Winter 2025

Winter 2025

My birthday came recently (in December 2024), and it's a new time in my life.  2025 is here now. On this date of January 1, 2025, we have the new generation rising up called Generation Beta. Generation Beta includes all people born in 2025 and beyond. So, after the Boomers, we have Generation X, my Generation of Generation Y (or the Millennials), Zoomers, Generation Alpha, and the new Generation Beta. It's an exciting time to be alive. As an older Millennial, I know that times are rapidly changing. People, in my generation, were blessed enough to live through the time of analog and the subsequent digital society that permeates society today (filled with iPhones, DoorDash, Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, and driverless cars). We are not children anymore, and being at the start of middle age is surreal to me. The reason is that I remember my childhood and early adulthood like yesterday. I remember going into kindergarten by 1988, being in the recreation center in 1992, attending a summer program in 1996, and graduating from high school in 2001. We lived through the times of Reagan, Bush Sr., Clinton, Bush Jr., Trump's first term, and Biden. Therefore, we saw the six championships of the Chicago Bulls, 9/11, Sean Bell, Hurricane Katrina, the election of Barack Obama as President in 2008, and the insurrection of January 6th, 2021. I appreciate the words of relatives, spiritual human beings, fitness experts, and other unsung human beings with words of forthright, incredible encouragement and succinct wisdom that will always inspire me as we all walk in life's journey. As we enter the quarter-century mark of the twenty-first century, artificial intelligence, digital streams, 3D printing, emojis, and holograms are commonplace in our advanced technological age.

Yet, universal principles always stand the test of time like justice, righteousness, liberty, compassion, empathy, strength, and humbleness. Many conservatives may yell "socialism" at any imitative done by the government designed to help people, but we believe in promoting the general welfare to help humanity. A government organizing resources to help the people for the common good is always legitimate. I always believe in having an erudite discussion about the mysteries of life. There is an obsession with materialism in a wicked fashion among some in this time but having connections with family and friends is worth more than any form of money. Some want to bash people of different backgrounds, but we believe in human compassion and respect shown to all people. One lesson that remains permanently engrained in my consciousness is to never give up. There are always solutions available to those who desire a fundamental change in their lives. It is common among some to be more reactionary as they get older. Yet, the older I get, the more strongly I embrace my progressive views of tolerance, economic justice, racial equality, environmental protections, religious liberty, universal health, and a sense of community to realize that developing a just society requires the sacrifice of us all. I am 41 years old now. Therefore, I feel reinvigorated intellectually, spiritually, and physically to see what the future holds in my 40s. I don't have gray hairs now. It's a wild feeling that in less than 10 years, I will be 50 years old. That is what life is. Life never stops, and being real is a goal that we humbly embrace. 2025 is when the first time when Generation X people are starting to be 60 years old now.

Trump wants to sign the immigration executive orders on day 1 of his Presidency. Trump wants to restrict the policy to ban ICE agents from arresting undocumented people at churches, hospitals, schools, and like-minded organizations. Far right extremist militias desire Trump to use them to deport people. The cruelty is the point, and many far-right people view undocumented people as collectively degenerates plainly speaking (which isn't true). This deportation plan relates to undocumented immigrants who have been here for decades and established families plus paid taxes. People underestimate the cruelty of Trump supporters. Trump supporters voted for a male (not a man) who made sick comments about his own daughter, who mocked disabled human beings, who used a slur against Mitch McConnell's Asian American wife and lied about the 2020 election. Therefore, the cruelty of Trump and his acolytes is evil and reprehensible. We reject trickledown economics, because it is a lie designed to benefit the wealthy and corporations while draining money from the middle class and the poor. In contrast, we desire living wages, pensions, fair hours, better working conditions, and other forms of economic rights deserving of all workers.

