The End of the Year Tidbits.

Miami has a large and vibrant culture. It has influenced people all over the right. It is culture that young people and people of diverse ages and backgrounds have embraced. Many people have called the city of Capital of Latin America. Also, Miami is in the tropical zone of the environment. One major aspect of Miami culture has been its role in the film industry and the entertainment world. For example, Miami has been the setting of many films and television shows like Bad Boys, Miami Vice, CSI: Miami, The Golden Girls, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Ballers, Scarface, Burn Notice, etc. Many video games are set in the city like the Grand Theft Auto series, etc. Miami's The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts (being home to the Florida Grand Opera) is the second largest performing arts center in the United States of America. The city is also home to many entertainment venues like theaters, museums, parks, and other performing arts centers. By 2020, Miami will have the first boat in movie theater opened for the public. There is the annual Calle Ocho Festival to celebrate Latin music culture, which has been running since 1978. There is the Miami Jewish Film Festival (MJFF) that was created in 1996. It has been an annual celebration that relates to films outlining Jewish history and culture. It has awards too. Miami is home to fashion shows and events like the annual Miami Fashion Week and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Miami, held in the Wynwood Art District. There is the Frost Art Museum, and other museums like the Perez Art Museum, Lowe Art Museum, etc. African American, Caribbean, Latin American, and Jewish cuisine are found all over Miami. There is Floribbean cuisine too. People eat the Cuban sandwich, croquetas, and drink the Cuban espresso. Miami is the headquarters of restaurant chains like Burger King and Benihana. Miami is home to five major sports teams, like the Inter Miami of Major League Soccer (MLS), the Miami Marlins of the Major Baseball League (MLB), the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL), the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). The Miami Open has tennis tournaments annually. There are golf courses, sports racing like the Grand Prix of Miami, and other sporting events. Miami has the Metrorail and the Tri-Rail to go from Miami to the suburbs. Famous actors, actresses, directors, and musicians are from Miami like Esther Baxter, Noah Centineo, Eva Mendes, Vivian Nixon, Berry Jenkins, Mariah Angeliq, Savannah Cristina, Debbie Harry, Pitbull, Ella Washington, Trina, etc.

There is a lot of information about my paternal 1st cousin Daniel Kelly (b. 1883). He lived in Virginia. He married his first wife, Lizzie Upshur (b. 1887), on November 27, 1904, at Northampton, Virginia. Their daughter was Hazel Kelly (b. 1906). He later married Ada Collins (b. 1893) on December 20, 1911, in Northampton County, Virginia (in the Eastern Shore, Virginia). Their children are Marvin Wilmer Kelley (1913-1990), Colvon Kelly Sr. (b. 1919-1968), Ada V. Kelley (b. 1923), and Olivia Kelly (b. 1925). Colvon Kelley Sr. married Della Victoria Walker (1921-2014) on December 2, 1943, at Nook, Virginia. Their children are Colvon Kelley Jr., Codella Kelly (1964-2024), and Al Walker. Marvin Wilmer Kelley and Ethel M. Kelley (b. 1913) had a son named Earvin D. Kelley (1939-2014). Earvin D. Kelley had the 2 daughters of Pandora K. Daniels (b. 1958) and Michelle Kelley. Earvin Kelley lived in Milford, Delaware, and he was born in Nassawadox, Virginia. Earvin graduated from W.C. Jason Comprehensive High School in Georgetown, which is now Del-Tech. He attended Delaware State College for some years. Earvin was dynamic at playing football and baseball. He would have been drafted to play for the Major League Baseball teams, but his dad put a stop to it, he said Earvin had to finish school. In 2010, he was inducted into the Negro Baseball Hall of Fame. Earvin held down several jobs such as: Doxie's Clam factory in Lewes, shucked oysters (also for private parties), cooker at restaurants, Mountaire and Paramount Poultry plants just to name a few. Earvin retired from the City of Rehoboth, Delaware after many years of service. He loved his big hats. He loved to cook and taught her daughter, Pandora to cook too. Pandora is married to Vance G. Daniels, Jr. of Lincoln, and Michelle Kelley of Raleigh, North Carolina, has blessings too. Earvin has six grandchildren, Antron Hazzard of Georgetown, Reginald (Brittany) Hazzard of Millsboro, Marcus Hazzard of Magnolia, Jahmon Lunan of Raleigh, N.C., Vance Daniels, III of Lincoln, and Vanasha Daniels of Lincoln; one great-granddaughter, Majesty Hazzard of Dover.

From the 1950s to the 1970s, everything changed in Miami from the Civil Rights Movement to the 1959 Cuban revolution. By this time, many black Americans fought for civil rights in America. Also, the Cuban Revolution happened. The Cuban revolution involved many Communists overthrowing the dictator Batista and allowing Fidel Castro to go into power. America at first supported Castro, and later America opposed him. Later, many middle-class and upper-class Cubans moved to Florida en masse, taking few possessions with them. Fidel Castro was a controversial human being. Castro was right to oppose Batista, as Batista was a far-right dictator with ties to the Mafia and multinational corporations with harm done to the people of Cuba. Castro was wrong in some of his anti-civil liberty policies in Cuba once he got into power. Some Miamians were upset about this. Some African Americans, who believed that the Cuban workers were taking their jobs.  We should not generalize. The vast majority of African Americans and the vast majority of Cubans want peace, justice, and equality to be clear. In addition, the school systems struggled to educate the thousands of Spanish-speaking Cuban children. Many Miamians, fearing that the Cold War would become World War III, left the city, while others started building bomb shelters and stocking up on food and bottled water. Many of Miami's Cuban refugees realized for the first time that it would be a long time before they would get back to Cuba. In 1965 alone, 100,000 Cubans packed into the twice daily "freedom flights" from Havana to Miami. Most of the exiles settled into the Riverside neighborhood, which began to take on the new name of "Little Havana." This area emerged as a predominantly Spanish-speaking community, and Spanish speakers elsewhere in the city could conduct most of their daily business in their native tongue. By the end of the 1960s, more than four hundred thousand Cuban refugees were living in Dade County.

In the 1960s and 1970s, the Attorney General's authority was used to grant parole, or special permission, to allow Cubans to enter the country. However, parole only allows an individual permission to enter the country, not to stay permanently. To allow these immigrants to stay, the Cuban Adjustment Act was passed in 1966. This act provides that the immigration status of any Cuban who arrived since 1959 who has been physically present in the United States for at least a year "may be adjusted by the Attorney General to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence" (green card holder). The individual must be admissible to the United States (i.e., not disqualified on criminal or other grounds). Although Miami is not really considered a major center of the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 1960s, it did not escape the change that occurred. Miami was a major city in the southern state of Florida, and had always had a substantial African American and black Caribbean population. Black civil rights activists were prominent in Miami, Florida indeed.

On August 7 and 8, 1968, coinciding with the 1968 Republican National Convention, rioting broke out in the black Liberty City neighborhood, which required the Florida National Guard to restore order. Issues were "deplorable housing conditions, economic exploitation, bleak employment prospects, racial discrimination, poor police-community relations, and economic competition with Cuban refugees." This was when Richard Nixon ran for President for the second time. Overcrowding due to the near-destruction of the black Overtown neighborhood was also a factor. The 1970s was a formative period for Miami as the city became a news leader due to several national-headline making events throughout the decade. The year 1972 was particularly pivotal. The Miami Dolphins had their record-breaking undefeated 1972 season. Both the Democratic and Republican National Conventions were held in nearby Miami Beach during the 1972 Presidential Election. Florida International University, the regions' first state university, opened in September 1972. There were also significant advancements in the arts that contributed to the development of Miami's cultural institutions. Later in the decade, a Dade County ordinance was passed in 1977 protecting individuals on the basis of sexual orientation. Opposition to this ordinance, which was repealed, was led by Florida orange juice spokeswoman, Anita Bryant. The mid-1970s were also a period of extensive Cuba-related terrorist activities, with dozens of bombings, leading The Miami News to call Miami the explosion capital of the country.

In December 1979, police officers pursued motorcyclist Arthur McDuffie in a high-speed chase after McDuffie made a provocative gesture towards a police officer. The officers claimed that the chase ended when McDuffie crashed his motorcycle and died, but the coroner's report concluded otherwise. One of the officers testified that McDuffie fell off his bike on an Interstate 95 on-ramp. When the police reached him, he was injured but okay. The officers removed his helmet, beat him to death with their batons, put his helmet back on, and called an ambulance, claiming there had been a motorcycle accident. Eula McDuffie, the victim's mother, said to the Miami Herald a few days later, "They beat my son like a dog. They beat him just because he was riding a motorcycle and because he was black." A jury acquitted the officers after a brief deliberation. After learning of the verdict of the McDuffie case, one of the worst riots in the history of the United States, the Liberty City Riots of 1980, broke out. By the time the rioting ceased three days later, over 850 people had been arrested and at least 18 people had died. Property damage was estimated at around one hundred million dollars. In March 1980, the first black Dade County schools superintendent, Dr. Johnny L. Jones, was convicted on grand theft charges linked to gold-plated plumbing. His conviction was overturned on appeal and, on July 3, 1986, the state attorney Janet Reno announced that Jones would not be retried on these charges. However, in a separate case, he was convicted on misdemeanor charges of soliciting perjury and witness tampering and received a two-year jail sentence

More Cubans migrated to Miami by the Mariel Boatlift of 1980. About 150,000 Cubans came to Miami which was the largest transport in civilian history. These Cuban refugees were poor, and some have been released from prisons or mental institutions. Many white folks left Miami in the act of "white flight." Back in 1960, 90 percent of Miami was non-Hispanic white, and by 1990, only about 10 percent of Miami were non-Hispanic right. In the 1980s, Miami started to see an increase in immigrants from other nations, such as Haiti. As the Haitian population grew in Miami, the area known today as "Little Haiti" emerged, centered on Northeast Second Avenue and 54th Street. In 1985, Xavier Suarez was elected as Mayor of Miami, becoming the first Cuban mayor of a major city. In the 1990s, the presence of Haitians was acknowledged with Haitian Creole language signs in public places and on ballots during voting. During the 1980's, Miami became one of the United States' largest transshipments point for cocaine from Colombia, Bolivia, and Peru. The drug industry brought billions of dollars into Miami via front organizations. Luxury car dealerships, five-star hotels, condominium developments, swanky nightclubs, major commercial developments and other signs of prosperity began rising all over the city. As the money arrived, so did a violent crime wave that lasted through the early 1990s. The popular television program Miami Vice, which dealt with counter-narcotics agents in an idyllic upper-class rendition of Miami, spread the city's image as one of the Americas' most glamorous subtropical paradises.

