Some breaking news is that Donald Trump has been indicted by the grand jury in the election probe on four counts. This is the third federal indictment of Donald Trump after his Presidency. This is a product of Jack Smith's investigation. It is obvious that Trump was involved in an attempt coup d'état against the American government. The indictment has six co-defendants in the indictment who are Rudy Giuliani, etc. This is very significant in our time. Donald Trump is to be arraigned on Thursday for his criminal charges. These four counts relate to election interference and other issues. The Special Counsel gave a live statement on the indictment by 6 pm. today. Michael Meadows is not included in the indictment which may be a sign that Meadows might have cooperated with the federal authorities. The four-count charges are conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights. Trump is being accused of being involved in a conspiracy to steal the 2020 election while knowing that he lost the 2020 election. It is a high possibility that Trump may be in prison in 2025 if he doesn't win the Presidency. There is no historical parallel to this event of an ex-President being charged with so many felonies and being accused of trying to ruin American democracy forever.

On January 6, 2021, it was the first time in American history that there was no peaceful transition of power from one President to the next President. It was a time when tons of people broke windows, used slurs, threatened to hang Mike Pence, and assaulted law enforcement (when they claim that they love the police). The January 6th terrorist attack was an attack on democracy, an attack on a Congressional proceeding to certify the election, and it was an attack on humanity. The grand jury did its job to return the indictment.
Recently, Henrietta Lacks' descendants reached a settlement of her stolen cells. This settlement involved the science and technology company that used cells from Lacks without her permission back in the 1950's in order for the company to develop products it later sold for a profit. Henrietta Lacks was a black woman who was being treated for cervical cancer at Johns Hopkins University in 1951. That University is located in the Northern part of Baltimore, Maryland. I visited Baltimore before in real life. These cells from Lacks are called HeLa cells that have been used in scientific breakthroughs, the development of the polio vaccine, the development of the COVID-19 vaccine, and research about the human genome (in discovering the chemical and biological components of human identity in general). Lacks's descendants accurately stated that she and other black women were exploited by racist white doctors of the 1950's, and her family was never compensated for the use of her genetic material. The terms of the settlement with Thermo Fisher Scientific are confidential. Henrietta Lacks's story is found in the popular book and film entitled The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. Oprah starred in the film. Alfred Carter, one of Lacks's grandsons, said that this day will go down in history. He said that Tuesday was Henrietta Lacks's 103rd birthday. It's been a long time, but this victory is for the family of Henrietta Lacks and all people who love freedom and justice.
George Fulton County DA Fani Willis said that she is ready to go. She had stepped up her personal security and security has increased in the Atlanta County courthouse because of a possible indictment against Donald Trump (over interference with a Presidential election in Georgia which is a felony). This liar Donald Trump said that Fanni Willis is a racist D.A. Obviously, Fani Willis is not a racist. Trump is jealous that an intelligent, powerful, and capable black woman is holding him accountable for his overt crimes of trying to destroy American democracy. Willis has been the victim of email threats that includes racist epithets. We have to take this seriously as Trumpism is more than an evil reactionary movement. Trumpism is a nefarious cult that is more vicious than even Reaganism. These MAGA hypocrites claim that we are against the law, but many of them curse and demonize law enforcement constantly. We wish the best for the DA Fani Willis.
Today, Carlos De Oliveria makes his first court appearance in the Trump documents case. He has been arraigned on Monday, July 31, 2023. He is the property manager of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate. He is accused of scheming with Trump to try to delete security footage sought by the investigators who are using an investigation about the Trump hoarding of classified documents at his Palm Beach club. Numerous people traveled in the Mar-a-Lago estate. De Oliveira was ordered to turn over his passport and sign an agreement to pay $100,000 if he doesn't return to court. He was represented by the Washington, D.C.-based attorney John Irving. People wonder if Carlos De Oliveria will turn on Trump or go along with Trump during the total duration of the court case. Donald Trump is also accused of retaining classified documents that deal with Iran.