I agree with Syria being free from Assad. Assad was a nefarious dictator who harmed innocent people in his own country. I disagree with Syria being a future puppet state of the West. U.S. and Israeli warplanes have done a massive bombing campaign against Syria. The rebel forces are led by Al-Qaeda linked Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) militia leader. Israeli army forces have attacked Damascus. The Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) is attacking the south, targeting Kurdish forces in northern Syria, and HTS is taking over government areas previously controlled by Assad. Israeli military forces have started Syria's weapons stockpiles within Syria. These strikes are attacking air defense systems, missile stockpiles, airfields, warplanes, tanks, drone fleets, and military production facilities (in Damascus, Homs, Palmyra, Latakia, and Tartus). Israel reportedly sank Syria's navy at anchor in Al-Bayda and Latakia. Netanyahu and the West desire the Middle East to be a puppet Western state. Assad is a wicked person. Also, the HTS, according to sources, are terrorizing Christian, Druze, and Shia Alawite communities. The HTS is backed by Persian Gulf leaders, who are hostile to Shia Islam. So, Syria must be an independent nation being democratic without imperialism, and without the HTS dominating its whole population.

FBI Director Christopher Wray said that he would resign at the end of President Biden's term. This clears the way for the Trump pick. The reason why Wray will resign is because Trump will likely fire him and replace him with a Trump loyalist. Trump wants to make extremist Kash Patel have the FBI director role. Wray still has three years remaining in his 10-year term. Wray wrestled with the idea of resigning or not. Trump once fired Director James Comey following investigations under his watch into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Trump wasn't happy with the FBI legal court-approved search of his Mar-a-Lago resort back in August 2022. Trump called Wray's resignation a great day for America. The truth is that Trump tried to intimidate the three branches of government to have his way politically. We must always stand firm in favor of the rule of law, the separation of powers, and other democratic precepts indeed.

The image shows the police working at the scene after a vehicle drove into a crowd on New Orleans' Bourbon Street on January 1, 2025 (the source of the picture is from Gerald Herbert/AP).

One of the biggest tragedies of 2025 is about how 14 people were killed in New Orleans after the vehicle hits the crowd (in a high level of speed. The killer had a rifle) on Bourbon Street. Bourbon Street is one of the most populated and famous streets in America. It is a very popular location with tourists and cameras have recorded tons of images. The coward has died. Nearly 30 people have been injured in this attack. Authorities have discovered that this attack was a terrorist attack. The mayor of New Orleans has contacted the White House and other authorities. The event took place at 3:15 am. on New Year's Day. The male tried to run over as many people as possible. It's not a DUI situation, but the driver had a callous, wicked intention to try to hurt innocent human beings. The police want no one to go on Bourbon Street today. The driver crashed his vehicle and shot at the police. Two officers were shot and are stable in the hospital. Once again, there is no excuse to harm and kill innocent human life. The murderer was an enemy of human dignity. New Orleans is one of the most cultural vibrant cities in the world, and we certainly will stand up against evil while promoting goodness at the same time. Authorities are investigating the pickup truck which was the weapon that the murderer used to harm people. The Attorney General Garland is investigating the incident as an act of terrorism. There is an increase of a specific terror attacks of using vehicles in killing and injuring innocent human beings worldwide. The suspect is Shamsud Din Jabbar, who is 42 years old (and he is said to have an ISIS flag). Jabbar was in the U.S. Army, was inspired by ISIS, and once wanted to kill his family (on tape). He was a divorced father with 2 children (along with financial issues). Authorities found explosive IED devices made in Airbnb. Shamsud Din Jabbar was a heinous coward (he watched red pill misogynistic videos on social media. Many serial killers are incels or people with vicious hatred of women) whose evil will never stop us from doing good in the Universe.

