I got another photo of Hitler and his cronies in 1923 after the failed Munich Putsch and I am wondering if the people in that photo answered to the Jesuits?

This is most probably Archbishop Cesare Orsenigo, Nuncio to Germany. Eugenio Pacelli, the later Pope, occupied the same office and attended the same kind of event, but this was back in 1929, when Hitler had not established himself as the „Führer” yet.

The fine print was hard to decipher, but I think I got it right:

„Der Apostolische Nuntius richtet beim traditionellen (?) Neujahrsempfang als Sprecher des Diplomatischen Korps an den Führer die besten Wünsche für das Jahr 193?. ”

Roughly translates to:

„The Apostolic Nuncio as spokesman for the Diplomatic Corps directs the best wishes for the year 193? towards the Führer at the traditional New Years Welcome.”

Best regards – Quintessenz

Hello Mr. Phelps,

I caught you on Mr. Szymanski's show tonite and thought the following was relevant to Hitler coming to power.

A) The Catholic Church hierarchy - especially Eugenio Pacelli, before and after he became Pope Pius XII - aided the Nazis. Indeed, Pacelli and the Church played a central role in making Hitler the dictator of Germany.
B) The Catholic Church was active in Nazi movements outside Germany, especially in the Baltic region and in the Balkans, where the Church helped run the Nazi puppet State of Croatia. After the war, the Vatican sheltered Croatian Nazi war criminals.
C) Although at Yad Vashem, Pope John Paul II described the Nazis as having "a Godless ideology," this is not how the Nazis presented themselves or how the Catholic Church described the Nazis when they were in power.

The Social Democrats fiercely opposed the Enabling act.  Hitler needed a 2/3 majority, so the balance lay with Zentrum, the Catholic Center Party.  Zentrum leader Monsignor Ludwig Kaas, a close friend and advisor to Eugenio Pacelli, the future Pope Pius XII, addressed the Reichstag. Far from attacking the Enabling act, or disputing Hitler's claim that Nazism was based on Christianity, Kaas called for a 'yes' vote. The Zentrum faction did vote 'yes,' and the act became law.

In like manner Catholic numbers have swayed American politics with the Irish invasion, and today with the marxicans invasion as well as the majority in congress and senate.

take care,
James
