Late February 2026 News.

The Winter Olympics have dealt with adventure, the power of Nature, athleticism, records being broken, and a profound love of sports competition. The teams with the most medals are from Norway and America. It is also important to mention that nations globally (including nations from diverse places of the world) have outlined outstanding performances in their own right. We have witnessed exciting results, as both the Men's and Women's American Ice Hockey teams won gold in a historic fashion. Like many games, politics is involved. This is not new, as we know about the story of 2 black men (who are gold medalist Tommie Smith and bronze medalist John Carlos. Both people were members of the Olympic Project for Human Rights) showing the fist up in the air during the 1968 Mexico City Olympics to stand up for black freedom and human rights, too. We know of Jesse Owens winning four gold medals in the 1936 Olympics in Berlin, Germany (when that evil, wicked, racist, and anti-Semitic fascist Hitler was in power in Germany). Jesse Owens' performances refuted the lie of white supremacy. Many athletes in 2026 opposed the excessive occupation of Minneapolis and other places in America, because human rights is a precise principle that must be honored by all. Also, diversity is a positive attribute of true American society. America is never some homogeneous society consisting of just one culture or one race.

America is like a quilt that brings together humanity among different cultures, ethnicities, races, sexes, nationalities, creeds, and backgrounds into one national framework (filled with diversity, equality, and cultural greatness). Our cultural greatness is by We the People being filled with multifaceted origins (as all Americans are either descendants of slaves or descendants of immigrants plus migrants) and a dedication to one God-given principle of liberty for all in the fulfillment of the Golden Rule. Lindsay Vann was one brave person to compete in the Games despite being injured twice. Other competitors won gold, silver, and bronze. Yet, all athletes in Italy gained a priceless experience in seeing the wonder of Milan, the grand nature of human expression, and the commitment to solve global problems honorably. The 2026 Winter Olympics Games taking place in February make us aware to celebrate the black athletes who competed too in Black History Month. Laila Edwards is the first black U.S. women's hockey player who won gold in the women's ice hockey finals. Elana Meyers Taylor won gold, being the most decorated black Winter Olympian in bobsled. Other competitors who participated who are black people and people of color are Kayshsa Love, Aazaria Hill, Jasmine Jones, Mystique Ro, Darryl Payne Jr. (who is the first African American man to compete in the Olympic skeleton), Bryan Sosoo, Sarah Nurse (who won silver from Canade), Sophie Jaques (who won silver form Canada), Erin Jackson, Samuel Ikpefan, Nathan Tchibozo, and Issa Laborde. Additionally, showing compassion is always a vital feature of life. The Paralympic Winter Olympic Games in 2026 have inspired the global community with its magnanimous performances.

Noam Chomsky is certainly wrong to have been a friend of Jeffery Epstein, especially since Chomsky claims to be a leftist critique of American imperialism. There is no evidence that Chomsky was involved in sexual abuse. Yet, during the period leading to Epstein's July 2019 arrest on federal sex trafficking charges, Chomsky gave Epstein public relations counsel. Chomsky, in a February 2019 email, he expressed empathy for Chomsky. Chomsky called investigative journalists "vultures" and he wanted Epstein to ignore it. Chomsky have been tied to the political networks of the ruling class. For example, Chomsky sought out meeting with the fascist extremist Steve Bannon and Israeli war criminal Ehud Barak. This correspondence between Chomsky and Esptein represents the corruption found in bourgeois society. Back in 1967, Chomsky wrote his essay called "The Responsibility of Intellectuals" and he is known to have opposed the Vietnam War. Noam Chomsky laughing with an extremist like Steve Bannon in a picture proves once again that Chomsky is compromised. Bannon is a known Trump supporter and a member of the bigoted alt-right movement. Bannon supports the Muslim ban, family separation policy, and Trump's xenophobic agenda. Banon has worked with far-right extremists overseas like the French National Rally, Italy's Lega, German AfD, and Hungary's Viktor Orban. There, Chomsky is disappointing but his compromise is not shocking.

The 2026 State of the Union Address.

The 2026 State of the Union Address was one of the unique State of the Union addresses in history. Donald Trump went of to promote usual lies and blame Democrats for nearly all political problems in America, which is false to say the least. He defended his policies on immigration, the economy, tariffs, etc. when he has record low approval rating. Only about a third of Americans support Donald Trump. He spoke for one hour and 48 minutes. He called his administration a "turnaround of the ages" when many Americans struggle to afford health care, housing, education, and other legitimate services in everyday life. Trump is an agent of the super rich oligarchy plain and simple. In a cruel irony, we live in a time of 250 years after the Declaration of Independence. We don't desire billionaires to control the whole government, to promote armed raids on immigrant communities, to spread concentration camps across America (to house immigrants), to tear children from their families, to advance racial profiling, and to allow federal agents to gun down unarmed civilians in Minneapolis plus nationwide. Trump was silent on the Jeffrey Epstein files massively too. The dollar fell more than 9 percent in 2025. Social inequality has grown as the top 1 percent richest households control 31.7 percent of all wealth. He wants Congress to pass his retrograde policy initiatives involving immigration, etc. Many Democrats didn't attend the address, but some of them held a rally in Washington, D.C. The new Virginia Governor, Abigail Spanberger, gave the Democratic response to the words from Trump focusing on affordability, immigration, the economy, etc. Trump honored the gold medal-winning U.S. men's hockey team, who received a bipartisan standing ovation. He presented Medals of Honor to 2 people, including a 100-year-old Korean War veteran. Trump said that the murder rate has declined, but that the murder rate declined by multiple people, including Democratic governors and Democratic mayors, not the product of one man in office. The decline in the homicide rate since 2022 is good news. The unemployment rate is up to 4.3 percent from 4.1 percent in December 2024. Trump is wrong to assume that he secured $18 trillion in new investments in America. Trump falsely claimed that gas is now below $2.30 a gallon in most states. Gas prices has dropped from a recent national peak of $5.02 in June 2022 to $2.95 according to AAA, but that is not below $2.30 in most states.

Trump made the racist lie that members of the Somali community have pillaged an estimated $19 billion from the American taxpayer. Trump is the same joker who called Somalis "garbage" which is pure 100 percent racism. The truth is that nearly $18 billion of federal funds supported over a dozen of state run programs in Minnesota since 2018. Only Somalis charged with fraud are only 82 people, a small fraction of the whole Somali community in Minnesota. The biggest Minnesota fraud scheme to date was done by a white woman named Aimee Block. As for tariffs, most of the tariffs are passed to U.s. consumers and businesses. He promotes the SAVE Act, which the ACLU claims will increase the burden on people to vote. Trump made other lies, too. Trump contto say the lie that the 2020 election was stolen. One protester at the event was U.S. House of Representative leader Al Green of Texas (a Democrat) who held a sign "Black people aren't apes" at the U.S. Capitol. He is against the racist video that Trump has supported on his social media account before it was taken down. Green was escorted out of the chamber. He was escorted last year for protesting Trump's address to a joint session of Congress. Other people protested too like Epstein victims wearing pins and other Democrats holding signs. Two Democrats yelled at Trump "You killed Americans." Therefore, we have to keep our eyes on the prize which is freedom, justice, and equality for everyone. We have to use positive, bold, and constructive action in seeing that reality.

We have seen four years of the war in Ukraine. This war has a long history, years before 2022, but it started officially when Russia illegally invaded Ukrainian territory. To this very day, many far-right people and phony liberals justify Putin in invading Ukraine. Many fake liberals even lie and call Putin a great progressive leader, and many MAGA followers have praised Putin, too. Let's be clear on who Putin is. Putin is an authoritarian, far-right dictator who was once head of the Soviet KGB, which was an intelligence organization. Putin has jailed protesters and journalists who disagree with his policies. Human rights organizations have fully documented Putin's anti-liberty policies for years. Putin's Russian military forces have kidnapped Ukrainians, attacked civilian targets in Ukraine, and desire nothing more than an annexation of most if not all of Ukraine. The Ukrainian people have shown courage and proved that the Russian military is not omnipotent by any measure.

There are a lot of events in the world. One is that negotiations between America and Iran are ongoing. This comes when Trump has sent massive bombers and naval ships in the Middle East. Trump wants to attack Iran if attempts at diplomacy fail. He is doing this without Congressional consultation, because Trump is a neo-conservative involving foreign policy while hypocritically claiming to try to escape "forever wars." The U.S. military build up in the Middle East against Iran is the largest since 2003 (which was the year when the Iraq War existed). According to Robert Pape, a professor of political science at the University of Chicago, he wrote that this force represents 40-50 percent of deployable U.S. air power in the world. We should be clear that we reject any U.S. attack on Iran, which is a country with 90 million people. Such an act is an illegal international crime. Also, Jay Bhattacharya takes over the CDC as measles cases surge in America. We know about the plan for the Georgia internment camp for immigrations with 10,000 beds. Many people oppose this plan.

