The Secret



For years, I knew about Oprah Winfrey. I never knew about the intense New Age composition of Oprah until a few years ago. The Secret is no exception in the promotion of New Age Thought. The New Age Movement is about believing that man is God, that nature and the universe is not only a Creation of God, but is God. The Secret loves the belief that moral standards can be shifted in time, that love is the only thing we need (we need Love, but Love alone without discernment and righteous judgment is not true Love. It's a false Love), and the unification of all religions into one. That's a simple definiton of New Age philosophies. Now, Oprah teaches the New Age dogma of that your experiences are needed to enhance your beliefs. Her show commenced in 1985 and was very popular to this day. Oprah is also the 1st black American billionare. Oprah denies that God judges and she won't procliam that Jesus Christ is the only way to get into Heaven. A lot of her programs deals with reincarnation, metaphysics, karma, astral life, and other unbiblical concepts. Yet, she denies being New Age calling it as relating to crystals. She's wrong since the New Age Movement is bigger than about crystals. It's about the worship of Nature, obsession with man's self instead of submitted your self upon God's wil, and the compromise of moral convictions for the sake of being apart of the collective. Oprah Winfrey's New Age guests include Marianne Williamson, psyhic John Edwards, Shirley MacLain (with influence in Hollywood, which is dominated by occultists since its origin. That's why Hollywood is named after the holly wood used in magic), Deepak Chorpa, Marilyn Ferguson, etc. Williamson's book entitled "A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of a Course in Miracles." It was claimed to have been channeled by spirit guides by a dead psychology professor named Helen Schucman.



In helping her panel define the spiritual movement called the New Ager Oprah states –"isn't essentially the new age movement in all that I've read in the Aquarian conspiracy isn't it just spiritual evolvement isn't it coming closer to the force that is God whether you call it God or not, isn't that what it is?" (Oprah show, 1987 with guests Wayne Dyer, Shakti Gawain and Arnold Patent).

The truth and reality is that God isn't a force or apart of Nature. God is the Creator of the Universe being seperate in his being and beyond the powers of the Earth. Oprah as far back as 1987 has made her pro-New Age views known . Here's a quote from her: "One of the most important things I think that I have learned if I may share this with you and that is from reading collectively all your books and other peoples books and the bible which I also read everyday. Is that most people go through life and they wait for God to speak to them as he did, Y'know called Moses from the burning bush and so they expect God to be in a thunderous voice coming in lightning and thunder and so forth. But what God really is, is god manifests himself - herself – itself through your breathe through your conscience and through your intuition. And as long as you have that, you have the presence of God and you also have power and it acknowledging and realizing that that's what it is instead of looking all out here to find it, you already have it" (Oprah's 1987 program with Guests Wayne Dyer, Shakti Gawain and Arnold Patent- video on file).

Oprah's spiritualism goes deeper. Time magazine, wrote of these spirit guides that Oprah believes in:


"In the course in Miracles" Williamson writes that: "The recognition of God is the recognition of yourself" (p.147). In actuality, God is not yourself, so we can God trust without placing ourselves in a godlike stage. God is outward from the Earth. This source outline's Oprah spiritualism: "Oprah Winfrey calls these her 'go there' moments, spiritual episodes of divine guidance that far transcend the chatty exchanges with her studio audiences- Sometimes the epiphanies carry the voices of Negro slaves-Joe and Emily and Dara; Sue and Bess and Sara. Winfrey says that she has come to know each of them personally and calls them in at will to guide her in her work. The spirits began visiting her a few years ago..." It's time to make known about the Secret. The Secret is a famous book. "The Secret" embraces the New Age views that man has the power within to achieve divinity. The Secret teaches the law of attraction. Many researchers have found the connection on how the Secret relates to the New Thought Movement, Rosicrucianism, and the all is one belief system (or you can use your mind to accept that all matter is divine). Oprah claims that the Secret is one reason for her massive success. It once was atop of the New York best selling list. The original version of the Secret is claimed to have have been channeled by a legion of spirit beings calling themselves "Abraham" being possessed by a woman named Esther Hicks. Esther Hicks was the most prominent teacher of the Secret in the first version. The Australian author of "The Secret" is named Rhonda Byrne. The Secret is about how she found an 100 year old book to change her life forever. She called it a flame in her heart. 29 co-contributors are quoted in the book from Bil Harris to Marie Diamond. One of the big teaching of the Secret is the law of attraction. The law of attraction is a metaphysical term meaning to use visualization and other means to get goals accomphlished. Some proponents of the Secret want to cut pictures out in magazines, closing your eyes, etc. to materalize your dreams. They want thing to materalize by visualizing it by closing your eyes and seeing it. Is this weird or what? Wallace Wattles who wrote The Science of Getting Rich is advertised as the secret behind The Secret. Wallace Delois Wattles (1860-1911) believed that the universal mind permeates all creation (a known New Age/Hindu view). In others, Wallace wants thought and desire to be a means to get your vision fulfilled. There's a problem. Visualization is an ancient occult technique in forming mental pictures in the mind to make them manifest in they physical universe. Ironically, Wallace lived in poverty. He only died in the age of 51. The truth is that this law of universe of attraction doesn't exist. Wattles follows similar beliefs to the New Thought Movement. The New Thought Movement was an 19th Century movement accepting the New Age thought of God being in everything. It was a precursor of the modern New Age Movement (that is why a pro-New Thought man named William Walker Atkinson was a follower of psychic influence, thought force, will power, etc.) that exist in the 20th century into now in the 21st century. Manly P. Hall in his "The Secret Teachings of All Ages" book on pgs. 101-102 described that in the modern era, these thoughts of will power, etc. is the same mask of black magic that occured in the Middle Ages. Therefore, the Secret teaches mind science or thinking that thoughts have creative power. The Secret tries to use Mark 11:24 to justify the law of attraction. Yet, the Bible is clear in verses 20-24 that "So Jesus answered and said to them, "Have faith in God." In other words, we should have faith in God alone to solve our problems without having faith in ourselves, mind power, the universe, or our thoughts. Jesus was anti-greed and warned "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?" (Matthew 16:26). The Secret fronts to appeal to man's will when man's will is always in contradiction to the will of God.

