The Cruel Trump Budget Bill and other Information.

The Trump budget bill has been passed by the Senate. Now, it is headed to the House. 50 Senate Republicans and J.D. Vance, who had the tie breaking vote, voted for the bill that will cut healthcare, cut education, and cut food assistance for millions of working and poor people in America to fund tax cuts for the super wealthy. Now, Trump has frozen $6 billion of federal aid to educational services in America. This once again represents the obscene cruelty exemplified by the White House. Trump lied and said that his plan will not massively cut Medicaid but solely deal with fraud, waste, and abuse. The truth is that the bill has tons of Medicaid cuts that will harm rural hospitals, hospitals in urban communities, and cause up to over 10 million people to lose healthcare coverage. The Republican Senator from Alaska Lisa Murkowski put party over country by voting for the bill after Trump allies promised something to Alaska (while millions of Americans will suffer if that bill comes into law). The bill also cuts funding in solar energy actions that has historically helped millions of Americans. Solar energy has been a major environmental success, and it continues to help stores, homes, and other business globally, not just in America. The bill will block AI regulations. Elon Musk opposes the bill for the wrong reason, because Musk wants extreme austerity as a billionaire (he enjoys paying very small taxes, but the bill will cause the poor and middle class to pay more taxes which is wrong and unfair).

The MAGA movement has harmed the world. Trump has cut foreign aid under PEPFAR and USAID. This has killed thousands of people worldwide already. A Yale study finds that 42,500 can die early from MAGA health care cuts if his budget bill is passed into law. The $4 trillion in tax cuts for the oligarchy is an economic threat to the people. Now, Senator Chris Van Hollen exposed the Trump's no tax on tips promise as a fraud. The bill makes sure it expires in 3 years. Yet, the tax cuts for billionaires as found in the budget bill are made permanent. We won't forget about DOGE too. DOGE has been a wicked system that cut programs that millions of people have relied upon from cutting FDA regulations and cuts policies from the USDA. DOGE has caused innocent federal workers to be fired. Trump has threatened to use DOGE to defund Elon Musk's federal subsidies. Both Trump and Musk are 2 people who have narcissistic personalities and represent the far right cruel and anti-economic justice agenda. Even the CBO and Yale researchers document the massive deficit increase that the Trump budget bill will cause if that bill is signed into law. Defying the law, antipathy towards legitimate dissent, intimidation, obsession with hating diversity, and corruption consume the Trump regime.

There is news about the Trump administration wants to build a national database to track people's national citizenship. This is Big Brother and completely anti-civil liberties. There is no excuse for this creation, and if anyone, especially libertarians, support this plan are plain hypocrites. This is once again Trump using his executive power to try to immorally gain access to people's personal information nationwide. This news has been promoted by NRP. This comes after the 2020 election deniers and bigots plus xenophobes who want to seek revenge over the 2020 Biden election victory. Also, many legal and privacy experts warn about the dangers of a national citizenship data system. Hypocritical conservatives are mainly silent on this development. I am consistent, because I don't believe in a small government. Yet, I don't believe in a tyrannical government in causing the federal government to track everyone's citizenship's records. This plan can be error prone. For example, one error on this database can cause legal citizens to not vote or sent to a detention camp. Alex Jones and other frauds talked about detention camps since the 1990s (I heard of Alex Jones way back in 2002 talking about threats to Posse Comitatus and tanks in the streets, but in 2025, we have actual tanks and Marines in Los Angeles, we have actual violations to due process rights, and we have a growing authoritarian society), but they are silent on Trump actually allowing detention camps to grow in America in 2025 (along with some U.S. citizens being sent to those camps in real life). Now, the DOJ is trying to strip citizenship among naturalized citizens under "certain circumstances." This is fascism. It is illegal for any U.S. citizen to be unliterally deported from America.

Trump has promoted a new detention center in Florida that he has nicknamed "Alligator Alcatraz." Many protesters are there, because they want to raise environmental and humanitarian concerns. Trump is using this facility as a means to promote xenophobia and cruelty. ICE has run amok to try to intimidate immigrant communities, they have been caught arresting U.S. citizens without warrants, and they have treated immigrants who have been here in America for generations living a peaceful life as if they were murderers and rapists (which isn't the case at all). Our taxpayer dollars have funded a monstrosity of a location. Tons of MAGA supporters don't know about the complexities of immigration issues. Native Americans have said that sacred lands are being destroyed. The facility is dehumanizing. The budget bill promotes an expansion of funding ICE which is complicit in anti-liberty policies. The only solution is a comprehensive immigration policy that promotes the law being used in a fair, equitable way, and showing compassion to immigrants, irrespective of immigration status. Trump has floated the idea of deporting U.S. citizens too. This is fascism and evil from Trump.

Days ago, was the Birthday of the late Brother Kwame Ture. Kwame Ture was one of the greatest advocates of black liberation and Pan-Africanism in human history. He loved our people, and he loved Africa a great deal. He was the first man to modernize the concept of Black Power that gave further inspiration and confidence to black people the world over. He was born in the Caribbean in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. His parents were Mabel R. Carmichael, a stewardess for a steamship line, and his father, Adolphus, was a carpenter who also worked as a taxi driver. Kwame Ture moved into Harlem, New York City in 1952 when he was 11 years old. He had three sisters. He was raised by his grandmother and two aunts. Later, he lived in Van Nest in the East Bronx, New York City. He attended the Bronx High School of Science in New York form 1956. The had a high achievement on its standardized entrance examination. He knew fellow Bronx Science student Samuel R. Delany. He graduated in 1956 and enrolled at the great HBCU Howard University in Washington, D.C. He was educated by prominent professors like Sterling Brown, Nathan Hare, and Toni Morrison (who was later awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature). He talked with civil rights activist Tom Kahn. He graduated in 1964 with a degree in philosophy. He joined the Nonviolent Action Group (NAG) in Howard University. He also was in the Howard campus affiliate of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC). The mother of SNCC was Ella Baker, and SNCC wanted to use grassroots organizing and democratic, egalitarian participation (without a sole leader running everything) to create justice and equality for black people. Kwame Ture was part of sit-ins, worked in the Selma Movement, and was a friend of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Kwame Ture suffered violence and imprisonment, and he was active in the Freedom Rides. By 1966, he promoted Black Power. He traveled the world by the late 1960s to promote anti-colonialism and anti-imperialistic thought. J. Edgar Hoover's COINTELPRO tried to slander his reputation, but he continued to fight for freedom. He worked for the Black Panthers for a time. He lived in Guinea in Africa for a time. His All-African People's Revolutionary Party promoted his views of Pan-African unity and economic justice. Nkrumah mentored him. He passed away from prostate cancer in 1998. His friends Kathleen Cleaver and Dhoruba bin Wahad (who were Black Panthers) were with him during his last days on Earth. He gave all he had for the cause of black liberation and Pan-African unity.

Rest in Power Brother Kwame Ture.