California Governor Gavin Newsom went and talked about SAT scores. I'm consistent. I'm opposed to Trumpism and the MAGA movement, but if a person made offensive comments (regardless of political party), then he or she should be criticized. Newsom is completely wrong on his comments. He spoke in Atlanta, Georgia, with Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens. Gavin said that he is a regular person by having 960 on the SAT, and you never seen him read a speech because I can't read a speech. Gavin is wrong, because regular people can read or not read and score high on SATs. We shouldn't inspire people to have low expectations in life. We should inspire people to achieve excellence through hard work and assistance if necessary. Gavin knows full well he can use many different words (in describing his dyslexia) to appeal to working-class people of every color in Atlanta, Georgia. In truth, black people historically don't glorify low bar standards. We made high standards of creating movements, being lawyers, being geniuses, and creating massive improvements in society by merit, by our God-given talents, and by our strength plus resiliency. Likewise, the MAGA movement is filled with racism, sexism, and bigotry, as proven by Trump supporting a racist video about Barack Obama and Michelle Obama. That is why Kamala Harris would never make such comments as Gavin had done. Gavin made slick, sexist comment about Kamala (of saying that without Wille Brown, Kamala would never be where she is. That is a sexist lie as Kamala graduated and earned political power in being a district Attorney, a State Attorney, a United States Senator, and Vice President by her own merit) when Kamala led a powerful Presidential campaign that focused on solutions not a faulty diatribe. Gavin needs to apologize to Kamala Harris and black people for his nonsense period.

Late February 2026 Facts on Life.

One mystery is whether Charles Taze Russell was a Freemason or a member of a a Secret Society. What is the truth? So far, there is no conclusive evidence that Charles Taze Russell was a Freemason. Involving research, you have to get verifiable resources to validate a point. According to Professor James Penton (in his book Apocalypse Delayed: The Story of Jehovah's Witnesses, Third Edition, on pages 64 and 415), Russell was not a Freemason. Lloyd Evans and Bruce W. Schulz and R. M. de Vienne in their book deny that Charles Taze Russell was a Freemason. His uncle Thomas Birney, was a Freemason (as he was a member of the St. John Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons). Barbara Anderson was another scholar who wrote that Charles Taze Russell was not a Mason. Masonic groups deny that Charles Taze Russell was a Freemason too. This doesn't mean that Freemasonry is some quaint, holy group. For over 20 years, I have used Masonic sources to proves that Masons use deception on the Blue Lodges, some Masons promote the fallacy of human godhood, oaths filled with death are in Masonic degrees (even if they aren't to be taken literally), they merge various creeds' teachings into a New Age like theistic framework, and they promote other notorious falsehoods in claiming to have the true Light (when the Son of God has the light along with the Father and the Holy Spirit). Charles Taze Russell gave a speech to Masons to try to convert Masons to his religion in 1913. Occult imagery has been used in the Jehovah Witnesses like the winged sun disk, the cross and the crown, the two pillars, the All Seeing Eye, etc. Defenders claims that Adventists used this, but the original Christians never used such symbols to express themselves. Each of these symbols have occult relationships.  For example, the All Seeing Eye was used by ancient Egyptians, and other pagan societies:  "...his (Osiris) power was symbolized by an eye over the Sceptre. The Sun was termed by the Greeks the Eye of Jupiter, and the Eye of the world; and his (The Sun glyph) is the All-Seeing Eye in our Lodges." (Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, pp. 15-16, 477). Here is another source on this image: "...upon the Path of Initiation, the initiate develops his tiny correspondence to the planetary `All-Seeing Eye.' (Alice Bailey & Djwhal Khul - Discipleship). Don't get it twisted now. I've got my receipts now. We know that Charles Taze Russell is not a Mason, but he used occult and Masonic words and concepts in his books and writings like New World, Golden Age, initiated, The Divine Order, Grand Master, Grand Architect of the Universe, new light, etc. These concepts are found in Theosophists, Universalists, New Ages, Hindus, etc. Charles Taze Russell used the Masonic Knights Templar logo on his literature.  One Masonic History of Freemasonry book has that logo. Fritz Springmeier's The Watchtower and the Masons exposed many of the heresies in the Jehovah Witness organization. The Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society is “God’s visible organization” on the earth (as found in The Watchtower, 10-1-67, p.587 and 1-15-83, p.12). This a notorious heresy. Since the Watchtower denies the incarnation of God, the immorality of the souls, the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the Deity of Jesus Christ, you know that it is not a Christian religious group. That is not just importance to rebuke false doctrine. It is also important to give Jehovah Witnesses the opportunity to repent and leave the Jehovah Witnesses as tons of ex-Jehovah Witnesses have existed in preaching the true Gospel to humanity.

This year is the 60th year anniversary of the film Taxi Driver. Taxi Driver was ahead of its time featuring issues of politics, mental health issues, and a post-Vietnam War New York City (filled with deindustrialization, economic issues, debates on what to do about crime, and decay of much of its infrastructure). Taxi Driver is a 1976 American neo-noir psychological drama film directed by Martin Scorsese and written by Paul Schrader. Set in a decaying New York City following the Vietnam War, it stars Robert De Niro as veteran Marine and taxi driver Travis Bickle, whose mental state deteriorates as he works nights in the city. The film also features Jodie Foster, Cybill Shepherd, Harvey Keitel, Peter Boyle, Leonard Harris, and Albert Brooks (in his first feature film role). The film was filmed during the summer of 1975. The actors and actresses took pay cuts to make sure that the project would be finished with $.19 million in its budget (which was low).  For the score, Bernard Herrmann composed what would be his final score. The music was finished mere hours before his death, and the film is dedicated to him. Theatrically released by Columbia Pictures on February 8, 1976, the film was critically and commercially successful despite generating controversy for both its graphic violence in the film's climax, and for the casting of 12-year-old Foster as a child prostitute. The film received numerous accolades, including the Palme d'Or at the 1976 Cannes Film Festival and four nominations at the 49th Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Actor (for De Niro), and Best Supporting Actress (for Foster).

Although Taxi Driver generated further controversy for inspiring John Hinckley Jr.'s attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan in 1981, the film has remained popular. According to STRAND Magazine, it is considered one of the greatest films ever made, and one of the most culturally significant and inspirational of its time. In 2022, Sight & Sound named it the 29th-best film ever in its decennial critics' poll, and the 12th-greatest film of all time on its directors' poll, tied with Barry Lyndon. In 1994, the film was designated as "culturally, historically, or aesthetically" significant by the U.S. Library of Congress and was selected for preservation in the National Film Registry. The film starts in New York City with Vietnam War veteran Travis Bickle working as a night shift taxi driver to deal with his chronic insomnia and loneliness. It was like Travis Bickle (played by Robert DeNiro) in the film goes into more madness as the film continues. He goes into adult movie theaters and creates a diary that deals with aphorisms like "you're only as healthy as you feel." He becomes disgusted with the crime and urban decay that he witnesses in the city and dreams about getting "the scum off the streets."

Travis becomes infatuated with Betsy, a campaign worker for Senator and presidential candidate Charles Palantine. Travis enters the campaign office where she works and asks her to join him for coffee, to which she agrees. Betsy agrees to go on a second date with him, during which he takes her to an adult movie theater, which she leaves immediately. He attempts to reconcile with her but fails. Enraged, he storms into the campaign office where she works and berates her before being kicked out of the office.

Experiencing an existential crisis and seeing various acts of prostitution throughout the city, Travis confides in a fellow taxi driver, nicknamed Wizard, about his violent thoughts. However, Wizard dismisses them and assures him that he will be fine. To find an outlet for his rage, Travis follows an intense physical training regimen. He gets in contact with black market gun dealer Easy Andy and buys four handguns. At home, Travis practices drawing his weapons, going as far as creating a quick-draw firearm hidden in his sleeve. He begins attending Palantine's rallies to scope out his security. One night, Travis shoots a man attempting to rob a convenience store run by his friend, leaving before the cops arrive as the convenience store owner proceeds to beat the non-responsive robber.

In his trips around the city, Travis regularly encounters Iris, a 12-year-old child prostitute. Tricking her pimp and abusive lover Sport into thinking that he wants to solicit her, Travis meets with her in private and tries to persuade her to stop prostituting herself. Travis shaves his hair into a mohawk and attends a public rally where he plans to assassinate Palantine. However, Secret Service agents see Travis putting his hand inside his jacket and approach him, which escalates to a chase. Travis escapes pursuit and makes it home undetected.

