The Justice Department is demanding news site server logs. Declan McCullagh reporting for CBS News said that the Department of Justice sent a formal request to Indymedia ordering it provide details of all reader visits on a certain day. The grand jury subpoena required the independent news website not to disclose the existence of this requiest unless authorized by the Justice Department. The subpoena was issued by U.S. Attorney Tim Morrison in Indianapolis. He demands the transcript of all IP traffic to and from www.indymedia.us” on June 25, 2008. It required website administrator Kristina Clair of the Philadelphia-based Indymedia website to “include IP addresses, times, and any other identifying information,” including email addresses, physical addresses, registered accounts, and Indymedia readers’ Social Security Numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, and other information on users of the website. The Electronic Frontier Foundation has noted a number of problems with the government subpoena. One is that it was not personally served, and that a court order is required for the server logs. Kevin Bankston said that Indymedia don't store its server logo. He's the senior staff attorney at the San Francisco based EFF. Indymedia is short for the Independent Media Center, which is a global particiatory network of journalists that report on political plus social issues. It started during the 1999 worldwide anti-WTO protests. It criticizes neo-liberalism, and other associated institutions (being apart of the global justice movement). It posts sources of information that anybody can contribute. “If you get a subpoena and you’re a journalist, they can’t gag you,” Lucy Dalglish, the executive director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of The Press, told McCullagh. “I have seen any number of these things withdrawn when counsel for someone who is claiming a reporter’s privilege says, ‘Can you tell me the date you got approval from the attorney general’s office’… I’m willing to chalk this up to bad lawyering on the part of the DOJ, or just not thinking.” The government doesn't view alternative sites like Indymedia as real news organiations. The corporate media mostly disagrees with bloggers and citizen journalists doing journalism. In 2004, the DOJ sent a grand jury subpoena demanding information about who posted lists of Republican delegates to the GOP convention in New York. An Indymedia hosting service in Texas received a subpoena demanding server logs in relation to an investigation of an attempted murder in Italy. This isn't change that we can believe in. The Department of Justice shows that they have problems with the First Amendment. The unconsitutional policies of the Obama administration is continuing in the Obama administration.


George Soros is a famous Left Gatekeeper. He now is calling for a world currency and a "new world architecture." This is found in his shocking op-ed peice which was published on Thursday on project-syndicate.org. He's a famous globalist financier. In his essay, he beleives that international capitalism, which was led by the USA should be broken down and how: "...A new multilateral system based on sounder principals must be invented” through the use of the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Soros goes onto desire the SDR or the Special Drawing Rights, which was created by the IMF, as a replacement for the declining value of the U.S. dollar. He believes that the dollar no longer enjoys the trust and confidence that it once did. He wants the US to use the IMF Special Drawing Rights, beause the SDRs are dnominated in several national currencies, no single currency would enjoy an unfair advantage in his mind. The use of the SDRs among the world economies would place all currencies on a level playing field, whose value would be determined by the international SDR according to Soros. Soros wants the U.N. plus its Security Council, which is led by President Barack Obama (which is unconstitutional) to serve as the overseeing enforcement body of this new financial system. He wrote that: “Reorganizing the world order will need to extend beyond the financial system and involve the United Nations, especially membership of the Security Council. That process needs to be initiated by the US, but China and other developing countries ought to participate as equals…The system cannot survive in its present form, and the US has more to lose by not being in the forefront of reforming it.” Goerge Soros compares opposing globalism to populist demagogy, which is false. He aludes to a new war in the world. He writes that: "...In fact, democracy is in deep trouble in America. The financial crisis has inflicted hardship on a population that does not like to face harsh reality…If Obama fails, the next administration will be sorely tempted to create some diversion from troubles at home – at great peril to the world..." Soros has been involved in corruption for years, he's a left gatekeeper, and he radical pro-abortion. So, George Soros is definitely in league with the new world order agenda.


