Friday news in July of 2012

In society, we have many blessings and we have a long way to go before we experience the Promised Land. The present system is corrupt. There are no means to be around the brush about it. This system permits the incomes of Americans to be stagnant for over 30 years. It's a system that is supported by the Democrats and the Republicans. The fruit of the modern cartel-capitalist system is shown in the problems in Appalachia, Detroit, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, the rural areas, and even in some suburbs. Big money, finance capital, etc. contributed to stripping of public resources in locations from America. Some even believe that a top down economic philosophy is the better way to solve poverty issues. The reality is that we tried this philosophy during the Reagan era and it didn't work. To defeat poverty, it is critical for us to use programs to help the bottom up. The lack of rules and regulations in Wall Street contributed to the current recession that we experience today. Right now, JP Morgan Chase lost billions of dollars. The current economic system of free market capitalism has failed. In terms of foreign policies, the nepotism of the West is blatant. The West wants world hegemony and the Russia/China clique is standing in their way. After 9/11, the U.S. used terrorism against the Third World in response to what they perceived as terrorism against America. What happened to America on 9/11 was terrorism. Yet, it is wrong to use terrorism in foreign lands under dubious justifications. The war on terror has been expensive costing up to 3 trillion dollars. This war isn't just in Afghanistan. It's in Somalia, Yemen, other areas of Africa, Pakistan, and other places globally. These wars harmed our domestic infrastructure and caused more tensions in the world. As some states cut back on the government funding of health care pensions, food stamps, housing subsidies, and other parts of the social safety net, then aggregate demand will go down (causing it more difficult for income stressed Americans to survive). The Fed continuing to drive the interest rates down will cause the bond prices to increase. With 5-year Treasury bonds paying only seven-tenths of one percent and 10-year Treasuries paying only 1.6%, below even the official rate of inflation, Americans desperate for yield move into 30-year bonds currently paying 2.7%. However, the the high bond prices mean that the risk of capital loss is very high. The Fed’s debt monetization, or a drop in the exchange value of the dollar as other countries move away from its use to settle their balance of payments, could set off inflation that would take interest rates out of the Fed’s control. As interest rates rise, bond prices fall. Some nations are moving away from the dollar or they are trying to have more trade links with China (like Japan). In situations like these, only radical solutions can help our situations.

Many people in the alternative media support neo-liberalism or neo-conservatism. People realize that the mainstream Western media outlets agree with a possible invasion of the Syrian government of President Al-Assad for nearly 16 months. The mainstream media is presenting a silly monolithic, one-sided view. The mainstream media is suppressing the fact that there is a covert war of aggression inSyria. Some so-called "progressive" alternative media entities like Democracy Now (headed by Amy Goodman) is supposed to be objective and unbiased. Some even progressive alternative media people will show the truth on the corporate corruption in the world and the negative machinations of the Pentagon. Yet, they will show support for the effort to attack Syria. Some like Democracy Now are valuable to the Wall Street crowd since the Washington/Wall Street crowd can use information from Democracy Now & the George Soros crowd as a means to neutralize opposition to Western warmongering and imperialism. Now, facts have established that the covert foreign backed subversion and terrorism from the West have contributed to the violence in the Middle East. Many of the pro-democracy Arab Spring popular movements seen in Egypt Tunisia, Yemen and Bahrain are sincere. Others have been influenced by NGOs and other corporate entities too. In Syria, the mainstream media said that the government of Damascus is solely responsible for the chaos there (and that Assad has a brutal, authoritarian regime cracking down on its civilian population wanting democratic reform). This narrative is monolithic and is supported by the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, or the Financial Times, Guardian, Independent, Le Monde, BBC, ITN, the Irish national broadcaster RTE or the Middle East’s much-vaunted Al Jazeera. The reality is that some of the events in Syria have been fabricated. Some of the protesters aren't peaceful but use terrorism even against civilians in order to overthrow the Assad government. Many of them are Western, Turkish and Arabic-back mercenaries that have infiltrated Syria. NATO is backing the rebellion, so Syria can be a client state of the West. The Houla massacre was said to be a product of government forces. Now, we see that the massacre seems to be the work of