That evening, Travis drives to the brothel where Iris works to kill Sport. He enters the building and shoots Sport and one of Iris's clients, a mafioso. Travis is shot several times but manages to kill the two men. He fights with the bouncer, whom he manages to stab through the hand with his knife and kill with a gunshot to the head. Travis attempts to die by suicide, but has no bullets. Severely injured, he slumps on a couch next to a sobbing Iris. As the police respond to the scene, a delirious Travis mimics shooting himself in the head with his bloody finger. Travis goes into a coma due to his injuries, but he is hailed by the press as a heroic vigilante and not prosecuted for the murders. He receives a letter from Iris's parents in Pittsburgh, who thank him and reveal that she is safe and attending school. After recovering, Travis returns to work, where he encounters Betsy as a fare. Betsy tells him that she followed his story in the newspapers. Travis drops her off at her home but declines to take her money, driving off with a smile. He becomes agitated after noticing something in his rearview mirror but continues driving into the night. Taxi Driver represents the vigilante films that were common in the 1970s. DeNiro's character is an anti-hero but isn't truly treated for his mental health issues or his insecurities about life. The lesson of the film is that it is important to disagree with crime vigorously, but there are moral avenues to combat evil, not through dangerous vigilantism.

Him is a 2025 American supernatural horror film co-written and directed by Justin Tipping. The film stars Marlon Wayans, Tyriq Withers, Julia Fox, Tim Heidecker, and Jim Jefferies. Its plot follows a young up-and-coming football player (Withers) training at the isolated compound of an aging, nearly retired quarterback (Wayans). Him was released in the United States on September 19, 2025, by Universal Pictures. The film was controversial and had tons of symbolism in it. After me realizing what this film, it is certainly one of the most occult films of the 2020s.  It revealed how many elites embrace occultism and the corruption found in many segments of the sports industry.  Young Cameron "Cam" Cade watches his favorite football team, the San Antonio Saviors, win the league championship. His joy turns to distress when his quarterback idol, Isaiah White, suffers a violent, possibly career-ending injury while scoring the winning touchdown. Cam's father tells him that real men are willing to make such sacrifices. Years later, Cam's father has died, and Cam is now a rising football star. Encouraged by his family and girlfriend, he trains for the league combine. While practicing late on an empty field, Cam is ambushed and assaulted by an unidentified figure in a goat costume, causing a head injury that endangers his career.

Motivated by his agent, Tom, Cam plans to attend the combine to pursue the Saviors' quarterback position, despite the risk of permanent brain damage if he sustains another injury. While overstimulated due to his concussion, Cam lashes out at his brother and Tom, ultimately refusing to participate in the combine. Tom later reveals that Isaiah is considering retirement and has offered to train Cam for a week at a remote desert compound to prove himself a worthy successor. Cam accepts and travels there, encountering crazed Isaiah fans led by Marjorie, who try to intimidate him out of replacing their hero.

At the compound, Isaiah puts Cam through disturbing challenges, including a practice drill where a jugs machine repeatedly hits a player in the face and another drill where Cam severely headbutts another player. Cam secretly receives shots of Isaiah's blood, which he is led to believe is an energy booster, and experiences frequent hallucinations of masked figures, which he attributes to the concussion. While in a sauna, Cam is attacked by Marjorie and overpowers her. Isaiah arrives and kills her, leaving Cam unsettled by his apparent lack of remorse for doing so. As Cam tries to leave, Isaiah's wife, Elsie, apologizes for Isaiah's behavior and seduces Cam. Cam wakes the next morning to Isaiah holding him at gunpoint, demanding to know if Cam and Elsie slept together. Isaiah ridicules Cam for feeling guilty about cheating on his girlfriend, saying winners are remorseless.

Elsie invites Cam to a secret party to meet the owners of the Saviors. When Cam arrives, Marco, the team doctor, whispers to him to "run" before leaving. The owners offer Cam a strange red liquid, which he drinks, unaware that it is Isaiah's blood. A disoriented Cam finds Marco's severed head in a plastic-lined room. Elsie comforts him as he loses consciousness. Cam later wakes up in an ice bath at Isaiah's compound, connected to an IV of Isaiah's blood. He rips out the IV, injects a serum given by Marco, and grabs a jagged trophy, aiming to kill Isaiah and escape. Cam finds Isaiah watching a video of cheering fans. Isaiah reveals he is part of a line of manufactured "Greatest of All Time" (G.O.A.T.) players who gain enhanced abilities from ritual blood transferred down a lineage. Isaiah tells Cam they must fight to the death with one G.O.A.T. transfusion victor. After a struggle, Cam bludgeons Isaiah to death with a helmet.

Cam leaves the room and steps onto a football field, where he finds Elsie, the Saviors' owners, and Tom, all wearing animal masks. They present him with a contract to sign, revealing that Cam's father arranged for him to be the next G.O.A.T. They explain that the earlier masked attack was orchestrated to lead Cam to the Saviors as no one else would want to draft him. Cam refuses to sign the contract. After an owner threatens to kill his family for refusing to sign, Cam snaps and kills the masked attacker — who is revealed to be Isaiah and Cam's trainer, Malek — using a hammer pick axe. An enraged Elsie attempts to attack Cam, but she dies accidentally stabbing herself in the neck, while he kills all the owners with a sword. However, he spares Tom, who is dragged into a pentagram and destroyed by an unseen force. Outside the compound, a bloodied Cam walks past masked cheerleaders and into the desert. There are alternative endings in the film too. Marlon Wayans plays Isaiah White (who is a quarterback for the San Antonio Saviors), Tyriq Withers play Cameron Cade, Tierra Whack played Adrienne (Cam's girlfriend), and Julia Fox plays Elsie White (Isaiah's wife). The film HIM is one of the most symbolic films of the 2020s. It has trauma programming rituals, Pentagrams, adrenochrome symbols. So, despite it not being popular, the film outlines how the elite can groom athletic stars for decades. The film is about a young man being a heroic person to joined the occult elite's world. The HIM film poster shows the protagonist posing like he is Jesus crucified standing on a pentagram. Another poster shows a severed human inside a horned helmet. It doesn't get anymore blatant than that. The movie cites the San Antonio Saviors versus the Atlanta Masons. In the film, a goat-headed assailant hits Cam over the head, Cam's hone shows the address of 1717 Masonic Ave. (1717 is the year when the Grand Lodge of England was created in the modern age). There is a graphic scene of sexual humiliation and submission. The movie shows the mass media asking him questions. So, I wouldn't recommend people watching this film because of its occult, graphic scenes that I can't mention here. Yet, we should realize that films like HIM are not covert. The movie shows Cam in a scene that copies the Last Supper where he replaces Jesus in mocking Christianity in my opinion. The movie has a logo looking like the Masonic square and compass in the scene with Cam and Zay. The rest of the film shows Cam being involved in a satanic ritual to sell his soul to play football. They are overt in promoting graphic occult propaganda that can't save a soul. Only God can save souls. We should reject wicked rituals and live in righteousness in opposition to the agenda of the global elite.

He has a B.S. from Christian Brothers University, M.PH. from Emory University, M.D. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (USAOM), and General Surgery, Emory University Hospitals. He has studied biology, chemistry, bariatrics, psychology, health policy, epidemiology, and general surgery.

Here are many studies involving health:

1. According to the Journal of Sport and Health Science article on February 17, 2026, this simple exercise habit may keep your brain younger. The study showed that adults who exercised regularly for a year had brains that appeared nearly a year younger on MRI scans. This research is found from the AdventHealth Research Institute. Regular exercise has been proven to improve brain power. Researchers found that a consistent aerobic workout routine may help the brain to remain biologically young. This relates to better thinking, stronger memory, and better overall well-being. This is done, according to the study of adults (this study enrolled 130 healthy adults aged 26 to 58. Those assigned to exercise did 60-minute sessions and other home workouts to reach about 150 minutes of aerobic activity per week, as matching the recommendations from the American College of Sports Medicine). Those who completed a structured year-long aerobic exercise program (as compared to people who didn't increase their physical activity). Brain PAD is called Brain Predicted Age Difference. Dr. Lu Wan, the lead author and data scientist at the AdventHealth Research Institute said that a simple, guideline-based exercise program can make the brain look measurably younger than over just 12 months. It is important to study VO2 levels too or oxygen uptake. Scientists want people to intervene with such workouts in middle age at the 30s, 40s, and 50s to reduce the risk of dementia and cognitive decline in general.

2. There is a study that exercise variety, not just the amount, is linked to a lower risk of premature mortality. This new study was done by researchers at Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. It cited that consistently engaging in a variety of exercises like walking, weightlifting, and gardening can lower the risk of premature mortality, even when total physical activity level was held constant. The study was published on January 20, 2026, Tuesday in the BMJ Medicine. The researched used health and lifestyle ate from more than 110,000 adult men and women over the course of more than 30 years. It was collected by the Nurses' Health Study and Health Professionals Follow Up Study. The study found that participants who engaged in the highest variety of exercises had a 19 percent lower risk of premature death compared to those who engaged in the lowest variety. These activities can be jogging, running, bicycling, calisthenics, tennis, lifting weights, racquetball, etc. According to Yang Hu, research scientist in the Department of Nutrition, engaging in multiple types of physical activities (not just one) will cause many benefits.

