Total Information.
It is clear to mention that we are the majority in America. The majority of Americans believe in climate change (and that something should be done about it). Most Americans believe in higher taxes for the super wealthy. A majority of Americans want an expansion of health care services to human beings. The majority of Americans oppose a vain border wall and the vast majority of Americans believe in equal pay for equal work. Most Americans believe that immigrants of every color have great value in American society. The problem is that we have a President now who is hostile to the media, hostile to check and balances, and hostile towards the truth. It is wrong to see racism and police brutality in the world. It is wrong to witness babies and toddlers being stripped from their parents and sent into internment camps (near the border). This has happened in our decade now. Therefore, our ancestors suffered worst and we have to use the same inspiration and motivation to fight back against an authoritarian leader who cares more for xenophobia than for liberty and justice. Standing for our rights and advocating for freedom are what we ought to do for the sake of our descendants. During this Black History Month, we honor the sacrifice of black heroes and we praise the modern day black unsung heroes doing the right thing in this year of 2019.
A lot of news are existing. Whitaker said that he won't testify if he experiences a a subpoena. This comes as the Democrats launch new probes about the Trump administration and other issues. the House Democrats are well within their rights to issue legitimate subpoenas as a means to make accountability a reality in America. There is no question that the Trump administration is one of the most corrupt administrations in United States history. One proof of this truism is how many of Trump's early cabinet members (like Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, and Michael Flynn) have been charged, indicted, or convicted of numerous crimes from lying to other violations of the law. Robert Mueller and his team have caused indictments and convictions of individuals. Behind the scenes, Trump has used executive order to cut civil rights protections, to eliminate legitimate environmental protections, and to establish a bigoted anti-immigration policy that limits immigration to America based upon nationality. Building a vain wall does nothing to expand healthcare, to end police brutality, to stop imperialism, and to develop a progressive society where all people have the opportunity to live a life of tranquility including a great standard of living. House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff had made it clear that Russian ties and financial ties relating to the Trump administration will be thoroughly investigated. If America can spend billions of dollars to send people to the Moon, it can spend billions of dollars to expand health care right here on Earth.
I agree with Terry Crews on exposing toxic masculinity and fighting sexual abuse, but he is dead wrong on his views on Liam Neeson. Crews said that his words were just a fork in the word. No, his words were used by others that caused the murder of so many innocent black people like Emmett Till, and other human beings. Liam expressed vitriolic hatred of black people. Crews said that he doesn't agree with Liam Neeson about the views, but said to a black rapper Wale what we should do. Terry is tap dancing. Terry Crews knows full well what he or any black person needs to do. Crews is acting like a compromising individual (I'm being p.c. here). What we need to do is to build in our communities, stand with our families, defend black women, fight for our rights, and defeat racism in any manifestation. Another thing we should do is to never sugarcoat the vicious words of white racists. Some black people are trying to use excuses for what Liam have said as a means to placate mainstream society. I have never thought about killing random people who are non-black, yet Liam have thought of killing random black people. He is a nihilistic person and that's shown in the roles that he has been apart of involving his movies.
Northam was never a real progressive. He is a moderate. He should resign as racism has no place in any society. Him doing blackface is a reflection of his intent to mock black excellence and to try to appropriate black cultural greatness. He lied to the citizens of Virginia, especially to black Virginians. Governor Northam of Virginia ought to resign and leave office immediately. The Attorney General should resign and Faifax should resign & be prosecuted if he is guilty of sexual assault. Clean house is my ethos on this disturbing situation. It is certainly the time of discernment and those, who do evil, must be held accountable. One of the worst parts of the Trump administration is the cutbacks that he has done behind the scenes. One example of this is about how the Trump administration has cut back protections (which existed during the Obama administration) against payday loan lenders in dealing with student loans. He or Trump has rollback many civil rights protections too.
On March 27, 2017, Trump signed a resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act, which repealed the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order. The order, signed by President Obama, represented a much-needed step forward in ensuring that the federal contractor community is providing safe and fair workplaces for employees by encouraging compliance with federal labor and civil rights laws, and prohibiting the use of mandatory arbitration of certain disputes. On January 3, 2019, The Washington Post reported that the Trump administration is considering rolling back disparate impact regulations that provide anti-discrimination protections to people of color, women, and others. Trump was never about promoting unity, but divisiveness and egoism.
