Human Rights and Life

NY Major Michael Bloomberg is at it again. Now, he wants to ban Styrofoam. He is an authoritarian NYC mayor. He wants to handle trans-fat, salt, sodas, etc. He is known for having radical gun control views. He wants to have some borderline nanny state. This can socially engineer the population. He claims to want to police anti-social behaviors, but he can easily issue an ad campaign, an education campaign, have investments in healthy foods in the city, and set up programs to set up healthy living in NYC (without authoritarian nonsense). We know that Bloomberg is in favor of population control as well. He had a secret meeting in secret with fellow billionaire eugenicists like David Rockefeller, Bill Gates, Ted Turner, and George Soros in how to accelerate the declines in fertility. Bloomberg feels that Styrofoam is almost impossible to recycle, so he wants to ban them. He tries to defend criticism that he is out to ban anything and everything just to control the lives of New Yorkers. He claims that he is not out to ban everything, but he is a straight up authoritarian extremist by advocating the banning of items. Also, he agrees with the immoral stop and frisk policy that unfairly affects numerous Black and Brown citizens in the New York City area. He also moved to ban most painkillers in NYC's public hospitals as well. He claims that he wants to handle the epidemic of prescription drug abuse. That is nonsense, because alternatives can be met to handle the prescription drug abuse issue. Despite the fact Bloomberg and his commissars lack the regulatory authority to impose the new guidelines on private hospitals, several said they would voluntarily adopt the “legislative medicine” measure. The end result is plainly visible – from now on in New York City, the government will decide what level of pain is acceptable for patients at both public and private hospitals. There is the issue of guns and Wayne LaPierre. I don't support him, because his NRA group leadership is filled with extremists and racists. Also, the NRA dealt with funding the prison industrial complex boom of the 1990's. LaPierre's new comments are controversial and I took my think to think about them since I am an intellectual man. Any human being has the right to self-defense. That is a God given right. Yet, I think he went too far in scapegoating the victims of the Sandy disaster. The truth is that there were no marauding groups of thugs in NYC or in the Northeast that executed massive, record breaking riots in NYC or the rest of the Northeastern region at all in the aftermath of the Sandy Hurricane disasters. There are gangs in America, but gangs exist in numerous backgrounds. To single out gangs of one ethnic group in some sick rant is race baiting rhetoric since illegal immigration has radically declined in recent years (Many border cities or places near the border have had reduction in crime). Deportations are higher in this administration than the previous one. Gun rights advocates are right that gun rights and self-defense are concepts that are meant to prevent tyranny including as a means for us to live in liberty. Self-defense has nothing to do with the Bill of Rights. John Locke pointed this out when he declared the right to self-defense is the first law of nature. “And thus it is that every man in the state of Nature has a power to kill a murderer,” he wrote in An Essay Concerning the true original, extent, and end of Civil Government. Yet, LaPierre's words mixed many truths of self-defense along with race baiting rhetoric in my opinion. The reason is that gangs, rioting, and other crimes are not limited by race or nationality at all. Many of these things exist as a product of economic inequality and other socioeconomic complications. Therefore, innocent law abiding citizens have every right to own a gun (and having gun rights is one out of many bulwarks against tyranny) regardless of what MSNBC says. Not to mention that in solving the issue of gun violence, we need comprehensive solutions (like ending gun trafficking, handling socioeconomic problems, fighting criminal violent gangs, organize unique including fair ways to fight crime, handle mental health issues, continue to ban criminals from owning any gun, instituting a more just moral culture, and advance gun education programs for citizens). Policies that have proven to work to improve crime in some areas ought to be made available in communities nationwide. In the final analysis, we have to address issues of poverty in order to fight gun violence. That means that we need the growth and improvement of our families, we need real national employment growth, we need higher wages, we need a modernization of our infrastructure, and other forms of economic development too.