3. There is a study that says that not eating foods three hours before bedtime could benefit heart health. The study found that extended fasting could improve blood pressure and heart rate patterns during sleep according to a study. This study was conducted by Northwestern University. The study found that an overnight fast for two hours and not eating for three hours prior to sleep were shown to improve cardiovascular and metabolic health. These results were found among middle aged and older adults, who are a higher risk for cardiometabolic disease, as stated in a university press release. The study lasted for almost 8 weeks. It was published in the journal Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology.

Involving professional wrestling, there is massive training and qualifications. Physical fitness is viewed as the minimum requirement for entry in the field. Most professional wrestlers have least some athletic background or training like in the past with Kurt Angle, Ron Simmons, Undertaker, Stone Cold, The Rock, and the present with Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, Charlotte Flair, etc. Professional wrestlers have formal training in specialized professional wrestling schools or academics. These places are independent or associated with a specific promotion. No one goes into professional wrestling with a free ride. Candidates are usually trained and coached by experienced professional wrestlers. Training regiments include both athletic and performative aspects of professional wrestling like physical fitness, choreography, and dramatization. Trainees are usually pitted against each other or with their instructors in matches before small crowds to demonstrate and refine their skill in improvisation, mock combat, and stage presence. There are risk in professional wrestling too. Many people faced life changing injuries, accidents, and deaths like Owen Hart. Some strikes in wrestling are stiff, especially in Japan. Stiff means using excessive force when using a move that will cause real increased legitimate pain a professional wrestler. Professional wrestlers know of the risk. As Professional wrestler Davey Richards have said in 2015, "We train to take damage, we know we are going to take damge and we accept that."

During Anna J. Cooper's later years, she continued to be an author, educator, and public speaker. In 1893, she gave the opening address at the World's Congress of Representative Women in Chicago. She was one of five African American women invited to speak at this event, along with Fannie Barrier Williams, Sarah Jane Woodson Early, Hallie Quinn Brown, and Fanny Jackson Coppin. In the 1902 speech, she said the following words: "...A nation's greatness is not dependent upon the things it make and uses. Things without thoughts [ sic] are mere vulgarities. America can boast her expanse of territory, her gilded domes, her paving stones of silver dollars; but the question of deepest moment in this nation today is its men and its women, the elevation at which it receives its "vision" into the firmament of eternal truth." (The Ethics of the Negro Question", September 5, 1902). In 1914, at 56, Cooper began courses for her doctoral degree at Columbia University. However, she was forced to interrupt her studies in 1915 when she adopted her late half-brother's five children upon their mother's death. Later, she transferred her credits to the University of Paris, which did not accept her Columbia thesis, an edition of Le Pèlerinage de Charlemagne. Over a decade, she researched and composed her dissertation, completing her coursework in 1924. Cooper defended her thesis "The Attitude of France on the Question of Slavery Between 1789 and 1848" in 1925. Cooper's retirement from Washington Colored High School in 1930 was not the end of her political activism.

The same year she retired, she accepted the position of president at Frelinghuysen University, a school founded to provide classes for D.C. residents lacking access to higher education. Cooper worked for Frelinghuysen for twenty years, first as president and then as registrar, and left the school only a decade before she died in 1964 at the age of 105. At the age of 65, she became the fourth Black woman in American history to earn a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Her work was eventually published in an anthology of medieval French literature and was requested for classes and the bookstore at Harvard. In 1929, Cooper was elected to succeed Jesse Lawson as president of Frelinghuysen University, a post she assumed in 1930. Under Cooper's leadership in the 1930s, Frelinghuysen University focused on increasing literacy among the African American working poor and providing liberal arts and vocational education for unskilled workers.  Karen A. Johnson writes in "In Service for the Common Good" Anna Julia Cooper and Adult Education that Cooper practiced a "decolonizing pedagogy", further saying: "Cooper believed that the essential purpose for a "decolonizing" approach to adult education content was to assist her students in developing their abilities to question dominant thought ... Cooper's ultimate goal for her learning adults was their preparation for intellectual enlightenment as well as to equip them to battle for a better society at large." After the university found servicing its mortgage prohibitive, she moved the institution to her own house. Cooper retired from her position as president in 1940, but she continued her involvement with the university, taking a position as its registrar.

Anna Julia Cooper's educational philosophy was deeply rooted in the belief that education is a transformative tool for social change and racial uplift, particularly for African Americans. As an educator and later the president of Frelinghuysen University, Cooper championed a holistic approach to learning that went beyond mere vocational training. She emphasized that education should cultivate critical thinking, self-improvement, and active civic engagement, preparing students to be not only skilled but socially responsible individuals. Scholars argue that Anna Julia Cooper's work has been overshadowed by more celebrated figures like W.E.B. Du Bois, even though her contributions often preceded or paralleled his ideas. For example, Cooper addressed concepts akin to “double consciousness” and critiqued portrayals of Black Americans in literature well before Du Bois, who frequently referenced her ideas without providing proper attribution. On February 27, 1964, Cooper died in Washington, D.C., at the age of 105 from a heart attack. Her memorial was held in a chapel on the campus of Saint Augustine's College, in Raleigh, North Carolina, where her academic career began. She was buried alongside her husband at the City Cemetery in Raleigh.

Andrew Arrested: The New Era of the Epstein Scandal.

Prince Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Andrew is the first British royal to be arrested by British authorities in four centuries. Later, he was released, and he returned to Sandringham Estate. Andrew was shown in a photograph reclining in the back of a vehicle, leaving Aylsham police station in Norfolk, UK. King Charles said that he wants the law to take its course, and he mentioned in a statement that he will cooperate with the legal authorities in all of his capacities. Andrew was arrested over a complaint about the alleged sharing of confidential material by the former prince with the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. There is a victim who claimed that Andrew abused her. Andrew has denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein. The Epstein victims have praised the arrest as a positive step. As more information comes out involving the Epstein scandal, the more facts we shall see this evil didn't come by one person. It came about by a network of evil people who desire greed, power, abuse, and exploitation against innocent human beings.

Some breaking news is that Congressman Ted Lieu said that there are Epstein files showing allegations that Trump has sexually assaulted children. I don't know if these allegations are true or not. If it is true, Trump needs to go to prison. Trump has denied all allegations of sexual abuse. Even if Trump is not guilty of abusing children, Trump is guilty of racism, sexism, and xenophobia. One example of this is when Trump called Somalis "garbage." Time will tell the truth. Red Lieu said that if Jeffrey Epstein was human trafficking minors for these perverted parties, and a person shows up and patronizes the establishment of that party, that person is just as guilty as Epstein. Hillary Clinton has accused the Trump administration of perpetuating the Epstein files cover-up. Epstein is not alone in abusing innocent human beings. There are many people involved in the sexual abuse of people. Congress leaders have grilled a billionaire Les Wexler who Epstein emailed about secrets. Les Wexler is not facing legal charges from the DOJ, and Wexler claimed that he was duped by Epstein. Many Congressional leaders are not buying Wexler's story.

The Fulton County authorities of Georgia are fighting back against the Trump administration's getting voting records from 2020. To this day, Trump believes in the lie that the 2020 election was stolen. Still, fake Christians on YouTube and in other places of the Internet (not real Christians who have exposed the MAGA cult for years) continue to praise Trump unconditionally. The Georgia election board held its first meeting since the FBI seized ballots. The reality is that Republicans have certified the 2020 election results in Georgia as Biden winning Georgia. There is no quiet part at all. This is an overt agenda of Trump trying to steal the 2026 election if it doesn't go his way. Trump wants to ban mail-in ballots, he seeks to create more voting restrictions, and he wants voting rolls to eliminate people who dissent with his views. The Fulton County is right to accuse the DOJ of promoting a misleading narrative in the 2020 probe. Many far-right Republicans want ICE agents to monitor voting places. Trump believes that the Republicans must take over voting locations. That is why progressive actions are fighting back in the courts. This voter suppression agenda is very real.

On Day 4 of the Winter Olympics, February 10, 2026, the women's team combined alpine skiing was won by Ariane Radler and Katharina Huber of Austria. Kira Weidle-Winkelmann and Emma Aicher won silver for Germany. Jacqueline Wiles and Paul Moltzan of America won bronze. The men's biathlon individual race was won by Johan-Olav Botn of Norway (Eric Perrot of France won silver and Sturla Holm Laegreid won bronze from Norway).  The men's cross-country skiing was won by Joannes Hosflot Kaebo of Norway (Ben Ogden won silver from America and Oskar Opstad Vike won bronze from Norway), and the winner of the women's cross-country skiing sprint was Linn Svahn of Sweden (Jonna Sundling won silver from Sweden and Maja Dhlqvist won bronze from Sweden). For mixed curling in doubles, Sweden won gold, America won silver, and Italy won bronze. There were more events from Day 5 and beyond. America's Elizabeth Lemley won gold in the women's moguls freestyle skiing. America won gold with Jordan Stolz from the men's speed skating in the 1000m.

