A Georgia Committee passes Pro-Life bill targets racist and sexist abortions. They approved a bill on Wednesday that would ban abortions done specifically because the child is African-American. HB 1155 would also make it a crime to attempt to coerce a woman to have an abortion based on the race or sex of the unborn child. It would prevent abortion practitioners from knowingly doing race based or gender based abortions. On Wednesday, the house Judiciary Non-Civil Committee passed the bill out of the committee on a 7-6 vote. After a number of attempts to amend the legislation failed, the commitee was asked to vote on a "motion to table" the bill. The committee was evenly split on the vote enabling Chairman Rich Golick to vote in our favor and thereby defeating the motion. "Hundreds of hours have been put into the crafting of this legislation, using some of the top pro-life attorneys around the country and within the state," Mike Griffin, the legislative director of Georgia Right to Life, told LifeNews.com. "There is no doubt that this bill will protect women from coercion, from gender selection and race based abortions, while ensuring that it mirrors other non-discrimination laws in this state," he said. The prenatal Nondiscrimination Act would apply to abortion according to Rep. Loudermilk in the same standards of nondiscrimination that govern employment, education, government, and housing. According to the Georgia Right to Life telling Lifenews.com: "...Pregnant women targeted for criminal solicitation of abortion would not be criminally or civilly liable. Victims of violations could recover all damages available under state tort law, as well as damages for the homicide of an unborn child...Systemic violations of abortion laws could be prosecuted under the corrupt organization statute and harmed individuals would have a private cause of action..." This bill is a good, common sense bill. It's not polarizing at, yet pro-abortion extremists still oppose it. This bill just says that abortions shouldn't be done based on race, sex, or color. These discriminative abortions occur all of the time in America not just in Georgia. I don't agree with the Georgia Right to Life billboard sign with the message of "Black Children Are An Endangered Species" featuring a picture of a black baby. There is nothing wrong with opposing abortion and exposing the racial exploitation of abortion. Yet, you don't have to compare human beings to endangered species animals in order to make a political point. You can be Pro-Life as I am and still use billboards that don't have that type of offensive rhetoric. Catherine Davis, who is the director of minority outreach for Georgia Right to Life told CNN that they weren't trying to demonize black women, but saying that the abortion industry targets specifically the black community. The abortion industry does that, but another billboard can succintly make that point know better. Much of the communities are awaken about this vital issue. According to figures from the Centers for Disease Control, while black women represent 12.5% of American females they have 38.2% of all abortions, according to the authors. Most of the people who supported the legislative measure are Republicans and most of those who opposed it were Democrats in the Georgia state legislature.
Technology have rapidly improved over the years. The London Telegraph has an article that says that there exists a computer that can read minds. This system can decipher thought patterns and tell what people are thinking simply by scanning the brain. This breakthrought is a step forward, because it can delve into people's memories and differeniate between different recollections. The breakthrough follows research last year by the same team who used the same techique to track aperson's movements around a computer-simulated room. The study was published online in Current Biology. It focused on the hippocampus, which is an area in the center of the brain that plays a crucial role in short term memory. A telepathy machines can raise the prospects of a lie detector tests that can even lead to the manipulations of memories as shown in the film "The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." The latest experiment have researchers showing 10 volunteers three seven seond films featuring different women carrying out an everyday task in a typical urban street like posting a letter or drinking coffee from a paper cup. The volunteers were asked to memorize what they saw and then recall each one in turn whilst inside an MRI or the magnetic resonance imaging scanner. The MRI scanner records brain activity by measuring changes in blood flow within the brain. The computer algorithm then studied the electrical patterns and could tell which film the volunteer was recalling with an accurary of about 50%, which was well above chance. Professor Eleanor Maguire of the University College London said that: "...In our previous experiment we were looking at basic memories, at someone's location in an environment....What is more interesting is to look at 'episodic' memories – the complex, everyday memories that include much more information on where we are, what we are doing and how we feel...." Professor Maguire said that she and other studied brain activity for a specific episodic memory to find actual memory traces. They found that are memories are clearly represented in the hippocampus. SHe must to know how memories are stored and how they may change over time. The researchers have utilized the same scanning technique in their earlier study to work out the locations of 4 men as they navigated their way around a virtual reality room. The pattern of brain activity was different for each of the 4 points they visited allowing the team to work out where the men are. The technology of brain scanning is much different therefore than 5 years ago indeed.
