Conflict involving Israel and Hamas (Plus Other News).

Recently, the terrorist group Hamas led an unprecedented terrorist attack in Israel by land, sea, and air. This attack by Hamas has nothing to do with the legitimate Palestinian cause for freedom or justice from occupation. It has no moral justification. Hamas killed innocent men, women, and children in Israel. Some have stripped a woman naked and killed her. Bombings have occurred in Ashkelon, Israel. Hamas has kidnapped Innocent Israeli families and put them up for ransom in Gaza. So, these facts prove that Hamas is anti-moral, it's a betrayal of the Palestinian cause of liberation, and it is totally evil. Also, we should not use Hamas's evil attacks as an excuse to minimize the pain and suffering of the Palestinian people. Tons of Palestinian people suffer occupation, discrimination, racism, and other forms of oppression by far-right Israeli power structures and by members of Hamas too. The Palestinians definitely deserve humanitarian assistance, so in the long term, they can exist in nationhood and true independence. We all condemn Hamas's terrorist attacks in Israel 100 percent. Netanyahu is using a response to this. The question is how will this response happen while trying to eliminate civilian Palestinian deaths. This surprise attack by Hamas comes in the 50th year anniversary of the Yom Kippur attack in Israel by Egypt. Over 700 Israelis have died, and hundreds of others are wounded in Israel. In Gaza, at least 400 Palestinians have died and more than 1,600 people have been wounded. So, a fair-minded perspective is needed without extremists on one side expressing bigotry against Palestinians and extremists on the other side even celebrating Jewish deaths by Hamas (which has happened now in Germany and London). The Israeli security cabinet has declared a state of war. As for the Palestinians, the Palestinians need humanitarian aid, they need overt reparations for their suffering, and their own independence. Permanent occupation of the West Bank and Gaza is no real solution for Israelis or Palestinians. It is clear to make a distinction between far-right Israeli fanatics who want to level Gaza (these same extremists have cut Gaza's water and electricity causing a blockade of the area and harming Palestinian lives) and reasonable progressive Israelis who desire peace. It is also clear to make a distinction between Hamas terrorists who kidnap innocent people and murder men, women, children, and babies, and the Palestinian people who want freedom from oppression (as protests for a liberated Palestine have existed in New York City, Chicago, etc.). What is disgusting is how some people on the Net and in other places of the world are trying to justify Hamas's terrorism against Israeli civilians. Some sick people are trying to justify Hamas killing and kidnapping Israeli men, women, and children (under the guise of a "resistance." What Hamas is doing is not resistance but barbarism and nihilism period. WSWS is silent in refusing to condemn Hamas's terrorism which is telling. WSWS is the same group defending the racist Thomas Jefferson). I have no respect for these people as an Israeli life has the same worth and value as a Palestinian life.

There is no solution to the tensions in the Middle East without a political solution. When Hamas kills innocent civilians, then it shows that Hamas is a terrorist organization. Also, Gaza is an enclosed location with Palestinians having nowhere to go. The Palestinian people collectively should not be conflated with the Hamas terrorist organization. There is a distinction between Hamas's attack on civilians, and the innocent Palestinians trying to survive. Therefore, accountability should be made against Hamas, and there must be international humanitarian action to help the Palestinian people too. The Gaza Health Ministry reports that more than 400 people have been killed in Gaza. America is moving Navy ships and aircraft to Israel. The kidnapping of people from Israel is abhorrent, and a permanent occupation of Palestine is also wrong. Palestinians deserve freedom, reparations, and a normal life from oppression. Israel has officially declared war with Hamas. It is 12:07 a.m. in Israel now. We know that 3 Americans have been murdered by Hamas, and many Americans are among the hostages from Hamas. Iran invested in Hamas. We must not sugarcoat what Hamas did. Hamas has burned a woman, raped people, kidnapped people, mutilated people, elderly people being dragged in the street, children being kidnapped, murdered innocent Israelis in a rave concert, and did other atrocities that I can't mention here.

