USS Liberty

The USS Liberty is easily a false flag operation. It's apart of American history. Some believe that it's an accident and others don't. The incident is apart of the complex history of the Middle East. David Ben Gurion developed the Israeli Terrorist Cell called Unit 131. Back in the 1950's, America was an ally with Egyptian President Gamal Adbel Nasser. Ben Gurion believed that Egypt would attack Israel and he was against the U.S./Egypt alliance. So, the Israeli government tried to use young Israelis disguised as terrorists to implicate another nation of terrorism. These principles would be apart of Operation Cyanide that tried to use the U.S.S. Liberty to attempt to initiate WWIII. Something happened in May 23, 1967. There were instructions from the Deputy Secretary of Defense Cyrus R. Vance to the Liberty commander William L. McGonagle to send the ship to the eastern Meditterranean via Rota, Spain. People thought it would put sailors in risk. Frank Raven or the G Group Chief resisted such a risky move, “The ship will be defenseless out there. If war breaks out, she’ll be alone and vulnerable. Either side might start shooting at her…I say the ship should be left where it is.” Army General Lyman L. Lemnitzer of Northwoods put Admiral John S. McCain (or the father of John McCain) to be in charge of the USS Liberty. McCain Sr. was the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Navy in Europe in that time. U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara per Presdient Johnson's instructions made Admiral McCain into a four star commanding position by February 1967. McCain Sr. made his operations known from his office in London. President Johnson wanted support and tried to reopen the Straits of Tiran that was previously closed to Israel by Egypt. Israel was by that time creating its nuclear program in the Negev desert. Israel wanted more military assistance from the West. These materials included 100 Hawk missiles, 140 Patton tanks, and 24 Skyhawk Jets. Lyndon Johnson had many Israeli supporters like John P. Roche and Mathilde Krim. Roche wrote Johnson's speech on the Straits of Tiran back in May of 1967. Krim's first husband was David Danon. He was from Bulgaria and was apart of the Irgun (that done terrorist acts before). Mathilde was a gun runner for the Irgun that was headed by Menachem Begin even before 1948. She was friends with the terrorist group Stern Gang (it was created by Avraham Stern and headed by Yitzhah Shamir). In June 3, 1967, the USS Liberty traveled in international waters off the coast of the Gaza Strip. The ship wanted to use independent surveillance of the eastern Mediterranean. Israel attacked Egypt over land and fear of an Egyptian attack in 1967. In 1982, Menachem Begin, then Israel's Prime Minister admitted that: "...The Egyptian army concentrations in the Sinai approaches do not prove that Nasser was really about to attack us. We must be honest with ourselves. We decided to attack him..." Mordechai Bentov was apart of the Israeli cabinet. He admitted that the threat of extermination was used as an invention to justify the annexation of new Arab territories. Some suspect that Johnson had an affair with the blonde Mathilde Krim. Krim passed documents from Israel to Johnson. Many people thought that Egypt started the war, but it didn't. Abba Eban, Israeli's foreign Minister, told the U.S. Ambassador Walworth Barbour that they was going to the U.N. Security Council to protest Egypt's actions when Egypt didn't start the war. Yitzhak Rabin was the former Chief of Staff and then Ambassador of the U.S. He admitted that Nasser didn't want a war. The USS Liberty watched the Israeli Six Day War with Egypt (or the United Arab Republic). Operation Cynaide was an Israeli program that desired to war against Egypt and depose the nationalist Gamal Adbul Nasser. The elite really hate or dislike nationalists. U.S. intelligence and military specialists were sent to Israel months before to plan and prepare for the operation. Some believe that the operation allowed the USS Liberty to be sunk. The ship had sensitive equipment. On June 8, 1967, Israeli Navy and Air Force attacked the ship with torpedoes, rockets, white phosphorous, cannons, armor-piercing bullets. This occured without reason and without warning. The Israelis used napalm or a flammable liquid or jeillied gasoline. Liberty's deck was a 3,000 degree firestorm. 34 Americans were killed and 171 people were wounded (one person died from the wounds). Napalm is meant to kill and maim. It's used to cause panic and create confusion.

