by President George Washington and other Masons in an corn, wine, and oil ceremoney (which came from pagan religions). These news are near Dan Brown's "The Lost Symbol" book being release. 33rd Degree Freemason Brent Morris claims that DC isn't Masonic at all when many of the symbolism in the architecture of Washington D.C. are Mason. Even a Pentagram with one side missing relates to the occult as admitted by Freemason Manly P. Hall. So, Joe Wilson has free speech rights, but he didn't act cordial when he expressed his dissent over Barack Obama's policy. CNN accused him of being apart of a pro-Confederacy group that tries to make the slaves during the ante-bellum period acting happy and joyful, which is a big lie plus slander. Slaves in that period of time were abused, murdered, and treated less than even cattle in some circumstances. Slavery is truly evil and a disgrace.

Cap and trade is a controversial proposal by the President. It has been exposed greatly for its errors. The Obama administration privately admitted that the cap and trade bill will cost American taxpayers up to $200 billion a year. That is equivalent to hiking personal income taxes by 15 percent. There is a previously unreleased analysis prepared by the U.S. Department of Treasury. The analysis said that the total new taxes would be between $100 billion to $200 billion a year. At the upper end of the administration's estimate the cost per American household would be an extra $1,761 a year. There is another memorandum that was prepared for Obama's transistion team after the November election says that following about the climate change policies: "...Economic costs will likely be on the order of 1 percent of GDP, making them equal in scale to all existing environmental regulation.” The documents (PDF) were obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by the free-market Competitive Enterprise Institute and released on Tuesday. The cap and trade bill might have a little chance of passing. The reason is that it narrowly passed the House in June. The bill would of failed if only 6 House members had switched their votes to no. It faces big opposition in the Senate. Cap and trade is the situation where its proponents believe it can reduce pollutants by offering companies financial incentive to clean up their acts. The current bill focuses specifically on reducting greenhouse gases that are linked to climate change. The bill is very expensive. House Republican John Boehner has said that the additional tax bill will be at $366 billion a year or $3,000 per family. Democrats claim that the credits to low income household would offset the bite. The Heritage Foundation believes that by 2035, the typical family of 4 will see it direct energy costs rise by over 1,500 dollars per years. Others believe that the cap on carbon will grow the econonmy. Yet, carbon dioxide isn't a toxin. It's a normal chemical in the atmosphere needed to improve upon human life. The cap and trade bill will give credits to carbon and it will give an extra financial burden on Americans. It will allow the federal government to control more of our economy and our resources in households. Many Patriots have exposed more components of cap and trade as well as being funded by corporate bankers.

Health Care is an important issue in America. Big Pharma and powerful interest groups is spending millions of dollars (via companies) in supporting Obamacare. Some criticize the bill as trying to protect the profits of insurance companies. The reason is that the bill has an "individual mandate" to require everyone in America to buy insurance even if they don't want it. Even Senate Finance Committee chairman Max Baccus (D-Montana) recieve millions of dollars in his career from the insurance industry. He proposed a $3,800 fine on Americans who fail to purchase health insurance. So, the insurance industry will benefit if the health bill as it is will pass. Everyone knows that a health care crisis exists in America. People have loss their jobs and benefits in the millions. They can't afford health care and employeers have trouble trying to porvide it. That is why it is wrong to mandate people to purchase something what they can't afford plus fine them for failing to do so. A person who can't pay a health care premium can't pay a fine. In his speech Obama said “we’ll provide tax credits” for “those individuals and small businesses who still can’t afford the lower-priced insurance available in the exchange” and he said low-cost coverage will be offered to those with preexisting medical conditions. A tax credit is useless to those without income unless the credit is refundable, and subsidized coverage doesn’t do much for those millions of Americans with no jobs. Baucus wants to require insurers to give coverage to people when the health care problem is bigger than preexisting conditions and cancelled policies. Paying for health is very expensive with Medicare being high in their premiums. Some want a single payer not for profit system to solve problems and others want other solutions to help our health care crisis. Barack Obama says that his plan will not add one dime to our deficits, but he's adding trillions of dollars to the deficit to fund wars. Cutting war spending to fund our domestic prirorities like education and health care could be one solution (out of many like banning poisons in our water supplies, don't fine people who can't or don't want to have health insurance, allow people to achieve health care across state lines, etc.).

