Tons of people are talking about the NFL fight among the Cleveland Browns and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Myles Garrett received the most harsh punishment for his action of using a helmet against a player named Rudolph. Anyone who says that this is the first time of such of an event happening is mistaken. Similar events have existed for years and decades in the NFL. First, what Myles did was inexcusable and wrong. There is no excuse for his actions. Yet, people like Max Kellerman and those in FOX NFL Sunday (who used logic not emotionalism in their analysis) are right to say that there is nuisance on this controversy. Rudolph tried to get the helmet off of Garrett. Garrett was assaulted by players while he was on the ground. Many other players were suspended. Therefore, I feel that Garrett and others should have punishment as you have to have accountability. Football is a sport not a place where you can do what you want. Likewise, I don't believe that Myles Garrett should be banned for life. You have to allow a person to have redemption or at least given that opportunity for redemption.
Many of these YouTube commentators give real pro-black people a bad name. One of them claims to be for the people, but curses like a sailor and praises the anti-black extremist Tommy Sotomayor. Her name is Meechie X. Tommy Sotomayor is the same man who was arrested for domestic violence charges, wanted police brutality to come against black people, slanders black women, and shows vicious hatred constantly. He even wanted to fight a woman in the street cursing at her. He's a coward. So, Meechie X and other folks are wrong to even ally with him (or Tommy). Then you have a another one who uses slurs against women and has a documentary on Haiti, but makes tweets stereotyping Afro-Caribbeans. He is Tariq Nasheed.
I respectfully disagree with Barack Obama on his comments about we must not go too far to the left in our presentation in getting votes. Both major parties have gone to the right since 1968 especially. Bill Clinton was a moderate. George W. Bush was a conservative.I don't believe that the Congress today in 2019 would have passed Social Security, Medicare, or even the Civil Rights Acts. America now is so far right that talking about something quaint like forgiving student loan debt is compared by some to being in league with Karl Marx. Revolutionary change has changed the world. Abolitionists and the slave revolts were revolutionary acts of rebellion against state-sponsored slavery. These weren't moderate undertakings.
Tons of black people were rescued from tyranny as a product of the heroic efforts of great human beings. Revolutionary change by definition will save the lives of millions of people beyond just token "improvement." What's rooted in reality is being tired of some cops killing innocent black people, tried of homelessness including poor scapegoating, tired of oppression, tried of some centrist status quo, and tired of capitulating to people who don't like us. It is clear that Wall Street and the military industrial complex supports Bloomberg, Biden, and the rest of the centrists. Record income inequality, massive xenophobia, and injustice are evils, and as a black person I have the right to speak up (my ancestors contributed heavily in building up this nation). If you want to be free, then don't be lukewarm. As Yeshua said, be hot or cold and pick a side plus stand up for the truth.