The first wave of attacks had as high as 8 planes using heat seeking missiles. It destroyed all of the transformers except one that fed the aerial system. This attack was well planned and some call it a premediated strike in order to prevent the USS Liberty to tell the world of this murderous attack. The surveillance ship could no long listen to the war or send messages. The other motive of the attack according to people was to kill the crew and send the ship into the bottom of the ocean. There were 3 surface craft that fired torpedoes not just planes attacking the USS Liberty. One missile hit below the water line and made a hole. This hole was measured in 45 feet by 34 by 37. The ship didn't sink and it was listed 11 degrees. The torpedo boats even destroyed those lifeboats that were inflated. The Six Day War war ended in June 8 and Egypt lost. The crew on Liberty first thought that Arabic people in unmarked planes and ship attacked the ship in retaliation for the U.S. support of Israel. Moshe Dayan was one of the leaders directing the attack. 294 people survived it. The remains of 5 men were never found and body parts were put into sacks for burial. Vice Admiral William I. Martin was a former WWII test pilot and a Pentagon loyalist. He was in command of the Sixth Fleet in April of 1967. There were many U.S. ships in the area during Israel's assulat. They include the Saratoga (being commanded by Captain Joseph Tully), the Flagship (that was commanded by Rear Admiral Roger Payne), the USS America (This was the new carrier that was under the command by Captain Don Engen. The Sixth Fleet Carrier Division Commander was Rear Admiral Lawrence Geis), etc. Reports existed of a dozen of escorting destroyer ships. The Saratoga's Communications Officer got a message from the Liberty. It was addressed to all U.S. ships or stations. The message read: "...Liberty is under attack by unknown enemy air and surface units. Request Assistance." Help only came in about 15 to 20 minutes away form the Liberty. Captain Tully notified Vice Admiral Martin that unless directed otherwise, he planned to launch a Ready Strike group in support of Liberty. Martin approved and directed the USS America to launch their Ready Strike Group. Yet, Rear Admiral Geis of the USS America recalled his aircraft. This caused a problem for Captain Tully. Vice Admiral ordered another strike to give aid to the Liberty, but this was agains recalled by Rear Admiral Gies. An independent, unofficial study found that:

"...The White House deliberately prevented the U.S. Navy from coming to the defense of USS Liberty by recalling Sixth Fleet military rescue support while the ship was under attack…” (Findings of the Independent Commission of Inquiry into the Israeli Attack on USS Liberty, the Recall of Military Rescue Support Aircraft while the Ship was Under Attack, and the Subsequent Cover-up by the United States Government, Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C., October 22, 2003)

McNamara recalled the aircraft that has been sent from the Saratoga within minutes. Johnson had to ordered this to occur. Secretary McNamara ordered the aircraft recalled a second time. Admiral Geis was told by President Lyndon Baines Johnson that the aircraft ought to be returned. He didn't want Israel to be embrassed as an ally and he didn't care who was killed or what was done to the ship. LBJ is known for his use of profanity and ruthlessness. According Geis, Johnson told him that: "....I want that godd___ ship going to the bottom. No help – recall the wings.” (USS Liberty White House-sanctioned attack, June 8, 1967 – Excerpt from the video, Terrorstorm by Alex Jones). Tony Hart was a Navy communication technician stationed at the U.S. Navy base in Morocco. In June 1967, Hart reported that McNamara didn't want to go to war over dead sailors, which is disrespectful. As Liberty had sunk, Johnson wanted Egypt to to be blamed. Even the McCains and government officials were silent on the Liberty assault. The attack ended in ca. 3:15 pm. Later, Israeli helicopters circled the ship. Some of the crewmembers, not yet realizing that Israel was the perpetrator of the attack, were glad to see their friendly ally. Then one crewmember shouted, “They’ve come to finish us off.” The copters watched and flew away while U.S. rescue planes had a lack of response. There were 851 rocket hits and at least 15 planes had targeted the USS Liberty. Some have called this beyond an accident. Captain Ward was the chief Navy attorney for the 1967 U.S. Navy Court of Inquiry. He believed that the USS Liberty was marked as a US ship. Captain Boston believed that the attack was deliberate. The U.S. Navy once prohibited its investigators from going to Israel to question Israeli pilots and boat captains. Yitzhak Rabin, the fifth Prime Minister of Israel, believed that Israel was not to blame for the attack on the USS Liberty but said, “In any event, to express our goodwill and humanitarian concern, the Israeli Government paid $13 million in compensation to the families of the Americans killed or wounded in the attack.” (Operation Cyanide, p. 65). So, the lesson here is that we should not promote hatred against any people whether they be Jews or Arabs. On the other hand, no nation is perfect and every nation should own up to its errors. The USS Liberty attack was an error that the Israelis did in the past indeed.