A New Presidency

It has been 25 years since the start of this new century in the year of 2025. Now, we witness a new President. Disappointed, but not shocked, most American voters voted for a habitual liar, a liable sexual abuser, a sexist, a xenophobe, a racist, a convicted felon, an accused adulterer, and a fascist as President of the United States. He overtly shown what he wants during his diabolical Presidency. Our democracy is under threat worldwide, not just in America. Orban in Hungary is known for his authoritarian, Le Pen in France is gaining power, and the far-right party of AfD in Germany is gaining influence. A pernicious deception has been promoted (even by people claiming to be Christians or promoters of integrity) that Trump is a role model and a person that true believers should emulate. That is a lie. We should never emulate a male who mocks veterans, who mocked a disabled person, who made perverted comments about his own daughter, who lies about Kamala Harris's heritage, and who wants to be a dictator on Day one of his Presidency. Many people say that Trump is the Antichrist. I don't agree with that view, but his behavior and actions are a representation of anti-democracy and anti-God deeds. We live in unique times where false leaders and false movements will raise up so badly that a wide spectrum of people will be brainwashed. Donald Trump claims to be for the working class but is aided by billionaire, super wealthy Wall Street interests that love his economic agenda. Trump claims to be for women but uses misogynistic language against women who disagrees with them. Trump claims to not to be a racist but called Latinos "The Spanish" and African Americans (the Blacks) plus he said that Jewish people are disloyal to America if they didn't vote for him (which is anti-Semitic). Trump is anti-environment. When the Clean Air Act helped to cut smog and acid rain in the 1970s and 1980s, Trump wants to eliminate programs to combat climate change.

Trump called the insurrection on January 6th a 'love fest' in desiring to pardon many of the terrorists who assaulted people, destroyed property, and wanted to overturn the 2020 election (which is treason). The 2024 election shown America's face as America is America. There are many white people and sellout people of color who care more than MAGA than a clean environment, than health care for all, and justice for all. Even the Bible says love your neighbor as yourself, but many MAGA cultists call people who disagree with them slurs. Stephen Miller and Tom Homon want to even oppose Governors who desire compassion shown to immigrants in their xenophobic lust for power. The big lie is that migrant crossings have radically increased now when migrant crossings are in lows. Therefore, some in the corporate media coddled Trump, and the Russian-funded misinformation definitely contributed to the Trump victory in 2024. There is an amnesia about the corrupt first term of Donald Trump having the following realities: Trump said that people should drink beach to cure COVID-19, 3 million more people lacked healthcare, he decreased corporate taxes (which caused working class Americans to pay for it), he wanted to use the U.S. military to combat anti-police brutality protesters (General Esper adamantly opposed that plan), and he added $7.8 trillion to the deficit. Trump has been called among the worst Presidents in American history, so this new era of American history must be realized. Also, we must never give up. We want to defend our democratic human rights and promote the Dream for all people too.

This is America

This is America. Ten years ago, people would be shocked that a person won the President who publicly wanted to be a dictator on Day One, who was found liable of sexually abusing a woman, was impeached twice, and agitated an insurrection against the American government. Yet, we live in this reality in the quarter century mark of the 21st century. Some people believe in the lying apple pie, John Wayne myth that America is inheritably good, and all early Americans just wanted justice for people. The reality is that America always had wicked people and righteous people who fought for who will carry on the legacy for America. The war for the soul of America is not lost, but we have a very long way to go in seeing America reach its highest potential as a nation and as a culture. Slavery against black people, Jim Crow, the pogrom against black people in Tulsa back in 1921, the anti-Semitic attacks on Jewish people, Islamophobic attacks, gun violence, and other evils are part of American history. This history is real, and many MAGA cultists want to whitewash or erase that history (as found in schools in Florida and Texas), but that history is very authentic. The same MAGA followers who deny being racist are the same ones who want to sugarcoat black history in public schools, ban books in even public libraries, eliminate affirmative action programs, call people slurs who disagree with them, and some even defend the terrorism done during the January 6th insurrection. Even Caitlin Clark admitted that there is white privilege in society and double standards. Eliminating democratic principles to have single monarchy like rule is the agenda of the global elites as the elites funded the Trump 2024 Presidential campaign via Wall Street corporate interests. Curtis Yarvin has an influence on Trump supporters, and he wrote in desiring democracy to be replaced by an oligarchy. Now, you have Elon Musk expressing support for the far right AfD party.

