More news occuring in December 2010

The Federal court ordered the first ever destruction of a GMO crop. The court wanted to removed the genetically engineered sugar beet seed crop. They find out that the government and Monsanto rushed to illegally plant herbicide resistant crop. The Federal District Judge is named Jeffrey S. White. He showed a preliminary injunction ordering the immediate destruction of hundreds of acres of GE sugar beet seedlings had been planted in violation of federal law. The ruling comes in a lawsuit filed by Earthjustice and Center for Food Safety on part of a coalition of farmers, consumers, and conservation groups. On September 9, the lawsuit was filed. This was after the U.S. Department of Agriculture or the USDA revealed that it had allowed the seedlings to be planted. The court said that many ways in which GE sugar beets could mess up the environment and consumers. There are containment efforts were insufficient and past contamination incidents were too numerous to allow illegal crop to remain in the ground. . In his court order, Judge White noted, “farmers and consumers would likely suffer harm from cross-contamination” between GE sugar beets and non-GE crops.  He continued, “the legality of Defendants’ conduct does not even appear to be a close question,” noting that the government and Monsanto tried to circumvent his prior ruling, which made GE sugar beets illegal. Paul Achitoff of Earthjustice, lead counsel for the plaintiffs, said, “USDA thumbed its nose at the judicial system and the public by allowing this crop to be grown without any environmental review.  Herbicide resistant crops just like this have been shown to result in more toxic chemicals in our soil and water.  USDA has shown no regard for the environmental laws, and we’re pleased that Judge White ordered the appropriate response.” Plantiff Center for Food Safety's Senior Attorney George Kimbrell said that this decision is a vindication of the rule of law and a seminal victory for farmers plus the enviornment. USDA's shown efforts to try to implement unlawful demands of the biotech industry. The planting was tried to be halted by the following plaintiffs: The Center for Food Safety, Organic Seed Alliance, High Mowing Organic Seeds, and the Sierra Club. Judge White in September 28, ruled that USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) had violated the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) by allowing the plantings without analyzing the potential environmental, health, and socioeconomic impacts of growing GE sugar beets.  Judge White heard testimony from the parties during a three-day hearing in November before issuing today’s ruling Monsanto formed the Roundup Ready crops. This was formed to withstand its Roundup herbicide with the active ingredient glyphosate. It then sold it to farmers together with its patented seed. Farmers paid a big technology free. Earlier this year, the Department of Justice announced it had openend a formal investigation into possible anticompetitive practices in Monsanto's use of patented crops. There has been a greater use of herbicides after the growing previous Roundup Ready crops like soy, cotton, and corn. Herbicide resistant weeds on millions of acres all over the America and other coutnries when herbicides were used. There has been the contamination of conventional and organic crops that cost a lot of money to U.S. farmers. There has been evidence that herbicide resistant crops may be more susceptible to serious plant diseases. There was an earlier case. The court ruled that the USDA violated the NEPA by allowing the crop to be commercialized without first preparing an EIS or an Enviornmental Impact Statement. In August, the court made any future planting and sale unlawful until USDA complies with federal law. The USDA said that it expects to complete an EIS in spring of 2012. After the ruling the USDA issued permits to allow companies to plant seedlings to produce seed for future Roundup Ready sugar beet crops. These crops are still illegal to grow and no EIS has been prepared. The seed growers rushed to plant the seed crop in Oregon and Arizona. This was hoped to outrun the legal action to strop it. In the latests case, the USDA argued that the seedlings were separate from the rest of the sugar beet crop cycle and had no impact by themselves, but Judge White rejected this.  He found that the law requires USDA to analyze the impacts of not only the seedlings, but the rest of the Roundup Ready sugar beet production process as well, before any part of that process can begin. Courts have twice rescinded USDA’s approval of biotech crops. The first such crop, Roundup Ready alfalfa, is also illegal to plant, based on the vacating of its deregulation in 2007 pending preparation of an EIS.  Although Monsanto appealed that case all the way to the Supreme Court and the High Court set aside part of the relief granted, the full prohibition on its planting – based on the same initial remedy granted here, the vacatur – remains in place.