Election Year 2010

This has been a very polarizing election year. The rise of the Tea Party came up and many Democrats are desperate to show what their identity is all about. The Republicans see to reestablish their brand and try to promote their old school agenda. Foreign money is funding even some campaigns. The Tea Party Express' Joe Miller (a Senate Candidate) allowed his critic to be muzzled. Miller is from Alaska and has support from the leader of the neo con version of the Tea Party movement named Sarah Palin. The Tea party express is a neo con organization masquerading as Patriots that have supported Miller as well. An editor of an online Alaska news site called Alaska Dispatch was roughed up and handcuffed at an event after he tried to ask Miller a question. The people who arrested him were not police officers at all. The person arrested is named Tony Hopfinger. Tony said that he was pushed and the guards detained him while accusing him of trespassing at the public event in Anchorage (according to the Associated Press). The security guards worked for Miller. People in the media are suing for access to Miller's personnel record from his time as a government attorney. “Hopfinger was reportedly pressing Miller on whether the candidate had ever been reprimanded for politicking while working at the Fairbanks North Star Borough in 2008. Alaska Dispatch and other media have sued for the release of records related Miller’s time at the borough,” the Alaska Dispatch reported on Sunday. There are questions on whether Joe Miller resigned from being an attorney in order to avoid being fire (including whether he once used borough computers for his own political activities). Tony Hopfinger writes for the Huffington Post as well. Huffington Postt's Shannyn Moore accused Miller of having his own personal militia. Yet, the real issue is how Miller is supported by the trademark version of the Tea Party (while Sarah Palin is supported by top neocons and talks about bombing Iran). The Tea Party Express was invented by Russo Marsh & Rogers. This was a neocon public relations firm that's based in Sacramento, California. In 2004, the PAC created Move America Forward. Move America Forward was a pro-Iraq group that have Melanie Morgan as its chairperson. Morgan in 2006 suggested that the New York Times editor Bill Keller be killed for the crime of “treason” after the Times’ reported on the government spying on Americans. Many Tea Party candidates are ruled by neo con warmongers. The Tea Party has been heavily hijacked by extremists promoting the same old Republican Party snake oil. Sharon Angle has ignored most of the mainstream media except for places like FOX News.

There are debates on this election in 2010 and the working class people including the homeless and the poor. The Democrats and the Republicans are battling for political power. People ask us to vote. Should we vote? Voting is an individual decision. I would vote for the sake of people dying for that right (even if puppets are in parties, we should make a stand to call for reforms in our voting system and more Independent candidates running for office in order to give people a choice). People have the right not to vote if they want to, but I choose to vote and encourage others to do so. America is country with a two-faced, wicked culture though and I won't apologize for mentioning that all of the time. That's true. The elite is influencing the Democrats and President Barack Obama to be more reactionary. There are no excuses now, since there is a Democratic President, and most of Congress are made up of Democrats since 2008. Hope and change are Obama's mantras, but both major business have been dominated by big business interests (they defend corporate interest here and abroad). That is why the corporate media want us to believe that we should accept the 2 party system of Republicans and Democrats permanently. We see the greatest economic crisis since the Great Depression. The people in America are moving to populist in terms of economic issues. That is why most Americans don't want fiscal austerity, more tax breaks for the rich, and more deregulation of banks and corporations as neo cons (and some blue dog Democrats desire). On Thursday, the Washington Post reported a new poll that found some 53 percent of the American people are seriously worried about being able to make their next mortgage or rent payment, up from 37 percent at the time of the September 2008 Wall Street crash. That figure rises to 75 percent among African-Americans. In the same poll, 65% of those polled blamed mortgage lenders for the crisis. A majority of people want an immediate moratorium on home foreclosures. Many people like Independent voters are rejecting Democrats and Republicans. Most people don't want cuts in Social security, raising the retirement age, or some reject some of the philosophies of the Tea Party movement. More blame on the economic slump is placed on George W. Bush than Barack Obama by some people. It's not a secret that the bourgeois left liberals and ex-radicals rejected the class struggle to be in identity politics and appear moderate. This is wrong. Mitch McConnell (A Republican Senator) want to finish the job that they wanted in 1994. They what President Barack Obama to be an one term President. The White House's foreign policy is the same as the Bush administration nearly. Even Senator Russell Feingold want to trim billions in federal subsidies and other spending programs with Republican Tom Coburn. The Financial Times reported that Obama told business lobbyists he is open to a cut in the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 24 percent provided it is offset by closing “loopholes,” noting that the “reform” is similar to one brokered by Republican President Ronald Reagan in 1986. Even No Child Left Behind crippled much of public education. The 2 party system is corrupt. People have to be independent if they want living standards, jobs, social programs, and a foreign policy based not on militarism and war (but cooperation and peace).