We know about the corruption found in some police officers and some in the LAPD. Michael Ruppert is a former LAPD cop. I don't agree with his stances on population control, but he is right on police brutality indeed. Ruppert said that the LAPD was complicit in CIA drugs trafficking, unjustified arrests, beatings, murder, perjury, witness tampering, evidence planting, frame-ups, cover-ups, racism, sadism, and other crimes. Other researchers and activists have found this out. We know about the evils in the LAPD Rampart Division Community Resources against Street Hoodlums (CRASH) unit criminality. That division did unjustified arrests, beatings, drug dealing, witness intimidation, murder, evidence planting, frame ups, and perjury. There are many police officers who organize as a criminal subculture. Some got away with murder and anti-gang officers and supervisors run the corrupt Rampart system. These evils deeds are not just found in some members of the LAPD, but it is found nationwide. Some officers shot unarmed gang members, committed perjury, filed false reports, stole drugs from dealers, obstructed justice, beat, framed and robbed people, and were involved in other misconduct. Rodney King's opened the eyes of numerous folks who were blind to the reality of police brutality. Similar crimes have occurred all over the world, not just in America. All human beings not just human beings of color have suffered the evil act of police brutality. The victims of these crimes are regularly slandered as perpetrators. Numerous cops kill, beat, and abuse with impunity. Ruppert commented on Christopher Dorner. He told Russia Today: “From my own experience as a Los Angeles police Officer and deep familiarity with both LAPD culture and history, I can say that with regards to Christopher Dorner’s allegations regarding internal corruption, favoritism, racism and concealment of excessive force, I believe him 100%.” “From my own experience as a Los Angeles police Officer and deep familiarity with both LAPD culture and history, I can say that with regards to Christopher Dorner’s allegations regarding internal corruption, favoritism, racism and concealment of excessive force, I believe him 100%.” “My life as an investigative journalist focusing extensively on military, paramilitary and covert operations gives me absolute certainty that this man is an extremely dangerous weapon.” “He is killing here in the United States the way too many US service members have killed routinely and with much less concern about Rules of Engagement overseas for decades.” “I am also certain that his presence on the streets and any new engagements will put stresses on huge fault lines within law enforcement agencies in Southern California.” Dorner died. He could have left the force, never kill any innocent human beings, and legitimate exposed the corruption found in the LAPD via legitimate channels, but he didn't. The LAPD wanted him dead. Either a SWAT Team killed him or he killed himself. The SWAT was around his cabin. One voice wanted to burn the whole cabin down to the ground via profanity. Voices were loud enough for CBS affiliate KCAL 9 to broadcast them live on air. Immediately the audio feed was cut. One officer wanted 7 burners or gas to be placed in the cabin in order for him to be burned alive. This act is similar to the burning of the Branch Dravidian’s Mount Carmel Waco ranch by terrorists basically. In Waco back in 1993, 84 innocent men, women, and children died. They were murdered in cold blood. Attorney General Janet Reno's special counsel whitewashed a federal investigation. Key facts were suppressed in Waco. This Waco murder was justified by Washington and wrongdoing was ignored. So did LAPD cops. They probably set Dorner’s cabin ablaze. Fire department units were ordered not to respond. Dorner was incinerated. He never had a chance. Hours later his charred body was found. Dorner knew that he was going to die, because he said so on Facebook. His manifesto legitimately exposed the violence, corruption, and racism found in the LAPD. On February 7, two Riverside police officers were shot. One died. Dorner was blamed. A massive manhunt ensued. High-tech surveillance and indiscriminate shootings followed. Dead men tell no tales and Dorner died. In 2007, Dorner witnessed a white training officer, Sgt. Teresa Evans, kick an unarmed/handcuffed person of color in the stomach and face. He reported what he saw. He was fired for doing so. An LAPD Board of Rights said he lied. Truth-telling is hazardous. He said he “saw some of the vilest things humans can inflict on others.” Brutal cops have been common in America for decades and centuries. These cops fired dozens of rounds at an innocent 71 year old woman named Emma Hernandez and her daughter Margie Carranza. They were delivering newspapers at the time. If these terrorists can do this to them, imagine what they want to do to us who are young. The cops who did this were only put on administrative leave. They were given a slap on the wrist without them being fired. Hernandez was shot twice in the back and she is in intensive care. Carranza had minor wounds. This event occurred this year in 2013 not 1964. This is real. A Torrence police cruiser responded to LAPD’s backup call. It rammed a pickup truck indiscriminately. Officers opened fire through its front window. The driver survived by ducking to avoid injury. Mike Davis is a political activist, urban theorists, and historians. He wrote about this issue in "Exterminating Angels." He wrote that Dorner was depressed and that he wanted gun control. The reality is that we still have a long way to go in ending police brutality.