Henry Kissinger is a controversial figure in world history. Kissinger was an Establishment agent in the 20th to 21st centuries. He was born in Feurth, Germany on Ma 27, 1923. He was jewish and came into America in 1938 as a refugee from the Nazis. He served in U.S. Army ironically from 1943 to 1946. This allowed him to gain U.S. citizenship. His native tongue was German. So, he was placed in a counterintelligent unit. After, WWII ended when he was only 22 years old, he was made the military administrator or the ruler of the German town of Bernsheim. He was 24 in 1947. In that year, he entered Harvard University. There, his personal tutor was Professor William Yandell Elliott of the Government Department. Elliott was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford in the 1920's. He (via his lecturers and published writings) admired H.G. Wells' Illuminist blueprint for an Anglo-American world world government. Elliot was a racist neo-Confederate who viewed the U.S. Constitution along with the concept of democracy with veiled contempt. He worked with the Rockfeller and Harriman families during his decades as a Harvard professor. Elliot recruited influential figurers like Vietnam hawk McGeorge Bundy, Samuel Huntington (who was a "Clash of Civilizations" advocate), and "Arc of Crisis" mastermind Zbigniew Brzezinski. Kissinger graduated from Harvard, summa cum laude, in 1950 and received his Ph.D. in 1954. In 1951 he was put on the Harvard payroll as the executive director of Professor Elliot's new Harvard International Seminars. These seminars were founded by the Rockefellers, the CIA, and the Ford Foundaiton. They carried members who were young foreing and domestic diplomats, politicans, and journalists. A year later, Kissinger found the publication called "Conference." This was done to promote his seminars. $26,000 from the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation and continued assistance from the Ford Foundation aided Conference. He worked in Harvard and joined the Council on Foreign Relations in 1955. It was headed by John J. McCloy back then. Kissinger wrote aobut nuclear affairs in his book entitled, "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy." He wrote that he wanted a limited nuclear war if necessary. Nelson Rockfeller groomed Henry Kissinger to work in politics as well. He was a Rockfeller puppet for the rest of his life. When President John F. Kennedy was in office, Kennedy found out that Kissinger was advocating the use of limited nuclear weapons, (perhaps attempting to test the thesis of his CFR book). This was during the Berlin crisis and JFK fired Kissinger. Kissinger was a consultant to McGeorge Bundy (the special assistant for National Security Affairs). Richard Nixon made clear their intention to hire Kissinger as the National Security Advisor in their new administrations, which is just another example of how foreign policy of the United States remained outside of the democratic process and under Establishment control. In his book The Trial of Henry Kissinger, Christopher Hitchens goes into great detail to reveal the fact that Henry Kissinger was almost single-handedly responsible for the breakdown of the peace talks in Paris between North and South Vietnam in 1968. Kissinger wanted a Republican administration since the Democrats under Hubert Humphrey wanted a peace plank. Kissinger made the South to back away from peace talks. Every time the North made a concession the Nixon team urged the South to demand even further concessions, and promised them that a Nixon administration could achieve more favorable terms for the South if they would but stall and wait until after the election. When Kissinger was in the Nixon White House in 1969, he wanted to allow Western domination in the Third World (even if by military/CIA back coups, eugenics, population control, etc.) and play China & Russia against each other (so the corporate elite via the Rockefeller Chase Manhattan Bank can weap monetary benefit from both nations via trade, technology transfers, etc.). Kissinger is famous for the support of the illegal attacks in Cambodia. The United States illegallly bombed Cambodia as early as March of 1969 according to Blum's book entitled, "Killing Hope." The Vietnam War according to Blum described about how China sold several thousand tons of steel to the US military in South Vietnam to help in the building of Air Force and Army bases.. What this proved is that China and America had connections for a long time even in the early 1970's that was military in orientation. The United States supported General Lon Nol and Sirik Matak of Cambodia when Prince Sihanouk was removed from power in March 18, 1970 (as he was in a trip in the Soviet Union). On April 30, 1970, only weeks after the coup, American troops invaded Cambodia to assist General Lon Nol, and to fight against the Communists that seemed to come from all sides. As Blum records, the invasion was met with a huge protest from the peace movement in the United States, and four members of Kissinger's NSC, including the above-mentioned Roger Morris, resigned in protest. The civil war in Camboida lead to the dictator Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. These actions prolonged the Vietnam War and destroyed Sihanouk's regime in Cambodia. Ironically, it would be the Vietnamese Communists that would strop Pol Pot's genocide. Kissinger and others supported the CIA backed coup of Chile in 1971. In 2010, Kissinger is still alive promoting the new world order overtly as he has done decades ago.
North Dakota has its state owned bank. Its was created in 1919. The Bank of North Dakota was established by the legislature in 1919 to free farmers and small businessmen from the clutches of out-of-state bankers and railroad men. By law, the State must deposit all its funds in the bank, and the State guarantees its deposits. The bank’s surplus profits are returned to the State’s coffers. The bank operates as a bankers’ bank, partnering with private banks to lend money to farmers, real estate developers, schools and small businesses. It makes 1% loans to startup farms, has a thriving student loan business, and purchases municipal bonds from public institutions. This has caused many surpluses and not a big unemployement too. If this isolated farming State can escape Wall Street’s credit crisis, the world’s eighth largest economy can do it too. This is interesting news since radical deregulation was one big part of the creation of the global financial meltdown in the first place. This has been exposed by Michel Chossuodovsky from Global Research as well. Corporate merges, buy outs, speculations, and the derivatives have caused a role in causing our financial recession as well. Private bankers shouldn't control our money since the bankers may end up becoming the government, which is occuring today (which many bankers in the Barack Obama administration).

The National Academy of Sciences did a thorough review on fluoride in 2006. They documented numerous deleterious effects of fluoride on many organ systems including increased potential risk for bone fractures (the well characterized disease of skeletal fluorosis) possibly increased risk of osteosarcoma, reduced IQ, thyroid dysfunction, endocrine dysfunction and others all 300 pages is online if anyone cares to confirm it. Of course don’t forget fluoride induced dental fluorsosis (i.e. teeth mottling and a sign of toxic exposure to fluoride) They ended with recommending that the EPA should more strictly regulate fluoride. Their findings mirror those in the peer-reviewed medical literature, while Harvard trained toxicologist Phyllis Mullenix also extensively documented behavioral changes in mice upon exposure to blood levels of fluoride not far greater than those experienced through water fluoridation and other sources of exposure. Former, well credentialed EPA scientists have been fired for bucking the political line on this issue. Meanwhile 90% of the fluoride placed into our water supply is not industrial grade sodium fluoride, it is silicofluorides, quite simply, scraped from the sides of Florida phosphate plant smokestacks. If it weren’t thrown into the water supply it would have to be disposed of as hazardous waste. You can read more on this starting here http://healthjournalclub.blogspot.com/2009/11/water-fluoridation-part-i.html if you suspect I am just making this all up.