Miami was host to many dignitaries and notable people throughout the 1980s and '90s. Pope John Paul II visited in September 1987 and held an open-air mass for 150,000 people in Tamiami Park. Queen Elizabeth II and three United States presidents also visited Miami. Among them is Ronald Reagan, who has a street named after him in Little Havana. Nelson Mandela's 1989 visit to the city was marked by ethnic tensions. Mandela had praised Cuban leader Fidel Castro for his anti-apartheid support on ABC News' Nightline. Because of this, the city withdrew its official greeting, and no high-ranking official welcomed him. This led to a boycott by the local African American community of all Miami tourist and convention facilities until Mandela received an official greeting. However, all efforts to resolve it failed for months, resulting in an estimated loss of over US$10 million.

Another major Cuban exodus occurred in 1994. To prevent it from becoming another Mariel Boatlift, the Clinton Administration announced a significant change in U.S. policy. In a controversial action, the administration announced that Cubans interdicted at sea would not be brought to the United States but instead would be taken by the Coast Guard to U.S. military installations at Guantanamo Bay or to Panama. During an eight-month period beginning in the summer of 1994, over 30,000 Cubans and more than 20,000 Haitians were interdicted and sent to live in camps outside the United States.

During the 1990s, Hurricane Andrew destroyed areas just south of the Miami-Dade area. Miami had to deal with debt and economic issues. Manny Diaz was elected Mayor of Miami in 2001.

On September 9, 1994, the United States and Cuba agreed to normalize migration between the two countries. The agreement codified the new U.S. policy of placing Cuban refugees in safe havens outside the United States, while obtaining a commitment from Cuba to discourage Cubans from sailing to America. In addition, the United States committed to admitting a minimum of 20,000 Cuban immigrants per year. That number is in addition to the admission of immediate relatives of U.S. citizens. More European immigrants came to Miami too.

In 2000, the Elián González affair was an immigration battle in the Miami area. The controversy concerned six-year-old Elián González who was rescued from the waters off the coast of Miami. The U.S. and the Cuban governments, his father Juan Miguel González, his Miami relatives, and the Cuban-American community of Miami were all involved. The climactic stage of this prolonged battle was the April 22, 2000, seizure of Elián by federal agents, which drew the criticism of many in the Cuban-American community. During the controversy, Alex Penelas, the mayor of Miami-Dade County at the time, vowed that he would do nothing to assist the Bill Clinton administration and federal authorities in their bid to return the six-year-old boy to Cuba. Tens of thousands of protesters, many of whom were outraged at the raid, poured out into the streets of Little Havana and demonstrated. Car horns blared, demonstrators turned over signs, trash cans, and newspaper racks, and some small fires were started. Rioters jammed a 10-block area of Little Havana. Shortly afterwards, many Miami businesses closed, as their owners and managers participated in a short, one-day boycott against the city, attempting to affect its tourism industry. Employees of airlines, cruise lines, hotels, car rental companies, and major retailers participated in the boycott. Elián González returned to Cuba with his father on June 28, 2000.

In 2003, the controversial Free Trade Area of the Americas negotiation occurred. It was a proposed agreement to reduce trade barriers while increasing intellectual property rights. During the 2003 meeting in Miami, the Free Trade Area of the Americas was met by heavy opposition from anti-corporatization and anti-globalization protests.

In the latter half of the 2000s and 2010s, Miami experienced an extensive boom in high-rise architecture, dubbed a "Miami Manhattanization" wave. This included the construction of many of the tallest buildings in Miami, with nearly 20 of the city's tallest 25 buildings finished after 2005. This boom transformed the look of downtown Miami, which is now considered to have one of the largest skylines in the United States, ranked behind New York City and Chicago. This boom slowed due to the Great Recession and some projects were delayed but recovered from 2013 to the present day. The Port Miami Tunnel connecting Watson Island to PortMiami on Dodge Island, which cost $700 million, was opened in 2014, directly connecting PortMiami to the Interstate Highway system and Miami International Airport via Interstate 395.

Artificial intelligence is controversial, and new technologies involving it have come about all of the time. We now have multimodal AI or the integration of integrating text, image, and voice. There is Agnetic AI or using autonomous, goal-oriented systems. These systems are used in apps every day. We have the GPT-5 and Google's Gemini that deals with complex reasoning, creativity (with video generation with Sora), personalized services, and automated workflows (in finance, healthcare, and logistics). We are still debating its usage, as there are ethical considerations and more human/robot collaboration. Veo 3 can now create more realistic videos. Gemini 1.5 Pro offers advanced reasoning for coding, science, and complex problem-solving. Many people utilize AI in businesses such as Disney, Roblox, and banking for faster content creation, workflow automation, marketing, and data analytics. In our time, we have Edge AI or processing data directly on devices like robots for faster responses (this is seen in Amazon's warehouse robots learning tasks without constant human programming. There is Quantum AI, which utilizes quantum mechanics for complex computations. AI is controversial. Its defenders say that AI can power drug companies to personalize treatment plans, have automated financial services, create entertainment, and create better robots. Critics of AI say that AI can ruin many jobs in America plus the world, stifle human individual creativity, and could possibly ruin society as we know it. The truth is that artificial intelligence is in its early stages, and A.I. must have regulations. Trump wants A.I. to have nearly no regulations, and I disagree with this view. We should invent new technologies to help humanity, but we should also allow people economic opportunities, as A.I. is not superior to humanity. Humanity is still humanity.

Many people have predicted the future of A.I. technologies. Many researchers mention the rise of AI Agents to plan, reason, and show complex tasks without much human oversight. They can work in HR or even customer service. More clouds and AI are being placed more frequently in smartphones, airports, and other places. Unfortunately, there will be unfortunately more job displacements in data entry, customer service in some places, and some coding. There will be the development of more humanoid-like robots in the near future by 2030. Futurists predict that thousands of robots can be deployed in homes, factories, warehouses, etc. Space technology definitely will use AI technology as scientists want humans to travel to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. Many researchers believe that the development of AGI or Artificial General Intelligence will match or exceed human cognitive abilities between 2029 and 2040. Some futurists like the controversial Ray Kurzweil believe that humans can merge with AI via brain implants or enhanced intelligence by 2045. Ray believes in the concept of transhumanism or humans merging with machines to be "perfected." Obviously, I reject the agenda and philosophy of transhumanism because of the obvious reason.

The influence of artificial intelligence is everywhere now. A long time ago, people were inventors and scholars who worked in mathematics, science, and other spheres of human endeavor. Many of the ancients were very intelligent human beings who developed algebra, calculus, and other scientific methods to create architecture, improve medicine, and raise the standard of living among the human race. Now, we live in a new time in the 21st century. Human beings now can go into space, create international communication via the Internet, Sype, Zoom, etc. We can also use 3D printing to manufacture items in a shorter period of time than centuries and millennia ago. Today, we have artificial intelligence. It has been talked about and theorized for thousands of years. Now, with the computing services growing since after the end of World War II, A.I. has grown in leaps and bounds. A.I. has been controversial. Its opponents view it as job crushing, as being the heralding of the Mark of the Beast (among many religious people) and having a crippling effect on individual human creativity. Those, who support artificial intelligence view as it way to improve health, increase economic productivity, and being used to increase the power of analytics in the world. What is necessary is to realize that technology evolving in generation in inevitable. That is how world history and human nature works. For example, we went from the Gutenberg movable type to emails. We went from the horse and carriage to planes and jets. Likewise, we have to realize that we need legitimate regulations on artificial intelligence. Nihilism is not an option. Regulations that are used in the proper way can protect human lives and improve our societies in general.

There are tons of exhibits, artifacts, and digital images found in the National Museum of African American History and Culture. The museum has the camera used by Rev. Henry Clay Anderson during the 1960s to record African Americans living their lives in Greensville, Mississippi. The museum has the famous Croix de Guerre award that was placed on Corporal Lawrence McVey of the 368th Infantry. That was an African American regiment known as the Harlem Hellfighters that fought the fascist Axis enemy during World War II. There is the old 19th century Bible that was possibly read by Nat Turner found in the NMAAHC too. The first edition of African American poet Phillis Wheatley has been placed in the museum. She wrote many verses while she was enslaved. The pottery of the slave Dave the Potter of the 1800s is found in the location. The famous eight by four bill poster of June 1863 to encourage black people to fight for the Union during the American Civil War (which was signed by Frederick Douglas and 33 other people) is found in the museum. The museum has portraits of Sojourner Truth, Frederick Douglas, Union solider Corporal Prince Shorts of the 25th Regiment, U.S. Colored Infantry, and Pauline Cookman (who served in the Women's Army Corps, a U.S. Army branch created in World War II. It was segregated until 1950).