Privacy is important to protect. The director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said that there is a constant balancing act between the basic rights of Americans and the need to investigate plus prevent crime. In the 21st century, OSBI and other fusion centers are violating our privacy nationwide. A fusion center is a collaborative effort of 2 or more agencies that provide resources, expertise, and information to the center whose goal is to monitor plus respond to criminal (or terrorist) activity. There are fusion centers collecting information too. This violates the Fourth Amendment the Constitution of America that states that: "...the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized..." DeWade Langley, who is the director of the OSBI, claims that his policies protect people's civil liberties (understanding the concerns of Oklahomans about federal intrusions). Some reject this notion. The ACLU and OK-SAFE (which is a conservative group) oppose fusion centers (plus how they share information with the federal government and local law enforcement). “Privacy is really not a left-right issue,” said Jay Stanley, an ACLU spokesman in Washington told the Oklahoman newspaper. “We’ve never had a domestic spy agency in this country that looks over our own population. " Jay said. Jay believes that fusion centers are equivalent to domestic spying agencies. They can monitor and spy on Americans even if they aren't involved in any wrongdoing. Amanda Teegarden, executive director of the Tulsa-based nonprofit group Oklahomans for Sovereignty and Free Enterprise, agrees and she has some evidence that supports that view. 5 Senators (inlcuding Tom Coburn and Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma) wrote a letter to DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano about a report issued to fusion centers comparing those who respect the Second Amendment, pro-lifers, etc. as terrorists. Even the MIAC or the Missouri Information Analysis Center compared Ron Paul and his supporters, Bob Barr, Chuck Baldwin and his supporters as potential terrorists. Langley said that he can't account for the actions in Missouri, but he said it won't occur in Oklahoma. He said that his agency won't collect data on a citizen unless there is “a reasonable suspicion of a crime” and his agents will not proceed without proper warrants issued by a judge. Yet, you don't investigate a person by suspicion, but by probable cause. The Oklahoma Fusion Center claims to have a privacy policy to "protect" law abiding citizens. There are 72 fusion centers in America today in 2009. The ACLU has sent a series of letters to Homeland Security about fusion centers telling local police to investigate nonviolent political activists and religious groups in Texas, including surveillance of third-party presidential candidate supporters in Missouri. Critics beleive that fusion centers isn't necessary to warrant such intrusion.

Jim Pouillon was a Pro-life hero who was murdered by a pro-abortion extremist. The media for the most part isn't reporting on this story at all except in CNN and FOX to their credit. His memorial in Michigan had more than 200 people. The murderer killed him since he was angry about the fact that he would protest abortion outside a local high school. Pouillon did nothing wrong, but express his First Amendment right of showing his signs. Many in the memorial in the crowd showed pro-life signs similar to those Pouillon would prop up against himself and the curb to show how abortion kills children and how unborn children deserve protection. Others urged to stop abortion or came from women who regret their abortions. Many Pro-life people plus others cam at the spot in front of Owosso High School where he was killed (they were saddened by Pouillon's death) to sing, pray, and share stories about their friend. Mary Jo Pouillon is his 26 year old daughter. He held his father's Bible throughout the ceremony and she read from the book that he enjoyed reading. "My dad would love all the attention he's getting," she said, according to the Lansing State Journal, because he would want to reflect it to abortion and God. Mary Jo Pouillon said that his father was a peaceful man, present a silent witness for life with his signs, and didn't aggressively confront people at all. His father was a retiree from General Motors. Jim Conway of Mount Pleasant talked about the gentile character of Pouillon.
"At the end of each conversation, I would always say to him, 'God bless you, Jim Pouillon,'" he told the newspaper. "And he would say, 'He just did, because I just talked to you.' "Monica Migliorino Miller, of the local pro-life group Citizens for a Pro-Life Society, urged more people who are pro-life to speak up. "If you're feeling a little uncomfortable, think of the price Jim paid," she said. "My prayer is that Jim's death will recommit us all to the cause, and peacefully so." A memorial service was held in 1 pm. Wednesday for Pouillon at Mowen Funeral Home in Owosso. Jim was married to the former Mary Lou Kadera of Owosso. Mary was killed in a traffic accident in 2001. He attended Owosso Public schools and graduated in 1965. He worked in the U.S. Army. During his tour, he was wounded by shrapnel in the shoulder while serving in Vietnam as a radio operator.