The Black Lives Matter movement has been a victim of two major scandals. They have survived both scandals, but BLM will never be the same afterward. The first scandal was made by conservatives and Hoteps who hate BLM views because they believe that some people (not all people) should have basic human rights. They are wrong because all human beings should have equality and basic human freedoms from birthright. Many of the conservatives and Hoteps made the charge that George Soros funds Black Lives Matter directly, Soros is a bad character, and therefore BLM is discredited as an authentic freedom-loving organization. The lie from them is that George Soros is the ultimate puppet master funding every aspect of Black Lives Matter. Many people who believe in this lie are blatantly anti-Semites who use Soros in a coded fashion in order to disguise their hatred of Jewish people. What is the truth? George Soros is a Hungarian-American billionaire investor and philanthropist. He donated billions of dollars to the Open Society Foundation. The Open Society Foundation funds many people and movements, including many progressive causes. The Open Society has funded groups like the Organization for Black Struggle, Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment, and funded the Tides Foundation. Yet, the Open Society Foundation doesn't fund every organization linked to the Black Lives Matter movement. Some believe that Soros was a former Nazi which is false and a slander. Soros and his family were Hungarian Jewish people who were trying to flee the Nazis during World War II. Soros never swore to destroy America either. Soros doesn't own and control ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter. BLM is a very decentralized organization. The Black Lives Matter organization is also international being created by Opal Tometi, Patrisse Cullors, and Alicia Garza. Many far-right people accused Soros of paying for protesters after Trump's election which is false. The truth is that the Open Society Foundation funds progressive causes, but Soros is not some elite controller of Black Lives Matter as BLM is a highly horizontal, independent organization.

The other scandal is the obvious one. It's the elephant in the room. This came about years ago. The BLM co-founder Patrisse Marie Khan-Cullors Birgnac has been accused by many on the far right of many things. It started in 2021. Some media circles accused Cullors or people associated with her for purchasing many homes during a five-year period. Her critics say that she is using the Black Lives Matter movement to enrich herself and her family while causing her a hypocrite for purchasing the houses as someone who calls herself a Marxist. Cullors has responded forcibly by saying that she didn't do anything wrong. She said that her actions are about taking care of her family and the criticism has been an effort (according to her) to discredit and harass her and her family by the political right. By April 13, 2021, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation denied that it had paid for her purchases of real estate. They said that didn't pay her since 2019 and she only received $120,000 since 2013 for carrying out her work related to the organization. Her other brother Paul, a graffiti artist and founded Cullors Protection LLC, received $840,000 from BLMGNF for security and consulting. Cullors defended hiring her brother, saying registered security firms that hired former police officers could not be trusted.

Some BLM activists accused her of "monopolizing and capitalizing our fight." Ten local chapters of the Foundation claimed that Cullors became its executive director “against the will of most chapters and without their knowledge,” that chapter organizers were prevented from influencing the group's direction, and that the national organization provided little to no financial support for local chapters since its inception in 2013. Cullors resigned from leadership of the Foundation the next month, and later revealed psychological exhaustion from the controversy, stating that she was receiving treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder.

In 2022, she denied allegations of misusing donations given to the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation but admitted that she hosted two parties at a mansion the BLM Foundation purchased for $6 million, which she regretted. The lesson about these stories is that any social movement must have advisors (in dealing with leadership, accountability, economics, and having plans to deal with controversies). You can't be too decentralized which increases the risk of errors to exist. As the viewer, look at all the evidence and make up your own mind. What are my views? My views are that Patrisse should have used more wide judgments financially, even if she did nothing illegal or immoral. Also, how can she claim to be a Marxist and want to have a deal with Warner Brothers to promote her own documentaries and stories? Warner Brothers is the epitome of a capitalist enterprise. Also, Karl Marx is no role model for any progressive or anyone of any background. Karl Marx was a racist, anti-Semitic religious bigot who spewed hatred of humanity constantly in his life. The Communist Manifesto announced a war to eternal truths, religion, and morality, “There are, besides, eternal truths, such as Freedom, Justice, etc., that are common to all states of society. But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience.” The previous words from Karl Marx in quotations are from his book The Communist Manifesto in Chapter 2. The reality is that we believe in morality, eternal truths, and religious freedom. That is why while I am a progressive on economic issues, I repudiate Marxism. Marxism by Karl Marx's own words is anti-eternal truth and anti-morality. To make change, you have to embrace moral principles and integrity.

