Controversies in Life

There is a controversial film called "Machete." Its supporters claim that it's about artistic expression. It's critics believe it's about promoting racial tensions and violence. This film is the product of the efforts by Robert Rodriguez. It talks about the immigration issue. Alex Jones said that 2 Hispanic members of Robert Rodriguez' production crew warned him about the offensive message. The move shows people killing Americans with a machete and a mob. It' a 70s exploitation like film. It's similar to Rodriguez and Tarantino's Grindhouse movie. Some feel that the movie promotes stereotypes, have pejorative cross culture terms, and divided people. The film glorifies Machete as a hero. There has been protests and violence in Arizona and Santa Cruz, California over the immigration issue. The end of the movie protray the vicious revenge killer Machete as a martyr. his likeness is placed on religious candles as the Virgin Mary or Jesus Christ would be [see script references]. Vulnerable illegal immigrants, seeking to evade crude Militia Men characters as they cross the border, pray to Machete for protection, in the hopes they he will wipe out their enemies. Machete becomes a folk hero of sorts, like a Father Hidalgo figure, and his iconography carries over into the traditional use of the machete as a symbol of peasant uprisings. He wants to defeat his enemies via any means necessary. They associate the Catholic Church with Machete's plot. They try to assassinate a Texas Senator, who the film sees as anti-immigration (he views the illegal immigrants as a terroristic group wanting violence). The Senate is associated with a militia group too. The film sees even legitimate acts to control or curb illegal immigration as extremists. Tax payer dollars are going into the production of the film. It's not a secret that globalists want to divide people in order to conquer them. You can support compassion for immigrants without hate and stereotyping like the film Machete seems to promote (even if its supporters wanted to use this film as a parody of anti-immigrant extremism not promoting anarchy).

Some see Elena Kagan as anti-gun rights. American citizens have a 2nd Amendment right to own a gun. This year, no case on the Supreme Court docket is more important than McDonald v. Chicago, where the Court is deciding whether the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms is only a right you have against the federal government, or instead if the Second Amendment (like most of the Bill of Rights) also secures a right you can assert against state and local governments. The issue is whether Chicago's law of banning gun even in your own home is constitutional. The last Supreme Court Second Amendment case was District of Columbia v. Heller in 2008. This case was argued before the Court on March 2nd of this year. The current Solicitor General Kagan argued nothing. She didn't ask time during the oral argument. She didn't even file a brief as the solicitor general routinely does in important constitutional cases. The McDonald case was monumentally important. If someone asserts that the solicitor general shouldn't file a brief because it's a state matter as to whether the Second Amendment is "incorporated" to the states via the 14th Amendment (which is the issue in McDonald), the record speaks to the contrary. The 1969 case of Benton v. Maryland have the solicitor general filed a brief and then like in Heller in 2008 got divided argument time to express the government's views on front of the Court. The Supreme Court incorporated a right form the Bill of Rights to the states. Kagan wouldn't file a brief that representing over 75% of Americans that 2nd Amendment is an individual right. Elena Kagan was part of the Clinton White House gun control efforts. A Clinton staffer said that: "... We are taking the law and bending it as far as we can to capture a whole new class of guns..." It was public that when the Supreme Court was asked in 1987 to decide if the D.C. gun ban was unconstitutional. This was the Court eventually struck down in Heller. Kagan wrote to Justice Marshall on the Court that she was no sympathetic toward the argument that the 2nd Amendment doesn't allow D.C. completely ban all guns. This is an anti-gun policy made by Kagan. It isn't a secret that Barack Obama supports the Chicago gun ban. He publicly repeated this position as recently as June 26, 2008. This was when the Heller decision was release. President Barack Obama believes that there is nothing unconstitutional about the city or even the whole state where you live completely banning you from having any firearms for hunting or self defense, even in your own home. President Barack Obama has been criticized by some of having a gun control agenda. We don't know how anti-gun President Obama is, but he certainly has anti-gun tendencies. Kagan follows in that anti-gun mindset as Obama. Elena Kagan’s confirmation hearings this summer could get very interesting. America’s gun owners have a way of making their voices heard.

Pro-Life advocates are trying to protest the visit by Planned Parenthood President into Iowa. This will occur in May of 2010. The Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards plan to visit Iowa. This is the same Richards who once called pro-lifers who disagreed with the opening of the huge Aurora, Illinois abortuary as "some of the ugliest anti-choice protesters we've ever seen." The First Amendment means something Richard. There were moms, dads, kids in strollers, grandmothers, and high school teens their rallying with support of their unborn brothers and sisters. They aren't ugly as Cecile Richards falsely classify them as. These people didn't act ugly as Cecile Richards falsely called these people. It's truly ugly to have a gala celebration to celebrate abortion. The Planned is Power is the 30th anniversary of Planned Parenthood of East Central Iowa (PPECI) at the Cedar Rapids Marriott. Yet, abortion is nothing to celebrate. In the 30 years since PPECI was founded, over 185,000 unborn babies have been aborted in Iowa. Most of them have been murdered by Planned Parenthood. That is why Richards is eager to visit Iowa. Planned Parenthood is desperate to legitimize their abortion business. They want to make abortion as American as apple pie, hiding it behind words like choice, planning, and empowerment. Some people want to protest the Cedar Rapids abortion facility. People want to help women by using local pregnancy centers. People have every right to protest that center that promotes abortion on demand.

