The Rule of Law.

Today is the 2nd year anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel. Hamas, to be clear, is a terrorist organization that has used murder, violence, and other evils that cloak their evil under the guise of "Palestinian liberation." The murder, rape, and kidnapping of Israeli civilians have nothing to do with Palestinian liberation. Many Jewish people were killed by Hamas, and many Hamas members gloated and celebrated that tragedy. We want all Israeli hostages to go home. The Middle Eastern history is one of the most contentious histories in world history. I studied history and culture in every continent on Earth. I have never seen so many divergent views on this issue. Likewise, many far-right Israeli extremists like Benjamin Netanyahu have exploited the evil, unjust Hamas in Israel as an excuse to commit war crimes, overt harm done to the Palestinian people, and provoke more tensions in the region. Palestinians being starved, being killed, and Palestinians suffering massive oppression have no justification. Anyone defending even Palestinian Christians being killed, defending Palestinian civilians being harmed, and the cruelty in Gaza is completely wrong. Back in the OT days, even Jewish prophets criticized corrupt Israeli kings, so we have the God given right to criticize bad policies from far-right Israeli leaders in Israel. It is important to note that not every Israeli is monolithic. There are many sincere, progressive Israelis who want peace in the region; they value the love of God for all people, and they want justice for Palestinians as well. Fair-minded Israelis and Palestinians should be supported in desiring an end to this war, reparations for the Palestinian people, the return of all Israeli hostages, and real solutions to this complicated issue.

There should be no tyrant running America. We should have no king ruling America using the military to try to enforce MAGA rule. The military ought to be used to protect Americans, not be in the form of domestic law enforcement agencies. Trump wants to provoke confusion, demonize peaceful protesters, and desire a unitary executive. We are a nation of constitutional laws, not martial law. Trump desires to promote illegal military operations in Portland and Chicago. Trump wants hundreds of California National Guard troops into Portland, Oregon. This has no constitutional basis at all. Judge Karin Immergut, a Trump appointee, issued a 31-page order barring the action of Trump, saying that Oregon has sovereign rights under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Federal agents have deployed some smoke grenades at anti-ICE protests now. Trump lied and said that Antifa is causing massive terrorism in Portland. Stephen Miller, the notorious xenophobe, called the ruling of Judge Karin Immergut as a "legal insurrection." Now, Trump has threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807 to gain more power. The oligarchy's attack on the working class and the poor is evil. The victory won't be won until we fight for change and desire equality for all people (and live out the words in the Constitution calling for it).

Texas National Guard forces are in the Chicago area. Federal agents are being increasingly aggressive in Chicago. Many people are detained in the Chicago area now, being restricted from their families, and risking being deported. We know that the Supreme Court has legalized racial profiling by ICE. In Cicero, Illinois, ICE members have taken a person getting a cup of coffee.  We know that the Border Patrol shot a woman. The video appears to contradict how Marimar Martinez drove towards officers. This shooting took place in Chicago. It is clear that we live in a new era of our time. We have the largest constitutional crisis since the American Civil War, and we have the highest form of political tensions since the American Civil War. ICE has been caught being too aggressive and using illegal tactics in trying to intimidate people. Yet, we are Americans and freedom lovers. We won't be intimidated by evil. We confront evil, and we stand up for truth in a peaceful fashion.

There is a lot of news going on. Pam Bondi refused to be completely transparent on the Epstein files situation. Attorney General Pam Bondi talked with Senators in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. Bondi was on the defensive to defend Trump, and she issued ad hominem attacks on his critics. Bondi accused Democrats of slander against Donald Trump, which is false. Bondi dodged questions about the indictment of James Comey. She dodged the question of why Homan got $50,000 from a financial situation. Bondi showing insults against Senators represents insecurity and a possible Trump cover-up of what is going on with Epstein. Bondi defends the usage of Texas National Guard troops being in the Chicago area. Bondi needs to realize that Trump is not infallible. No human on this Earth in the American government is infallible. Pam Bondi acted unprofessionally in her conduct, but MAGA followers are the epitome of unprofessionalism. There are double standards. Democrats are required to show perfection, but MAGA agents like Bondi can use disrespect and overt extremism with a pass. Pam Bondi is just plain wrong in her obfuscation of many issues.

The Washington Post reported that the Trump administration is planning to make it more difficult for older workers to qualify for Social Security disability payments. These monthly payments go out to 15 million Americans. This can result in thousands of people losing benefits, according to people who know about the plans. The Social Security Administration (SSA) uses age, work experience, and education levels to determine whether a person can do other types of work before approving disability payments. People older than 50 can qualify, but it is a very difficult application. According to the Post, Trump officials are considering eliminating age as a factor or raising the threshold to 6-0. The $11 billion disability program is separate from Social Security's retirement system. Many elites want to privatize Social Security, which will make Social Security like a gambling system that will harm many Americans. Monthly disability checks keep people from overt poverty. Disability payments help to improve life expectancy, especially among low-income people. The Social Security Act of 1935 was signed by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt after working-class strikes happened in San Francisco, Toledo, and Minneapolis, plus sit-down strikes in Flint. We know the truth. The truth is that certain people desire cruelty instead of a strong social safety net.