Western backed mercenaries. Now, Amy Goodman allowed Rafif Jouejati, a spokesperson for a Syrian opposition group called the Syrian Local Coordination Committees, based in Washington DC., free reign to present the lie that the Syrian government is solely responsible for the crimes in Syria. The interview ignores the evidence of Western, Turkish and Saudi/Qatari covert operations. Rafif said that: "...The bottom line is that the majority of the country is engaged in a popular revolution for freedom, for democracy, for dignity… We have mountains of evidence indicating that [Assad’s] armed forces have been engaged in systematic torture, rampant detentions, massacres across the country.” On the other hand, many sources say that people are terrified that Western armed gang are running rampant in their communities (and kidnapping, murdering and evicting families from their homes and burning business premises). According to the leaked Arab League Observer Mission Report, which had initially been commissioned by the Arab League at Washington's request: "In Homs, Idlib and Hama, the Observer Mission witnessed acts of violence being committed against Government forces and civilians that resulted in several deaths and injuries. Examples of those acts include the bombing of a civilian bus, killing eight persons and injuring others, including women and children, and the bombing of a train carrying diesel oil. In another incident in Homs, a police bus was blown up, killing two police officers. A fuel pipeline and some small bridges were also bombed. " "Such incidents include the bombing of buildings, trains carrying fuel, vehicles carrying diesel oil and explosions targeting the police, members of the media and fuel pipelines. Some of those attacks have been carried out by the Free Syrian Army and some by other armed opposition groups." (League of Arab States Observer Mission to Syria, Report of the Head of the League of Arab States Observer Mission to Syria for the period from 24 December 2011 to 18 January 2012, Ironically, these fact-finding observations of the AL Observer Mission , went against the interests of its Western sponsors. It was barely reported by the mainstream media). The FAZ reported on the Shia being murdered there. Der Spiegel from March 29, 2012 reported on how some rebels are killing people via brigades. These killings are extra judicial and they constitute mass murder. Christian churches and homes have been destroyed by some rebel forces as well. Democracy Now supports this rebel terrorist movement. They also supported the NATO intervention in Libya. NATO killed people in Libya and the rebels executed innocent black Libyans in cold blood. Democracy Now using a "progressive" cloak is still covering up for U.S.-led imperialist intervention. You can't support a pro-oil puppet regime in Libya and claim to be on the cutting edge. Assad isn't an angel and I don't support Assad, but terrorist rebels aren't heroes either.

It's a fact that some Republicans supported the Nazis long decades ago. There was a huge Nazi involvement in the 1940 election since the Nazis opposed Franklin Roosevelt for secretly aiding the Allied Forces before Pearl Habor. Former President Herbert Hoover and top Republican leaders collaborated with many high level Nazi officials in Berlin in trying to defeat Roosevelt. Georing and Rubbentrop admitted to this collaboration in their post-war interviews. Hoover was a secret member of the fascist American First Group which was dedicated to defeat Roosevelt's Presidential run. Many people found captured documents about how the Nazis wanted a Republican victory. We already know that FOX back then supported Nazi causes in their media services too. For example, in 1932, FOX helped to make propaganda films for Hitler. In 1932, the German newsreel subsidiary of Fox News Channel’s corporate ancestor, Fox Films, intervened in national elections in Germany. The basic facts are available in German historian Hans Mommsen’s authoritative study entitled The Rise and Fall of Weimar Democracy, which is translated into English and widely available in over five hundred libraries in this country. Even Dewey didn't want Roosevelt's call for unconditional surrender of the Nazis. Pro-fascists in America used funds to try to defeat Roosevelt. Even Irenee du Pont paid money to the racist Black Legion of Detroit to fire bomb union meetings, and that terrorist group murdered dozens of black people. Henry Ford was getting government contracts from the Nazis. He was decorated by the Nazis. He was hateful of Jewish people in a satanic fashion. His book the "International Jew" is one of the most hateful books in history. Hitler used Ford's anti-Jewish literature in Germany. Woodrow Wilson even (we know how prejudice he was) and other Americans made a statement that rebuked Ford for his antisemitic campaign. Ford was a Nazi. Glen Beck doesn't mention this fact. Corporate America backed the fascism financially of the Nazis. Today, many of the same Republicans agree with torture (even the torture that occurred in Abu Ghraib) and the torture centers worldwide. Some people have been killed as a result of being tortured in America & all over the Earth. Also, Hal Turner (the