The New York state Attorney General takes the initial step in preparing to seize Trump's assets. The New York attorney general's office filed judgments in Westchester county. Some believe that this is the first step in the attempt of the prosecution to try to seize Trump's gold course and private estate north of Manhattan, called the Seven Springs. There was the judge from Judge Arthur Engoron who detailed $464 million against Trump, his sons (Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump), and the Trump Organization. Trump has difficulty in securing a bond while he is appealing the verdict. This comes as people are skeptical that Trump is an actual billionaire. Now, pro-Trump Judge Cannon allows Trump to reveal witness identities. Jack Smith is rightfully opposed to this situation as being threatening the lives of people. Judge Cannon obviously wants to delay a trial if not prevent Trump from having a public trial. Cannon's jury instruction order could end the Jack Smith case involving classifying documents. The revealing of witnesses as promoted by Judge Cannon is wrong and reckless.
The Appeals Court block Texas immigration law shortly after the Supreme Court action to support the Texas immigration law. The Texas immigration law tries to cut around the federal government's leadership on any immigration law. The Texas law can allow authorities in the state to arrest and detain people they suspect of entering the country in an undocumented fashion. The court is having a debate on whether to sever part of the SB4. DOJ attorney Daniel Tenny said that the immigration policy being implemented involves collaboration with other countries. Many people oppose the Texas law as promoting racial profiling of Latino people and other groups of people. The ACLU and the Texas Civil Rights Project oppose the law as illegally preempting federal law. At the end of the day, only a comprehensive immigration solution is needed (from increasing asylum lawyers, allowing workers to live and work where they choose, full democratic rights, and an orderly process where immigration issues are solved).
Alabama Republicans passing an anti-DEI bill is not shocking. Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signed the law. The law bans public schools and universities from maintaining or funding diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. This reaction law is anti-democracy. The reason is that democracy is about diversity, equality, and justice. Programs to help diverse communities is not about hating progress or promoting cultural tensions. It's about allowing marginalized and minority communities to have their voices to be heard. The law is called SB129. The law goes into effect on October 1, 2024. The laws bans students, employees, and contractors from being required to attend any DEI training. This law bans free speech and tries to shut down speech dealing with many topics. Many in the Alabama NAACP want black athletes to not attend Alabama universities because of the passing of this law.
Jeff Bezos's Amazon and Elon Musk's SpaceX are fighting in court to make the National Labor Relations Board declared unconstitutional. They are wrong because historically the National Labor Relations Board has defended the rights of workers for years and decades. Bezos and Musk have a history of union busting and workers in their companies accusing them of worker abuse. All of them have been charged by the NLRB with hundreds of violations of workers' organizing rights. The NLRB works hard to try to stop union busting in America. Still, we are better now than four years ago. Four years ago, we had Trump mishandling the COVID-disaster, we had Americans hoarding toilet paper, we had the economy shutting down (with millions of Americans applying for unemployment benefits), and hospitals running out of ventilators and PPE. Today, we have to go on with the good fight in desiring democracy and justice for all.
One of the biggest myths in the Universe is that you don't matter. All human beings have DNA. DNA is more than the genetic instructions of human life in terms of our genotype and phenotype. DNA is a storage medium that has tons of information from 15-20 generations of your ancestors at least. Also, when you break down all in the cosmos, everything is made up of light and frequency. For example, the human body is made up of organs and cells. Cells are made up of molecules and atoms. Atoms are made up of protons, electrons, neutrons, and quarks plus leptons. These things are made up of energy frequencies that travel in the Universe. No atoms are in stasis. It constantly moves. All humans have electricity in every human cell too. Sound frequencies can help calm people and inspire cognitive development including creativity as proven by mainstream scientific studies. Today, we have people downloading DNA information into computers. We have a person recently using his mind to move a mouse on a computer. That is why reducing stress, exercise, reading, and living in the sense of purpose of improving yourself and other people will improve DNA and make you live longer in a healthier fashion.