Holiday News.

On this day and every day, we celebrate the birth, death, resurrection, and sacrifice of one person. He lived in the Levant or in the Middle East, and his actions changed the world. During that time (which was after the age of the Maccabees and before the 2nd Temple was destroyed in 70 A.D. by the Romans which was prophesized by the Lord Jesus Christ in the book of Matthew), the imperialistic Roman Empire dominated the Jewish people and other groups of people in colonialism and authoritarianism, and forced many people to worship their false gods, from Jupiter to Mars. Still, heroic Jewish people (among the 12 tribes) worshiped God in the Second Temple, refused to worship false Roman gods, and supported their families. In Israel, Joseph and Mary lived in Israel and were involved in the Roman census according to the New Testament. The angel Gabriel told Mary that she had Emmanuel, or God with us, in her womb. When Mary gave birth to Yeshua ben Yoseph, the world changed of forever. Jesus Christ was unique and spoke revolutionary words like The Kingdom of God is within you and bless those who curse you. He told the Pharisees that he who is without sin cast the first stone in stopping them from stoning Mary Madgelene to death for the act of adultery. Jesus told Mary Madgelene to sin no more. Jesus Christ's followers were the Apostles who preached the Gospel filled with the Golden Rule, to not hate your enemies, and to comfort the poor and suffering. In fact, Jesus Christ said that he preached the good news to the poor and the oppressed. He confronted those in power, like getting rid of the people in the Temple who were gambling in the Temple. Yeshua ben Yoseph believed in the separation of church and state, opposed murder, and wanted a high standard of character promoted among the human race.

Jesus Christ's existence has been confirmed by the Bible, Josephus, the Talmud, Roman scholars, and other researchers. The Edomite Herod the Great persecuted many Jewish people and even allowed the authorities to behead John the Baptist. Yeshua was betrayed by Judas, and he was sentenced to death by crucifixion. He was beaten, mocked, and ridiculed before he was placed on the cross to be crucified. Roman soldiers gambled near the cross in a blasphemous way. Jesus Christ was innocent, but He bore the burden for all the sins of the whole world in His ultimate sacrifice to redeem human souls. After three days, he rose from the dead, and the Apostle Thomas and other people saw him. He ascended into Heaven from Jerusalem. Back then, the Roman Empire spread from Britian, North Africa, and to Iran (in millions of square miles). In less than 500 years after the crucifixion and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Roman Empire ended. It has been almost 2,000 years since the resurrection of Jesus Christ and Pentecost, but we certainly are inspired to show compassion, show strength, give forgiveness, follow self-control, and be a light in the world.

Now, in the end of 2025, we face real issues of evil, xenophobia, oppression laws, racism, and the corruption found in the MAGA movement. Today, not centuries ago, we face a person in the White House who desires American history to be whitewashed, murder against people in boats accused of being drug dealers without adequate due process of the law, and a tariff policy that hasn't decreased grocery prices and prices of other items. We want the poor, the marginalized, the refugees, and other human beings to have peace and justice. That is why I will forever believe in living wages, union rights, environmental protections, racial equality, an end to sexism, and compassion for immigrants. This time of the year also is about recognizing the fact that everything is not about us. All of us have to sacrifice our time to help people and be selfless in blessing yourself plus others and understanding that we are all connected as human beings.

During this time of this time of the year, it is important to recognize what is important. What is most important doesn't deal with fame, fortune, or ego. It has to deal with your family, friends, and loved ones. It also deals with the values of integrity, justice, loyalty, and a sense or purpose in your life. You only have one life to live. It's best to grow, learn from errors, strengthen your positive attributes, and seek fundamental improvement. During this holiday season, we are always reminded that courage and heroism can be unsung. Anyone can achieve greatness behind the scenes. That form of greatness can be helping a neighbor, assisting the elderly, helping the homeless, and sacrificing your time to bless someone else without seeking fanfare. Some people advocate common ground on issues. The truth is more complex. I agree with supporting common ground to a point. There is always a line that shouldn't be crossed. In other words, eliminating my history from museums, banning books from public libraries, promoting illegal policies, and promoting bigotry has nothing to do with common ground. These beliefs are just plain evil and archaic in a free and open society. Therefore, we must love our neighbors and use discernment to stand for the truth in a compassionate, just fashion.

Days ago was the Birthday of the late Sister Madam C. J. Walker. She was an icon and represented the blueprint of black self-determination. She was an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and political and social activist. She was the first woman self-made millionaire in America, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. She was born in Louisiana during the early years of Reconstruction. Her parents were Owen and Minerva Breedlove. She had 5 siblings. She lived in Vicksburg, Mississippi, at the age of 10 years old. She attended church and took Sunday school literacy lessons. She was a member of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She developed a hair care business. She supported the NAACP, the National Association of Colored Women, W.E.B. DuBois, and Booker T. Washington. Her company's business market expanded beyond America to Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, Panama, and Costa Rica. She gave thousands of dollars to charities throughout her life. Her daughter was A'Leila Walker, and her great-great-granddaughter was A'Leila Bundles (who is an author, scholar, and social activist).

Rest in Power Sister Madam C.J. Walker.

There are many new developments in the Epstein files. The files show revelations about Donald Trump's travel information about the criminal Jeffrey Epstein. The files show that there were discussions about possible 10 alleged co-conspirators of Epstein. Trump is mentioned in the new documents as a passenger on Epstein's private plane for at least eight flights from 1993 to 1996. The Justice Department claims that many records released contain untrue allegations against Trump. The Trump administration official Wiles said that Trump is mentioned in the files. Trump continues to deny any allegation of sexual abuse of girls. Epstein's associate Ghislaine Maxwell is now serving a 20-year prison term being a convicted sexual abuser. The Palm Beach police knew about allegations against Maxwell and Epstein since at least 2001. There was a letter about Epstein talking to Larry Nassar that the Department of Justice claims it's fake. Epstein got a slap on the wrist in 2008.

The Epstein files show rare pictures, testimonies, and other images. They show jet logs and FBI records too. The first complaint against Epstein existed as far back as 1996. Chuck Schumer wants to sue the Trump administration over the Epstein files. He accuses the DOJ of not complying with the law. The DOJ recently said that it will release more files in the future. The law says that the Epstein files must be released in full, but many files have been redacted. All of the files haven't been released yet. During this time, we see a rise in threats against judges who are just doing their jobs. Many Trump supporters have doxed the names of judges. There is a spike in pizza doxxing against judges in 2025. The judges didn't order the pizza. These people do this to threaten judges. Trump has shown extreme rhetoric against judges who disagree with his extreme, evil policy agenda. Judges and their families should be protected from malicious attacks and threats.

We know that the Nuremberg Code in 1947 said that human experimentation must be voluntary, scientifically justified, and designed to avoid unnecessary suffering. The Declaration of Helsinki in 1964 mentioned that the well-being of the research subject must always take precedence over scientific aims. The Belmont Report of 1979 mentioned that it is opposed to the exploitation of vulnerable populations for administrative convenience. With the Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the CDC has done the opposite of those declarations. For example, it has dismissed the whole 17-member Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) panel and replaced it with people hostile to scientific research. It has replaced rigorous evaluation with a process that aims to engineer an outcome that they believe is like the Guinea-Bissau trial. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is hostile to vaccine research, which he wants to radically change immunization for children. That is why diseases like measles have spread rapidly in America. Now, we have acting CDC Director Jim O'Neill approved the abandonment of the 34-year-old universal hepatitis B birth dose vaccination policy for infants born to mothers not known to be infected. Ending the birth dose increases the risk of children being infected with pediatric hepatitis B infections. Maternal screening is a problem in America, with one in five pregnant women in America not being screened during pregnancy. Trump wants to copy Denmark's childhood vaccine schedule, which reduces routine vaccinations from the U.S. standard. This is done on ideological grounds. Gavi has been cut too. Trump and Robert Kennedy Jr. (who is a disgrace to the legacy of his father, as his father supported robust vaccinations and his father would never support a xenophobic, racist, and sexist Donald Trump), promoting anti-scientific propaganda, should make us stand up for truth.

In any generation, you have sellouts. One sellout is Nicki Minaj, who now supports Donald Trump (Trump disrespects journalists regularly in offensive terms) in the Arizona Turning Point USA' s AmericaFest convention in Arizona. This gathering had many conservatives and MAGA cultists who wanted to promote extremism, bigotry, and overt lies. Nicki Minaj talked with Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk. Nicki Minaj criticized Trump in the past over immigration issues, but now Minaj is all in with Trumpism (when Trump has called Somalis "garbage" in a racist fashion and wants to ban birthright citizenship). Ironically, the same MAGA hypocrites who claim to hate undocumented immigration support Nicki Minaj when she is an undocumented immigrant. Nicki Minaj claims to want legitimate dialogue but called California Gov. Gavin Newsom "New scum" over political disagreements. That's not very Christian or moral. Nicki Minaj admires Trump and Vance (Vance made the recent racist remark about Jasmine Crockett as faking a "street girl persona" being as real as her nails. Crockett is not showing a fake persona. She is being a very intelligent black woman) when Trump has gone out of his way to promote an economy-crushing tariff policy, once hesitated to release the Epstein files, and expressed admiration for authoritarian dictators in real life. MAGA cultists lie and say that we are trying to prevent people from believing what they want. MAGA people have the right to believe in what they want, and people have the right, conversely to disagree with MAGA views. See, they don't want people to disagree with them or face consequences for allying with a tyrant in the White House.