Also, it is important to give credit to the Black Lives Matter movement in many areas. Black Lives Matter helped to give new strength and vigor to the overall black freedom struggle. It has galvanized many people to protest and work in organizations to fight back against racism and oppression in general. Its fruit has been the conviction of the murderer of George Floyd. It has been an inspiration for so many human beings who desire hope for the future. Black Lives Matter gave many men, women, and children the opportunities to express their frustrations at evil and do something about it in constructive avenues like making art, being an activist, working in schools, using almsgiving, and going into the political realm in desiring political change. There are many critiques of the movement too. One issue is that Black Lives Matter seems to be too decentralized. There is nothing wrong with some decentralization as we don't want one person to control a whole movement restricting egalitarian power. Yet, there must be a structure where leaders arise to clearly articulate not only policies and goals but how you will get to those goals. As Carson Clayborne has said,

"One thing that I think everyone would agree on is that the young people who are sparking these protests have no single charismatic, supremely articulate leader. One of the consequences is they don’t control the messaging of it. I think that is one of the weaknesses of Black Lives Matter. There is no established leadership to articulate messages. What is the goal? Is it simply to express anger or is to achieve reform about police behavior? If it is to bring about reform, then what would that look like? It doesn’t have to be one charismatic spokesperson. It could be many leaders, but there needs to be people saying, ‘This is what we want’ and clearly articulating that. That’s just not happening now with any consistency." Another issue is that many corporate interests and corporate political party interests seek to infiltrate BLM and turn it into a political arm of the establishment instead of existing as a politically independent movement. Also, many BLM advisors use the offensive, disrespect slogan of "We are not our ancestors." The truth is that our ancestors were some of the most courageous people in human history and their sacrifice should never be downplayed or disrespected by anyone period.

It is important to note that many believers resisted the false superstitions and false doctrines rising up in religious circles back in the 300's and 400's A.D. There was Aerius of Pontius. He was a 4th century presbyter of Sebaste in Pontus. Aerius taught that there was no sacred character distinguishing bishop or priest from laymen, don't observe the feast of Easter, it's wrong to prescribe fasts or abstinences by law, and it's useless to pray for the dead (because people who are dead shouldn't intercede for us. That is necromancy). He opposed the episcopal polity. His followers were accused of being Arians which obviously I don't agree with the views of Arianism. There was Helvedius. He opposed the doctrine of the perpetual virginity of Mary (as taught by Roman Catholics), and he opposed monasticism. He was viciously attacked by Jerome. Jovinian was a 4th century theologian who challenged the ascetism in the 4th century. Jovinian challenged the exaltation of virginity, denied the perpetual virginity of Mary, and believed that there is no difference between abstaining from food and enjoying it with thanksgiving. Jovinian taught a perseverance doctrine similar to John Calvin, as he taught the truly regenerated will persevere to the end. Obviously, I don't agree with all of the doctrines of Calvin. Some also have argued Jovinian held grace-oriented salvation views, similar to the Reformation. Jovinian is sometimes praised as an early forerunner of the Reformation. Vigilantus (who lived in the 400's A.D.) was a presbyter in Spain, he wrote against ascetism, and the superstitions connected with it. Jerome criticized Vigilantius for forbidding the honor of the graves of the martyrs, rejection of Vigils, opposition for virginity and being against fasting for the saints. Claudius of Turin (of the 800's A.D.) was the Bishop of Turin; because of his iconoclasm, he is often seen as a proto-Protestant. His commentary on the Epistle to Galatians shows some of his views prefigure those expressed by both the Waldensians and Protestants centuries later. Claudius in his writings, maintained that faith is the only requirement for salvation, denied the supremacy of Peter, saw praying for the dead to be useless, attacked practices of the church and held the church to be fallible.  Ratramus was a theologian who died in 868. Ratramus believed that the Eucharist is merely symbolic, thus rejecting the real presence of the Eucharist. Ratramnus also believed in single predestination. The writings of Ratramus influenced Protestant theologians and contributed to the later Reformation. Berengar of Tours (c.1005-1088), was a forerunner of the reformation. Berengar of Tours argued against transubstantiation, saying that it is against logic and the Bible, and taught that the body and blood were not "real" in the Eucharist. I agree with Berengar as communion is symbolic not literal.

