The Judge have dismissed the lawsuit over Geronimo's remains. The Federal judge did it and the lawsuit was filed by Geronimo's descendants seeking to return the remains. Geronimo was the Apache warrior. The lawsuit was filed last year in Washington by 20 descendants who wanted to rebury Geronimo near his New Mexico birthplace. It claimed Skull and Bones members took some remains from a burial plot at Fort Sill, Oklahoma where Geronimo died in 1909. Judge Richard Roberts last month granted a Justice Department motion to dismiss, saying the plaintiffs didn't establish the government had waived its right not to be sued without its consent. He even dismissed the lawsuit against Yale and the Skulls and Bones. He said that the plantiffs cited a law that applies only to Native American cultural items excavated or discovered after 1990s. The Skulls and Bones is not officially affiliated with Yale. People claim that Geronimo's remains were stolen in 1918 by a student society at Yale University. The Judge's name is Richard Roberts. So, justice should be made for the descendants of Geronimo. If his remains are in the Skulls and Bones' tomb, they should be brought back to New Mexico inside of a real resting place.
Al Gore having ties to the FBI isn't that known in the world. Al Gore was in a seat in Congress after he ran a frame up against an African American political leader. This leader wanted the Nashville police to stop destroying the community by allowing unhindered narcotics trafficking and prostitution. This has been told by former FBI official Hank Hillin in his book "Al Gore Jr.: born to Lead" and it was reissued in the 1992's "Al Gore, Jr. His Life and Career." Hank said that he knew his family when Gore was 4 years old. The FBI prosecuted minorities unfairly not only in COINTELPRO, but in the late 1950's via the "Operation Frühmenschen" (German for "early" or "primitive men"). The Black Congressional Caucus found this out via Dymally. The FBI promoted the lie back then that black people didn't have the intellectual and social power to govern major governmental organizations and institutions. Back in 1971, Gore was a reporter for the Nashivlle Tennessean under John Seigenthaler (who worked for the U.S. Justice Department). Gore tried to frame up Morris Maddox (or the African American City council member) for trying to stop the police from allowing drugs and prostitution in the black community. Haddox was acquited by a jury and Haddox was out of political life. He only came back into political life 2 decades later. Al Gore's father was Al Gore Sr. Al Gore Sr. voted against the Civil Rights Act and once worked under President Franklin Roosevelt as the Secretary of State. Gore, Sr., also tried unsuccessfully to cripple the bill with an amendment stopping the cutoff of Federal funds to states that would defy the law, and perpetuate racial discrimination. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 help to crush Jim Crow and segregation. Gore Sr. was vice President of Armaud Hammer's Occidential Petroleum Company. He was chairman of Hammer's Island Creek Coal Co. The Gore family was then making its fortune in the oil industry, from Hammer's intrigues on behalf of British strategic operations.
People are accusing the Barack Obama administration of playing politics with science and embryonic stem cell research. Playing politics with science make society and science suffer badly. Even with Climategate, there is more skepticism about man-made global warming. Researchers in that scandal have been found to played with data, concealed it, and suppressed data that challenged their notions. They even tried to game the peer-review system. These events are similar to the on played out regarding human embroyonic stem cell research (hESCR). There is legislation that is trying to codify the Obama administration's rules in expanding the federal role in funding hESCR. hESCR could be exposed for the fraud that it is. Scientists have been political and partisan just like politicans. Some of them use selective scientific "evidence" to justify their ideological viewpoint. In embryonic stem cell research, some people have used selective use of data, manipulation of the peer review process, demonizing colleagues who questioned the prevailing orthodoxies and appeals to a bogus scientific "consensus," among others. People who questioned this information are dismissed as scientifically ignorant and accused of playing politics with science ironically. Even President Bush's moderate policy on hESCR has been called a "war on science." The mainstream media is mostly pro-hESCR. President Barack Obama have used his executive order to lift the Bush-era restrictions. He believed that scientific data is never distorted or concealed to serve a political agedna and they make scientific decisions on facts and not ideology. It's easy to see that support for hESCR is flimsky and lacking. Adult stem cells have caused treatments on dozens of diseases and illnesses for years. Senators Arlen Specter and Tom Harkin falsely believed that ESCR would hold the cure to diseases as a fountain of youth. Even then NIH director Harold Varmus was wrong to assume that ESCRs will make cures within the course of the next decade or 2. Five and even ten years have come and gone, and there are no treatments or cures using hESCs. One clinical trial approved by the FDA in 2009, then put on safety hold, was re-approved in July 2010, but as yet not a single patient has even been injected with hESC. Parkinson's? In 2004, both Dr. Michel Levesque and Dennis Turner, a Parkinson's patient Levesque treated with Turner's own adult stem cells, testified regarding the positive results of the treatment. Leveque subsequently published his findings in the peer-reviewed Bentham Open Stem Cell Journal. Adult stem cells can treat spinal cord injuries. One person was treated for his heart damage by adult stem cells. So, real science should be promoted in the world without the fantasy of the myth of ESCRs.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Arizona has been exposed as an anti-civil liberty extremist indeed. He supports the immoral Arizona law. Even the court temporarily stopped certain parts of the law as being illegal. He's America's problem not just a problem for Arizona. That is why people want the government to investigate Mariocopa County's Sheriff Arpaio for civil rights violations. There are 30,000 petitioners that desire this to occur. They want judiciary committees of Congress to hold hearings on Arpaio's violations. One advocate of an investigation told a story about a college age Latina. This Latina was harassed and interrogated for just a broken tail light that she accused was racial profiling. She ultimately proved that both she and her mother were U.S. citizens. There are similar stories like this. The U.S. should be govern by law, but sheriffs can abitriality create their own laws. Latino Americans have the right to belong in America just like in every other nation on Earth. Arpaio's agenda contracts the essence of civil rights, human decency, etc. He falsely accused his opponent Dan Saban of comething back in the 2008 election. He experienced dozens of lawsuits accusing him of serious abuses and gross negligence (that resulted in death and severe injuries to inmates like many who are pregnant, mentally ill, physically handicapped, mentally disabled elderly, and other vulnerable people). Please note that even the convicted inmates in county jails are mostly petty non-violent offenders, since more serious criminals are transferred to the state prison system. Although the federal and state judges and juries seem to be of the opinion that even convicted prisoners probably do not deserve to be chained to chairs and denied needed medications, locked into unventilated outdoor cells in the middle of summer, or subjected to rampant MRSA infections. His wasted millions of dollars as a product of his own abuses costing taxpayers money (which negates his claim of some adherence to fiscal responsbility). These costs as of 2007 has been 41.4 million. He lost his own lawsuits in court. Arpaio treat dogs and cats in his jails better than inmates. He use tent cages on inmates with no air conditioning that can cause the area to exceed over 100 degrees. Animals should be be treated with compassion and humans too. The sheriff use costly sweeps agaisnt people under the guise of trying to decrease illegal immigration. He loves the attention instead of show concern for the community.