When you have Pete Hegseth having a tattoo associated with white racist groups, Tulsi Gabbard whitewashing Putin's overt war crimes, RFK Jr.'s vaccine total skepticism, and more less qualified cabinet proposed people, and Donald Trump wanting Liz Cheney to be in prison for organizing a legal January 6th committee, then you know America is being America. When racists use terms like DEI and identity politics, they are hiding their bigotry. Also, we acknowledge the heroic Americans who fought for justice and democracy like the Union forces during the Civil War, the men and women who liberated people from fascism during WWII, the activists who led the Selma movement, and the anti-police brutality protests of 2020. The truth is that we must both address economic issues and confront racism (including all forms of oppression) in getting justice for all. Likewise, we have an opportunity to fight back against injustice, against ecocide, and against voter suppression policies. The story is not finished, and more chapters will be mentioned. We have every right to defeat fascism. We love truth more than idol worship of a person who desires to be a King. We desire America to be a land of true freedom for everyone.

I showed this image intentionally to show the disdain Trump has for black women and black people in general who hold him accountable. When the black women journalists (including the ABC correspondent Rachel Scott, who is a great professional) asked Trump legitimate questions, Trump went off and use offensive comments against them. That shows the cruelty of the Trump agenda.

Specific Reasons

There will always be debates on how Trump was elected President in 2024. I am a middle-aged man in my early 40s, so I'm not naive about the Universe. The truth is that there is more than one reason why Trump was elected. Here are some of the major reasons why a slight majority of American voters decided to vote for an authoritarian in 2024. 2024 was a watershed political year, similar to 1968 when conservative ideals are increasingly embraced by a large section of Americans (who split from a political coalition that caused Biden to win the Presidency back in 2020). Trump won the Electoral College in the realm of 312 electoral votes to Harris' 216 electoral votes. Trump won every swing state and held all of the states that he won in 2010. He won a plurality of votes in 49.8 percent. He has improved his vote share among working class voters, young men, those without college degrees, and Hispanic voters. Trump is the first President since Glover Cleveland back in 1892 to be elected to non-consecutive terms. After voter roll purges, Trump being a convicted felon, assassination attempts against Trump, arson against ballot drop boxes in Portland, Oregon (and Vancouver, Washington), some voters staying home over political issues, the most bizarre American election in U.S. history in 2024 is over. Here are some of the reasons why Donald Trump was voted into office for the 2nd time:

MISINFORMATION: Donald Trump and his allies promoted an unprecedented misinformation campaign. This campaign was promoted by the billionaire Elon Musk, Steve Bannon, and other human beings. Constantly, Trump promoted lies like Kamala Harris is low IQ and doesn't have policies to address housing, inflation, and other important issues. The truth is that Kamala Harris' 2024 campaign website outlined specific solutions to housing other financial issues like giving credit to new homeowners and investing in our schools plus infrastructure. Trump had the bully pulpit to outline his extremism and bigotry that gained more of a reception among many Americans. Musk's X platform allowed disinformation to spread about Kamala Harris, Democrats, and progressive people in general omitting that progressive people brought America civil rights legislation, voting rights legislation, environmental protections, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, many labor rights protections, etc. Many news sources documented Russian backed misinformation too. It is beyond petty for Trump to try to abolish the Affordable Care Act almost 60 times when he doesn't have an alternative to help all Americans with health care services. It is only jealousy, racism, a nihilistic mentality, and political hatred on why Trump and his followers want corporate insurance companies to continue to make health care to have high prices in many services in trying to end the ACA. Trump comparing himself to Hannibal Lector and Al Capone shows what we know about him.

