Overpopulation is a Myth

Infowars.comMay 5, 2010
As the video below demonstrates, overpopulation is a myth. Globalists and their eugenic minions have misrepresented population statistics for decades in order to justify their agenda to wipe out large portions of the population. If this genocidal agenda continues, humanity will go the way of the Brontosaurus.

According to the U.N. Population Database, the world’s population in 2010 will be 6,908,688,000. The landmass of Texas is 268,820 sq mi (7,494,271,488,000 sq ft). So, divide 7,494,271,488,000 sq ft by 6,908,688,000 people, and you get 1084.76 sq ft/person. That’s approximately a 33′ x 33′ plot of land for every person on the planet, enough space for a town house. Given an average four person family, every family would have a 66′ x 66′ plot of land, which would comfortably provide a single family home and yard — and all of them fit on a landmass the size of Texas. Admittedly, it’d basically be one massive subdivision, but Texas is a tiny portion of the inhabitable Earth. Such an arrangement would leave the entire rest of the world vacant. There’s plenty of space for humanity!

The estimates for the total amount of arable land, that is land that can grow food, support forests for the conversion of carbon dioxide to oxygen, graze cattle and sheep, etc. is only 5 to 10% of the world's total land mass. The world is losing about 200,000 mi.² of arable land annually to building, erosion, and inundation by the sea. So the illustration of putting everybody in Texas is an absolute absurdity. Experts say that if we want to live at the level of the US and Canada we could handle about 2 billion people on the earth. If we want to live at the level of the average person in India we could handle about 12 billion. Add to this the increasing shortage of fresh water and we have real problems in feeding the people we have today.

Like usual, you ignore a lot of things. Using modern technology can create more arable land. Also, the size of Texas is much smaller than even 20% of the total land mass of the Earth. Environmental concerns are real. Yet, scholars prove that by the middle of the 21st century, the population growth will level and decline. Record underpopulation is happening worldwide too. Everyone fitting in Texas isn't absurd since you can fit all people in Texas. That's a mathematical fact. Also, corruption in government, corruption in resources, etc. cause water and food problems beyond population growth. When modernization occur, population levels stabilize. I certainly don't believe you stat of only 10 percent of the earth being arable without sources to prove it. Yet, it's proven that 2.1 is the replacement level of populations. Other experts disagree with your Malthusians views.
