We have new information shown during the Derek Chauvin murder trial. Dr. Martin Tobin testified under oath that Chauvin's knee stayed on George Floyd's neck for 3:27 minutes after he had no oxygen in his body. He said that George Floyd died as a product of a lack of oxygen. The doctor is an expert, renowned pulmonary critical care doctor. Tobin also said that Floyd's pre-existing health conditions and drug use were not relevant to his death. Like I have mentioned before, this trial is the most important trial of the 21st century. It is one of the most important trials in human history, as it puts America and its justice system on trial. We know the truth. We know the brutality that Floyd has experienced. Chauvin must be found guilty by the jury. Yesterday was the 9th day of the trial. The doctor also said that Fentanyl did not play a role in Floyd's death. As this trial continues, more facts are coming about. It is clear that black human lives always matter. The deal is that we face oppressive systems that has harmed black lives and other human lives. That is why it is our responsibility to eliminate evil, oppressive system and establish justice for all of humanity.
The Matt Gaetz scandal represents the importance of truth. Matt Gaetz is a reactionary pro-Trump Congressman who promoted hate and extremism for years. Now, many are accusing him of doing sick actions to an underage girl and other things. Gaetz's associate Joe Greenberg (who desires cooperation) is likely to plead guilty in a criminal case. Once, Matt Gaetz, according to the New York Times, sought a a total blanket pardon from Trump. Trump didn't give him a pardon. The federal government is investigating Gaetz and his travels into the Bahamas. The DOJ probe continues. If Gaetz is guilty, then he should be in prison period. Gaetz is from Florida. The investigators have a lot of information, and they are looking at evidence to collaborate Greenberg's information. The feds are investigating if Gaetz was involved in federal sex trafficking. This is certainly a story that is developing fast. We don't know what the future holds involving the investigation. What we do know is that everyone should follow the Golden Rule and follow integrity.
Some sad, shocking news is that Midwin Charles passed away at the young age of 47 years old. She was an attorney, progressive leader, and civil rights activist. As one of the most eloquent, powerful legal analysts on TV, her words were always to the point. I saw her on cable constantly as a human being who brought truth and wisdom to the forefront of this world. She worked as a Brooklyn defense attorney. She appeared on MSNBC, CNN, Essence, and other places. Brooklyn was the place where she was born and raised. She earned her degree from Syracuse University, and she studied law at American University. She even had her own law firm Midwin Charles and Associates in NYC. Midwin Charles was a Haitian American human beings, and we always appreciate the courage of our Afro-Caribbean Brothers and Sisters.

I always exposed Charleston White as a coward, but today he crossed the line again by saying that he doesn't feel sorry for DMX when that man is suffering in the hospital. Only a coward would mock a man suffering in a hospital. White is the person who admitted that he pimped women without apologizing for it. There are others things that he does behind closed doors too. So, I have no respect for Charleston White at all. The problem with people like Charleston White is that he clout chases and offers no empathy for people suffering. He is a materialistic person who curses out Muslims, curses out the Bible, and disrespects black people who disagrees with him. Charleston White disrespected Malcolm X, Harriet Tubman, George Floyd, and Dr. King in his videos. He brags about being a killer, but some of the most cowardly, fake people in the world kill innocent human beings. So, he is wicked male (not man). This traitor Charleston White not only supported Trump, but he wore the MAGA hat. So, he is like Clarence Thomas. DMX deserves dignity and respect.
FOX News host Tucker Carlson defending a male with zip ties and storming the Capitol is not unusual. He is a known bigot, sexist, and extremist by his own words. That is why 10 Democrats join the NAACP in suing Trump, because Trump incited the mob to invade the U.S. Congress via a failed coup attempt. Giuliani is being sued too. I find the saying "this a'int our grandparents civil rights movement" to be disrespectful. The reason is that saying minimizes and omits the courage of our ancestors. A lot of young people don't know that slave revolts, the Deacons of Defense using arms to protect black people in the Deep South, and other events prove that the black freedom movement is made up of heroism. Yesterday, President Joe Biden gave a passionate speech about gun control. He signed 6 new executive orders to address gun violence. He is right to condemn gun violence as a national epidemic in our society. We have a huge level of gun deaths every day in America. We have a problem when buying a rifle in some places of America is easier than casting a vote. It's a disgrace that some people worship a gun than honoring human life. Human life is superior to an inanimate object of a gun. The big lie is that any gun regulation is equivalent to abolishing the 2nd Amendment. We don't want the Second Amendment to be banned. We want human lives to be saved with legitimate gun safety regulations. It's been time to end gun deaths in our urban and rural communities. Biden admitted that his orders are part of the first step in a long battle to save human lives. Biden desires new investments in intervention programs in various communities. He wants to tighten restrictions on ghost guns and pistol stabilizing braces that allow weapons to be used more accurately. He wants Congress to pass gun reform legislation. Many far right GOP members even deny that we have an epidemic of gun violence in America. The GOP has exploited gun culture as a means to divide Americans. Gun ownership among law abiding citizens is fine, but criminals using guns to harm others is wrong. The worship of guns as God by far right extremists is antithetical to morality.