Nicki Minaj mocked Malcolm X, made light of Megan Thee Stallion's mother in a rap battle song in an inappropriate way, and went out to lie and say that black women put down the image of white women to feel good about themselves. The truth is that Western society glorified whiteness for centuries. Most black people don't put down the images of white people, but we don't worship white people or view white people as infallible or superior to us. We acknowledge our own beauty and our heritage. That's ironic because Minaj is afraid to confront the massive anti-black racism found in America and throughout the world on that stage. Nicki Minaj intentionally ignores how Trump called black people IQ if they disagree with him, promoted massive federal government jobs cuts against innocent people, and is a habitual liar. Minaj can't invoke religion or faith. I believe in God, but I won't use my religious views to oppress other people. Christianity teaches to love your neighbor, but Trump curses out his neighbors and said publicly that he hates his enemies. Christianity teaches about forgiveness and redemption, but Trump said that he doesn't ask God for forgiveness for any wrongdoing. Christianity teaches assurance of heaven, but Trump said he doesn't know if he is going to Heaven or not. We should not murder, but Trump has allowed the murder of people in boats in the Caribbean without due process of the law. Even if you don't believe in religion, logic and morality teach us that the MAGA movement has promoted bad policies for years, from cutting legitimate environmental regulations to cutting off black history from federal websites. See, I got my receipts now. You can be a conservative, liberal, or independent, and you can believe in God without accepting the tenets of Trumpism. Nick Minaj is an agent of the establishment and the MAGA movement. Until she wakes up, she is on the wrong side of history.

News during the Holiday Season.

It has been 10 years since the creation of the Smithsonian National Museum of African History and Culture. It is time to refute the lie that the term of African American was invented by Jesse Jackson. The truth is that Malcolm X used the phrases of Afro-American and African American back in the 1960s. The term of African American has been used since the 1700s, and I love that phrase. The reason is that it encapsulates our African heritage. It embodies being against the politically correct lie that we are all just Americans and nothing more. The truth is that we have complex histories, various cultures, and have one origin from Africa, as black human beings (so, I respect the global black African Diaspora too. Africans, Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Europeans, Afro-Asians, etc. made great achievements in the world as well. I want to make that point perfectly clear). The NMAAHC has rare artifacts, digital displays, and emotional images that should motivate all of us (irrespective of color) to stand up for justice (and support all legitimate moral convictions). In our time, far-right extremists, manosphere propagandists, and other bigots (who are filled with hatred and animosity towards progressive fighters for social change) want to minimize or whitewash the contributions of black people, women, and all other people of color, and other minorities. Yet, we won't be intimidated by the forces of evil. Goodness trumps injustice. The culture of our black lives is sacrosanct. Museums that tell our black stories must be protected because our black history matters, and it allows present and future generations to realize that we are not going anywhere. That's real talk. For the record, we black Americans have a strong, vibrant culture. For example, African American culture is reflected in the literature of Langston Hughes to Nora Zeal Hurston. It involves the athleticism of Michael Jordan, Allyson Felix, Serena Williams, LeBron James, Jackie Robinson, and Jackee Joyner-Kersee. African American culture focuses on music too from Aretha Franklin to Levi Stubbs. It deals with our charisma, our inventive spirt, and our intellectual creativity that can never be duplicated. Like always, Black is Beautiful, we want all black people globally to be free and have justice, and our legacy will live on forever and ever. Selah.

Time flies. It has been over 30 years since Halle Berry's first acting role. Many people admire her acting career, her modeling career (multiple people view her as one of the most prominent models of our generation), and her as a businesswoman. Halle Berry is also a mother, a lover, and an explorer of mixed martial arts. One of my favorite roles that Halle Berry was involved in was her portrayal of Dorothy Dandridge in the HBO film "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge." She embodies Dorothy Dandridge in her acting skills, grace, and story plots. Halle Berry is known for her versatility. She has played a drug addict in the film Jungle Fever (1991), a struggling mother in Losing Isaiah (1995), a superhero in the X-Men trilogy (2000-2006) and Catwoman (2004), and a wife in a legal dispute (over the assets of the late Frankie Lyman) in Why Do Fools Fall in Love? (1998). Halle Berry does excellent fighting scenes in the movie John Wick 3: Parabellum (2019). Over the course of years, her legacy has stood up for the legitimate principles of respecting menopause and allowing the paparazzi to honor the privacy of the children of celebrities. Berry worked hard in her career to be one of the most outstanding actresses of the 21st century. Today, of almost being in the year 2030, Halle Berry promotes fitness, self-care, care for her family, and shown great contributions in a plethora of fields during her life story indeed. From Cleveland to places across the world, Halle Berry's exquisite presence and multifaceted life show us that the dreams of human beings can be fulfilled with a precise, authentic vision, purpose, and personal determination.

For the centuries of Miami's existence, we have witnessed the cities' influence in the world. First, Miami is a trade and cultural gateway to the United States of America. It is a city that intersects African American and Caribbean cultures (along with other cultures like Latino culture) into one urban powerhouse. From Jamaicans, Cubans, Afro-Trinidadians, and other Latino human beings, cultural diffusion is commonplace in Miami, Florida. That is why movie productions constantly found in the gorgeous scenery of Miami as found in the Bad Boys movie series. America readily trade from Miami to the Caribbean and globally. Miami is a melting pot of industries, art, music, and other cultural components. Tourism has been part of Miami too along with a sense of a family-oriented vibe like beaches, restaurants, and historical locations. Social activism is part of Miami's history. M. Athalie Rouge, Rev. Theodore Gibson, Garth Reeves, Dr. John O. Brown, Jesse McCrary Jr., etc. fought for our freedom, including Patricia Stephen Due. Many people are influenced by Miami's music from Trina, Gloria Estefan (who released the inspirational song Reach to celebrate the 1996 Olympics), Merengue, Pitbull, Betty Wright, the controversial 2 Live Crew, Jacki-O (who became a born-again Christian), and other artists who have expressed themselves for years and decades. Therefore, learning about Miami makes us aware of the genuine power of our creative presence in the Universe.

It is always important to defend black museums and any museums that show the true history of America. Trump has gone out of his way to attack the NMAAHC, because that museum has shown the truth about the evil of slavery and the evil of white racism. Many conservatives believe in the myth that exposing white racism is somehow anti-American. What is truly anti-American is to whitewash American history for the sake to promote conservative political correctness. Black museums are doing their best to record authentic history. The Trump administration used the lie that the Smithsonian museums promotes divisive language to describe real American history. The truth is never divisive. It's just reality. For example, the following facts: white racism is a reality, black Americans made great contributions to society, people have every right to expose slavery and the legacy of slavery, and we must support civil rights, including human rights in the Universe. Museums should have independent power to research information and present wisdom to all of the people. Other museums like The Legacy Museum and The National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery, Alabama, have great research and exhibits to link slavery to convict leasing, lynching, segregation, and mass incarceration. There is the International Slavery Museum in the United Kingdom. There is the Whitney Plantation in Louisiana that exposes the brutality of slavery and outlines the stories of enslaved human beings too. We should never minimize slavery. Doing that only weakens civic literacy, disrespects descendants and survivors of slavery, harms American culture, and builds distrust of institutions. It is important to note that black history is American history. There is no America without us black people. Therefore, it is very imperative for us to use our power to defend black museums.

My later paternal 3rd cousin Gladys Darlene Upshur (1957-2022) lived a great life. Her parents were Charles Edward Upshur (1917-1964) and Annie Virginia Sample (1920-2009). She passed away with her family by her side. She was educated in the Indian River Public School system at Dagsboro, Delaware. She was a former member of Salisbury Revival Center in Maryland under the Apostle James and Pastor Essie Gran. She lived life at Delmar, Maryland. She was a senior companion at AmeriCorps Seniors, and she was at the First State Community Action Agency in Laurel, Delaware. Darlene served over 8,000 hours from 2013 until 2021. She learned how to crochet and made sleeping mats for the homeless. She had a great personality. Her children are Brandi Upshur (b. 1977), Geneva Q. Upshur (b. 1973), and Latrisha Paige Upshur (b. 1979). Her grandchildren are Peaches, Jamar, Terrance, Tracy, and other people. She had 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her six sisters are Carolyn, Gloria, Ada Yvonne, Gail, Cherie, and Doris. Her 3 brothers are Fayne, Elton, and Charles. She had many family members and friends. Geneva Upshur had many children, and one of them is Dessire Upshur (b. 1989).

By the early 1950's, Miami was recovering from the Great Depression when World War II existed. Many cities in Florida were affected by the war. Some cities saw financial ruins, but Miami remained relatively unaffected. There were German U-boats attacking many American ships like Portero del Llano, which was attacked an sunk within sight of Miami Beach in May 1942. To defend against U-boats, Miami was placed in two military districts called the Eastern Defense Command and the Seventh Naval District.

