Tons of Political Developments in Early July of 2020.

One of the most important news now is how prosecutors charged the Trump Organization with a 15 year tax scheme. This event has been years in the making. New York Attorney General Letitia James have been forthright in saying that she will go where the evidence leads with objectivity and a goal of seeking transparent justice. Allen Weisselberg was charged with 15 felony counts in connection with an alleged tax scheme that came from 2005. He is the Trump Payroll Corporation and Chief Financial Officer. Prosecutors have accused him of being in a scheme to defraud, conspiracy, criminal tax fraud, and offering a false instrument for filing and falsifying business records. Weisselberg is accused of evading $.176 million in taxes over the period starting in 2005. He has pleaded not guilty on Thursday afternoon. Prosecutors have digital drives, grand jury testimony, book keeping records, tax records, and statements of potential witnesses. Weisselberg worked for Trump since 1973. The overall investigation from New York state is continuing. Prosecutors accused the Trump organization of executives of  compensating people via tuition and other benefits. Some want Weisselberg to cooperate. We will wait and see if he does it.

The Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 court decision about voting rights. The situation is that the Court supported the Arizona voter restrictive law. Progressives challenged 2 voting restrictions that dealt with requiring ballots cast at the wrong precinct to be thrown out and one banning campaign workers, activists, and others from collecting and returning ballots. The court sided with new voting restrictions in Arizona. This comes when many states promote voter suppression laws constantly. 17 states now have voted to have restrictions on ballot access. This is in contradiction to the Section 2 part of the 1965 Voting Rights Act. That is why Democratic Congressional leaders have put in legislation to strengthen Section 2. Supreme Court Kagan wrote a powerful dissenting opinion to the overall Supreme Court decision. The lie that massive fraud in the 2020 election existed has been promoted not only by Republicans. It has been promoted by other extremists who hate the legitimate concepts of democracy and liberty.  Kagan is one of the few progressives  on the Supreme Court.

Now, these same bigots are targeting Sister Gwen Berry. These hypocrites slander Gwen Berry (who is a great athlete who made a protest being peaceful), but they are silent on the fascists who stormed the U.S. Capitol building in 1/6/2021. Gwen Berry wanted to protest racial oppression by standing to the side while the national anthem was being played. Berry didn't curse anyone out or used vulgarity. She just expressed her sincere views. The original national anthem condoned slavery. The author of the national anthem was a slaveowner and an overt racist. Trump, Ted Cruz, and others don't want people to know these facts. People like far right extremists want Berry to be out of the Olympics, but they hypocritically want racist monuments to be on public lands funded by our taxpayer dollars. So, we stand with Gwen Berry as she said that she doesn't hate America. She just want black people to have total freedom, and she is protected by free speech rights too. True patriotism is not about supporting a country unconditionally. It is about telling the truth about the nation when it does good and especially when it does bad. You can't love someone if you lie about someone's wrongdoing. The greatest love for America is to criticize America when America doesn't live up to the inspiring principles of freedom, justice, and equality. That is why Gwen Berry did what she did. She is brave and courageous in her actions.

There is another controversy about Tila Tequila. At first, I didn't want to comment on the racist Tila, but sometimes were have to call out those who disrespect our black people. For people of my generation, Tila Tequila is a celebrity obsessed person with serious issues. Some people view her as a victim of MK Ultra or Monarch programming. I don't know if that is true or not, but Tila is completely wrong on many social and political issues. She is the one who in June 2021 made the slander that black women are cursed because of hair and other racist nonsense. The truth is that a black woman is blessed regardless of how she wears her hair. Black women are beautiful, powerful, and a shining light in the Universe. How a black woman wears her own hair is her own business period. Tila also praised Hitler, praised Donald Trump, and has self hatred (when she is Asian, but she shows the Nazi salute and praises overt white racists like Richard Spencer). So, I want to show this information to expose people who are anti-black and disgraceful. We know that black women are the most disrespected women on Earth. We know that the black men are the most disrespected men on Earth. That is why we have to defend the human dignity of black people in general in opposition to racist oppression.

Liz Cheney and Kinzinger voted with all Democrats to vote to allow the House Committee to investigate the January 6, 2021 insurrection. This will be the first investigation of the attack on the U.S. Capitol. There should be accountability among those who violently attacked the U.S. Capitol. Those, who abused police officers and infrastructure, must be called as they are. They are traitors, terrorists, and insurrectionists. These terrorists deserve no honor. They deserve complete, uncompromising justice. Only 2 Republicans voted to approve the January 6 committee. The same people who didn't vote for this committee experienced threats to their lives from evil people on 1/6. Terrorists wanted to hang a Republican Vice President Mike Pence. The future will involve whether Kevin McCarthy will be cooperative or not. The total truth has the right to be presented to the American people and the rest of humanity. Nancy Pelosi has picked Republican Liz Cheney to be on the 1/6 House Committee to investigate the terrorist insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