By Day 6, you have Italy winning the Alpine skiing women's Super G with Federica Brignone. Sweden won cross country skiing in women's freestyle with Firda Karlsson winning gold, Ebba Andersson winning silver from Sweden, and Jessie Diggins from America winning bronze. For the team relay of Luge, Germany won gold, Austria won silver, and Italy won bronze. South Korea won gold in the women's halfpipe who is Choi Ga-on, Chloe Kim of America won silver, and Mitsuki Ono of Japan won bronze. In the future days, people from the Netherlands to Canada won awards. In terms of the women's monobob bobsleigh, Elana Meyers Taylor won gold from America, Laura Notler won silver from Germany, and Kaillie Humphries won bronze from America. Mikaela Shiffrin won gold in the women's slalom, Camille Rast won silver from Switzerland, and Ann Swenn-Larsson won bronze from Sweden. On February 19, 2026, in the women's single of figure skating, Alysa Liu won gold in women's singles, Kaori Sakamoto won silver from Japan, and Ami Nakai won bronze from Japan. The women's ice hockey team won gold from America with Laila Edwards, Hilary Knight, Joy Dunne, and others. Canada won silver, and Switzerland won bronze. It has been a historic time for Laila Edwards, winning her gold medal in the 2026 Winter Olympics. On that date, more winners have existed too.

Honoring an Icon and Other News.

Recently, an icon has passed away. He was a man who changed the world, being a dedicated protege of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He had learned from Dr. King many lessons about the value of nonviolent resistance, of civil rights, of voting rights, and standing up for equality. He was the Reverend Jesse Jackson, who passed away on February 17, 2026, at the age of 84 years old in the presence of his family. He suffered from many illnesses, but he fought for justice until his dying day. He was born in the South in South Carolina, being a football player and scholar. Later, he moved to Chicago being his new home, as Chicago is an epicenter of a strong black cultural ethos filled with legends and an inspirational history. Jesse Jackson was with Dr. King in Selma and in Chicago. Jackson promoted Operation Breadbasket to oppose corporations that promoted racial discrimination against black Americans. He supported Operation PUSH to help people in Chicago and ran for President 2 times (in 1984 and 1988), focusing on racial justice, economic justice, housing rights, health care, and a progressive foreign policy. There is no Barack Obama Presidency and no Kamala Harris Vice Presidency without the courage and sacrifice of Jesse Jackson. Jesse Jackson transformed the Democratic Party to more readily embrace social minorities and seek a vision of a Rainbow Coalition to bring people together. He loved his children, his grandchildren, and his family. Oratory was one of his many gifts as his speeches stirred up human beings to be of service to helping the people to achieve their own destinies. Many of our elders are passing away in our black community, and we have to carry that torch and honor the foundation that our ancestors established for us to rise to the occasion in this long journey for freedom. During this Black History Month, we honor our ancestors by promoting excellence, human dignity, and determination in seeking a better tomorrow. Today in 2026, we are further inspired to stand up heroically for our democratic freedoms.

Rest in Power Brother Reverend Jesse Jackson.

Marco Rubio, in his Munich Conference speech, represents imperialism in full display. Rubio was so overt in his calls for conquering other lands with "Western influence" that many European leaders gave him a standing ovation. This suggests that Europe isn't as progressive as many think. The Munich Security Conference (MSC) brought together about 60 heads of state and government, plus hundreds of others (like ministers, politicians, high-ranking military officers, and security experts) from around the world. The meeting had many leaders discussing on preparing for new policies that promote Western control over the rest of the war and preparation for warfare. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said that international rules no longer exist and a new era is upon us. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio issued a reactionary speech attacking international policies. Rubio called people globally confronting climate change as part of a climate cult, he believes in the lie that respecting international institutions is a violation of national sovereignty, and that mass migration is a threat to societies (when global mass migration ironically caused the growth of human civilizations spanning millennia). It is hypocritical for those who lecture people on migration when European imperialism stole lands, split people apart, and stole resources globally for centuries. Rubio wants Europe to unite, and he said that he doesn't want his allies shackled by guilt and shame (which is coded language to sugarcoat the millions of people murdered by Nazis fascists and European imperialism). Rubio supports Trump's fascist policies of harming our democratic rights, the ICE hunt for migrants, the deployment of the Army domestically, and the establishment of an authoritarian regime. Trump has sent an armada near Iran, and no one in that conference raised concerns about that.

Rosie Perez is wrong to say that Kamala Harris didn't explain her policy positions during her 2024 Presidential campaign. You can agree or disagree with her political views all day long. Yet, Kamala Harris clearly explained how she wanted investments in housing, confront economic inequality, desiring improvements to our healthcare, and invest on our education, and other plans found in her speeches, in her campaign website, and in her other spaces. Perez wants people to listen to MAGA extremists. No, many MAGA extremists desire to whitewash museums, seek to harm my rights as a black person, and seek imperialism by trying to annex Greenland. Therefore, we are grown. Google can show Kamala Harris' policy record. It is very typical when we black people spoke from the rooftops that Trump was a danger to the world, and few people listened to us. Now, we see Trump's record on real time, then the same Trump voters want to come to us. Trump supporters need to apologize to the world and take accountability for supporting an authoritarian person. We don't need a coffee chat when tons of Americans and others in the world are suffering. We need to be bold, progressive, and very courageous to stand up for our rights as human beings against oligarchy and for democracy.

Pam Bondi has been criticized for saying that all Epstein files have been released. Some even Republicans have criticized the DOJ like Massie, saying that the Trump administration is now the Epstein Presidency. The Epstein issue is one of the biggest scandals of the 2nd term of the Trump Presidency. Many Democrats have accused Bondi of improperly redacting the Epstein files to cover up Trump. This scandal won't go away, because Epstein and Maxwell are not the only people involved in the abuse of innocent people. That is why people who are Democrats and Republicans are speaking up about the Epstein situation. Anyone guilty should be brought to justice, without exceptions.

Trump's run FCC faces accusations of censorship over the CBS pressure from the Trump regime. This act from the Trump administration is about violating the First Amendment. MAGA followers claim to be free speech absolutists, but they agree with networks to suppress coverage of dissent against Trump's policies. Trump wants universities to capitulate to his point of view in suppressing the point of view of other human beings. It is an ideological inconsistency and a form of harming our democracy. Colbert accuses the Trump administration of censorship after CBS pulls an interview. He said that lawyers barred him from discussing the decision to stop the Texas Democratic segment amid FCC rules scrutiny.

Diverse Information.

We can have legitimate discussions about some doctrines. We can agree to disagree on non-essential doctrines pertaining to predestination or the timing of the Rapture, but prophecy can't have any error. There are many non-negotiable doctrines in the Christian faith like the deity of Jesus Christ, the Godhead, the virgin birth, Jesus' sinless life, etc. The Bible in the Old Testament and New Testament is clear that one false prophecy makes a person a false prophet. There is no exception. The Jehovah Witness has been notorious for making many false prophecies. The Watchtower made many bold prophecies about the end times that never came to pass. Charles Taze Russell made the false prophecies that 1874 was when Jesus had his invisible presence, in 1878, Jesus will became king of Heaven (when Jesus Christ is already King of Kings and Lord of Lords on Earth as well Heaven), and the end of the world will take place in 1914. Over time, Rutherford replaced 1874, such that his time line of the end of the world in the 20th century. Rutherford even dismissed the majority of his own 1900's predictions. With the outbreak of World War One in August 1914, Russell reconfirmed that the end would be October 1914. When nothing happened in October 1914 Russell reused the idea that 1915 would signal the end. The Watchtower notoriously have expressed false predictions about Armageddon and other matters, but they hypocritically criticize other religions that do the same thing: "RELIGIOUS LEADERS sometimes predict tragic worldwide events to warn mankind and gather followers. Doomsday prophet Harold Camping and his disciples widely advertised that the earth would be destroyed in 2011. Needless to say, the world is still here." (Watchtower 2014 May 1 p.3). Toward the end of the twentieth century, the Watchtower Society refrained from issuing specific dates for Armageddon but still has not stopped implying dates and time frames.

