Now, Kevin McCarthy has been voted to be ousted as House Speaker. Tensions in the GOP caused McCarthy to lose his seat. Matt Gaetz had a personal vendetta against McCarthy because McCarthy worked with Democrats on the shutdown issue. Also, Kevin McCarthy should share the blame too. McCarthy knew full well that the MAGA extremists hated truth and wisdom. This is the first House Speaker to be ousted in American history. The future of the Republican Party is uncertain. Now, the Republicans must vote for a new House Speaker. The GOP must pick a new House Speaker. McCarthy supported Trump on many issues too. The MAGA extremists won't stop here. They advocate a change in society where rights are gone, books are banned, and an authoritarian government exists. William McHenry of North Carolina is the temporary House Speaker. McCarthy will not run for House Speaker again. Gaetz is so extreme that McCarthy was not good enough when the shutdown existed. Therefore, the Republican Party is in a state of crisis and hubris. The Republican leaders have no basic philosophy except extremism. Kevin McCarthy lost the speakership by his own hand including MAGA leaders, not by Democrats or anyone else.
GOP member Matt Gaetz vowed to oust House Speaker McCarthy. McCarthy is not afraid saying to bring it on. The problem was that Gaetz has no massive supporters, but McCarthy is now gone as House Speaker. Also, McCarthy worked with many Democrats to avert another shutdown. McCarthy tried not to work with Democrats at first, but he had no choice but the Democrats voting to keep the government opening up to stop the shutdown. The Republican Party is dominated by MAGA extremists. Gaetz can't be trusted because of the obvious reason. McCarthy can't be trusted as he supports the Trump agenda, refuses to support the January 6th commission, desires massive austerity, and seeks a radical agenda for America. McCarthy even supports an impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden, so McCarthy can't be trusted.
The civil fraud trial starts in New York City on October 2, 2023, in a historic fashion. New York State Attorney General Letitia James wants Trump to be held accountable for his actions. The New York Attorney General brought her first witness, who is Donald Bender. Bender was Trump's accountant for a time. He testified about the discrepancies in the price of Ivanka Trump's penthouse. The civil fraud trial is against former President Donald Trump, his eldest sons, their companies, and the Trump Organization in general. This trial comes after a state Supreme Court judge found Trump and his co-defendants liable for fraud for grossly inflating asset valuations on financial statements. This could be the end of Trump's business career. The former President, his adult children, and his closest business advisers are listed as potential witnesses. The trial is expected to last until December 22, 2023, according to the judge.
California Governor Newsom picked Laphonza Butler to replace Senator Feinstein. She is an ally of Vice President Kamala Harris. Butler is 44 years old. Butler works with a union and works with Uber and Airbnb. Newsom wanted to pick a black woman to replace Feinstein, and Laphonza Butler is a black woman with a lot of experience in politics. Later, there will be an election in 2024 for the same seat, so Butler is technically a temporary replacement. Now, Adam Schiff, Katie Porter, and Barbara Lee are running for Feinstein's seat. The deadline to declare candidacy is December 8, 203. Butler lives in Maryland. Butler owns a home in California and will re-register to vote in California. Butler was born in the Deep South in Magnolia, Mississippi. She graduated from Jackson State University with a bachelor's degree in political science and government. Butler was sworn into office by Vice President Kamala Harris in a historic ceremony.
Tariq Nasheed is a coward. He is now attacking Jasmine Crockett for opposing the Trump agenda in public. Tariq recently said that Trump is growing on him which shows Nasheed's overt xenophobia. Recently, he said that Jasmine Crockett might be a black immigrant using racist terminology. It's disgusting sexism and xenophobia. Jasmine Crockett is right to say that the impeachment movement against Biden is nonsense. Tariq is not refuting Crockett's arguments. Tariq Nasheed said that black women in America don't deserve reparations, and he is known to hide behind race to promote his hatred of black people overseas. He's a hypocrite. We can talk about race and fight racism without demonizing black people in the African Diaspora. Tariq Nasheed is jealous of the intellect and the power of Jasmine Crockett because he has self-loathing issues (Tariq being a defender of the Trump agenda).