Education Updates

"Waiting for Superman" is a great propaganda documentary. I was almost manipulated by it. Its propaganda will benefit hedge funders. The goal of the documentary is to promote the private market for profit educational services (that can be traded on the stock market and bet on derivatives). Barack Obama promotes this film's privatizing project. It's a bait and switch deception of a film. The corporate media, billionaires from the Wal Mart family (made up of reactionaries), Bill Gates, and even President Barack Obama are ones in favor of the wrong side of this issue. They desire to have this public educational market (worth possibly to be trillions of dollars) to aided in the funding of more charter schools. Propaganda is shown in order to convince people to make public school change into privately exploited markets (under the guise of Wall Street and hedge saying that they wish to save public education). "Waiting for Superman" is one of the slickest films on education in human history. Predatory capitalists fund the film and they exploit the poor in Washington D.C. too. The reason is that they use a lottery system to give only a few kids a chance to go into the 24 hour boarding charter place called the Seed School. This school has dorms like a college or unversity (to fit 12 to 15 students). There are only 15 students for each teacher. The film callously promotes the deception that replacing public school with a 24 hour prep school camp is a possibility in inner city communities. One thing that the film has right is that public schools are in bad shape. There are draconian educational cutbacks today. Teachers are being fired by the thousands, curriculums are being scaled to the bone, and the film promotes a prep school as a solution. Not to mention that many charter schools perform worse than traditional public school counterparts than those that test better nationwide. Bill Gates spent $2 million in a marketing plan to promote charter schools. Profiteers love a hybrid publicly funded school system where corporatists control it. Democrats and Republicans love this idea as both parties are the same wings of the same hawk of nepotism. That is why finance capitalists have recently used Democrats (given left wing cover like on the war on terror) in order to promote this new war on teachers and the very idea of public education. This exploits the historical grievances of Black parents. The covert agenda of the elite to infiltrate and destroy public education is apparent for anyone to see. If charter schools are more common, more poorer communities will suffer when public schools die off. Some have accuse charter schools of spreading segregating (or de facto segregation) and undermining unions. A University of California–Los Angeles (UCLA) Civil Rights Project study, “Choice without Equity: Charter School Segregation and the Need for Civil Rights Standards,” reported that charter schools, particularly those in the western United States, are havens for white re-segregation from public schools. “The charter movement has flourished in a period of retreat on civil rights,” stated UCLA professor Gary Orfield, co-director of the project. We don't need the corproate takeover or privatizing of public education (as been promoted by Bill Bennett and the Heritage Foundation for decades). In a bigger level of thinking, this agenda is the continuation of the neo-liberal/ neo-con free market plan that desiring to privatize as many institutions as possible. Arne Duncan earlier this year had the GALL to say that Katrina was the best thing to happen to New Orleans Schools. That was wrong. Katrina killed thousands of people and devastated New Orelans. The mainstream media can talk abotu Van Jones, but not Duncan.

