Today, the DOJ is investigating the Black Lives Matter Movement. They are doing this to attack progressive organizations under the guise of "financial issues." The DOJ and Trump can't stand any dissent with Trump. One example is how Trump said that he hates his enemies, how Stephen Miller equates progressives with terrorists, and how MAGA cultists constantly threaten Congressional leaders who disagree with Trump's views. Donald Trump has made it very clear that he wants to allow the media and the rest of the public to capitulate to him unconditionally. That will never happen as I will never make Trump into an infallible idol. Trump wants to expand federal powers against states. Pam Bondi is acting as part of the Republican Party, being biased. California Senators denounce the DOJ election monitoring. These monitors are trying to promote Trump's lie that any election that doesn't support the GOP is a rigged election. Many election deniers want to call for a national emergency to cancel elections. This is fascism. We have to call out fascism as we see it. JD Vance, Laura Loomer, and MAGA are extremely far-right extremists who desire oligarchy, not freedom and equality for all people.
The DOJ has scrubbed the January 6th attack from a court record. This represents the Trump's team agenda to whitewash history. MAGA is a cult that wants to ignore January 6th since Trump supporters on January 6th, 2021, caused a terrorist insurrection against the U.S. government. They came to the U.S. Capitol, assaulted police officers, destroyed innocent property, used the bathroom on U.S. Capitol floors, threatened to hang former Vice President Mike Pence, and went out to steal items in the U.S. Capitol. Far-right terrorism is representative of the January 6th attack. The DOJ put 2 prosecutors on leave after they wanted a sentence for a pardoned January 6th rioter. Trump pardoning January 6th terrorists makes Trump a traitor to America and a terrorist enabler. The greatest threat to America is far-right white racist nationalists, as proven by many studies. Therefore, we have to use our vigilance and not be naive about the real world.
Senate Republicans to block a Democratic bill to fund SNAP and WIC outlines the Republicans' fear of Trump. While this is going on, the government gives tax breaks to the wealthy for buying private jets. Still, health care tax credits that support millions of middle- and low-income Americans get cut. We have an economic monopoly in mainstream society. For example, 4 multinational corporations dominate the development and production of seeds and pesticides, 5 companies control America's meat and poultry industry, 4 conglomerates share power over the export of corn, wheat, and soybeans, and 4 national retailers dominate grocery sales. So, people understand why the approval rating of Trump has declined. The agenda of Donald Trump, Hegseth, Stephen, Russell Vought, JD Vance, Kristi Noem, and Pam Bondi is clear. They said out of their far-right mouths that they want to transform America from a democracy to a unitary executive state. Trump supports authoritarianism and fascism by murdering people without due process of law, sending the National Guard and the rest of the military if necessary to occupy American cities, and seeking to criminalize dissent that he doesn't like. Trump's desire for a police state should motivate us to vote.
Millions are set to lose food aid as SNAP benefits expire on Saturday, November 1, 2025. People should know who is on the side of nutrition and food which are people who oppose the Trump agenda. Hopefully, the judges and other states can stop the cuts to SNAP in the future. Two judges ruled that the Trump administration must keep SNAP benefits in place as the shutdown continues. I agree with the two judges, because struggling families need compassion not vindictive cruelty against the poor. Americans face higher health costs as premiums will go up unless changes are made. More Americans may soon feel the shutdown impacts. There are a lot of people from across the political spectrum who support investments of SNAP given to low-income people so they can live a more enriched life as human beings. There is no question that Trump is doing these actions to promote not only autocracy. Trump wants to create reactionary power to hold onto power, even beyond 2028. We have the threat of authoritarianism, and our democracy has been eroded since 2025. Trump wants to harm dissent, bypass the legislature, defy the court, tries to force universities to embrace his views, creates a cult of personality, forms national emergencies in false pretenses, dehumanizes marginalized groups, and uses power for personal profit. This is fascism. Some good news is that people are fighting back.
People are fighting back against the overreach from the Trump administration. The DOJ wants to monitor New Jersey and California polling sites in an attempt to intimidate progressive voters. Now, California Governor Gavin Newsom has announced that he is suing the Trump administration for suspending next month's SNAP benefits despite having funds available. Attorney General Keith Ellison of Michigan is also suing the Trump administration in an attempt to stop him from suspending SNAP benefits. We will not sit idly by and witness mothers, fathers, and babies (who are poor) suffer near starvation because of political issues. We have a federal court to hear arguments on a request to block the Trump administration's use of a database housing Americans' protected personal information for the purpose of purging voter rolls and opening criminal investigations.