In the age of Obama, the reactionaries are much worse, but we are not in the Promised Land yet. The Left/Right paradigm is real. The American establishment left and the American establishment right views each other as enemies in their own eyes. The Left is right that private power can be used for evil. The Right is right that the government can also be used for evil. What they do not agree in many levels is that the power structure will exploit private power and government for evil purposes (while righteousness can be advanced by both the private sector and the government if necessary reforms comes in ending the grip of the oligarchy inside of the American political consciousness). Both the Left and the Right know that you have to restrain power in the state & private interests as a means to prevent oppression, but they have opposite positions on the source of the oppressive power and remedy. That is why Obama and Bush are wrong in the sense that each administration has a preoccupation with the maximization of executive power at the expense of the minimization of the citizen's civil liberties or the people's power. We know that the Bush/Cheney regime was wrong to have massive tax cuts for the rich and massive deregulation in our nation's infrastructure. Yet, did the so-called progressive President Barack Obama reverse Bush's destruction of habeas corpus and due process? No. The power of the people is still threatened by Wall Street and other interests. We can be executed in foreign lands without due process of law via assassinations now, even if we are U.S. citizens (only by a classification of terrorist). The political establishment justified these and other evils under the guise of protecting us from terrorism (when terrorism has been done by the CIA, the FBI, the MI5, the MI6, the Mossad, etc. for decades). The state can do some good in the world, but its power has to be checked. The Right and Left go back and forth on the evil of either government or the private sector in endless debates when the truth is that real power in the hands of the people is better than power in the hands of oligarchy. The reality is that the executive branch and other branches gained dictatorial like power, deregulation existed, and human power is constrained on the majority of the American human populace. That is why we have economic inequality and other social ills in the world. Much of the government is dominated by corporate, oligarchical interests (made up of the military/security complex, Wall Street and the financial sector, the Israel Lobby, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, and the energy, mining, and timber businesses, etc. Yet, it is true to mention that many sincere Israelis and Palestinians want peace). Our money has been wasted in the war on terror, our savings have been exploited to bail out criminal banks, and even legitimate protesters have suffered (via brutalization by the police and slandered as domestic terrorists according to Homeland Security). The big picture is that we need to target the evil elitist power structure without the abolishment of all public or private services at all. We fight against the redistribution of wealth to the richer. I do realize that President Barack Obama is not to be blamed for all evils in the world. Yet, he is accountable for some things going on in the world. Economic inequality now in America is worse than it was in the Gilded Age. Overall, between 1993 and 2011, the top 1 percent’s incomes surged 57.5 percent, while the incomes of the bottom 99 percent grew just 5.8 percent, according to Saez. The former head of the National Security Agency’s global digital data gathering program – William Binney – says that he pervasiveness of spying under Obama has only “gotten worse." We also need a fight for a return to our civil liberties. It is also true that even some mainstream Democrats agree with the White House's reactionary national security policies of drone attacks to Africom's neo-imperialism in Africa. Yet, our oppression came before the brother President Barack Obama was in office. The brother is not to be blamed for all of the evils in America right now at all. It is a bigger situation than him. Freedom is an eternal struggle, so we need to place the truth in context. The system of white supremacy is bigger than the influence of the White House for white supremacy is one key way that our oppression is in existence. Therefore, we should continue to have hope and fight for the liberation of all peoples of the Earth. This doesn't mean that the White House is off the hook since they are accountable for war mongering, for loving the Simpson/Bowles agenda, and for other errors as well. Only via struggle and action can real progress can be made. The reason is that you have to fight evil by being in the struggle to be made politically aware of our situation (to maintain our cultural essence). We must use action to have success.