The Jehovah's Witnesses are a large group of people with over 8 million followers worldwide and are active in over 240 countries. Many false doctrines are found in that religious organization. Many of them go door to door in trying to gain more converts. They even dress conservatively at times, but they believe in views that are not true. In this generation, we have to keep it real and be honest about heresies (regardless). We are admonished in I John 4:1, “Beloved, believe NOT every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: BECAUSE MANY FALSE PROPHETS ARE GONE OUT INTO THE WORLD.”  I John 4:2 tells us that “Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God.” Jehovah Witness believe in the blasphemy that the Archangel Michael came from Heaven and became Jesus Christ. There is no biblical evidence for that massive heresy. The truth is that God came in the flesh as Yeshua. Jesus Christ is God in the flesh.  Colossians 2:8,9 says, “...after CHRIST. FOR IN HIM DWELLETH ALL THE FULNESS OF THE GODHEAD BODILY.” Jesus claimed that He was the “I AM” of Exodus 3:14 (see also John 5:18 and Philippians 2:6).

The Jehovah's Witnesses forbid their followers to celebrate birthdays or holidays (even non-pagan holidays. I can understand not celebrating Halloween, Christmas, and other holidays because of the obvious pagan, occult overtones on those holidays). Celebrating birthdays is never a violation of Scripture as the OT and NT never banned believers from celebrating birthdays or special celebrations as long as they are filled with holiness and righteousness. As Romans 14:1-5, 9-10 mentions, "...Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations. For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs. Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him. Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind...For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ." In the Jehovah's Witnesses, members are removed and shunned from even family members in a method called "disfellowship." Stories have shown some Jehovah Witnesses even allowing members to shun family members who left the JWs. Page 27 of the August 2024 Watchtower stated that the word disfellowshipped will no longer be used, and instead be referred to as “being removed from the congregation.” Disfellowship is not in the Bible. There is no Biblical justification to the extend of this removal of the congregation. The NT says limit association with Christians that do wrong not strict shunning. Jesus Christ taught the revolutionary view of love your enemies, never to judge except righteous judgment, and show compassion to human beings. Also, if a person wants to turn their life around, we shouldn't shun them, as the story of the Prodigal Son documents. The Bible commands respect shown to heretics and apostates, even if we disagree with them. The Watchtower lie and said that the Athanasian Creed is about people worshiping three Gods in one: “The Watch Tower of June 1882 stated: “At this time, therefore, the doctrine of three Gods was invented …”(Proclaimers p.125). In truth, The Athanasian creed is about the Trinity doctrine that defines one God in three persons (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit).

Anna Julia Cooper moved to Washington, D.C. to promote more social activism. In 1892, Cooper, Helen Appo Cook, Ida B. Wells, Charlotte Forten Grimké, Mary Jane Peterson, Mary Church Terrell, and Evelyn Shaw formed the Colored Women's League in Washington, D.C. The goals of the service-oriented club were to promote unity, social progress, and the best interests of the African-American community. Cook was elected president. Cooper was a friend of Grimek. She later wrote a memoir about the Grimké Family, titled "The Early Years in Washington: Reminiscences of Life with the Grimkés," which appeared in Personal Recollections of the Grimké family and the Life and Writings of Charlotte Forten Grimké (privately published in 1951). She began as a tenured teacher, teaching Latin, math and science at M Street High School, becoming principal in 1901 or 1902. She later became entangled in a controversy involving the differing attitudes about black education, as she advocated for a model of classical education espoused by W. E. B. Du Bois, "designed to prepare eligible students for higher education and leadership", rather than the vocational program that was promoted by Booker T. Washington. This approach to the education of black students clashed with the backlash over Reconstruction gains in Black civil and political rights, and resulted in the D.C. School Board refusing to reappoint her in 1906. Later, she was recalled to M Street, and she fit her work on her doctoral thesis into "nooks and crannies of free time." The truth is that young people need both intellectual education and vocational education to be a jack of all trades. People need to know how to read, write, analyze information, and build things that are constructive to society. During her years as a teacher and principal at M Street High School, Cooper also completed her first book, titled A Voice from the South: By a Black Woman of the South, published in 1892, and delivered many speeches calling for civil rights and women's rights. The book is widely viewed as one of the first articulations of black feminism and advanced a vision of self-determination through education and social uplift for African-American women. Its central thesis was that black women's educational, moral, and spiritual progress would improve the general standing of the African-American community. She says that men's violent natures often counter the goals of higher education, so it is essential to foster more women intellectuals because they will bring more elegance to education. This view was criticized by some as submissive to the 19th-century cult of true womanhood, but others label it as one of the most important arguments for Black feminism in the 19th century. The truth is that black women leaders and black women leaders are valuable in building up the black community in general. Cooper advanced the view that educated and successful black women must support their underprivileged peers in achieving their goals. The essays in A Voice from the South also touched other topics such as the socioeconomic realities of Black families and the administration of the Episcopal Church. A Voice from the South received significant praise from leaders in the black community. It was widely praised within the Black community and among intellectuals for its pioneering ideas on race, gender, and education.

Human hair has been talked about for generations. Each human being has different types of hair. Hair is a protein filament that grows from follicles found in the dermis of the skin. Hair is one of the defining characteristics of mammals. The human body, apart from areas of glabrous skin, is covered in follicles that produce thick terminal and fine vellus hair. Most common interest in hair is focused on hair growth, hair types, and hair care, but hair is also an important biomaterial primarily composed of protein, notably alpha-keratin. Attitudes towards different forms of hair, such as hairstyles and hair removal, vary widely across different cultures and historical periods, but it is often used to indicate a person's personal beliefs or social position, such as their age, gender, or religion. The human hair starts on the inside of the skin. The part behind the skin is called the hair follicle, or, when pulled from the skin, the bulb or root. This organ is located in the dermis and maintains stem cells, which not only re-grow the hair after it falls out, but also are recruited to regrow skin after a wound. The hair shaft, which is the hard filamentous part that extends above the skin surface. It is made of multi-layered keratinized (dead) flat cells whose rope-like filaments provide structure and strength to it. The protein called keratin makes up most of its volume. A cross section of the hair shaft may be divided roughly into three zones. There is the cuticle, the cortex, and the medulla. Each strand of hair is made up of the medulla, cortex, and cuticle.

The cortex contains melanin, which colors the fiber based on the number, distribution and types of melanin granules. The melanin may be evenly spaced or cluster around the edges of the hair. The shape of the follicle determines the shape of the cortex, and the shape of the fiber is related to how straight or curly the hair is. People with straight hair have round hair fibers. Oval and other shaped fibers are generally more wavy or curly. The cuticle is the outer covering. Its complex structure slides as the hair swells and is covered with a single molecular layer of lipid that makes the hair repel water. The diameter of human hair varies from 0.017 to 0.18 millimeters (0.00067 to 0.00709 in). Some of these characteristics in humans' head hair vary by ethnicity: people of mostly African ancestry tend to have hair with a diameter of 60–90 μm and a flat cross-section, while people of mostly European or Middle Eastern ancestry tend to have hair with a diameter of 70–100 μm and an oval cross-section, and people of mostly Asian or Native American ancestry tend to have hair with a diameter of 90–120 μm and a round cross-section. There are roughly two million small, tubular glands and sweat glands that produce watery fluids that cool the body by evaporation. The glands at the opening of the hair produce a fatty secretion that lubricates the hair.

There is a massive importance of hair health that we should know about. Using proper hygiene for human hair is very important. Hair can be colored, trimmed, shaved, plucked, or removed by waxing, sugaring, and threading. We know that salons, barbershops, and day spas work with hair constantly. Properly cleaning the scalp skin can help the hair. Some people have dandruff and head ice.  Sebum is a natural substance that gives hair its natural shine. Too much sebum can block hair follicles, which can prevent hair from growing. Proper hair washing removes excess sweat and oil, and as unwanted products from the hair and scalp. Helping to have great hair health deals with a balanced diet rich in protein, iron, zinc, omega 3 fatty acids, and vitamins A, C, D, and E. These nutrients are key for maintaining strong, healthy hair and promoting growth. Such foods that deal with great hair health are eggs, spinach, salmon, avocados, nut, sweet potatoes, and other foods which support scalp health, boost collagen, and prevent nutrient related hair loss. Proteins build keratin, which is part of hair structure and prevents breakage and weakness. Iron ensures that oxygen reaches hair follicles.