RACE AND GENDER ISSUES: Kamala Harris went out of his way in her campaign to downplay her race and gender. So, you can't accuse Kamala Harris of playing "the race card" or using "identity politics." Yet, the Trump administration used the race card by saying that Kamala Harris would be a DEI President and questioned her Blackness in offensive ways. White racist grievance is common today, and some white racists believe that they are the most oppressed people in the world. White racists claim to be real Americans, but the original Americans never spoke English, never had a passport, and never had border wall. Even the Pilgrims and the Vikings who came to America never used a passport in coming to North America. Many voters would never vote for a black woman for President, regardless of her policies and qualifications. Many voters have publicly admitted to this. Trump has invoked racial identity politics in his campaign by saying that he has "beautiful white skin" and calling black Americans "the Blacks." Trump has desired to end birthright citizenship which would violate the rights of millions of legal immigrants and other Americans. The vast majority of Latino men, white men, white women, rural voters, and suburban voters voted for Trump. Among many of those voters, anti-Black sentiments motivated their voting reasoning.  Many people wished for white women to turn to Kamala Harris in higher numbers than 2020, but that wasn't the case. Most white women voters voted for Donald Trump in overwhelming numbers. Bigotry against black Americans and other people have continued after the 2024 election. Many black Americans in many states received threatening, racist text messages the day after the election. Similar bigoted texts have been received to Hispanic and LBGTQIA+ students too. Some sexists in America shown signs talking about controlling the bodies of women in a sick way.

AMERICA IS AMERICA: Some people need to reject the myth that America is a progressive paradise. America is America. We must reluctantly accept the fact that America is a much more conservative country than we think. America was born in the midst of Native American genocide, African American slavery, the treatment of women as less than human, and other evils. Let's be real on history. There have been righteous Americans who fought for justice and equality. Also, there has been evil Americans who wanted the status quo and oppression like the Confederates, the Klan, the Americans who supported the Nazis during WWII, the MAGA cult members, and fascistic paramilitary groups like the Proud Boys and the Three Percenters. The massive hatred and violence in America have not cease to exist. Oppression still consumes American society against the poor, black people, women, other members of color, sexual minorities, and other human beings. It doesn't shock me that a slight majority of American voters wanted a fascist to be President in America when his policies contributed to over 1 million Americans to die from COVID-19, because I realize the true history of America. It is naive to assume that America will just improve itself by doing nothing. If we want to improve America, we have to be active to stand up for real principles and defend our belief system without apology. You have to meet people where they are and tell them that their lives are related to the lives of all people.

"Our responsibility is for decency to show those who stayed home, those who stayed silent that there is a place for decency and a place for them. That’s the work that has to be done next."

-Stacey Abrams

ECONOMICS: President Joe Biden has some of the most progressive record in economics since the days of LBJ and FDR. President Biden was the first President to join a picket line to protest for economic rights among workers, saw a reduction of unemployment, saw inflation go down, witness radical declines in crime across America, eliminated student loan debt for millions of Americans, invested in manufacturing plus semiconductor resources (to build up our technological services in America), and cut childhood poverty in half. Yet, many Americans didn't feel that economic benefit because of rising prices of groceries and other services including high inflation in other parts of the economy. There is still record corporate profits, even in the Biden Presidency, along with massive economic inequality (including a massive homelessness problem in America). Many voters decided to vote for Trump, because they believe in the myth that Trump is an economic populist superhero. Trump wants tariffs which can harm the economy, wants tax cuts for the super wealthy, desires to end many legitimate environmental regulations (that will increase cancers and cause more health issues for people), and co-signs the interests of the billionaire class in enumerable ways. Since 2010, profits of health insurers have hit a collective of $371 billion. $120 billion was funneled to shareholders. Half of U.S. adults say that they can't afford an unexpected $500 medical expense. So, the crony capitalism agenda is Trumpism. MAGA is the complete antithesis of economic justice. The Trump supporters hypocritically claim that Trump is an economic populist, but he is funded by billionaire Elon Musk spending $277 million. Citizens United allowed this to happen. The economy was the most discussed issue in the 2024 Presidential election along with immigration. Economic populist thought has grown in American society, and that is why many scholars desire Democrats to promote more economic populism more overtly in order to have better political results.