neo-Nazi and federal informant) made accusations that he worked with Sean Hannity before Turner was placed in jail. Regardless of the truth, Hannity is wrong on foreign policy matters and he's a neo-con. There are a lot of secrets about Sean Hannity. Now, some reactionaries use the big lie of liberals and progressives being Nazis when the Nazis were antithetical to the philosophies of the progressives completely. Mussolini was clear when he said in 1932 that: "...We are definitely and absolutely opposed to the doctrines of liberalism, both in the political and the economic sphere. We are opposed to socialism...which sees in history nothing but the class struggle. We likewise are opposed to trade unionism as a class weapon. We reject the absurd conventional lie of political egalitarianism...the habit of collective irresponsibility, the myth of felicity and indefinite progress. We don not accept that numbers...can be the determining factor in human society; we deny the right of numbers to govern by means of periodical consultations; (elections) We assert the irremediable and fertile and beneficent inequality of men who cannot be leveled by any such mechanical and extrinsic device as universal suffrage...for contingent reasons, we are REPUBLICAN..." Now, what does that say? This doesn't mean that the Republicans collectively are Nazis. That would be a stupid, ignorant thing to say. Yet, many extremists in the Republican Party are fascists period. I will not agree with the agenda of the 1%, but the 99%. I will not ally with a group of people that want folks to either accept privatized health care or just die. Universal health care is better than that.

Many scholars like Jurrian Masessen have exposed how the UN sterilization campaigns are spreading all over the developing world. Radical population control have been promoted by elitists and certain professors for years. In a MIT lecture by Professor Penny Chisholm Penny admitted that: "...The real trick is, in terms of trying to level off at someplace lower than that 9 billion, is to get the birthrates in the developing countries to drop as fast as we can. And that will determine the level at which humans will level off on earth..." The United Nations demographers want to force Third World people to have only one child per household, especially in Africa. This message is across via radio, television and newspapers. The scaling back of population has been promoted for a long time. The Third World is being forced to give up their right to birth children and multiply. The neo-eugenicists view humanity as the enemy. So, they want to bash humanity, deify nature, and advance ways to violate the right to life and liberty. Words like sustainable development and population control are carefully crafted euphemisms that are used by the elite in order to justify their aims of population control (and to keep nations under IMF/World Bank financial domination). The overall human population has increased despite their efforts. Africa has over 1 billion people. That's a good thing to see over one billion black people in the planet Earth. The Western neo-eugenicists claims to be friends, but they ignore their own forced sterilization policies in the Earth. Even the AP in 2010 have suspicions that health officials in the Republic of Uzbekistan are widely involuntary sterilization actions. The AP-reporter spoke with a 24-year old housewife named Saodat Rakhimbayeva, an extremely brave woman who tells a heart-wrenching tale of state-sponsored eugenics in her home country of Uzbekistan. After giving birth to a premature boy, she had to witness her son dying just three days later. “Then”, states the article, “came a further devastating blow: She learned that the surgeon had removed part of her uterus during the operation, making her sterile.” Human rights groups have told this story about Rakhimbayeva and others being sterilized without their knowledge nor consent. The WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, USAID, JICA, KfW Bank, World Bank, Asian Development Bank support population control efforts in Uzbekistan. A Japanese International Corporation Agency, profiling Uzbekistan’s disability policies, states the following in regards to the Uzbek national screening program (page 11): “By 2001, 124.000 of new-borns had been examined, 2.800 children in at-risk groups had been identified; and 160 had been registered in health clinics. For genetic reasons, 1.381 pregnancies were terminated.” The Uzbek government gives money to the UN population control program. The government website admit that they want to reduce the birth of disabled children. This is eugenics. Now, Uzbek women have reported on involuntary sterilization done by doctors. Some folks have been conned into sterilization in India according to the India today. Rahul Singh said that the UNFPA organizes the technology, medical personnel, etc. in using eugenicists or forced sterilization policies in India. “In 2010”, states a 2011 article out of New Delhi, “Madhya Pradesh achieved a record sterilization target of 645,000, luring villagers with freebies such as mobile phones, two-wheelers and gold coins to undergo sterilization.” These acts are going on in China as well.

