As for the Israeli election, we want the reactionary Netanyahu to not being office. We want courageous Israeli and Palestinian leaders to have peace, security, and an end to the atrocities against Palestinians in the West Bank. We want Israeli settlers who assaulted Palestinians, Christians, and other people to be in prison. Also, we know that Hamas is a terrorist organization that murdered Israelis in the October 7 massacre and in other events. Palestinians have every right to their self-determination, and progressive Israeli have the right to live in peaceful coexistence with the people in the Middle East filled with freedom. I realize that many black people live in the Middle East too, and they should have justice without discrimination and without racism. Trump won't start his fascism as he has threatened martial law if Democrats win big during the 2026 midterm elections. More people want Hegseth to be impeached and Linda McMahon to be impeached too.
We live in a new era of time. The end of the Federalists, the end of the Whigs, and other parties are common place in American history. The MAGA movement is not new. Many of their xenophobic, bigoted views are similar to the views of the Knownothing Party of the 1800s. There is an unprecendeted amount of corruption, a minimization of the Epstein files by the Trump adminstration, and other evils found in the Trump adminsitration. We have to vote like our lives depend on it. We can vote early, vote on Election Day, and vote in favor of democracy, not authoritarianism. Hegseth with lax qualifications have some nerve to bash diversity when America is a heterogenous, diverse multiracial country. People of diverse cultural identities strengthen America. These people are found among every color, creed, and background. We want the end of the MAGA movement and that must exist by organizing, voting, and using our power to stand up against injustice. Races in the Senate, House, and governorships are very important. We are dealing with high grocery prices, high gasoline prices, and people working 2 or 3 jobs to afford their homes or apartments. Our government should be made up of the people in a democratic republic with a representative government among three co-equal branches of government (without a unitary executive system as MAGA advocates). MAGA's greed and corruption is real, and many of their members are allied with war criminals like Putin and authoritarians like Xi and Kim Jong Il. When you have Kansas possibly having a Democratic Senator like Adam Hamilton, then you know that times have changed.
It is important to realize that your journey is your journey. You should always be clear to promote your goals, celebrate others, be humble, and always realize that you have the right to be on your grind to improve your life. Involving health, plaque can build up in blood vessels. Heat can open up our blood vessels and trigger the artery lining to release nitric oxide, the molecule that keeps your arteries relaxed and flexible. Finnish research found that people who uses the sauna 4 times a week had lower rates of heart disease than once a week users. NOP training releases nitric oxide too that can relax arteries and trains them to widen. The full effect is done by 2.5 hours a week. Heart disease can be silent since it builds up over decades. It deals with chronic inflammation, cholesterol and calcium starts to deposit, arteries narrow, plaque ruptures, blood clots form, and chest pain existed which could mean that arteries are 70 to 90 percent blocked. That is why people who want to improve their health need to walk, do cardio, and use strength training. Never trust those who bash either cardio or strength training. Both are necessary to get 150 minutes a week (along getting 7-9 hours of sleep a day). Cardio improves the heart muscle and lowers blood pressure. Strength training reduces visceral fat and improves insulin sensitivity. We have to reduce stress that can damage arterial walls and increases blood clotting.
The campaign of Abdul El-Sayed has been through many attacks from Mike Rogers and the Trump movement. I don't believe El-Sayed is a person who wants to form a theocratic state to harm the rights of Christians and other non-Muslims as many Islamophobes claims. Yet, he has made some mistakes, like appearing with Hasan Piker who made remarks like America deserves 9/11 until he apologized for it. Many American Jewish people have legitimate fears about the growth of anti-Semitism in America. El-Sayed called anti-Semitism a scourge in desiring to address it. Kamala Harris and Barack Obama have endorsed El-Sayed in September and October of 2026, respectively. Mike Rogers promoted the lie that El-Sayed had pledged support to the Muslim Brotherhood and that his campaign is funded by terrorist groups. JD Vance lied and said that El-Sayed supports sharia law. El-Sayed has talked about not accepting PAC donations, supporting Medicare for All, and upholding freedom of religion. He wants to invest in renewable energy. He supports abolishing ICE. Mike Rogers is basically a MAGA supporter and an ally of Trump.
The recent Donald Trump rally in Michigan, when he objectified the body of a black woman (racists view black people as caricatures and negative archetypes, not truly human beings), who is Nicki Minaj. Trump talked about her body part in a disgraceful fashion. This is the President of the United States of America saying this nonsense. One thing about Barack Obama was when he was President, he never talked about women or people who he disagreed with in that fashion in public. Trump goes about to lie and claim that the 2020 election was stolen and objectifies human beings plus disrespected a person with a disability in public. So, Trump's character is lower than low. Nicki Minaj should know better than to ally with an anti-Christian like Donald Trump (he admitted that he hated his enemies and doesn't ask God for forgiveness for anything). Pro-Trump puppets like Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, and others should be ashamed of themselves for how the policies of Trump are hurting black people, brown people, and tons of people of every color including the poor. Therefore, this delusion of MAGA is one of the largest cults in human history. Nicki Minaj is not representative of the intelligent, progressive black women who are standing up for freedom and justice against the Trump movement. MAGA is filled with sexists, racists, xenophobes, and far right extremists who are truly anti-American by their ideologies and behavior.