In February 1942, the Gulf Sea Frontier was established to help guard the waters around Florida. By June of that year, more attacks forced military leaders in Washington, D.C. to increase the number of ships and men of the army group. They also moved the headquarters from Key West to the DuPont building in Miami, taking advantage of its location at the southeastern corner of the U.S. As the war against the U-boats grew stronger, more military bases sprang up in the Miami area. The U.S. Navy took control of Miami's docks and established air stations at the Opa-locka Airport and in Dinner Key. The Air Force also set up bases in the local airports in the Miami area. In addition, many military schools, supply stations, and communications facilities were established in the area. Rather than building large army bases to train the men needed to fight the war, the Army and Navy came to South Florida and converted hotels to barracks, movie theaters to classrooms, and local beaches and golf courses to training grounds. Overall, over five hundred thousand enlisted men and fifty thousand officers were trained in South Florida. After the end of the war, many servicemen and women returned to Miami, causing the population to rise to nearly half a million by 1950.

The Last Dance - Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce | World Athletics Championships...

The End of the Week Updates.

There is some good news in the world. The U.S. Capitol replaced the statue of Robert E. Lee with the teenage civil rights icon Barbara Rose Johns. This reality shows that activism doesn't discriminate based upon age. Young and old have historically been heroes to confront injustice, to stand up for righteousness, and to praise the same Lord who gave us all life in this Universe. This happened on Tuesday. Barbara Rose Johns was a Virginia high school student who protested Jim Crow apartheid. The unveiling ceremony of the statue represented my state of Virginia. It took place in Emancipation Hall with both Republicans and Democrats from Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, Democratic Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Republican Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, and Virginia's congressional delegation and Democratic Governor elect Abigail Spanberger. More than 200 members of Johns' family were there at the location. People sang songs like How Great Thou Art, A'int Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Round, and Total Praise. These songs were performed by the Eastern Senior High School choir from Washington. Johns was an icon of the freedom movement in America, showing that liberty and justice for all is a prerequisite for a truly just society.

The DOJ faces a Friday deadline to release the Epstein files. Trump and Epstein were once friends who spent time together to chase women. Both men have links to modeling agencies that supplied them women. We know for a fact the Jeffrey Epstein abused young girls. Trump has denied any pedophilia allegations. The release of the Epstein files has been supported by the vast majority of the American people. This really isn't a partisan issue. It is about transparency, justice, and showing respect to the victims of Epstein, who suffered so much unspeakable abuse and pain. The files has FBI statements from people who are victims of abuse. While this goes onward, Trump has fired more than 100 immigration judges and revoked protection status from legal immigration. The Trump regime now wants to strip citizenship from hundreds of naturalized Americans every month. This is about Trump harming legal immigration too and being cruel about his overt racism and xenophobia.

Trump on his Wednesday night speech showed many lies and blamed Democrats collectively for economic issues in America. He blamed undocumented immigrants for stealing American jobs and getting free healthcare. Studies show that immigrants contribute heavily to the economy, pay taxes, and immigrant labor (including undocumented workers) propped up childcare, home care, and elder care industries. Trump made the racist remark that the Somali community "garbage" and falsely said that Somalis are taking over the economics of the state of Minnesota and stole billions of dollars. He is obsessed with Joe Biden when Joe Biden lower the poverty rate, increased investments in America, lowered the unemployment rate, and saved lives with scientific investments in fighting COVID-19. Trump refuses to invest in promoting healthcare subsidies for the ACA. Trump is provoking war with Venezuela with his strikes on ships near Venezuela.

In our generation, we have to give Melissa Jefferson-Wooden her flowers. She made so much track and field contributions in 2025 alone, that she is a living legend now in our culture. She is a five-time World Champion and the reigning World Champion in the 100m and 200m women's races, having won both titles at the 2025 World Track and Field Championships in Tokyo. In that same 2025 Championship, she achieved the sprint triple in winning gold in the 100m, the 200m and the 4 X 100m relay race. She is the first American to do so and only the 2nd woman to do so after Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce did that feat in 2013. Jefferson-Wooden's 100m time of 10.61 makes her the 2nd fastest American woman of all time in the 100m event and is a Championship record. Jefferson-Wooden won the bronze medal in the 100m at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France, and in that same Olympics, she won gold in the 4 X 100m relay race.  She is now 24 years old and being part of Generation Z. Therefore, the torch has been passed from Allyson Felix (and ShellyAnn Fraser-Pryce including Carmelita Jeter) to the new generation of track and field athletes like Melissa Jefferson-Wooden. She won the NCAA Indoor 60m Championship in 2022. She is living a blessed life with her husband Rolan Wooden II in Florida. The wedding ceremony had Isaiah Likely as the best man and Twanisha "Tee Tee" Terry as the bridesmaid, with fellow Olympics Sha'Carri Richardson, Kenny Bednarek, and Christian Coleman in attendance. So, we shall see more achievements by Melissa Jefferson-Wooden in the future, especially as the future Summer Olympics in 2028 in Los Angeles approaches. She is the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Female Athlete of the Year (in 2025). Jefferson-Wooden ended 2025 undefeated in the women's 100m which is an outstanding accomplishment. She is just getting started.

The health care fight continues in Congress. This comes about the Affordable Care Act subsidies, affordability issues, our health care issues in general. Health care is a fundamental human right for all people. It should never be a privilege for the rich and upper middle class. For the past decades, health care costs have increased, hospitals have been shut down especially in rural locations, and many Republicans refuse to support the extension of health care subsidies. Coverage must be expanded, the ACA must be improved upon to make universal health care a reality, and there must be a strengthening of public programs like Medicare. Healthcare workers need better wages, benefits, and conditions. Even in 2025, millions of American lack healthcare and face crippling costs for even prescriptions. We know what the solutions are during this affordability crisis. The problem is that many people in Congress have more concern for corporate profit than for health care availability for all human beings.

The 2024 Paris Olympics (with more Information).

Important Notes About Reality.

Also, it is important to find your peace. That means that during a time of the day, where any human being can find a safe place to relax and find serenity. Another lesson in life is to not to embrace deception. Right now, Trump has announced a blockade of oil tankers in Venezuela. This is total lunacy, because America has no right to have use a blockade of oil tankers in Venezuela. This action is about the attempt to try to overthrow Maduro. This comes without any authorization from Congress. A total blockade is an act of war according to international law, but Trump is slick to claim that his blockade deals with only oil tankers. We have a unitary Presidency unfortunately when our government needs to have 3 co-equal branches of government. Trump, Rubio, Hegseth, and other Trump administration leaders wants another war if necessary to make a puppet regime in Venezuela. We don't want another war, and we don't need another war. Trump is hesitant to release Epstein files and the release of videos of the military murdering people in the Caribbean. Drug dealers are bad, but there is no excuse for a blockade of oil tankers in Venezuela. This comes after the MAGA movement hypocritically lectures people that they reject more wars, but they are provoking war overseas. Frankly, we don't desire a war in Venezuela period.

Hegseth said that he won't publicly release the 2nd strike of the September strike video. No one is shocked, because Hegseth is an acolyte of Donald Trump. Trump and his crew in the administration desire such an aggressive foreign policy that it has involved strikes murdering people without due process or an adequate procedure to define any legitimate justification for it. This is a new era of our time when authoritarian policies have reached in American society. We have not seen this level of a constitutional crisis and overt violations of the law by the Trump regime since the days of the 19th century. It's that serious. Trump has overtly threatened to overthrow the Venezuelan government in a neo-colonial war. This agenda is U.S. imperialism. Trump said that Maduro's days are numbered according to Politico and ground attacks will begin pretty soon. This threat never been experienced since the days prior to WWII. We shouldn't embrace fear mongering, but we have to face reality. The Pentagon has sent more than 15,000 troops, a dozen warships, including the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford, and scores of aircraft within striking distance of Venezuela. Trump lied and said that such acts are about fighting drug trafficking, but the administration seized a Venezuelan oil tanker carrying 1.1 million barrels of crude oil worth approximately $78 million. Trump desires oil, imperialism, and control over Latin America and the Caribbean in general. We are opposed to imperialism, murder, and unjust wars that have nothing to do with self-defense.

We can't embrace bitterness in life, but we can't be naive about life either. The truth is that we face evil in our time. One such evil is the MAGA movement. Today, in the end of 2025, we face Trump's fascist pogrom against immigrants (that has targeted U.S. citizens too), his unconstitutional deployment of troops to major citizens, his assertion is dictatorial powers, his support of the war crimes in Gaza, and his illegal military attack overseas (in Iran, in the Caribbean near Venezuela, etc.). The Trump administration is dominated not by the interesting of the poor, the working class, or the middle class. It is dominated by the financial oligarchy as Trump was born into wealth. Trump has combined being the wealthiest administration in American history. The Trump administration represents cruelty as they refuse to support extension of health care subsidies, and they cut funding from USAID. The result of the cut of USAID has been the deaths of people overseas who legitimately seek food, water, medicine, and shelter globally. The affordability crisis is real. Energy bills have increased 13 percent since Trump took office. Families have paid an extra $1,200 on goods this year because of his tariffs. Popular holiday gifts are 26% more expensive this year compared to 2024, and we have CEO have record profits for their salaries while other people suffer profoundly debilitating economic complications.