There have been reactionaries trying to harm the U.S. Postal Service in the world. More of the post office is being privatization. The news media talks about the Post Office having crisis of cutting back Saturday delivery, layoffs, closing offices, etc. Some of the crises are imposed in society. According to Dave Johnson, this crisis is being manufactured as a means to destroy our government and handle the pieces to the billionaires. The reality is that USPS is still the 2nd largest employer in America unlike Walmart. Unlike Walmart, the employees of the USPS are unionized, pay reasonable wages and benefits, and receive no government subsidies. Wal-Mart is known for paying little that employees qualify for government assistance. Since at least 1996, those in the GOP wanted to use schemes as a way to privatize the Postal Service. Back in 2006, Republicans in the Congress pushed through a requirement that the Postal Service pre-fund 75 years of retiree costs. The Postal Service has to pay now for employees who are not even born yet. No other government agency -- and certainly no company -- has to do this. The Postal Service can break even. While the internet and recession have eaten into some of the Postal Services letter business, magazines, books, newsletters, prescriptions, advertising, DVD services like Netflix and many other services still depend on the Postal Service for delivery. And many people for one reason or another still send letters. In a democracy these people are supposed to count, too. The Republicans in Congress forced the Postal Service to remove public use copiers from Post Offices and even blocked the Postal Service from setting up a secure online system that allowed Americans to make monthly bill payments. The USPS Sis meant to be for the people not for privatizers. Now, the elite want to harm the postal service since it is a public service. Even the fiscal cliff has been manufactured heavily by Wall Street interests as a means to force cutbacks in the things that we do in improving our standard of living. The privatization of all public assets is a known goal of the elitists including the CATO Institute. That institute is heavily funded by the Koch brothers. Note: Frederick W. Smith, Chairman & CEO, FedEx Corporation was on the Board of Directors of Cato Institute. FedEx is also a funder of the Cato Institute. Cato's funders also oppose unions because they enable working people to bargain for a larger share of the pie, and the Postal Service is unionized -- the largest remaining union. The CATO's Tad DeHaven hates unions as well. The USPS is known to give mail to rural communities which internet access is limited. The USPS received no taxpayer dollars even.

Popular Culture is ever real in the world. In fashion shows and performances, many entertainment use old school Alice in Wonderland, MK Ultra themed performances. These images are shown by artists like Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, and others. For example, Taylor Swift made her Grammy performance interesting. It was one big, strange tribute to Alice in Wonderland. There are folks dressed up as rabbits. There is the White rabbit as in following the white rabbit into the looking class. Her performance also had a dualistic black and white motif patterns. One example shows a young male being tortured in some turning device with a hypnotic pattern wheel. Many artists like Carrie Underwood use butterflies and such. Many commercials even now show still the one eye sign and masks as well. Chloe Moretz also has a hat on in a photo-shoot with the words of Brainwash with the All Seeing Eye on it. She sits on a skateboard. These references to the establishment occult elite loving to use occult images and slick signs to signify their programming among many victims and puppets of society. Sometimes even in the underground scene, there is a more intentional brainwashing mechanism going on. There is one Sydney based group called ‘Hedonix.' They are in the psy-trance. In many of their performances, they show the horned hand symbol. One of them have a eye in the pyramid tattoo. It is rumored that they have admitted to being ex-members of the Rosicrucian order and long time students of the occult who hold contempt for Christianity and religion. Their album called "Order out of Chaos" has tons of occult, Illuminati symbolism. There is the eye in the pyramid, there is the snake eating its own tail, etc. There is the pyramid with no capstone. The Egyptian gods of Set or the god of chaos and Horus or the god of order hold up and electrify a brain. You can find a Pentagram and the DMT molecule as one of the bricks of the pyramid. There is a book called ‘DMT: The Spirit Molecule’ which in the forward/thanks from the author, acknowledges the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry for their funding of the research that went into the book. To New Agers and occultists, DMT is like a mechanism where humans can build up the human consciousness or even alien entities. One of Hedonix's songs claim that they have contacted an extraterrestrial entities from Sirius. I don't believe in that nonsense, but in real life some New Agers do seriously. Hedonix comes from the word hedonism. Hedonism means that humans can pursue pleasure at the expense of morality and truth. Pleasure is the highest ideal to a hedonist. In real life, hedonism is found in the mainstream entertainment culture that is filled with materialism including the breaking down of societal morals. The album is dedicated to Robert Anton Wilson (a known occult researcher). Wilson agreed with Dr. Timothy Leary's view that using psychedelic drugs can re-imprint folks' minds and neural patterns. Some folks in music use psychedelic drugs like LSD. Researchers believe that this can cause a human beings to be susceptible to subliminal mesages. It is not a secret that the FBI, CIA, and foundations infiltrated social movements of the 1960's as a means to distract human beings from exposing the oligarchy harming society.