There is a paradigm about economic and political issues too. Anarcho-capitalism has been promoted by those within the Austrian school. They promote an extreme version of a free market system. This system believes that corporations can do no wrong and they can basically do nearly anything they want without restrictions. These corporations include entities like Monsanto, Wal-Mart, BP, etc. So, there should be some government interference. People don't want a toxic waste dump next to their homes. People don't want a factory near their homes in many instances. There are zoning laws for this. I don't want a factory dumping waste near a residential area. We have environmental laws preventing pollutions of resources. No one wants a company to mislabel products like a product is only 5 lbs. when it's 6 lbs. There are weights and measures laws for this. There are other parts of government intervention. This is apart of the Constitution. The 10 Amendment allows powers to the state and local government. Yet, new laws can be made to benefit the welfare of the people though. That's apart of the Constitution too. The mega corporations regularly get corporate welfare that is contrary to any free market. The GOPers and moderate Democrats are hypocrities for talking about welfare is evil to be given to the poor (when it's not evil to help the poor), but they give billions of dollars of handouts to GE, Raytheon, Boeing, Xe, Monsanto, etc. If corporate welfare was gone, mega corporations could fall apart. If there were no restrictions, the robber baron Rockefeller  like companies could create more monopolies. The Big L Libertarians said that the government has no right to split companies up, but you have a system where competition is limited in the world. The Rockefellers promote the Austrian views. This is Glen Beck won't talk about how Progressivism was a real grassroots movement that helped people back then and it was co-opted by the Rockefellers (and the elite). Ergonomic laws, paid vacations, 40 hour workweek, safety regulations, etc, where all progressive views.  These are legitimate things. The Rockefellers, Carnegies, Harrimans, Fords etc, knew their robber baron days were numbered so they co-opted Progressivism.  Now Progressivism is all about racial diviseness, eugenics, abortions, and corporate feminism (instead of regular feminism that just wants equality between men and women).  It's now about breaking up the family, and having everyone as part of either a corporate borg or State borg, depending on the flavor of the phony communism/fascism bankster paradigm. Like some Progressive being infiltrated in 1910, the Tea Party movement is being infiltrated by Republicans in 2010. You have to have some government interference (without total government control over every aspect of our lives) in order to prevent big corporations from doing whatever they want to do. Communism is an authoritarian state that prevents individual liberties and dictates the quantity of goods produced. Fascism is where the industry is the government that restricts individual liberties as well. They are part of the phony left/right paradigm. This paradigm divides people while the big banks control people's lives in a centralized system. Free trade is used by the corportists to rule the right paradigm in thinking. Free trade allows mega corporations to finance unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats like in the WTO. Free trade have increased sweat shops in the Third World to crank out good to flood First world markets  (to make the First world difficulty to compete in the world). Free trade made domestic production to shut down, jobs to be shipped overseas, and there are rust belts. People have no choice in many instances to either work in a service job like Wal Mart or for the state or federal government. I do believe in some economic protection. You have to have the government (that is electable, held accountable, and is transparent) to enforce protectionist rules like tarifs, port authorities, customs, etc. Mega corporations being allowed to do whatever they want and being uninterrupted will allow people to be economic bondage.  The only people allowed to vote in mega-corporations are the multi-millionaires who serve on their boards, which makes a de-facto ruling class. To have liberty, corporations, government, science, and religion shouldn't have tyrannical power over the people. Of course, the government is corrupt now since the corporate elite (with those of secret society memberships, etc.) run it. If you don't regulate the government in the right way, then you will increase the risk of having fascism.

There has been threats of violence against many Pro-Life people. A pro-abortion man threatens pro-lifers again with a gun at one location. Another pro-abortion extremists assaults an elderly at another place. A man threatend to shoot pro-life sidewalk counselors according to witnesses in Rockford, Illinois. THis occured near an abortion mill. The Rockford pro-life veteran is named Kevin Rilott. He told that the incident happend in Friday. This was when a group of 5 abortion supporters from the Chicago area showed up at the NOrth Illionois Women's Center. They stood at the driveway to the aboriton facility. They've shouted at mothers to not to talk with pro-life sidewalk counselors. Pro-Lifer people parked a free mobile ultrasound motor home near the facility. Some pro-abortionists tried to promote aboritions near the ultrasound motor home. A man was bringing a young lady into the clinic for an abortion. Pro-Life counselors visited the man. The man was stirred by the shouting by the pro-abortion protesters. According to multiple witnesses, the man reached into his pocket and pretended that he had a sun. He pulled his hand out of his pocket in the shape of a handgun and looked into the pro-lifers. He said, "What would you do if I pulled out my .45 and put a bullet in your head?” The pro-lifers called the police and filed a police report. Donna Modica, among many of the pro-lifers who witnessed the incident, said, “It’s clear these abortion supporters think that because they can kill a baby in the womb, they can do whatever they want to anyone. The violence of abortion breeds more violence.” A witness at the Rockford abortuary said that later on the morning of December 3, the owner of the facility, Wayne Webster, came out and taunted one of the pro-lifers saying, “Maybe he should have shot you.” Joe and Anne Scheilder's home was assaulted by a brick through the window. They founded the Pro-Life Action league. They protested Planned Parenthood's mega centers in Aurora, Illinois. The brick throwing occurred in Chicago. The note in the brick used profane language, having a symbol of anarchy being modified, and promoted violence. The note said that no laws will stop them, but these hypocrites violated anti-vandalism laws. Another pro-abortion extremist assaulted a pro-life 90 year old man in Eugene, Oregon. This took placed Saturday morning outside Planned Parenthood at 1670 High St. The man was protesting abortion outside the facility at about 10:17 a.m. when another man walked up, punched him multiple times and then left on foot, according to a Eugene police news release. The victim’s injuries did not require transportation to the hospital. The attacker is described as a white male in his 50s with short hair, 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds.

