So while the police ignore white people, who probably commit the same crimes and even worse crimes(Wall Street) the blacks are the ones that get caught. This is how numbers and statistics get messed up and forged when it comes to white and black crime.

But it's always interesting to note, that the jail population has more whites than blacks, if not yet, it's steadily going in that direction.

Meh, that's a cop-out argument (no pun intended). Blacks do not commit crime in any higher percentage than whites. Blacks just commit certain types of crime that happen to be penalized much more heavily than the types of crime most white prisoners do. Most blacks in jail are there for things like robbery or theft or drugs, usually because they don't have another way to get money they need.
Cops enforce petty crime much more heavily. Be honest, whites commit white collar crime that results in the loss of money that dwarfs drastically anything black people get from robbery, mugging, breaking and entering, theft etc. But they get sentences like 2 years and probation or house arrest. Why? Because the man who steals millions from unsuspecting investors all over the country is less dangerous than the guy who breaks into a house and is likely not going to return to the same neighborhood (if he's smart), even though the person who stole from the investors can really damage more people.
It's easy to criminalize certain acts by statute and attach more time to them if you can predict which crimes black people are more likely to commit. Usually such crimes have high recidivism rates because they are usually victims of circumstance, and as people ought to know, once you get a record, especially for a violent crime, you are less likely to be gainfully employed. So the circumstance is still there. Thus, you have your "career criminals."
As for whites being profiled if they fit the description...again let's be honest. Whites who ACTUALLY fit the description are profiled. If the description says "heavy build" they are not going to stop a shrimpy puny white kid. Let's say a black man robs a bank, and the description is that he is 6'0", 170 pounds, and is wearing black running shoes. They will stop any black man, even one who is 6'5, 200 pounds, and is wearing white dress shoes because he "fits the description?'
