I Will Not Give Up in Spring of 2012

The United Nations is just as complicit in promoting so-called humanitarian wars killing thousands of people like NATO is. These new "humanitarian" wars are immoral. These wars use malleable rhetoric as a means for the West to enact modern day imperialism. Genocide and ethnic cleansing have been committed by many governments in the real world. There has been a coalition of government, media organizations, and NGO fronts promoting these sick wars in Libya, Egypt, and now in Syria. The U.S. and NATO are exploiting the political conditions in the Middle East and Africa as an excuse to ferment wars and social destruction of known infrastructure. The United Nations supported this evil. Even former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has been appointed a special peace envoy with a mediating role in Syria. He is the man that facilitated the US/NATO criminal wars of aggression. Now, the elite want to control Syria under the guise of a peace plan. The Cold War ended in the late 1980's and the early 1990's. NATO used this opportunity to control Europe more (and use its militaristic force under the guise of "humanitarianism"). The Persian Gulf War came about, because Saddam threaten Kuwaiti oil interests. NATO is building up its military. People know that the butchering of babies by Iraqi troops have been fabrications. The U.S. fought in that war to send Iraq away from Kuwait completely for oil interests not for the preservation of Kuwait's sovereign territory. The international public was successfully manipulated to accept a US-led war against Iraq to ironically liberate the Emirate of Kuwait only to reinstate an absolute and despotic monarch. The war in Iraq in 2003 came about the coalition of the willing. UN Resolutions were used as a means to attack Iraq as well. NATO attacked Yugoslavia as well. NATO led a bombing campaign in 2011. Later, Libya's ex-leader Muammar Qaddafi was overthrown. Illegally, the NATO powers arrogated the no-fly zone provision of UN Security Council Resolution 1973 to mount an aerial bombing campaign. The massive onslaught involving over 10,000 bombing missions was conducted in concert with NATO Special Forces and proxy militias on the ground. NATO warplanes targeted civilian population centres and civilian infrastructure, such as food stores and water and power utilities – acts that are war crimes under international law. This was state terrorism. Now, NATO is working with Africom to try to influence African governments. The Atlanticism and the Mediterranean dialogue are growing. The protests in Bahrain and Jordan aren't reported by the media, but news on Syria is being reported.

More and more human beings realize that health care is a human right. Health is never some quaint privilege, which is only reserved for the elite in society. Both sides of the health care debate among both parties have promoted pro-corporate politics. The leadership of both major parties want to maintain the interests of the profit-driven medicine including the drug medicine including the drug monopolies (plus giant insurance companies). The current White House wants to defend its individual mandate. This can penalize low paid workers that resort to using emergency rooms, because they can't afford health insurance. Even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted that the goal of the law was to preserve a role for the private sector for the private insurers in the health care system. The Republican/Tea Party opponents of the health care law believe that the law is some big government, social welfare system which is a step closer to socialized medicine. That's silliness. Yet, some Republicans want to continue to attack the constitutionality of social programs like Medicaid, Medicare, and even Social Security (which saved millions of lives literally). The new law will cause corporations to dump workers into state insurance exchanges. We have new developments in science and technology that can extend life expectancies. The elite wants to extend the retirement age, so workers can work longer to benefit corporations (and cut from the common man available technology plus high quality medical services for working people). This is while the super rich can have wealth to command whatever health care resources they want to. In the 2012 election, both the Democrats and the Republicans want spending on our health to be slashed or the status quo to remain in some fashion. The Republicans hypocritically disagreed with the cuts in Medicare as in their mind as part of the new health care law while some of them wanting to end Medicare (via privatization). Both parties agree to some cuts to Medicare. That is why real Americans should advocate no cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, and all other social programs. We should expand health care service for all Americans. More than 50 million people in America have no health insurance and another 25 million are underinsured. The privately owned health care corporations have 200 billion a year in profits from human suffering. Universal health care is a necessity or a public option is fine too. New technology can be used to help humanity.