Michael Baverman is from TruTV's Conspiracy Theory. He's the executive producer of the show. The show is hosted by the ex-Roman Catholic Jesse Ventura. When Baverman talked with Alex Jones, Jones tried to not talk about how Rome's Lazare Foundation (which is owned by the Military and Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem) is tied to the English Order of the Gareter. The Order of the Garter is tied to the powerful Knights of Malta liek the Dame of Malta Queen Elizabeth II and the Knights of the Equestrian Order with people in it like King Juan Carlos I of Spain. Baverman was afraid of showing the Vatican link to world events and real conspiracies on the TV show "Conspiracy Theory." He talked with Alex Jones about Texas waters being poisoned. The Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem is headed by Cardinal John Foley. Also controlling the Lazarus is the Sacred Military Order of Constantine of St George headed by HRH Prince Carlo of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro. Matthew Festing of course is the head of the Knights of Malta. Bloodlines like the Bourbons, the Farnese, etc. have links to the Vatican/Jesuit network as well. This stuff will not be shown on television since this information is controversial (and breaks down the missing link in world power. Frederick Copleston SJ popularized the mainstream conspiracy arena. Jesuit Pierre Teilhard de Chardin was the father of the modern New Age Movement. Even Jesuit Edmund Walsh worked to support the end of WWII). This is why Jones is tied to the CNP (filled with Papal Knights, CFR members, Masons, etc.). Papal agent John Francis Queeny founded Monsanto in the 1920's. Monsanto is known to poison a lot of the nation's milk supply via the FDA's approval of BST (Bovine somatotrophin—the drug given to dairy herds to increase milk production), and the cover-up of this conspiracy by Fox News. The Counter Reformation is here and we have the right to oppose it.

There are trillions of dollars in secret fed bailouts for global corporations and foreign banks. The Federal Reserve is an unaccountable global bailout machine. This central bank is acting wild. Some member of Congress are asking the FED about these issues. It's been found that the FED in  21,000 transactions stretching from December 2007 to July 2010 that totaled more than $3 trillion on Wednesday.  Most of these transactions involved giant loans that were nearly interest-free from the Federal Reserve to some of the largest banks, financial institutions and corporations all over the world.  In fact, it turns out that foreign banks and foreign corporations received a very large share of these bailouts. People wouldn't of known aobut this truth if Congress wasn't forced the FED to release this information. That is why some want a full aduit of the Federal Reserve. Banks and corporations globally are allowed to borrow gigantic piles of money for free basically. When interest rates are 0.25 percent, the money is almost free. These loans aren't given to anyone. A regular person can't run to the Federal Reserve and walk away with billions of dollars in loans that are nearly interest free at all. Only the megabanks and the megacorporations that are friendly with the Federal Reserve are able to take advantage of these bailouts. The Fed is still here when tons of small to middle sized banks are failing. The FED promotes the too big to fail agenda when it gives nearly interest free cash to banks. The FED survive by unlimited free loans. The FED is altering the financial marketplace to influence who wins and who loses. It's independent from the U.S. government and doesn't answer to the American people. It controls money supply that many foreign banks are getting. This is not what a lot of the public is knowing. This continues in secreacy. Dallas Federal Reserve President Richard Fisher admitted that the Federal Reserve played fast and loose with trillions of dollars of our money. Fisher said that: "...We took an enormous amount of risk with the people’s money..." This was told to the Washington Post. Even the bailouts are small compared to these Federal Reserve bailout. U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders exposed this Federal Reserve corruption by saying that: "...The $700 billion Wall Street bailout turned out to be pocket change compared to trillions and trillions of dollars in near zero interest loans and other financial arrangements that the Federal Reserve doled out to every major financial institution...Has the Federal Reserve become the central bank of the world? I think that is a question that needs to be examined..." Some believe that this money sent to foreign banks and foreign corporations was necessary to prevent the financial crisis to be worst. These people love the Federal Reserve. Our financial institutions are fragile. The bankers yell about personal responsibility, but don't want to play the same rules that we play when we are done in bad economic times. The elite wants to recieve a bunch of cash and want us to get up by our own bootstrap. Now, many U.S. big banks and corporations benefiting from the nearly interest free loans from the Federal Reserve during the financial crisis are Goldman Sachs, Citibank, GE, Caterpillar, BMW, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, etc. If radical changes aren't done, then the whole financial system could fall down.

In reading what you stand for in your opening statement you are clearly on the wrong side of this debate. Apparently all of your information is gathered from the emotion based science lacking anti GMO promotional machine that is using this as a huge fund raiser at the expense of farmers, the economy and hungry people.
