The U.S. Strikes Iran: A New Era of History.

On June 22, 2025 (early Sunday morning Iranian time), a new era of history happened involving world history. This was the time when Trump used the U.S. military to bomb three Iranian nuclear facilities preemptively without Congressional oversight (and Iran was not an imminent threat to America). The attack was called Operation Midnight Hammer involving more than 125 aircraft and the use of B-2 bombers deployed over the Pacific as a decoy. Other B-2s dropped more than a dozen massive bunker buster bombs on Iran's Fordow and Natanz facilities, while Tomahawk missiles were fired at facility in Isfashan. Those of us who are over 40 years old (I am an older Millennial being over 40), we have seen this imperialist playbook before. When I was in elementary school during the 2nd grade, I lived through the Persian Gulf War, I was a sophomore in college when the Iraq War commenced (after 9/11 as I was a freshman in college when 9/11 happened), and now we have this new reality. Recently, Trump has toiled with the idea of regime change in Iran which is the same view of the neo-conservatives who justified the Iraq War debacle. John Bolton is a neo-con who has praised Trump's militaristic actions in Iran. Benjamin Netanyahu has been a far-right extremist who is desperate to maintain power, and he has been accused of financial scandals in Israel for years.

Netanyahu created a preemptive strike against Iran violating international law, and Trump did the same in violation of international law too. That is why people from across the political spectrum has condemned this act of war as peaceful negotiations among Israel and Iran is superior to war mongering. Trump is the liar and the hypocrite who claimed to support peace and rejecting wars during his 2024 Presidential campaign, but he has promoted the war in Gaza, strikes in Iran, and coddled the war criminal Putin (as Putin executed an illegal, pre-emptive war in Ukraine causes harm to innocent civilians to this day since 2022). The far-right Israeli government has caused a genocide in Gaza. In the midst of these wars, innocent people in the Middle East (Arabic people, Jewish people, Iranian people, etc.) suffer unjust deaths and injuries in Gaza, Iran, and Israel. This is a new era, and Trump demands Iran to make peace or risk more strikes. How can you expect Iran to accept your demands when its country is bombed constantly on multiple fronts? That doesn't make any sense. This conflict exists almost a quarter of century after the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. These events aren't new. Decades ago, the West supported the illegal coup against Mohammad Mossadegh of Iran in 1953, supported the dictatorship of the Shah in Iran, and wanted more financial resources in the region now to divert attention from the legitimate domestic crisis and social inequality in America (i.e. police brutality, economic oppression, ICE raids against innocent people even, financial uncertainty, anti-free speech threats against universities, a massive increase of hate crime in America, etc.). I don't agree with all of the policies of the Ayatollah as Iran has a human rights problem (i.e. women's rights are violated in Iran, Christians are being persecuted, and civil liberties are being violated over there), but we don't use illegal actions against Iran as a solution. The liar JD Vance said that he is not at war with Iran but Iran's nuclear program. When you attack Iran unjustly without justification, then that is an act of war.

People don't know if Iran's nuclear program has been obliterated as Iranian leaders said that they have moved materials from sites. Some people are concerned about Iran possibly blocking the Strait of Hormuz that can increase oil prices worldwide. Many U.S. bases with troops can be attacked by Iran by this blunder of monumental proportions. We don't want anyone to die. Donald Trump has shown lawlessness overseas (putting American military troops in the Middle East in risk of being harmed by Trump's reckless actions) and lawlessness in America with him sending Marines and the U.S. National Guard in the streets of Los Angeles without approval from the Governor of California. Donald Trump is Reagan on steroids being one of the most racist, sexist, xenophobic, and one of the worst Presidents in American history. While many in the corporate media try to sugarcoat the attack, we know the truth. There is no other way to put it. I don't blame him alone. I also blame people who voted for Trump in 2024 knowing for well what he stands for. Trump feign diplomacy as a means for him to strike at Iran. Therefore, we have to stand for our rights and human rights globally.