The European power brokers are presenting proposals for establishing a new economic and political order. The European Commission is the executive body of the European Union. It has revealed a set of proposals to fully integrate the economies of the EU member states and centralize power under a federalized union. There has been the the announcement of a €750bn EU bailout fund, the EC head and Bilderberg darling José Manuel Barroso announced details of the plan for further European integration. “Europe has dealt with the immediate emergency but we must also show we are serious about the more fundamental reforms needed. We must now get to the root of the problem.” Barroso stated at a press conference in Brussels. Now, the European Central Bank sets the interest rates for the euro zone, while national governments set their own fiscal and economic policies. It is this imbalance that was enforced upon member states with the creation of the EU and a single European currency. This was Barroso and his ilk say has led to the escalation of the financial crisis in Europe. The new proposals centre on 3 main initiatives. One is the national budgets of member states would be opened to superivision, scrutiny, and pressure from all other EU nations operating under the central body. Secondly, there would be increased monitoring of macroeconomic imbalances and "competitiveness" between countries. The Third proposal among the EU is form the formation of the EMF or the European Monetary Fund. This is a permanent bailout mechanism described by the EU's monetary affairs commissioner Olli Rehn as the last resort mechanism of finanical assistance in the form of loans with interest rates that would be so unattractive that no one would want to use it voluntarily. These proposals comes after Barroso's comments that he wants a monetary union and an economic union. The Bilderberg leader EU President Herman van Rompuy supported Barroso's statement. He wants a monetary union and a political union to. Mervyn King is the governor of the Bank of England. He echoed similar comments. He told the media that he believes that the EU won't survive unless financial power is centralized and a federal fiscal union is created. “But if that is to happen there needs to be also a mechanism to enable other countries that have lost competitiveness to regain competitiveness. That requires actions, probably structural reforms, changes in wages and prices, in the countries that need to regain competitiveness. But it also needs a solid and expansionary state of domestic demand in the stronger economies in Europe.” King added. The centralized fiscal union would create a eurozone treasury with the power to tax and spend, issue its own debt, and manage the budgets of its member states. A creation of a fiscal union can mean the loss of even more national sovereignty for member states. Fiscal consolidation can surely result from a stronger European union. European nation states are literally singing over their economic independence to a vastly empowered centralized system under the threat of economic obliteration. For many years, critics believed that the EU is evolving into some federal superstate (that are governed by unelected power brokers). This EU group have tried to undermine the national sovereignty of member states. This new move is a representation of that globalization agenda. The centralized union would mean more states' earnings going into Brussels to prop up the euro currency. It can mean that their national vote counts for even less as unelected foreign bureaucrats are provided vastly more influence on the national economic policies of their governments. This is similar to a problem reaction solution. The same European power brokers that brought us a major crisis, via enforced destabilizing monetary integration, are now offering up the final piece of the jigsaw, full integration as a means of stabilization.

Secret Societies still here now in 2010. The death of President Zachary Taylor is an underrated history. It begins after the Mexican America war. The USA soon took over Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, California, parts of Colorado, Wyoming, and most of Arizona. The deal was that whether this area will be slave territories or free locations. John A. Quitman headed secessionists in Mississippi plus South Carolina to desire that territory to be pro-slavery. Quitman was one of the leaders of the Scottish Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite Freemasons. Quitman by October 1849, Mississippi secessionists convened a strategy session in Natchez with representative from all over the South. This was a call was issued to all southern states to send delegates to a convention on June 3 of the following year. By January 1850, Quitman was elected governor of Mississippi. In that office, as leader of the extremists in the South, Quitman was openly proposing the breakup of the Union. President Taylor had a national crisis. Quitman tried to finance an invasion of Cuba by mercenary troops to expand slavery. Henry Clay tried to have a congressional compromise which was similar to his 1820 Missouri Compromise. Clay wanted California and New Mexico to be apart of the Union as free states. Texan leaders tried to claim New Mexico, but Taylor pledged that he would uphold the law and the Constitution at all costs. John Quitman sent a telegram to Taylor saying that he would personally be leading an anti-federal army of several thousand troops from Texas into New Mexico. President Taylor that same day announced: ``I told them ... that if it becomes necessary I will take command of the army myself to enforce the laws. And I said that if you men are taken in rebellion against the Union, I will hang you with less reluctance than I hanged the spies and deserters in Mexico.'' But, despite being a slaveholder, Taylor actually opposed the expansion of slavery into the new territories. He felt that slavery was a "social and political evil." On the next day of July 4, 1850, Taylor had on his desk a half finished message saying that he would permit Texas to seize any part of New Mexico's territory. The President appeared that afternoon at an Independence Day rally, at which the audience was exhorted to rally to the Union. That evening, President Taylor was sick. He vomited material. He died in July 9. He had cold milk and too many cherries. Some believed that he was poisoned. He was a Whig President. His Vice President Millard Filmore took his place. Abraham Lincoln studied the works of Henry C. Carey after Taylor's death from 1849-1854. Later, the Jesuits, the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, the Knights of the Golden Circle, and other Secret Societies agitated the Civil war in America. Lincoln wasn't perfect as we all know, but he did reject slavery spreading into Kansas as said in his speech in October of 1854.