Spring of 2026 will exist every soon in a little over a month. Spring represents many things to so many human beings. It is a time of personal reflection and the realization that new beginnings can be necessary for personal and social growth. It is a season filled with a temperate climate in many parts of the world, flowers blossoming, and a renewed sense of duty to stand up for justice for all. One important precept is that we must have hope for the future. I am always a realist and an optimist by nature as an Older Millennial (or Xennial). Many folks on grand juries are resisting the unjust, authoritarian policies of Donald Trump (who publicly said that he hates his enemies, he said that he doesn't ask God for forgiveness, and he lied to say that the 2020 election was stolen). For example, a grand jury refused to allow the federal government (via Jeannine Piro, the U.S. attorney for Washington and a Trump ally) to indict six Democratic lawmakers (who are all veterans or members of the intelligence community) for crimes. These six human beings just wanted servicemen and servicewomen to refuse illegal orders. Their statements are protected by the First Amendment, and they weren't illegal or immoral. Trump has hatred and distrust of dissent against his policies, but these six Congressional leaders stood up to defend our democracy that our ancestors personally built. A grand jury in my state of Virginia has refused to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James. So, grand juries can do positive actions to improve our democratic society. The fascism and terrorism of ICE against Americans (like Americans being hit with dangerous chemicals, for Americans to be harassed, and for one city council member being assaulted. Even undocumented immigrants should be treated as human beings, not less than human) have no justification, despite what anyone has to say. The attacks on our black museums, grand, Orwellian book bans, and trying to force public and private universities to unconditionally support the MAGA movement are not only wrong but also unjust. We are clearly committed to protecting our environment, expanding our infrastructure and institutions, enjoying our civil rights, improving our health care, strengthening voting rights, and maintaining our civil liberties. We have one life to live, and we have the God-given right to live to the fullest, filled with righteousness, holiness, and courage.

The music of the 1970s was groundbreaking, showing a funkier sound. From R&B to rock and roll, the music of the 1970s had a more musical edge than that of the 1960s. Also, the 1970s was the time when hip hop was born, one of the most important musical genres in history. This decade saw rock and roll divided into newer subgenres like punk, heavy metal, and glam. In other words, rock and roll became more complex with heavy metal groups like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, etc. There were other rock bands like Pink Floyd, Yes, David Bowie, Chicago, the Doobie Brothers, and Queen. We saw the rise of disco music. Disco music came from the working class streets of America that focused not only escape but also serious topics at times too. Such disco musicians were Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Dee Gees, KC and the Sunshine Band, Kool and the Gan, Earth, Wind, and Fire, and Chic that shown disco songs constantly. The 1970s saw the rise of the singer songwriting culture like Stevie Wonder, Carole King, Elton John, Joni Mitchell, and Fleetwood Mac producing many albums and writing their own music. By the mid to late 1970s, there was punk and new wave with groups like the Ramones, Sex Pistols, and The Clash. The new wave used a more synth sound with Talking Heads and The Cars. Hip Hop started in the 1970s with early artists like Kool Herc, Grandmaster Caz, Grandmaster Flash, Sequence, Sha Rock, DJ Hollywood, Coke La Rock, Melle Mel, Kurtis Blow, and other human beings.

This year of 2016 is the 10th year anniversary of Beyonce's album of Lemonade. Lemonade was released on April 23, 2016, by Park Entertainment and Columbia Record. This album changed Beyonce's career forever and possibly is her current magnum opus. It was a historic album that went there to talk about the black woman experience, the role of Blackness in society, the evil of infidelity and adultery, and the process of healing. It was an album that showed Blackness in an unapologetic fashion that inspired many future artists. It has a mixture of avant garde, art pop, R&B, rock, and country music elements. It has soul, blues, reggae, gospel, and funk in it.  It features guest vocals from Jack White, the Weeknd, James Blake and Kendrick Lamar. Upon release, it topped the charts and received platinum certifications in several countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia–Pacific, and became the world's best-selling album of the year. The album was supported by five singles and promoted through a series of televised performances, as well as the Formation World Tour—the first all-stadium tour by a woman artist. Lemonade was hailed as an instant classic upon release and has since been named one of the greatest albums of all time. Critics commended the experimental post-genre production and nuanced vocal performance, with particular praise for the political subject matter reflecting Beyoncé's personal life. Lemonade came after her 2013 fifth eponymous studio album called Beyoncé. The Beyoncé album had a visual format too, being groundbreaking in the digital age. She became an auteur, not just a pop star. After Solange's fight with Jay Z in the elevator in 2014 at the Met Gala and Jay Z's affair, Beyonce still wanted to have a united front with their joint On the Run Tour in 2014. Formation was released on February 6, 2016, to oppose police brutality and racial injustice. She celebrated her Southern heritage as a black woman and celebrated trap and bounce culture. She performed with dancers in the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Black Panther Party. The Formation Tour existed. The Super Bowl performance was opposed by many conservatives and radical far right people falsely calling it anti-American and bashing the police. In an interview with Elle, published on April 4, 2016, Beyoncé was asked what she wanted to accomplish with the next phase of her career. She shared her desire to produce work that promoted healing and transformation, saying: "I hope I can create art that helps people heal. Art that makes people feel proud of their struggle. Everyone experiences pain, but sometimes you need to be uncomfortable to transform. Pain is not pretty, but I wasn't able to hold my daughter in my arms until I experienced the pain of childbirth!" The album of Lemonade was recorded between June 2014 and July 2015 across 11 studios in America. She used mood boards to give her dreams life and represent each chapter of her album. The Lemonade album is a song cycle (referencing the classical compositional genre defined in German Lieder by Robert Schumann, Franz Schubert and Johannes Brahms) that is performed as an elaboration of the Kübler-Ross model, with the tracks (excluding "Formation") corresponding to the eleven chapters of the Lemonade film: "Intuition", "Denial", "Anger", "Apathy", "Emptiness", "Accountability", "Reformation", "Forgiveness", "Resurrection", "Hope", and "Redemption." Melina Matsoukas, the director of the "Formation" music video, said that Beyoncé explained to her the concept behind Lemonade, stating: "She wanted to show the historical impact of slavery on black love, and what it has done to the black family, and black men and women—how we're almost socialized not to be together." Beyoncé wrote on this in a 2018 Vogue article about the "generational curses" in her family, explaining that she comes "from a lineage of broken male-female relationships, abuse of power, and mistrust", including a slave owner who married a slave. Beyoncé continues, writing "Only when I saw that clearly was I able to resolve those conflicts in my own relationship. Connecting to the past and knowing our history makes us both bruised and beautiful." Lemonade dealt with black feminism. "Don't Hurt Yourself" contains a quote from Malcolm X in which he said "The most disrespected person in America is the Black woman. The most unprotected person in America is the Black woman. The most neglected person in America is the Black woman." Many black women were in her music videos for the album, and she was inspired by Bessie Smith, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Memphis Minnie, Dionne Warwick, Julia Dash, Zora Neale Hurston, and other legends like Octavia Butler. Freedom was a powerful song with Kendrick Lamar. There has been a 60 minute film too. Other songs on the album are Pray You Catch Me, Hold Up, Don't Hurt Yourself, Sorry, Daddy Lessons, Sandcastles, Forward, All Night, Formation, etc.

The film's cast features Ibeyi, Laolu Senbanjo, Amandla Stenberg, Quvenzhané Wallis, Chloe x Halle, Zendaya and Serena Williams. In "Forward", the mothers of Trayvon Martin (Sybrina Fulton), Michael Brown (Lesley McFadden), and Eric Garner (Gwen Carr) are featured holding pictures of their deceased sons. Jay-Z and Beyoncé's daughter Blue Ivy appears in home video footage at one point, as does Jay-Z's grandmother Hattie White, and Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles, who is shown with her second husband Richard Lawson on their wedding day in 2015. The film also samples work by Malcolm X, specifically an excerpt from his speech "Who Taught You to Hate Yourself", which is featured on the track "Don't Hurt Yourself."

Lemonade received widespread acclaim upon release, with many describing it as an instant classic, a masterpiece, and Beyoncé's magnum opus. It was music critics' top album of 2016 according to the BBC, was named the greatest album of the 2010s decade by publications such as the Associated Press and topped Rolling Stone's Greatest Albums of the 21st Century list. One of the most Grammy-nominated albums in history, Lemonade won Best Urban Contemporary Album and Best Music Video at the 59th Grammy Awards. It also won a Peabody Award in Entertainment at the 76th Annual Peabody Awards and received four nominations at the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards. Lemonade is considered a cultural phenomenon, sparking widespread discourse on its personal revelations and socio-political commentary. It had a significant impact on the entertainment industry, inspiring other musicians and visual artists, and ignited trends across music, fashion and pop culture. It has also been the subject of extensive analysis in academic journals, college courses, books, and museum exhibitions. Shahzaib Hussain, writing for Clash, stated: "Lemonade is Beyoncé at her most benevolent, and her most unadulterated. Treating her blackness not as an affliction but a celebratory beacon, Lemonade is a long overdue, cathartic retribution." Lemonade was named the best album of the decade (2010s) by Consequence of Sound, The Associated Press and Spex. Lemonade was also named the best music video of the decade by The Daily Beast, as well as one of the best movies of the 2010s by Vox. In January 2025, Lemonade was named by Rolling Stone as the greatest album of the 21st century.