There has been a lot of discussion about education. People want to follow the model of Finland in order to improve the education system in general. People know about the problems in the school system from poor quality schools, low test scores, bullying, and problem. Now, folks want independent solutions to solve the problem. Even D.C. has little political power or its own statehood. Now, more Democratic individuals want to find more corporate solutions to solve educational issues. Some of the reforms that the mainstream media loves are corporate and foundation sponsored school reform. Even Washington, D.C. residents don't want a voucher program. “It's not the first time we've sent that message,” DC native Marian Douglas-Ungaro told Black Agenda Report. “The last time they let us vote on a voucher plan was back in the eighties. DC voters rejected it by a nine to one margin. We have a real anticolonial mentality here because we've been treated like a colony for so long.” She isn't exaggerating about Washington, D.C. being treated as a colony. The reason is that D.C. is deprived of their own real tax base. D.C. wasn't even allowed to elect its own mayor until the seventies. The Republicans used slick tactics to get vouchers in Washington, D.C. when many people opposed it in 2003. The Republicans made a meeting in the dead of night to pass the voucher bill by a single vote when the entire Congressional Black Caucus was away at a presidential debate in Baltimore. Democratic Senators Robert Byrd and Diane Feinstein voted with the Republicans for the voucher program, but Feinstein hypocritically oppose vouchers in her home state of California. Mayor Fenty and chancellor of DC schools Michelle Rhee support charter and private schools. Rhee fired hundreds of experienced teachers (most of whom were black and female). Rhee used abuse as a means to justify her action. Of course, the corporate media, even CNN, the rich, and the Washington Post love her. Rhee was shocked that voters voted Fenty down. The Waiting for Superman is a popular pro-privitization film too. The legitimate greivance of problems in public schools is used in the film as a slick excuse to promote school, corporate privatization (Rhee addressed Bill Gates, John Legend, and people from Congress with corporate and foundation elite ties). The elite want to infiltrate and dismantle most if not all public schools to be replace with charter and private schooling. There is nothing wrong with private or homeschooling, but public schools shouldn't be killed in he process. DC's incoming mayor Vincent Gray had the support of teachers unions and many residents who vehementy opposed the Rhee-Fenty agenda of privatizing education. Gray can't afford to openly dismiss and disregard the opponents of privatization. More Democrats support the privitization agenda like the Secretary of Education. That is why tons of people are legitimately fighting against gentrification, privatization, etc. as found in some in the Freedom Party. They want DC Statehood, which I have no problem with whasoever. The Democrats like the Republicans are 2 heads of the same hawk of nepotism (with their house slaves of many races running around supporting both parties like they are the "Master" when God is my only MASTER). Independent educational solutions include smaller class sizes, more funding for modernizing equipment and supplies, group plus peer learning, better phonic techniques, focus on the arts, focus on math plus science (including technology), better parent and student intervention, allows the federal government to fund education where it's needed (while have some local control in educational services), student centered projects, etc. You can't have to starve public schools out (under the guise of attacking unions) and replace them with charter schools in order to achieve this plan. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is an enemy. He wants to cut wages, get rid of tenure, cut pensions, and cut public education by millions of dollars, etc. He's going after teachers and unions. He's an union buster and Republicans are known for being against organized labor for decades. He supports tax breaks for the top 2 percent of income earners and restrict benefits from teachers.

Finland has education benefits. They have studied algebra, geometry and statistics since the first grade. They are ranked #1 in many categories as it relates to student education. that is why American educators and researchers want to use the Finland model (and influence from Singapore, Australia, South Korea, Switzerland, etc. to help end the educational crisis in America. Finland used actions that help them to adjust in the 21st century economy. Finland have people learning Finnish, Swedish, and English. They have governmental support for parental leave, day care, and healthcare in exchange for high taxes. Finland has a culture of trusting teachers (and requiring all new teachers to have master degrees if teachers want to teach in primary or secondary schools since 1979). Finland has an abudance of high quality teachers to improve student achievement. Each school in Finland supports a national curriculum. Yet, the testing allows students to be critical thinking and problem solving. The national board samples students' skills periodically and gives feedback to schools (not the public) so they can see how they compare with the national average. So, Finland a single, straightforward curriculum for all students. They expect great results from all students and use strong extra teaching resources to get those results. The teachers are well trained and they love to have the freedom to teach. The teachers are given more independence to have control over how they ran their classroom. So, these lessons and more can improve American educational system (along with learning art, design, economics, engineering, math, science, etc.).