Peter of Bruys (also known as Pierre De Bruys or Peter de Bruis; fl. 1117 – c.1131) was a medieval French religious teacher. He opposed infant baptism, the erecting of churches and the veneration of crosses, the doctrine of transubstantiation and prayers for the dead. An angry Roman Catholic mob murdered him in or around 1131. Peter de Bruis sacrificed his life, so we could express our faith in our generation in late 2023. Marsilius of Padua: Marsilius (born in 1270 A.D.) is sometimes called a forerunner of the reformation. Marsilius believed that the only source of truth for a Christian are the scriptures, and he rejected the ultimate authority of the Roman Catholic church. Marsilius believed that obedience to papal decrees is not necessary for salvation, and he believed the Papal system to be of human arrangement and not divine. The beliefs of Marsilius were largely in agreement with the Protestant reformers. Johannes von Goch asserted that the Bible is the supreme authority on doctrine, perhaps taught that faith alone is enough for salvation, and questioned monasticism.

Martyrdom continued after the Roman Empire in the Western area of Europe ceased to exist. By the 600's A.D., we have the Pope Bonfiace III calling himself Papa or the supreme leader of the church when he was a Roman Bishop. The Roman Catholic Church was in its infancy by the 300's A.D., but it was fully modernized by 606 A.D. Boniface III made two significant changes to papal selections. The first was the enacting of a decree forbidding anyone during the lifetime of a pope to discuss the appointment of his successor under pain of excommunication. The second change established that no steps could be taken to provide for a papal successor until three days after a pope's burial. This suggests that he was serious in his desire to keep papal elections free.

Boniface's other notable act resulted from his close relationship with Emperor Phocas. He sought and obtained a decree from Phocas which restated that "the See of Blessed Peter the Apostle should be the head of all the Churches". This ensured that the title of "universal bishop" belonged exclusively to the bishop of Rome, and effectively ended the attempt by Patriarch Cyriacus of Constantinople to establish himself as "universal bishop." In other words, Pope Boniface started the change in the Roman Catholic Church to expand its power into the next level. Many Christians were persecuted back then for refusing to baptize infants. Baptizing infants has no scriptural basis. As time went onward, more superstitions and false doctrines were included in the Catholic Church like: the veneration of angels and dead saints, calling Mary an Ever Virgin and the Mother of God, kissing of the Pope's feet, mandatory celibacy of the priesthood, the usage of the Mass, the embrace of purgatory, the addition of the Apocryphal books via the Council of Trent, the embrace of Papal infallibility (which is blasphemy), etc.

By the 12th century, the Waldensians were persecuted by the Roman Catholic Church. Later, the Lollards existed by the 1300's and 1400's from John Wycliffe. John Wycliffe was a Bible translator and reformer who dissented with the Catholic church on many issues. He questioned the privileged status of the clergy and wanted radical poverty of the clergy. He questioned the veneration of saints, transubstantiation, monasticism, and the legacy of the role of the Papacy. He wanted the Bible to be translated into English or any other language where people lived. He also rejected the selling of indulgences. Many Catholic people hated Wycliffe so much that dug up his bones, burned his bones, and threw it into the sea. The Czech reformer Jan Hus was inspired by Wycliffe, and his movement was the Hussites. Hus rejected simony, the Eucharist, etc. Jan Hus was burned at the stake by the Roman Catholic Church because of his religious views on July 6th, 1415. Hus refused to compromise his views. He said before his burning that, "God is my witness that the things charged against me I never preached. In the same truth of the Gospel which I have written taught, and preached, drawing upon the sayings and positions of the holy doctors, I am ready to die today."