The location of Quinta da Regaleira is one of the most interesting and symbolic locations in the world. It is found in Sintra, Portugal being classified as a  World Heritage Site by UNESCO within the "Cultural Landscape of Sintra". Along with the other palaces in the area, such as the Quinta do Relógio, Pena, Monserrate, and Seteais palaces, it is considered one of the principal tourist attractions of Sintra. The property consists of a Romantic palace and chapel, and a luxurious park that features lakes, grottoes, wells, benches, fountains, and a vast array of exquisite constructions. The palace is also known as "The Palace of Monteiro the Millionaire", which is based on the nickname of its best-known former owner, António Augusto Carvalho Monteiro. The palace was designed by the Italian architect Luigi Manini. The land that is now Quinta da Regaleira had many owners over the years. It belonged to the Viscountess of Regaleira, a family of wealthy merchants from Porto, when it was sold in 1892 to Carvalho Monteiro for 25,000 réis. Monteiro was eager to build a bewildering place where he could collect symbols that reflected his interests and ideologies. With the assistance of the Italian architect Luigi Manini, he recreated the 4-hectare estate. In addition to other new features, he added enigmatic buildings that researchers believe held symbols related to alchemy, Masonry, the Knights Templar, and the Rosicrucians. The architecture Manini designed evoked Roman, Gothic, Renaissance, and Manueline styles. The construction of the current estate commenced in 1904 and much of it was completed by 1910.

The estate was later sold in 1942 to Waldemar d'Orey, who used it as private residence for his extensive family. He ordered repairs and restoration work for the property. In 1987, the estate was sold, once again, to the Japanese Aoki Corporation and ceased to serve as a residence. The corporation kept the estate closed to the public for ten years, until it was acquired by the Sintra Town Council in 1997. Extensive restoration efforts were promptly initiated throughout the estate. It finally opened to the public in June 1998 and began hosting cultural events. In August of that same year, the Portuguese Ministry of Culture classified the estate as "public interest property." There is a Regaleira Chapel that is a Roman Catholic chapel too. Still, the complex has much occult imagery in it. The location has inverted towers and many tunnels. Also, indeed, the person who turned Quinta da Regaleira into an occult palace was the Freemason Antonio Augusto Carvalho Monteiro. He was a Brazilian-Portuguese businessman, collector, bibliophile, and entomologist. That is why tons of Masonic symbolism is found in the complex. The Fount of Abundance has a marble facade with seashells and serpent-like creatures. It is topped by 2 obelisks that represent Joachin and Boaz, the two pillars of Freemasonry. There are sculptures of false gods like Hermes, who is the inspiration for modern Western occultism and the mythological founder of Hermetism. There is the image of the false god Pan with a malicious, smirking smile on his face. Goat heads are found all over the place. There are initiation wells in the place too. The well contains nine platforms, which are believed to be a reference to the nine circles of Hell in Dante’s Divine Comedy by Dante. Conversely, it can also refer to the nine skies which constitute Paradise, depending on the point of view of the visitor. The bottom of one well has an 8-pointed star, or the Star of Ishtar. This same star is found in Felicity, the Vatican, and the Los Angeles Central Library. Leda Cave has a hexagram near it. Leda and the Swan is a story from Greek mythology where Zeus transforms into a swan to seduce and rape Leda, a Spartan queen. The Hexagram has been found in the circles of occultists and magicians as the Hermetic Seal of Solomon with the as above, so below philosophy (according to Manly P. Hall in his The Secret Teachings of All Ages, the Hexagram merges opposite material and spiritual forces into one). Even the chapel has occult imagery in it. The floor of it has a Templar cross and sun wheels, plus pentagrams. There is one painting of Jesus Christ crowning Mary, which is blasphemy. Mary should be given great honor and great respect, but Mary is not the Queen of Heaven or the Mother of God. The Masonic All-Seeing Eye with light rays is found on the ceiling. There is a crypt with a witchcraft pentagram on it (with an altar and a Masonic checkerboard pattern on the floor). Therefore, Quinta Da Regaleira is more than a strange location. It is filled with blatant occult imagery, made by a millionaire who wanted his beliefs to be shown in this place. In real life, many elites aren't playing games. Many of them actually believe in occult philosophy, but God Almighty rejects the occult because the occult deals with secrecy. God wants all people to come into the truth filled with openness and no secrecy allowed.

End of the Week News nearing Holidays.

The Border Czar said that Minnesota ICE agents will relocate across America. While this is going on, terrorism against immigrants continues. Trump is blocking certain immigrants from becoming U.S. citizens now because that regime is obsessed with bigotry and xenophobia. As that pro-Trump person Homan said, the U.S. is not backing down from immigration enforcement. We have video evidence of ICE using dangerous chemicals against peaceful protesters, assaulting a city council member for no reason, kidnapping people, and doing other wickedness that the world has seen in violation of the First and Fourth Amendments of the United States Constitution. The Trump administration wants more authoritarianism after the killings of 2 U.S. citizens in Minnesota. A judge said that Pete Hegseth was unlawfully retaliating against Senator Mark Kelly over his video.

Now, the Trump DOJ wants to escape the Epstein fallout. The DOJ had to be forced to release all of the files. Many lawmakers have expressed outrage as the DOJ is being accused of spying on Congressional members on members' Epstein searches. This is serious. Lawmakers of both major parties are accusing the Department of Justice (DOJ) of spying on them as they reviewed the unredacted Epstein files on DOJ computers, tracking the documents that they have examined. Attorney General Pam Bondi was photographed during a congressional appearance before the House Judiciary Committee Wednesday, flipping to a document titled, "Jayapal Pramila Search History" possibly reviewing the activity of the Washington Democrats who debated with Bondi during the hearing. Rep. Pramila Jayapal said that it is against the separation of powers and inappropriate for the DOJ to surveil her as she searched the Epstein files. Republican Mike Johnson of Louisiana said that any effort to monitor lawmakers is inappropriate. The DOJ and Bondi work for the most corrupt administration of this century. There is no other way to put it.

Trump promoted one of the worst anti-environmental decisions in American history. Trump revoked the Environmental Protection Agency's ability to regulate climate pollution. This is a disgrace, and this policy will cause more people to have diseases and die. That is not hyperbole. That is just reality. Trump is the most anti-environmental President in American history. The order to protect the environment was first issued in 2009. Back then, authorities found six greenhouse cases could be categorized as dangerous to human health under the Clean Air Act. The EPA back then wanted to limit planet warming pollution from the oil and gas industry. Now, times have changed with people from the Trump team obsessed with corporate profits, so they want the EPA to not regulate dangerous greenhouse gases. Trump is a liar to say that the regulation is a giant scam. This regulation is about saving lives. Now, a coalition of public health groups like the American Lung Association and the American Public Health Association will sue the administration as this regulatory repeal is unlawful.

We live in a new, multifaceted generation (filled with Chat GPT, digital devices, computerized fitness machines placed in walls like The Mirror, and drones sending supplies to the homes of people) where health culture has grown in leaps and bounds. From health experts to various exercise techniques, we witness another renaissance of extra fitness developments. Studies readily show what works to improve the quality of life of human beings (which includes strength training, cardio, eating healthy foods, reducing stress, almsgiving, getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep a day, etc.). During this era of time, it is crucial to be tested by medical experts for various illnesses. Many cancers and diseases are not just caused by dangerous environmental factors or by eating certain foods (and social habits like smoking and drinking alcohol excessively). Such diseases and illnesses can transpire by genetics too. So, it is paramount for us to realize our genetic family health history, because that vital information can help us prevent or stop the risk of illnesses from spreading in our bodies by over 50 percent. Another point must be reiterated. That point is that I am in full support of body positivity 100%. One reason on why I accept that principle wholeheartedly is that the Golden Rule teaches us that we ought to treat all human beings with dignity and respect, irrespective of color, creed, sex, nationality, background, etc. Only an evil person would exploit their fitness journey as an excuse to dehumanize another person based on his or her physical appearance.

A righteous person, instead, would motivate and inspire people to be their best selves filled with a sincere motivation and a kind spirit to improve people's lives. The other reason is that healthy human beings are not monolithic. There are tons of people with outstanding health who are thinner, medium-sized, and plus-sized. For example, a figure skater, a ballet dancer, a basketball player, a football player (who is over 200 pounds and in shape), a woman professional sprinter can be very healthy in diverse body sizes. True beauty is not monolithic, but also very diverse. If everyone on Earth looked exactly the same, then the world will readily be duller. Yet, we have diversity as diversity is the spice of life found in humanity and Nature in general (from trees to diverse animal species). We humans exist in different colors (I am black and I love my black identity), cultures, nationalities, musical interests, and other hobbies. There is nothing wrong with that at all. At the end of the day, we want freedom which entails that quality healthcare should be given to all people without exceptions. We want cures to illnesses and diseases. Our health always matters in the Universe indeed.