People are still trying to find the shooter involving the Brown University shooting in Providence, Rhode Island. Either a gun is God, or it is not. That is the question. The truth is that a gun is not God, so there should be common sense regulations on weapons. Yet, some people desire no new laws to protect human lives. That is the real problem involving these massive gun tragedies. There are those who care more for a gun than human life. There are those who desire the status quo instead of revolutionary change to help humanity. Anyone who views a gun to be infallible without any form of regulation is a person who has blatant idol worship of a weapon.

The passing away of Rob and Michele Reiner in California is a total tragedy. The son of the couple, Nick Reiner, has been arrested for the murder of his own parents. Nick Reiner is a coward and reprehensible person. There is no excuse for murder. This terrible event reminds us about the valuable nature of life, the importance to show dignity and respect to our parents, and the necessity to oppose murder and all forms of evil in the Universe. Nick Reiner is in jail without bail. The couple's daughter found their bodies in their Brentwood home. Rob Reiner was an unapologetic liberal who was on the show All in the Family (one of the most groundbreaking, controversial shows in human history. The biggest irony in the world is that the person who played the character of Archie Bunker, which was played by Carroll O'Connor, was a liberal in real life). Rob Reiner directed films like When Harry Met Sally, The Princess Bride, and A Few Good Men. Like usual, Donald Turmp made an inappropriate remark about the death of Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner. Trump said that Rob Reiner's death was a product of "Trump derangement syndrome" which is a bold-faced lie. People have every right to disagree with the policies of Trump. Republicans Thomas Massie and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene condemned Trump's remarks. Trump's gross remarks represent his lax character.

Life Stories.

Being in 2026 in the season of Winter represents a new epoch and new opportunities for humanity. We are in the beginning of the end of this decade of the 2020s. We are ever close to the important year of 2030, and that is very surreal to me personally. The reason for his surreal feeling is that time is constantly moving fast. By the year of 2030, the oldest Millennials will approach nearly 50 years old, and Generation X people will start experiencing their senior years. I remember my previous memories from the 1980s, the 1990s, the 2000s, and the 2010s just like yesterday. For example, I was in kindergarten in 1988 when Reagan was President. I watched the Dream Team in 1992 on NBC television (when Michael Jordan, Charles Barkeley, David Robinson, and other basketball players were in their primes at Barcelona, Spain). I remembered participating in a STEM program in 1996 at Norfolk State University, and I traveled to Los Angeles, California in May 2019. During his new generation, new memories are readily in existence constantly from me visiting Chesapeake in 2025, etc. Standing up against bigotry and oligarchy remains a very vital philosophical framework in my consciousness. In our time, new tragedies have transpired like the murder of Ron Reiner and his wife, the attack in Brown University, and the anti-Semitic murder of people in Australia. We still believe in the Dream wherefore reparations for black Americans are made real, where environment is protected, when healthcare is universally available for all people as a human right, establishing equality for all human beings, and where voting rights are strengthened (without evil restrictions). Our heritage is filled with opposing the dictates of an authoritarian, wicked wannabe king in the White House now. We have a responsibility to reject tyranny in our daily lives, build institutions, treat people with dignity and respect, and do the right thing too.

The end of this Winter 2026 series has made it very clear to the audience (who are reading these words) that truth is important to accept and advance. It matters. We live in a time when disinformation is abundant, but the truth is superior to lies. The truth is that many of Trump's policies are evil like: his promoting of banning birthright citizenship, his elimination of legitimate environmental regulations, his usage of the U.S. military to illegally occupy American cities (i.e. in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles, etc.), his expression of the racist remark about Somali people (in calling them "garbage"), his regressive tariff policies (in making items more expensive for people to spend on including farmers), his agenda to attack black museums that accurately expose slavery and the viciousness of white racism at it relates to American history, him glorifying authoritarians in the globe, and his attacks on the freedom of speech (in trying to get hosts off the air for expressing dissent with Trump's policies). Also, it is important to reject bitterness and revenge. Many people want to disagree with Trump to advance hatred for the sake of hatred. I oppose that view. We disagree with the views of Trump advance hope, solutions, and goodness in the Universe. We must always be vigilant to advocate for liberty, justice, and freedom for all. Also, it is important to advance intellectual development. That means that we must comprehend diphthongs, theme, character, alliteration, idioms, metaphors, onomatopoeia, similes, hyperbole, iambic pentameter, and other concepts in dealing with literature and linguistic skills. Benefits abound involving reading. Reading improves the quality of life physically and emotionally (like developing the mind, calming emotions, and improve vocabulary skills). Unfortunately, some adults refuse to even read digital e-Books or other digital books. So, reading, writing, and analyzing information grows our mental acuity plus our longetivies too.

Artifical intelligence (A.I.) has been debated for years now. Some people, who oppose A.I., disagree with it for numerous moral reasons. Some believe that A.I. will corrupt humanity morally, strip jobs from the American people (causing economic turmoil), and eliminate a lot of innate human creativity. A.I. with SOPA now has recreated images and the speaking voices (plus mannerisms) of Tupac, Biggie, Muhammad Ali, Michael Jackson, Bruce Lee, Fidel Castro, and other famous human beings to put them in various social scenarios. These social settings can be like professional wrestling events, going to the store, using inspirational quotations, driving in a car, etc. Some estates or relatives of celebrities (whose images are used in A.I.'s SOPA devices, etc.) have threatened to sue those involved in such technology that takes the likeness of these celebrities. Artificial intelligence has been criticized for replacing many jobs from factory occupations to corporate spaces. There are defenders of artificial intelligence who feel that A.I. is highly profitable economically that can innovate more technological growth. Some people want A.I. to be utilized for more lucrative business ventures. The A.I. advocates view artificial intelligence as a great method to construct buildings faster, to develop products more efficiently, and reduce error in production in general. What is the truth? The truth is that artificial intelligence must have legitimate regulations to it. Trump wants states to have no regulations to A.I., and I disagree with him. A.I. with no regulations whatsoever will cause economic and social problems. Also, that reality can create environmental chaos (as some A.I. data centers have polluted waters in the world now. That is why I believe that A.I. data centers should be banned as it has caused water pollution, air pollution, and even increasing rates for people to have various cancers. So, artificial intelligence will be discussed vigorously in the years and decades to come.

Many individuals have discussed about the life story of Tupac Shakur for over three decades now. The year of 1996 is the 30th year anniversary of his tragic, evil, and unjust assassination of Tupac Amaru Shakur which was done by cowardly people. I was alive during the time when Tupac was alive. From being the most influential hip hop artist of all time, being a poet, being a political activist, and being an outstanding, trained actor, Tupac Shakur lived a very expansive life in the realm of twenty-five years. He lived in the East Coast, the West Coast, and in the South (in Atlanta just before his passing. Many of Tupac's relatives moved to Atlanta, Georgia) to witness different environments. Yet, Tupac saw the similarities among black people in numerous regions of America. These similarities revolve around the issues of poverty, racism, police brutality, and other evil conditions that tons of black people still go through unfortunately. Yet, we are very resilient as black people. We have made lemonade from lemons literally like being architects, teachers, athletes, musicians, judges, lawyers, scultpors, inventors, doctors, astronauts, IT experts, nurses, etc. That is the power of Blackness. Tupac has been in the conversation of friends and foes in recent years. New information about his life is known as the unsung story of Tupac working with Lela Rochon on the set of the movie Gang Related in 1996. Another story about his life is how his sister Set said that Tupac had fame, but he was incredibly lonely in real life. Suge Knight was like an older brother to Tupac Shakur. While Suge's imperfections and evil actions have no justification, you can't understand the whole Tupac story without knowing about Death Row and its leader, Simon. Tupac was the embodiment of hip hop culture filled with glory, contributions, impeffections, resiliency, strength, and courage. Tuapc never was a gangster as he said that he wasn't one. He said that he was a street solider. Tupac was a young black man who lived a life filled with ups and downs. His positive actions will spark the brain that will change the world indeed as he has stated.

Rest in Power Brother Tupac Shakur.

My family has a long history from the shores of the Motherland of Africa to North America. Eternally, I love and appreciate my Blackness and my black African heritage. After many decades of living my life, I still have my core convictions intact. Soon, I will be 50 years old in less than 8 years, and I am appreciative of living my lfie. Every day, we wake up during the morning is a privilege and a blessing from the Most High God. From my paternal and maternal relatives, I discovered family members who are teachers, social activists (my ancestor Joseph Peeples was involved with the NAACP before according to my mother), religious leaders, military veterans (including two people who were involved in the June 6, 1944 Normandy invasion to liberate Europe from far right Axis Nazi terrorists), community leaders, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, brothers, aunts, uncles, and other people who made outstanding gifts in the world. One lesson in life is to always stand up for yourself. We live in one life, and it is important to defend your honor and inegrity when necessary. Also, never give up is another valuable precept in life too, because doing something to imporve life's quality is a whole lot better than doing nothing. Therefore, there will be many stories formed in the future by the human family. Yet, the same goal is still the same. We want full freedom, justice, and equality  in an uncompromising fashion.

The history of Miami starts with the Native American people of the Tequestas. Early Native Americans lived in the Miami region from about 10,000 years ago. The area back then had pine hardwood forests and was home to plenty of deer, bear, and wild fowl. These first inhabitants settled on the banks of the Miami River, with their main villages on the northern banks. These early Native Americans created a variety of weapons and tools from shells. The area was filled with The Tequesta (also Tekesta, Tegesta, Chequesta, Vizcaynos) Native American tribe, at the time of first European contact, occupied an area along the southeastern Atlantic coast of Florida. They had infrequent contact with Europeans and had largely migrated by the middle of the 18th century. Miami is named after the Mayaimi, a Native American tribe that lived around Lake Okeechobee until the 17th or 18th century. The first Europeans who arrived at Miami were the Spanish who came to Miami by the mid 1500s. They formed a mission and small garrison among the Tequesta on the Biscayne Bay in 1567. The mission and garrison were withdrawn a couple years later.