When I think about my own heritage, it gives me a sense of comfort. The reason is that the more I know about my life and people, the more confident I feel in my own soul. The events in dealing with unarmed, highly intelligent teenager Trayvon Martin make me aware that justice is necessary in the wilderness of North America. It is reasonable for us to continue to promote progressive political and economic values, so our world can reap a better existence. The outcast, the poor, and the disadvantaged ought to experience compassion not ridicule, tolerance not discrimination, and hope with justice. When our civil rights and human rights are being violated, we have the subsequent right to be active with strength to call for righteousness. America still isn't some anti-racist utopia as the deniers have. Funding for universal health care education had help societies for a long time. The white European supremacists that stole resources in Africa centuries are the same ones trying to dominate the globe via overt and covert tactics. Therefore, we should handle our own house. We should have more training, community activities, rehabilitation, workshops, business groups, and other infrastructure to help our own black people. Black Unity is one way where real success can blossom into a higher level of existence. Our people are known for greatness in the past and in the present. Kumbi Saleh, the capital of Ancient Ghana, flourished from 300 to 1240 AD. Located in modern day Mauritania, archaeological excavations have revealed houses, almost habitable today, for want of renovation and several stories high. They had underground rooms, staircases and connecting halls. Some had nine rooms. One part of the city alone is estimated to have housed 30,000 people. Ancient Nubians used water wheel frequently as well. So, we ruled in advanced civilizations long before pre-colonial imperialism came about. We as blacks love our people and don't acknowledge non-blacks as superior. I don't kiss the feet or worship whites or non-blacks. I worship Almighty God alone. Now, what's needed is for us to do more to love our people, help our people, and be an active voice in our own black communities. Now, a man loving the mirror image of the opposite gender (or females) is so much superior to self-hatred (or a black person worshipping whiteness like a mental slave). A black man or a black person in general will never kiss up to assimilate with the agenda of white racists. All black people have the right to be unique, express independent thinking, to have love for their own people in a firm fashion. Basic democratic principles ought to flourish in the world.

Now, Virginia has its own state and local government. The Constitution of Virginia handles its state legislative, executive, and judicial branches. That is why it is easy to see that actions taken by the state and local governments in Virginia have a direct impact on the everyday lives of Virginia. What is about to be shown is how the 3 branches of the state government is organized and their duties (or functions). The executive branch of Virginia is made up of 3 major statewide elected officials. The Governor is the chief executive officer of the state. He is responsible to oversee the state bureaucracy (or government). The Governor can prepare the biennial state budget. He can oversee the execution of state laws and policies. He proposes legislation and appoints cabinet secretaries. The governor has other functions too like the following: heading up various state agencies and members of policy setting boards plus commissions. Governors can serve for a four year tem, but they can't serve 2 consecutive terms. Like the President, the governor can exercise veto power. The lieutenant governor presides over the Virginia Senate. The Attorney General is to act as a lawyer for the state. He issues non-binding advisory opinions on legal issues and defends the state in legal matters. The General Assembly is a famous term for the legislative branch of Virginia. The General Assembly is the oldest continuous legislative body in the America. The General Assembly is a bicameral (or two-house) law making body. It confirms the governor's appointments, enact laws, pass the budget, and levies taxes to fund the budget. The Senate is made up of 40 members who serve single-member districts based upon population. Senators are elected to the four year terms. The House of Delegates is made up of 100 member representing single member districts based upon population. Members serve two year terms. The Virginian judicial branch is made up of four levels of courts. Judges are elected by the state legislature for a specific term. The Supreme Court reviews decisions of lower state courts. One is the court of appeals that reviews lower court decisions and state commissions. The circuit courts have original and appellate jurisdiction in civil and criminal cases. General district courts have original jurisdiction in misdemeanor traffic cases and lesser civil cases. Juvenile and domestic relations courts have original jurisdiction in cases involving juveniles. So, the state government of Virginia has a clear outline and its very power in my state of birth. I am a Virginian as you realize already.

Hunger Games is being talked about by a wide spectrum of human beings from researchers to movie goers. The movie blatantly describes a dystopian world in the future. This future is exploitative, cruel, and merciless. There are poor and the oppressed in a Big Brother world that is governed by wealthy elite. These elitists utilize tyranny not benevolent as a means to orchestrate their rule. The girl in the film is torn romantically between 2 guys. The movie describes a lot of the plans of the new world order (which are found in the books, speeches, other forms of literature, and other primary sources from the elite establishment). The new world order plan is to have a single world government to be ruled by a central power. The Panem region in the film encompasses North American (which is similar to the present 2012 North American integration plans of America, Canada, and Mexico. All 3 nations want to integrate the infrastructure, military, and political system of all three nations. This has been conclusively exposed by the great writer Dana Gabriel). Panem is practically a dictatorship. There are no freedoms or real rights. People are submerged with cameras, police oppression, mass media indoctrination, and social class division. Poverty is widespread in Panem. Kids are forced to fight to the death in a gladiator event. Strangely, this movie is rated PG-13 when it’s filled with minors using violence against minors (we see kids aged between 12 and 18 violently stabbing, slashing, strangling, shooting and breaking the necks of other children – scenes that are seldom seen in Hollywood movies). Some feel that the movie warns about the tyranny about the new world order or it conditions people to accept the barbaric conditions of a future dictatorial system. You have to make up your mind. Yet, one thing is clear. This movie shows things that ought not to exist in any free society. We should glamorize human sacrifice or kids killing kids in a movie. The perverts in Hollywood want to push the envelope and it’s our responsible to expose the hypocritical agenda of not only Hollywood, but mainstream Western culture too. Western culture has a lot to answer for about its crimes against humanity (that spanned for centuries).