Yitzah Rabin

Yitzhak Rabin tried to moderate his stances. His courageous stances cost him his life. His policies were in contrast to the ex-Prime Minister Ariel Sharon (who used the Israeli Defense Forces or IDF in controversial exercises). Yasser Arafat once led the Palestinian Authority and he died. Rabin's 2nd term existed from July 1992 until his assassination in November 4, 1995. Rabin learned the hard way to change. Some people criticize Vladimir Jabotinsky for taking a hardline approach in trying to deal with Middle Eastern issues. Sharon believed that murdereous brutality was a real solution in having peace in the Middle East. Yet, this isn't the case. His critics accuse Sharon of helping to create Hamas to be a counter valve against Arafat's Palestine Liberation Organization. Yet, even Arafat wasn't perfect. Sharon's policies lead into a cycle of violence instead of peace. Sharon was a follower of Jabotinksy. He admired Mussolini. He wrote the 1923 document called "On the Iron Wall" that wanted Arabic people to accept Zionism in order for peace to occur among the Palestinian Arabic people and the Jewish people. David Ben Gurion disagreed with him and wanted the Palestininas to accept the U.N. parition plan of November 1947. Wars came for many years even in the June 1967 Six Day War (where Israel gotten land in the West Bank and Jerusalem). The Intifada or uprising came about in December 1987. The Palestinians were desperate in trying to have some sense of liberty. Then Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir wanted to use harsh measures to suppress the intifada. This meant assassination, deportations, curfews, economic measures, etc. Rabin wanted an iron fist as well. He was the Defense Minister then. Rabin used harsh measures, yet it only caused more tensions in the region. After the intifada, Yitzhak Rabin started to change. Rabin's widow Leah wrote in her memoir, Rabin: Our Life, His Legacy, that the inability to put down the rebellion without resorting to unacceptable tactics changed her husband. "The Intifada made it wholly clear to Yitzhak that Israel could not govern another people." By 1989, she continues, he "was gradually moving toward advocating Palestinian autonomy and self-determination."

He worked with the Palestinians in trying to get solutions occuring. Rabin became more liberal in not wanting to support the expansion of political settlements. He rejected Shamir and the Likud leaders wanting to build up a Greater Israel. Rabin didn't believe that military power alone could make security. He said that: "...Security is not a tank, an aircraft, a missile ship. Security is also a man's education, housing, schools, the street and neighborhood, the society in which he grew up. And security is also that man's hope." He worked with Shimon Peres as well (he was a former rival in the Labor Party). He repealed the 6 year old which prohbitied contact between Israeli citizens and the PLO during December 1992. Peres convinced Rabin that you can have peace by using economic agreements as well. This is why Olso rejected infrastructure programs for Israel and Palestine. Rabin wanted negoitations even when Hamas launched terror attacks in September 1993. He shook Arafat's hand in the White House during September 13, 1993. In response to critics who said he should not have shaken Arafat's hand at the White House ceremony, nor proclaimed Arafat a "partner in peace," as he has been an enemy of Israel, Rabin scoffed, saying "You make peace with your enemies, not with your friends." By 1995, Yitzhak Rabin tried to have discussions with Syria in getting more solutions achieved in the Middle Eastern crisis. Hamas' Israeli ties have been accused by many sources and even Yasser Arafat. Arafat said that:

"..We are doing everything to stop the violence. But Hamas is a creature of Israel, which at the time of Prime Minister [Yitzhak] Shamir [the late 1980's when Hamas arose], gave them money and more than 700 institutions, among them schools, universities, and mosques. Even [former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak] Rabin ended up admitting it, when I charged him with it, in the presence of [Egyptian President Hosni] Mubarak..." The United Press International (in an article written by Richard Sale in June 18, 2002 in his article called "Analysis: Hamas History tied to Israel") reported that: "...Israel and Hamas may currently be locked in deadly combat, but according to several and former U.S. intelligence officials, beginning in the late 1970's, Tel Aviv gave direct and indirect financial aid to Hamas over a period of time..."

In fact, Rabin admitted that Israel's covert support for Hamas was an error. He tried to stop it before his assassination. He got rid of 400 of its operatives in 1992 and arrested 4,000 of them in the months before his death. It's not a secret that in history, American, other Western nations, and Israeli intelligence agencies have infiltrated many Palestinian terrorist groups. Rabin was murdered by a fanatic that didn't want peace. The murderer was a mysterious radical. The murderer was anmed Yigal Amir. He was a youn law student. He shot 5 bullets into the Prime Minister when he was attending a 1995 peace rally. Of course, Yigal proclaimed that he had no regrets of his murderous actions. Yigal was trained by the Israeli intelligence service called Shin Bet. Rabin's security didn't react adequately enough to protect Rabin from Amir's bullets. Shin Bet recieved multiple warnings about an assassination attempt against Rabin before he was murdered. In the New York Times, dated November 27, 1995, Rabin’s assassin reportedly claimed, “According to Jewish law, the minute a Jew betrays his people and country to the enemy, he must be killed. No one taught me that law. I’ve been studying the Talmud all my life, and I have all the data.” That's a lie since if a man desires real peace, that an asset to promote a benefit for his people and it isn't a hindrance to the interests of his people at all.