The Early Middle Age period in world history was an era that was related to the Byzantine Empire and world history in general. You can't learn all about the Byzantine without learning about the total essence of the early Middle Ages. The Western part of the Roman Empire was defeated by the Huns & Germanic tribes (like the Visigoths, the Ostrogoths the Vandals, the Angles, the Saxons the Franks, etc.) by 476 A.D. The Roman Empire was weakened by invasions, internal disputes, financial burdens, moral issues, and a whole list of reasons. So, Western Europe experienced the Middle Ages by 476 A.D. This period has been called the Dark Ages since much of Western Europe experienced disarray, confusion, invasions, and other tragedies. Ancient Rome still influenced Europe, Christianity spread during this period, and the the customs of Germanic tribes evolved the period as well. The Germanic peoples were migratory and then they organized Kingdoms or Empires from North Africa (with the Vandals) to the United Kingdom. For a time, the early Middle Ages saw more people living in the countryside because the cities decreased heavily in Western Europe. A more rural culture began to spread inside of Europe. Education decreased during this time period, because of the breakdown of the Roman Empire. The Greek and Roman traditions are held by the Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church. The religious monasteries were a known location where Greco-Roman culture was preserved as well. Many Europeans started to use Romance languages, which evolved from Latin in various places of Europe like Span in France, Italy, etc. For example, French and Spanish evolved from Latin. The Roman Catholic Church in the Middle Ages grew into tremendous levels. They were the theocratic religious empire in that time period. If you refused to accept their tenets back then, you could be jailed or killed. If you wanted to read, you have to get the Catholics' approval. The Germanic tribes helped to form modern day Britain, France, and other nations in Western Europe. The Franks in the early Middle Ages was the most powerful Germanic tribe. The Franks instituted their Kingdoms in modern day France (already filled with Celts, Romans, etc.). Clovis I allied with the Catholics in order for him to strengthen his ancient Frankish Kingdom. He was baptized by Rome. Charlemagne (768-814 A.D.) was the most important of the kings of the Franks. Charlemagne was famous for a list of accomplishment. He led a strong, efficient government. He loved to fight and was successful in battle. He was a tall, man for that time being about six feet tall. Charlemagne wanted to a be like the Old Roman Empire with his governing skills. He advanced education and learning. For example, he set up a palace school at Alcuin, which was his capital city. He wanted his Kingdom to be an eclectic mixture of Germanic, Roman, and Christian traditions. Feudalism was the key economic system of the Middle Ages. It was an economic and cultural system. Feudalism allowed landholders to exchange goods and service in exchange for protection for other services. Feudalism was a way for leaders to protect themselves from invaders like the Vikings the Muslims, the Magyar etc. The Kings had little national power and the feudal system was a way for the monarchy & lords to gain wealth (at the expense of the peasants' suffering). This system had the King as the ruler of the territory, then the lords under the King's authority, then the knights and then the peasants treated in a bad fashion. The Lords gave the Knights or vassals land (or fief) in exchange for the knights' promise to defend the lord and his land. So, the feudal system was a class system. The lord can give land to a vassal if the vassal protects the lord. The catch is that the peasants must work the land. The lord's estate is the manor. The lords are appointed to protect the King. The feudal system existed in ancient Japan and ancient cultures globally. Knights guarded the territory of the lord. They followed rituals and steps before becoming a Knight at ca. 21 years old. In the Middle Ages, European surnames start to develop for many reasons too. Some of these surnames related to the job or occupation that a person done during the Middle Ages (for example, the surname Kellogg meant that he was a killer of hogs, Proctor was a steward, and Sawyer was a wood sawer).