There is a long history of alcoholic drinks. There have been late Stone Age jugs suggesting that intentionally fermented beverages have existed at least as early as the Neolithic period in ca. 10,000 B.C. There was the brewery found in a prehistoric burial site in a cave near Haifa in modern day Israel. There has been jars of mixed fermented beverage as early as 7,000 B.C. It was found in the Jiahu in the Henan province of northern China. According to a study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (in December 2004), chemical analysis of the residue confirmed that a fermented drink was made of grapes, hawthorn berries, honey, and rice was being produced in 7000-6650 B.C. This is approximately the time when barley beer and grape win were beginning to be made in the Middle East. Researchers have found alcoholic beverages dating from 5400 B.C. to 5000 B.C. in Hajii Firuz Tepe in Rian and 3,150 B.C. in ancient Egypt. It has been in Babylon by 3,000 B.C., 2,000 B.C. in Mexico, and 1500 B.C. in Sudan. According to Guinness, the earliest firm evidence of wine production is from 6,000 B.C. in Georgia. Sumerian and Egyptian texts mentioned the medicinal usage of alcohol. The Romans made alcoholic cider by 55 B.C. Wine was used in breakfast by the Classical Greek era. In Europe, beer was in low strength, but it was used in the Middle Ages. By the 17th century, there was sparkling champagne. Whisky has been around in Ireland and Scotland for centuries back in the 1400's. The Mayflower constantly had more beer than water. The history of alcohol is extensive. In our time, alcohol abuse has killed millions of human beings. The common phrase shown hypocritically by alcoholic companies is "Please Drink Responsibly" when new scientific studies prove that there is no safe level of alcohol as alcohol is a neurotoxin. Also, it is a custom in today's society that rightfully says don't drink and drive. According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Addiction, in 2015, as high as 26.9 percent of people aged 18 or older reported that they engaged in Bringe drinking in the past month. According to the NSDUH in 2015, 15.1 million adults aged 18 and older had Alcohol Use Disorder. Alcohol depresses the central nervous system that can impair motor function, motor performance, speech, and eye movements. Alcohol can affect the ability to think and reason clearly. I don't agree with banning all alcohol from adults (as I reject fascism and authoritarian. People should have basic fundamental civil liberties), but we must realize the truth so human beings can make wise decisions in their own lives. Also, do you own research. At the end of the day, truth is truth.

It is no secret that the Merovingians and other wealthy families have tried to infiltrate the Church. The Merovingians are a ruling family of the Franks. Franks are a Germanic people who came from Germany and Scandinavia from ancient times long before the Roman Empire was in existence. Many Merovingian rulers had long hair. The first well-known Merovingian king was Childeric I (he died in 481). His son Clovis I (he died in 511) converted to Nicene Christianity, united the Franks and conquered most of Gaul. The Merovingians treated their kingdom as single yet divisible. Clovis's four sons divided the kingdom among themselves, and it remained divided until 679 with the exception of four short periods (558–561, 613–623, 629–634, 673–675). After that it was divided again only once (717–718). The main divisions of the kingdom were Austrasia, Neustria, Burgundy and Aquitaine. Charlemagne was a famous leader of the Merovingians. Many Merovingians invested in the monasteries of Europe. Some followers of monasticism copied the ancient heresies from paganism like venerating sacred sites, forced celibacy, etc. Today, many Merovingian descendants are U.S. Presidents, celebrities, and other famous human beings. One important part of the history of Catholicism is called the Avignon Papacy. This was when the Roman curia and pope were forcibly removed to the area of southern France. That was when the Papacy ruled in France from 1309 to 1376. This came after conflict between the Papacy and the French crown. Pope Boniface VIII died after his arrest and maltreatment by agents of Philip IV of France. This time was called the Babylonian captivity of the Papacy. The conflict ended in 1417 with the Council of Constance. France supported the antipopes in Avignon and England supporting the popes in Rome. The Avignon Papacy in France declared the falsehood of the Immaculate Conception of Mary. Even Thomas Aquinas didn't agree with the Immaculate Conception. The corruption of the Avignon Papacy caused a change and the Papacy embraced more falsehoods that led ultimately into the Reformation.

More researchers have found more benefits to creatine. Research found that it can improve muscle building, boost heart health, improve brain function, and grow bone strength. This is why creatine sales have increased by 36 percent in America alone, despite rising prices. Some people use creatine for fat loss supplementation. It can protect against Alzheimer's too and improve the human mood. This is been talked about by Darren Candow, a top creatine researcher and professor of exercise physiology, nutrition, and aging at Regina University in Canada. Creatine produces ATP, a molecule that gives our cells energy. Creatine can improve strength and muscle gain by providing more energy and allow you to work out longer without getting easily tired. Many foods naturally produce creatine via a combination of amino acids. We can get some by red meat, fish, or supplements. Creatine can support hormonal health for women. Creatine is not an anabolic steroid, nor does it increase testosterone levels. According to Howard E. LeWine, MD, Chief Medical Editor, Harvard Health Publishing, too much creatine can harm the human kidneys. That is why it is recommended that people take a creatine supplement from 3 to 5 grams per day. So, people with kidney disease should consult with their doctor prior to taking it.