As time went on, we saw Anabaptists being persecuted by Catholics and even some Protestants for rejecting infant baptism. The Protestant Reformation changed Christianity forever as a major challenge to Roman Catholic false doctrines increased. Thomas van Imbroeck believed in the believer's baptism. Many Anabaptists and Baptist have been persecuted in America and Europe for rejecting infant baptism. Today in our time, Christian persecution is global in Asia, parts of Africa, the Americas, Europe, etc. Here are some examples. Over 100,000 Christians are violently killed in some relation to their faith every year according to many sources. The Center for Study of Global Christianity (CSGC) at the evangelical Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts public a statement that between 2005 and 2015, about 900,000 Christians were martyred worldwide.

They Cloned Tyrone in 2023 is one of the most unexpected, interesting movies of our time. It showed many symbolisms and messages that harken back to the past and the present with important lessons that must be evaluated. The film is a science fiction and comedy mystery film being directed by Juel Taylor. This was his feature film directorial debut. The screenplay was written by him and Tony Rettenmaier. The film starred John Boyega, Teyonah Parris, Jamie Fox (who served as a producer in the film), David Alan Grier, and Kiefer Sutherland. The movie is about a trio of friends who finds out about a government cloning conspiracy against the black community, but the movie gets stranger as time goes on. They Cloned Tyrone premiered at the American Black Film Festival on June 14, 2013, and had a limited theatrical release on July 14, 2023. By July 21, 2023, it was streamed by Netflix. John Boyega played Fontaine, Old Fontaine, Chaster, and Tyrone. Teyonah Parris plays Yo-Yo, Jamie Foxx played Slick Charles, Kiefer Sutherland played Nixon, David Alan Grier played The Preacher, J. Alphonse Nicholson played Isaac, Tamberla Perry played Biddy, and Eric Robinson Jr. played Big Moss.

The movie starts with Fontaine. He is a drug dealer in a suburban neighborhood called the Glen with odds against him. He keeps a schedule daily in his life. His mother stays in her room all day and rarely speaks to Fontaine, and he still mourns the death of his younger brother. Slick Charles, one of Fontaine's customers, initiates a fight with one of his many sex workers, Yo-Yo. Fontaine goes to confront Slick Charles who owes Fontaine money and encounters Yo-Yo on the way. Fontaine is able to get some of the money from Slick but is then fatally shot by an opposing drug dealer named Isaac as he leaves. The next morning, Slick is shocked when Fontaine shows up for the money once again, somehow alive and without any recollections of the previous night's events. The two find Yo-Yo to confirm Slick's claims of his death, which confuses Fontaine. He remembers a man, bleeding from a gunshot, was kidnapped by a black SUV, which is now parked outside of a trap house. Fontaine goes inside the house to investigate with Slick and Yo-Yo.

They discover an elevator leading to an underground lab. Inside, a white scientist with an afro tells them that the operation has gone widespread. Slick snorts a mysterious white substance he thinks is cocaine but ends up laughing and accidentally killing the scientist after Yo-Yo causes a small explosion. Before they leave, the trio discovers a corpse lying on a table, identical to Fontaine.

The next morning, Fontaine breaks into the house again, only to find that the entrance to the lab has disappeared. At a fried chicken restaurant, the diners are giddy with laughter, which makes Slick realize that the fried chicken contains the same substance that he consumed previously. Yo-Yo seduces the restaurant manager, who looks similar to the scientist Slick killed. She discovers that the entirety of the Glen is being surveilled and recorded. They discovered that the substance is also being used in grape drinks and hair products. Through some hidden messages from an alcoholic Fontaine encounter daily, they discover a Black church where the group becomes unsettled by lyrics that the churchgoers sing, as a result of the grape drink's influence. After the service, the group discovers an elevator on the altar.