In 1513, Juan Ponce de León was the first European to visit the Miami area by sailing into Biscayne Bay. He wrote in his journal that he reached Chequescha, which was Miami's first recorded name, but it is unknown whether or not he came ashore or made contact with the Native Americans. Pedro Menéndez de Avilés and his men made the first recorded landing in this area when they visited the Tequesta settlement in 1566 while looking for Menéndez's missing son, who had been shipwrecked a year earlier. Spanish soldiers, led by Father Francisco Villareal, built a Jesuit mission at the mouth of the Miami River a year later, but it was short-lived. By 1570, the Jesuits decided to look for more willing subjects outside of Florida. After the Spaniards left, the Tequesta Native Americans were left to fight European-introduced diseases, such as smallpox, without European help. Wars with other tribes greatly weakened their population, and they were easily defeated by the Creek Native Americans in later battles.

By 1711, the Tequesta had sent a couple of local chiefs to Havana to ask if they could migrate there. The Spanish sent two ships to help them, but their illnesses struck, killing most of their population. In 1743, the Spaniards sent another mission to Biscayne Bay, where they built a fort and church. The missionary priests proposed a permanent settlement, where the Spanish settlers would raise food for the soldiers and Native Americans. However, the proposal was rejected as impractical and the mission was withdrawn before the end of the year

In 1743, the governor of Cuba formed another mission and garrison on Biscayne Bay. As the mission had not been approved by the Council of the Indies, the mission and garrison were withdrawn the following year. The Spanish recorded that the inhabitants at the site of the 1743 mission were survivors of the Cayos, Carlos (presumed to be Caloosa) and Boca Raton people, who were subject to periodic raids by the Uchises (Native American allies of the English in South Carolina).

In 1766, Samuel Touchett received a land grant from the Crown for 20,000 acres (81 km2) in the Miami area. The grant was surveyed by Bernard Romans in 1772. A condition for making the grant permanent was that at least one settler had to live on the grant for every 100 acres (0.4 km2) of land. While Touchett wanted to found a plantation in the grant, he was having financial problems and his plans never came to fruition. The first permanent European settlers in the Miami area came about in 1800.

Pedro Fornells, a Menorcan survivor of the New Smyrna colony, moved to Key Biscayne to meet the terms of his Royal Grant for the island. Although he returned with his family to St. Augustine after six months, he left a caretaker behind on the island. On a trip to the island in 1803, Fornells had noted the presence of squatters on the mainland across Biscayne Bay from the island. In 1825, U.S. Marshal Waters Smith visited the Cape Florida Settlement (which was on the mainland) and conferred with squatters who wanted to obtain title to the land they were occupying. On the mainland, the Bahamian "squatters" had settled along the coast beginning in the 1790s. John Egan had also received a grant from Spain during the Second Spanish Period. John's son James Egan, his wife Rebecca Egan, his widow Mary "Polly" Lewis, and Mary's brother-in-law Jonathan Lewis all received 640-acre land grants from the U.S. in present-day Miami. Temple Pent and his family did not receive a land grant but nevertheless stayed in the area. Treasure hunters from the Bahamas and the Keys came to South Florida to hunt for treasure from the ships that ran around on the treacherous Great Florida reef, some of whom accepted Spanish land offers along the Miami River. At about the same time, the Seminole Native Americans arrived along with a group of runaway slaves. In 1825, the Cape Florida Lighthouse was built on nearby Key Biscayne to warn passing ships of the dangerous reefs. Slave plantations were in the Miami area where slaves cultivated sugarcane, bananas, maize, and tropical fruit.

Fort Dallas was built in 1836 and functioned as a military base during the Second Seminole War. During the early times, the Miami area was known as Biscayne Bay Country. There are published accounts during that period to outline the area as a wilderness that held much promise. The area was called "one of the finest building sites in Florida." The area was affected by the Second Seminole War, where Major William S. Harney led several raids against the Native Americans. Fort Dallas was located on Fitzpatrick's plantation on the north bank of the river. Most of the non-Native American population consisted of soldiers stationed at Fort Dallas. The Seminole War was the most devastating Indian war in American history, causing almost a total loss of native population in the Miami area. The Cape Florida lighthouse was burned by Seminoles in 1836 and was not repaired until 1846. The 2nd Seminole War ended in 1842.  Fitzpatrick's nephew, William English, re-established the plantation in Miami. He charted the "Village of Miami" on the south bank of the Miami River and sold several plots of land. When English died in California in 1852, his plantation died with him. Miami had very little people at first, and the name Miami came from the Mayimi Native American tribe. Later, the Third Seminole War lasted from 1855 to 1858, but was not nearly as destructive as the previous one. However, it did slow down the rate of settlement of southeast Florida. At the end of the war, a few of the soldiers stayed and some of the Seminoles remained in the Everglades. Miami was part of the Confederacy during the American Civil War. From 1858 to 1896, Miami grew with a handful of families living in the area. There were many settlments on the bank of the Miami River.

Other settlements within Miami's city limits were Lemon City (now Little Haiti) and Coconut Grove. Settlements outside the city limits were Biscayne, in present-day Miami Shores, and Cutler, in present-day Palmetto Bay. Many of the settlers were homesteaders, attracted to the area by offers of 160 acres (0.6 km2) of free land by the United States federal government.

After the Great Freeze of 1894, the crops of the Miami area were the only ones in Florida that survived. Julia Tuttle, a local landowner, convinced Henry Flagler, a railroad tycoon, to expand his Florida East Coast Railway to Miami. On July 28, 1896, Miami was officially incorporated as a city with a population of just over 300.  The right to vote was restricted to all men who resided in Miami or Dade County. Joseph A. McDonald, Flagler's chief of construction on the Royal Palm Hotel, was elected chairman of the meeting. After ensuring that enough voters were present, the motion was made to incorporate and organize a city government under the corporate name of "The City of Miami", with the boundaries as proposed. John B. Reilly, who headed Flagler's Fort Dallas land company, was the first elected mayor. Initially, most residents wanted to name the city "Flagler." However, Henry Flagler was adamant that the new city would not be named after him. So on July 28, 1896, the City of Miami, named after the Miami River, was incorporated with 502 voters, including 100 registered black voters. The black population provided the primary labor force for the building of Miami. Clauses in land deeds confined black people to the northwest section of Miami, which became known as "Colored Town" (today's Overtown).

From 1900 to 1941, Miami grew rapidly. In 1900, 1,681 people lived in Miami; in 1910, there were 5,471 people; and in 1920, there were 29,549 people. As thousands of people moved to the area in the early 20th century, the need for more land quickly became apparent. Until then, the Florida Everglades extended to within three miles (5 km) of Biscayne Bay. Beginning in 1906, canals were made to remove some of the water from those lands. Miami Beach was developed in 1913 when a two-mile (3 km) wooden bridge built by John Collins was completed. During the early 1920s, an influx of new residents and unscrupulous developers led to the Florida land boom, when speculation drove land prices high. Some early developments were razed after their initial construction to make way for larger buildings. The population of Miami doubled from 1920 to 1923. The nearby areas of Lemon City, Coconut Grove, and Allapattah were annexed in the fall of 1925, creating the Greater Miami area. Yet, this boom started to slow down by building construction delays and overload on the transport system caused by the excess of bulky building materials. There was a ship blocking the Miami Harbor for a month almost on January 10, 1926. There was the catastrophic Great Miami Hurricane in 1926 the ended what was left of the boom. The hurricane was a Category 4 storm. It was the 12th most costly and 12th most deadly to strike the United States during the 20th century. According to the Red Cross, there were 373 fatalities, but other estimates vary, due to the large number of people listed as "missing." Between 25,000 and 50,000 people were left homeless in the Miami area. The Great Depression followed, causing more than sixteen thousand people in Miami to become unemployed. As a result, a Civilian Conservation Corps camp was opened in the area.

During the mid-1930s, the Art Deco district of Miami Beach was developed. Also, during this time, on February 15, 1933, an assassination attempt was made on President-elect Franklin D. Roosevelt. While Roosevelt was giving a speech in Miami's Bayfront Park, Giuseppe Zangara, an Italian anarchist, opened fire. Mayor Anton Cermak of Chicago, who was shaking hands with Roosevelt, was shot and died two weeks later. Four other people were wounded, but President-elect Roosevelt was not harmed. Zangara was quickly tried for Cermak's murder and was executed by the electric chair on March 20, 1933, in Raiford, Florida.

Also in 1933, the Miami City Commission asked the Miami Women's Club to create a city flag design. The flag was designed by Charles L. Gmeinder on their behalf, and adopted by City Commission in November 1933. It is unknown why the orange and green colors were selected for the flag. One theory is that the colors were inspired by the orange tree, although the University of Miami was already using the colors of orange and green for their sports teams since 1926.

December News in 2025.