Ft. Hood experienced a massacre. Now, an UPI Editor lied and equated 9/11 Truth activists with the Fort Hood killer. This person is a ne con with ties to the CIA. He exploits the tradegy in order to make his political points. The killer is named Nidal Malik Hasan. The editor's name is Arnaud De Borchgrave. He claims that: "...There are tens of thousands of Hasans all over the Western world — from Brussels to Berlin and from Burgos, Spain, to Birmingham, U.K.,” before making the case that anyone who dares doubt the government’s version of events on 9/11 is an extremist hell-bent on metering out “jihadi violence” like Hasan did when he gunned down scores of his colleagues..." He claims that it's illegal for people to believe that 9/11 was a conspiracy invented by the CIA and the Mossad. 9/11 is a conspiracy anyway since more than one person was involved in 9/11 anyway. His rhetoric is similar to the November 2007 hearing of the Homeland Security Subcommitte's "Terrorism and the Internet." It was broadcast on C-Span and chaired by the California Democrat Jane Harman. She sponsored the infamous HR 1955 called "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007." During the hearing, a powerpoint demonstration from Mark Weitzman of the Simon Weisenthal Center ludicrously equated Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, an organization consisting of professionals who are investigating the collapse of WTC 7 and the twin towers, with violent Islamic terrorists. Borchgrave falsely said that Osama bin Laden and Ajman Al-Zawahiri took credit for September 11. Osama bin Laden on September 17, 2001 said that: "...I would like to assure the world that I did not plan the recent attacks, which seems to have been planned by people for personal reasons. I have been living in the Islamic emirate of Afghanistan and following its leaders’ rules. The current leader does not allow me to exercise such operations.” Bin Laden said to the Pakistani newspaper Ummat on September 28, 2001, that: “I have already said that I am not involved in the 11 September attacks in the United States. As a Muslim, I try my best to avoid telling a lie. I had no knowledge of these attacks, nor do I consider the killing of innocent women, children and other humans as an appreciable act. Islam strictly forbids causing harm to innocent women, children and other people. Such a practice is forbidden even in the course of a battle.” A fake videotape who looks big acting like Osama bin Laden on December 13, 2001 talked about being involved in 9/11. The FOIA requiest to validate the tape's authenticity filed with the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Defense, and CENTCOM were met with a refusal to release any records. The FBI foudn there is no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9/11 according to FBI agent Rex Tomb. The fake tape was allegedly found in a hoem in Jalalabad after anti-Taliban forced moved in. This Osama also uses the wrong hand to write with and wears gold rings, a practice considered abhorrent to the Muslim faith. Even a German TV Channel One investigation foudn that the video was manipulative of the fake Osama bin Laden. Some of the translation of the speech isn't Arabic. Borchgrave uses the strawman and lie that 9/11 truth people are equated to Holocaust denial. The reality is that the Borchgrave is an agent of the military industrial complex with sources linked with intelligence service in Washington D.C., London, Tel Aviv, Pretoria, etc. Borchgrave was also affiliated with CAUSA, an “educational organization” created in New York City in 1980 by members of the Unification Church at the suggestion of Rev. Sun Myung Moon (owner of Borchgrave’s primary employers, UPI and the Washington Times), that sought to propagandize in favor of the Contra leadership during the time when they were being armed and funded by the CIA during the Iran-Contra scandal. Moon is a false prophet and cult leader. Borchgrave even wanted the the intelligence community to control the media. He falsely promoted a false story about Joseph being anti-war and supporting the war in Iraq (when that was a hoax. Borchgrave an ally of Benador Assoicates that is pro-neo con). Benador placed false stories in the world as well. An intelligence agent propagandist like Borchgrave can't really criticize the really intellectual 9/11 truth movement fighting for liberty and the truth. His deceptions and lies are exposed for all to see.


The Baltimore, Maryland City Council votes soon on a bill attacking pregnancy centers. The vote in the Baltimore City Council will vote next week on a measure that attacks pregnancy centers by making them post signs saying that they don't abortions or provide contraception. Meanwhile, Montgomery County officials have proposed a similar measure that goes that the pro-woman centers. The Baltimore proposal, which could get a vote November 16, contains no stipulations for abortion centers saying they don't provide alternatives. The City Council Bill 09-0406 would fine pregnancy centers $150 per day if they don't comply with the city ordinance. Stephanie Ralwings-Blake and 10 members of the council are sponsoring a measure that pro-life advocates say is at behest of Planned Parenthood and NARAL (and is in the council's judiciary committee). The Baltimore City Council vote is next week. This will occur after the council's judiciary commitee signed off on the proposal. Gail Tierney is the executive director of the Rockville Pregnancy Center. He tells the Washington Examine that the measure is discriminatory. The council won't have free prenatal vitamins, free sonograms, etc. The Maryland RIght to Life oppose the bill as well. "At the hearing held on October 27, no one could testify to any disinformation or deception from any Baltimore City pregnancy center regarding the services they provide," the group's director Angela Martin told LifeNews.com. The Bill 09-0406 is a slick way to restrict pregnancy cneters in the state (and promote abortion). Montgomery County Councilwoman Duchy Trachtenberg is behind the new legislation there. They would be required to tell potential clients that they should go elsewhere for medical advice because Trachtenberg claims they are misleading women. Her measure falsely tell clients that pregnancy centers aren't used for medical advice or used to form a doctor patient relationship. Her measure has the backing of five other county council members and gets introduced today. Baltimore's 4 pregnancy resource centers operates in its city limits. The centers offer free resources for women facing unplanned pregnancies and women facing the challenge of raising young children amidst poverty. The centers have many services including parenting classes, sonograms, baby bottles, formula, pre-natal care, diapers and more — without cost to any client. A similar bill (SB 690/HB 1146) was introduced in the General Assembly in 2008 and would have required that pro-life pregnancy centers say to their clients that they don't do abortions and give out incorrect information on how abortions hurt women. The council members supporting the bill are a disgrace since pregnancy centers exist to help women. Abortion hurts women and have killed tons of women before in human history.


Second Amendment is of course hated by Mayor Daley of Chicago. Chicago is known for a place that hates gun rights. On Monday, Chicago Mayor Daley blamed the Ft. Hood massacre on America's love of guns. He said that: "...Unfortunately, America loves Guns. We love guns to a point where that uh we see devastation on a daily basis. You don’t blame a group..." He's a liar of course. He's using a straw man argument that provides him the means to politicize this murderous act and bash anyone with the respect of guns. He like other politicans falsley blame gun violence on the guns. Yet, the truth is that gun violence is caused by many factors like crime, socio-economic problems, abuse of antidepressant drugs, mental health factors, etc. Even the War on Drugs can harm children and increase the black market drug industry which is ruining many communities in the USA. He's a hypocrite for calling more gun control on a military base when the military base by definition has weapons to protect themselves. The massacre not because of guns, but because of a coward who murdered innocent people. The Middle East is in a controversial state. Israel's army chief says that Hezbollash guerillas now possess tens of thousands of rockets, which some are capable of reaching the country's cities. Officials say Maj. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi told lawmakers Tuesday that some of the rockets can fly up to 200 miles (325 kilometers). That would put Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, as well as Israel's secretive nuclear reactor in the southern desert, into rocket range."