CULTURE WAR MATTERS: Many people exploit culture war issues for personal benefit. Trump hypocritical claims that Kamala Harris wants taxpayers to pay for transgender people in prison to have gender affirming surgeries when the Trump administration created that policy. Harris didn't talk that much about this issue possibly costing her votes. Kamala Harris should have talked about the transgender issue, because even if people would disagree with her, people would respect her standing up on an issue (one way or the other way). I always mentioned that whether people agree with the transgender movement or not, we have to reckon with the fact that the vast majority of Americans are conservative on gender identity issues. Even some centrist Democrats want to falsely blame transgender people for the 2024 election going for Trump, but that isn't true. Transgender people (and non-binary human beings) make up one percent of the American population, bigots will vote for what they want regardless, and non-transgender people and transgender people collectively don't want to violate kids, don't want to abuse people in general, and never desire to destroy all families. We have to follow the Golden Rule and treat people with dignity and respect, regardless of someone's background. All people are created equal and are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Also, we have the responsibility to do the right thing, treat people right, and follow righteousness too.

Therefore, Trump and his allies exploited complex cultural issues as a means for them to gain support. Also, the Democrats didn't do enough to deal with the crisis of men and women suffering societal issues. Many men are brainwashed to accept red pill, sexist nonsense, because they have been deceived to accept talking points from people (who sit on their ivory towers like sexists Andrew Tate, Fresh and Fit, Sneako, H. Pearl Davis, Nick Feuntes, Adin Ross, Matt Walsh, etc.) who appeal to their desperation for identity and social acceptance. Those in the manosphere heavily lean to the right or libertarian, so their views lean heavily to being in favor of Trump. Kamala Harris, to her credit, advocated apprenticeships, investments, and mentors as solutions in helping men, but the Republicans used their voice more to go on various podcasts from Joe Rogan to other people in getting their views across. We know that Trump has a long history of spewing sexist nonsense, so Trump is blatantly anti-woman. American voters dealt with the social issues of abortion, immigration, gun control, health care, education, LBGTQ+ issues, climate change, foreign policy (including the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East), etc. Down ballot, Democrats did much better in state and local elections including ballot initiatives. Some Trump voters believe in the myths that John Wayne was racially tolerant, that Thomas Jefferson never owned slaves, and that Trump is immune from any critique. This propaganda which is pro-imperialist and whitewashes American history (advocated by PragerU) must be disagreed with vigorously.  If Democrats want better political results in the future, they must use podcast and other modern day social media platforms to gain support and express their own views without compromise.

Cabinet for an Authoritarian

Trump's picks for his cabinet during his second term have been bizarre to say the least. He wanted Pam Bondi to be the Attorney General. Pam Bondi was the former Florida Attorney General from 2011 to 2019. She was the lawyer who supported Trump during his first impeachment trial. Bondi once believed in the lie that the 2020 election was stolen to benefit Joe Biden. Trump wants Scott Bessent to be the Secretary of the Treasury. He is the Key Square Group CEO from South Carolina. He wants Scott Turner from Texas to be the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Susie Wiles is planned to be the White House Chief of Staff. He wants U.S. representative Elise Stefanik to be the Ambassador to the United States. He wants the extremist Pete Hegseth to be the Secretary of Defense. Pete Hegseth has questioned if women should be in combat roles in the military when tons of women have served honorably in the U.S. military for centuries. He has been accused of sexual assault by a woman, he wants a crusade to make America to accept his far-right agenda, he wants gerrymandering to harm Democrats politically, and he called progressives and Democrats enemies of freedom. Trump wants Doug Burgum to be the Secretary of the Interior. He wants Brooke Rollins to be the Secretary of Agriculture. He wants the controversial Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Trump wants Linda McMahon to be the Secretary of Education. Trump wants Tulsi Gabbard to be the Director of National Intelligence. Gabbard is opposed to a ceasefire in Gaza, had meetings with the dictator Assad, and she met with the far-right Indian Prime Minister Modi.