Supreme Court members Alito, Thomas, Roberts, and other Trump Supreme Court appointees don't act as independent arbitrators of the law. The role of the judicial branch of government is to interpret the law and not to create laws by fiat. These pro-GOP Justice has rubberstamped the majority of the agenda of Donald Trump and the MAGA movement from supporting the end to affirmative action in universities to the promotion of other reactionary actions. That is why many people to pass term limits, expand the court, and have an enforceable code of ethics found in the United States Supreme Court. The Supreme Court should never be part of rubberstamping the agendas of any President. Things have regressed in America since the end of Biden's term. For example, The SAVE plan helped millions of people to pay their student loan debt. Now that Trump shut it down, burrowers may have to spend hundreds of more dollars per month to pay off their loans. Many items like groceries, homes, clothes, etc. have increased in price in part because of the regressive tariffs on these things. We also have AI data centers sucking up communities' power and water. AI is being used by many corporations to get resources from consumers and threatens young workers' job prospects. That is why Trump wants a ban on state AI regulation to help Big Tech billionaire people.

The investigative journalist Ken Kippenstein found a memo that shows that the Trump administration wants to expand the group labeled as "domestic terrorism" to include many people who just disagree with Trump's views. The order came after the death of Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk should never have been murdered as people should use peaceful means to deal with dissent. Murder is always evil and wrong. The person who murdered Charlie Kirk has no respect from me as this person is a notorious coward. Also, Kirk made sexist, racist, and bigoted statements for years that can't be omitted. The memo wants to target people who oppose ICE efforts, progressives, and other people. This memo came from U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, and she wants the Justice Department and the FBI to compile a list of groups that may be labeled domestic terrorism based on political views related to immigration, gender, and U.S. policy. This memo promotes attacks on the First Amendment in dealing with the freedom of speech.

Some good news is that the Indiana Senate Republicans have rejected Trump's redistricting push. The Indiana Senate on Thursday voted down a plan in trying to redraw the state's congressional districts to have 2 more GOP friendly seats (as Trump has desired). Such redistricting plans have been in Texas months ago. The government of Indiana did the right thing to promote democracy without unwarranted, unjust political power grabs. The 31-19 vote saw 21 Republicans join 10 Democrats. The GOP hold seen of Indiana's nine U.S. House seats. The 2026 elections are very important as the House is in play for the Democrats to control if they gain a certain number of House seats after elections. Trump tried to use Vice President JD Vance to Indiana to have 2 visits and invited state lawmakers to the White House as part of trying to gain more seats in Indiana mid-election. Trump has threatened Indiana Republicans with primary challenges if they voted against the redistricting plan. Therefore, democracy has prevailed here, but we have a long way to go in desiring true freedom for all.

Michael Jordan reached a settlement with NASCAR. This came after the NASCAR antitrust trial. Michael Jordan's 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports agreed to an agreement. The trial lasted for 8 days. Michael Jordan was in court every day of this trial. The terms deal with improved terms for all teams in the Cup Series. The agreement promoted a new charter agreement to sign. There will be permanent evergreen charters. There will be a franchise system for NASCAR. Michael Jordan wanted progress to have racing teams to have better support, equity, and a stronger voice for future decisions. He said that he wanted the ruling to improve teams, drivers, partners, employees, and fans. So, 23XI Racing and Front Row have regained their charters for the 2026 season. Charters are permanent now.

One important truth is that we must oppose AI data centers. One reason for this opposition is that such centers harm the environment. These centers require a lot of water, and when they are created near water supplies, something happens. What happens is that the water is polluted, the air is polluted, and people suffer from Memphis to parts of Maryland including other parts of America. We are inheritably pro-environment as a people and as a community. Therefore, we don't agree with the establishment of data centers that act as Big Brother power plants that harm the world that we live in. The people who benefit from data centers are the super wealthy billionaires who desire more control over the human race. Data centers emit hazardous pollutants like nitrogen oxides and fine particulate matter. They can increase the rates of respiratory diseases, cardiovascular conditions, and grow cancers in general in nearby communities.

Defending Our Freedom.

Hegseth has wrapped up the briefing with top lawmakers. People want more information about the boat strike that Hegseth has endorsed in the Caribbean waters. Many Democrats and some Republican Senators want the video to be released. It is against international law to murder people after they were injured in international waters seeking to survive. It is immoral to murder people in the waters of the Caribbean without due process of law. Many hypocritical fake Christians even try to justify Trump calling Somalian people in America "garbage" which is racist rhetoric. These people give authentic, true Christians a bad name. It's wrong for Trump to dehumanize Somalians, to curse out peaceful protesters, to call women journalists "stupid" just for asking legitimate questions to Trump, and to go about to lie and say that the affordability crisis is just "fake news." Project 2025 is clear to promote evil under the guise of "conservativism." These far-right extremists don't want to conserve values, but they want to take wealth, suppress dissent, endorse bigotry overtly, and hide behind religion (when true believers act like the light to shine truth to people not promote division for the sake of promoting division like the MAGA cult does on a regular basis) to cover up their subterfuge. It is clear that believing and worshiping God is a blessing and a great thing to do. Yet, I won't use my religious views as an excuse to restrict fundamental human rights from other people.

Marlon Wayans said that 50 Cent must beware of reaping what you sow about the Diddy documentary. I think that Marlon (who is a friend of Tupac and Biggie) spoke out of concern. He is slightly wrong, because Diddy has been caught doing massive evils spanning decades. Exposing evil isn't necessarily kicking someone when he is down. It could be a warning to others to not do such actions. There is no justification for Sean Combs's behavior. Diddy talked about being pro-black, but many of his victims in the business world have been black people. I don't feel like Marlon has ill motives. I think that he just wants peace, even though he is in error about some of what he is talking about as we can't whitewash Diddy's crimes. 50 Cent wrote to Marlon on Instagram to keep your name out his mouth. 50 Cent used the word boy to describe Marlon Wayans. I'm from the South in Virginia. I can never co-sign 50 Cent calling a grown black man boy. Even if you disagree with Marlon, he is still a grown man. It is no secret that 50 Cent has self-hatred and is known for being a misogynist (even promoting the lying stereotype of "angry black women" on why he dates so-called "exotic" women) and a person with lax character (who mocks the deaths of Michael K. Williams and others, who trolls people, and who has been accused of domestic violence against women. 50 Cent is a Trump supporter. I don't need no further explanation on why he is a sellout). Marlon Wayans recently said that he is not trying to defend Diddy. So, 50 Cent is not the representation of a role model, but we can't obfuscate the evil that Sean Combs has done to innocent human beings.

During this time of the year, we are reminded of our reality. The possible merging of Netflix and Warner Brothers represents the agenda of monopoly. Billionaires taking control over more of the communications platforms of the Earth is about oligarchy not increasing freedom of the speech. Elon Musk owns X and the family of the 2nd richest family on Earth controls Paramount. Other billionaires own Facebook and The Washington Post. The great big lie from MAGA and Trump is that their anti-immigrant policies don't target legal immigration. We know that Trump has fired over 100 immigration judges, arrested immigrants outside of their immigration hearings, paused asylum decisions, illegally detained many U.S. citizens, canceled citizenship ceremonies (being the final step to become a U.S. citizen among immigrants), and enacted other radically evil policies that has nothing to do with improving America. It is about scaring people and trying to intimidate human beings. I won't be intimidated at all by the MAGA cult or Trump.

Trump called Rachel Scott terrible and obnoxious. Trump called Mary Bruce terrible. Trump called Kaitlan Collins stupid and nasty. Trump is a coward and sexist wicked male (not man). If he was a real man, he would handle legitimate questions asked by qualified women journalists. This is why I don't understand how anyone can support Trump. Either you have to be a bigot, or a person is deceived to follow Trump. Trump has a long history of attacking people who dissent with him, ask him tough, legitimate questions, and go about to confront Trump on his corruption. Mary Bruce, Kaitlin Collins, and Rachel Scott have worked in their journalism profession for years showing professionalism, intellect, and a great work ethic. They deserve the same dignity and respect as all people are entitled too. Trump has lax character as a human being an insecure, pro-red pill, sick individual who needs to be held accountable for his reckless behavior. There is no excuse for sexism and disrespecting journalists at all period. We have the responsibility to stand up for truth, and we will always support real journalists holding those in power accountable.

Terrorism against innocent people by ICE or the Immigration and Customs Enforcement organization continues. Now, Many ICE thugs have illegally arrested a U.S. citizen again in Minnesota. One U.S. citizen was detained after raids. This past Wednesday, this has occurred. The U.S. citizen was an Edina born Somali American citizen. She is a U.S. citizen, but ICE agents kidnapped her, ziptied her, and took her to a local jail. ICE held her for over 24 hours despite she repeatedly telling them that she is a U.S. citizen. She was only released from jail after her husband, a paralegal provided federal agents her passport. This is overt fascism and has no place in America when people who are citizens have to show papers to people to just exist in American society. The woman's cousin (who is a legal Somali immigrant) told a local FOX affiliate that the women in federal custody was sexually assaulted by ICE agents after the ICE agents stripped her hijab. Therefore, we are dealing with many ICE thugs terrorizing people, regardless of immigration status. The liar and Trump border czar Tom Homan said that there is a large "illegal" Somali community. Trump made the racist comment of calling Somali people "garbage." So, I have no respect for Trump's views, and I have no respect for Trump's racism at all. They or those who enact this evil are repugnant and satanic. At least hundreds of U.S. citizens have been assaulted and unjustly detained by ICE agents. Trump is clear in trying to end birthright citizenship. This will cause Trump to try to deport millions of citizens, then we know what is next (total fascism).
