Austin, Texas Suspends Law Attacking Pregnancy Centers
Wow. The judge says the constitution does not allow for the courts to demand that a corporation practice honesty.
So, tobacco companies should say, they should not be required to inform people of the effects of smoking, to allow them to make fully informed decisions.
Sounds like the judge would prefer to encourage a nation of American imbeciles. Sad.