There is a lot of symbolism here. It is no secret that many corporations promote stores with unhealthy foods in poorer black neighborhoods. These foods can be soda, chips, and other foods with dangerous chemicals that can cause cancer. Also, with advances of artificial intelligence, many Utopians desire humans merging with machines.

During the story, the trio found that the lab facility spans the entire Glen area and witnessed Black people being subject to disturbing behavioral experiments. They find that the lab has clones of many but not all Glen residents, including Fontaine and Slick Charles. They watch the predominantly white scientists control the clones through songs and visual stimulation. They exit through a strip club after Fontaine sets off an alarm. The DJ brainwashes the clubgoers with a song and then forces them to chase the trio. A white man named Nixon and a Fontaine clone named Chester show up to halt the clubgoers. The film has the name Nixon which is interesting. Richard Nixon in real life was the President who made it his duty to try to end progressive black social movements like the Black Panthers. He also promoted black capitalism to increase corporate power without black revolutionary liberation.

In the movie, Nixon reveals that scientists conduct experiments on impoverished, predominantly Black populations, including the Glen, to allow the operation to go unnoticed and supposedly achieve peace in America. Nixon uses a trigger word, causing the entire crowd to follow his commands with the exception of Yo-Yo. Nixon tells Fontaine to put a pistol in his mouth, which he does. Yo-Yo pleads for her life, and Nixon uses another trigger word to release them from their hypnotic state. The entire crowd was conscious the entire time, unable to control their actions. Despite the fact that Yo-Yo was a witness who was unaffected, Nixon still threatened to use it on the crowd again if they didn't stop their investigation. These trigger words in real life relate to mind control experiments by the CIA and other agencies for decades and centuries via MK-Ultra, LSD experiments, etc.

Fontaine falls deeper into a state of despair after discovering that his mother, whom he had never actually seen, was just a voice on a tape recorder. Yo-Yo decides to take matters into her own hands but has her identity exposed and is kidnapped by Nixon. Fontaine comes up with a plan with Slick and Isaac to rescue Yo-Yo, faking his death to sneak into the lab undetected. Fontaine lets Slick and Isaac in to storm the lab with numerous residents of the Glen. They free the Black people being experimented on, including the clones, while Yo-Yo frees herself and finds Slick. Fontaine is overpowered by Chester and taken to an older version of Fontaine, revealed to be the original Fontaine. He explains that he is helping scientists to create "peace" by whitewashing Black people into White people, through mind control and generational breeding.

This revelation is very important. Trying to make black people into white people is not new. Back decades ago (in real life), white racists in Brazil had the agenda of blaquemento or trying to exterminate the black Afro-Brazilian population in Brazil by allowing black people to intermarry with white people en masse to cause black extinction. That agenda failed. Is this promoted in our time? We know the answer to that question. The answer is yes. With the population control agenda (with the NSM 200 document advocating a massive depopulation agenda for black people and other people of color), propaganda about whitening creams, and the mass media bashing true Black Love, that agenda is real. The good news is that most black people reject it, and black populations globally have grown.

The racially-motivated murder of Fontaine's little brother by a police officer prompted him to start making the clones. After the elder Fontaine claims that the country would be better with assimilation than annihilation, Fontaine uses Nixon's trigger word on Chester and has him shoot the original. Meanwhile, Yo-Yo stalls Nixon from killing her before Slick shoots him in the head.

The facility entrance to the church opens up, spilling naked clones out to the public and exposing the country's secret operation. After Yo-Yo announces her retirement from her job, the trio decides to head to Memphis, to further expose and stop the operation.

Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, a man named Tyrone is identical to Fontaine and living the same lifestyle as Fontaine. While with his friends, he watches as one of Fontaine's clones appears on TV, all realizing that Fontaine is a clone of Tyrone. The movie is interesting, bizarre, has twists plus turns, and has some real-life concepts in it. The film also plays homage to the Blaxplotiation films of the 1970's. The movie uses much social satire to get people thinking and entertained at the same time. Many of the themes in They Cloned Tyrone are beyond conspiracy theories. They are conspiracy facts. For example, when the old man tells Fountaine that it's in the water, that means that the water supply is tainted with chemicals that can affect the mind. In real life, lead poisoning in the water of places of Flint has damaged the lives of many people, and we know how toxic waste dumps have been created near poor communities causing cancer to innocent, unsuspecting people. In real life, dangerous drugs can cause people to be docile, bounded to the Matrix of control, and cause health issues ruining human bodies. In the movie, there is a church promoting control and obedience to the establishment. This comes as the organist plays a church version from Juvenile showing the moral corruption of that church. In the movie, the pastor is a clone being programmed by the elite. In real life, many churches (not all churches) have compromised with antics, establishment propaganda, Prosperity Gospel lies, some have ties to the establishment (via Freemasonry, etc.), and compromise. The movie has the evil people in the organization desiring assimilation in eliminate cultural diversity in the human family. The truth is that diverse cultures are beautiful, and we can show respect to any culture without extinction. The movie was released after Jamie Foxx was recovering after a mysterious illness and even more mysterious hospitalization. The movie overtly mentions the plan of the establishment of seeking to control everybody, merge all cultures into one hive mind, and form a new world order system (as advocated by David Rockefeller and so many people that we can quote from their own writings). Hiding the truth in plain sight is what many in popular culture do all of the time indeed. Since Netflix promotes the film, we have to be aware that even fiction can show elements of the true agenda of the one percent. Therefore, we should keep our independent thinking, reject propaganda from multinational corporations, and advocate for freedom for all people.

There is a recent 2023 study showing as little as one or two minutes of vigorous exercise a day could lower your cancer risk. This activity can include power walking, climbing stairs, doing strenuous housework, or playing with kids according to Dr. Emmanuel Stamatakis, lead author of the study that was published in the journal of JAMA Oncology. The report relied on data of more than 22,000 people in the UK Biobank. UK Biobank is a large biomedical dataset and research resource that follows residents long term. People who were not regularly exercising in their leisure time wore accelerometers to track their VILPA or vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity. The study found that adults who had 4.5 minutes of vigorous activity in short one or two minutes bouts had more than 30 percent lower incidence rates of cancer. According to Stamtakis, the best physical activity regimen is one every person can fit into their weekly or daily routine. Cardiorespiratory fitness can cause insulin resistance and lower chronic inflammation, both of which are major risk factors for cancer.

A lot of people are waking up about how complex and unique the Universe is. One of the many secrets of the Universe is how mathematics relates to the fabric of our reality in the Universe. Quantum physics (not disinformation) has proven in our generation that we have at least 11 dimensions in the Universe. Our current three-dimensional reality is filled with atoms and other particles that we can't see, yet energies from atoms and other particles are very real. The 1st law of thermodynamics clearly that states that energy can never be created or destroyed but transferred into something else. Therefore, the Universe has vibration energies of atoms traveling in the cosmos constantly. Mathematical number patterns exist in DNA, in natural laws, and in the electromagnetic fields of the Universe. So, atoms and the life energies of the Universe are filled with information in dealing with mathematics and frequencies. They merge and that establishes consciousness, humanity, and all entities of the cosmos. All things have an origin from a higher dimension from a higher level of power. After millennia, we finally see the fractals, the mathematics, the dimensions, the importance of sound (as sound waves can influence humans in many ways. Sound was here during the start of the Universe influence ancient stars, galaxies, etc.), and the matrix of light involved in the Universe proving that we are not accidental motions. We are integrated, fully advanced beings with purpose and functions relevant to the Universe. Everything in existence rotates and oscillates with a frequency. Even atoms have a frequency. I believe God is the ultimate origin of all things. Almighty God to me has infinite Power and infinite Energy being part of Infinity (which is a mathematical concept).