Resistance against Tyranny

The results of the 2024 Presidential election should not allow us to be in the corner with neutrality. We should be inspired to carry onward with the goal of justice for all. Trump may deny having anything to do with the Project 2025 agenda, but many of the Trump administration's proposal mirror the Project 2025 agenda like mass deportations, cuts to the Department of Education, harming affirmative action and pro-diversity programs, and cuts to legitimate environmental regulations. The gains that we have made in over one century could be gone in a flash if people don't use legitimate activism. It's that real. One of the leaders of Trump's 2025 plan for the Trump administration is clear in his own words of "We're coming for the Civil Rights Act next, then the New Deal. We're gonna repeal the 20th century." The Democrats aren't perfect, but the GOP will increase the enabling of Israel's genocidal wars and the enforcement of draconian anti-immigration policies (beyond just punishing undocumented immigrants who committed violent crimes but punishing asylum seekers and even some legal immigrants).

There is resistance against the status quo. Many strikers of Starbucks want legitimate changes to their economic situation along with the drivers of Amazon products. The labor rights movement has increased. Now, unionized Starbucks workers are on strike in at least 12 states fighting for better wages and working conditions. Today, people have invested in groups fighting for the rights of black people, immigrants, women, workers, and other human beings. During this time in early 2025, we must always have hope and faith. There are still millions of Americans who believe in goodness, righteousness, and human democracy. Many years ago, many people across the political spectrum created the Watergate hearings that exposed Nixon's corruption. There was the recent January 6th hearing that documented Trump and his allies trying to overthrow a legal election. Therefore, the Biden/Harris administration did much good for American society from antitrust policies, labor rights actions, and passing some of the most progressive legislation in American history. As far as I'm concern, we are all done with wishy washy centrist Democrats who care more for the status quo than liberty. We have been done with MAGA extremists who love bigotry more than true human ideals of equality and human rights. We have to allow the younger generation of leaders to lead movements for social change like Jasmine Crockett, Maxwell Frost, AOC, and other people.

Epilogue

After twenty-five years of the 21st century, we have witnessed a political threat worse than Reaganism, and the Tea Party movement combined. It is the MAGA Trump movement with millions of followers who desire an end to diversity programs, who desire open bigotry to be expressed in public without free speech opposition, who want radical isolationism, who want radical austerity, and who wants massive tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires. This cult relies on division, sexism, and racism to grow. It is very slick to hide their intolerance under the guise of being "anti-woke," but being woke to advocate for the human rights of minorities is not evil. MAGA members hide behind religion including Christianity as an excuse to justify their actions. Yet, Christianity never taught calling people slurs as even the New Testament mentioned to let no filthy communication go out of your mouth. The New Testament has a story where Yeshua wanted his followers to not reject the sojourner on the road, but many Trump followers want children (even born in America) to be deported because their parents are undocumented workers. The New Testament defends the poor, but many MAGA followers desire radical cuts to services that have helped the poor for generations. It is righteous to say that treating your neighbor as yourself and defending basic human democratic rights is sacrosanct. The 2024 Presidential election was one of the strangest elections of my lifetime with arson done to voting boxes and massive debates. We saw Trump experiencing 2 assassination attempts in one year and Kamala Harris holding massive rallies to appeal to Americans. In 2025, we shall witness the final Presidency of Donald Trump until 2029. Many people including some Democrats voted for Trump for many issues from economic to cultural issues. Many voters stayed home because of the war in Gaza. One lesson about this season is to never give up and continue to live life. There is no shame in repentance as none of us are perfect. There is great strength in correcting errors, turning to God in prayer sincerely, and living a holy life. We have this opportunity to grow, to learn, to exercise, to read, and to analyze how the world works.