The DVD of the Secret has more occultism than once realized. The Secret flashed the "Rosicrucian" many times during the film. According to Carolyn Sackariason, in the article of "The big 'Secret' is finally out," from the Aspen Times (upon February 6, 2007), The Secret relates to the secret of the Rosicrucian tradition that has been preserved for thousands of years (only to be shown to those proven worthy to be shown it. She classifies the Secret as one of the divine laws of the Universe). The Secret movie's website admits why it shows the word "Rosicrucian" in the film. The site says that Beethoven was considered apart of the Rosicurcian. It also says that Mozart accept Pantheism (or that God is not seperate from his Creation, but within all matter as a function of natural law). Pantheism is one of the many tenets of the Secret. Although, no conclusive evidence exists of Beethoven being a Rosicrucian at all, but he did indeed believe in Pantheism. Some see Hermeticism as apart of the Secret. The movie begin with the Emerald Tablet (in myths, its author was the mythical Greco-Egyptian deity Hermes Trismegistus - inventor of alchemy and Hermetic philosophy. As Above, so Below is a key maxim of Hermetic doctrine. As Above, so below means that the Earth is a reflection of the Universe and God) being copeid by a young Egyptian scribe as Roman plus Greek soldiers come. He sents the copy to a priest and hides the original close to the Pyramids of Giza. A copy is researched by someone playing Saint Germain. Germain was an occultist of the 1700's. Germain is shown with an image of Azoth of the Philosophers. The Azoth image has complex occult symbolism. Basically, the Secret is a rehash from the Lie of the Serpent telling Adam and Eve that they are gods. Here's are quotes form the book of "The Secret" talking about this issue:

"You are God in a physical body. You are Spirit in the flesh. You are Eternal Life expressing itself as You. You are a cosmic being. You are all power. You are all wisdom. You are all intelligence. You are perfection. You are magnificence. You are the creator, and you are creating the creation of You on this planet (The Secret p. 164).

"The earth turns on its orbit for You. The oceans ebb and flow for You. The birds sing for You. The sun rises and it sets for You. The stars come out for You. Every beautiful thing you see, every wondrous thing you experience, is all there for You. Take a look around. None of it can exist, without You. No matter who you thought you were, now you know the Truth of Who You Really Are. You are the master of the Universe. You are the heir to the kingdom. You are the perfection of Life. And now you know The Secret" (p. 183)

That's really Satan's Secret. It's impossible for man to be the master of the Universe or be like God period. In essence, the Secret believes that man can transform mind into matter. It's the belief of the synthesis of many beliefs system into one framework. That's why Oprah Winfrey says that all paths lead to God, which is false of course. Oprah Winfrey have taken up to support the cause of Eckhart Tolle. Tolle is definitely a New Age adherent. According to Berit Kjos, Tolle celebrates new spiritually and condemns the Biblical faith and logical thinking as as a form or ego. Tolle teaches that all things are one and belief system should be shunned. Oprah and Tolle are puppets of the elite promotes these evil doctrines. The tactics are to twist the Bible's words, transform Jesus into solely a mere man, and numerous folks in the New Age crowd speak of the "Christ- Consciousness." Tolle and Oprah views we humans as the Universe, the source of all, and God (I saw this clip on Youtube), which is blasphemy. Isaiah 44:6 teaches that man is not like unto God. It's the promotion of the new world order in the guise of the Secret. It's a rehash of New Age/New Thought tenets.

Natural Medicine

Ella Anderson from Natural News.com at August 5, 2008 wrote about niacin and fruits being effective in controlling cholesterol. Ella wrote that high blood cholesterol is made up of an unfavorable balance between HDL (or good cholesterol) and LDL (or bad cholesterol). There is more LDL to HDL in high cholesterol. LDL can build up in arterly which can cause clogging, narrowing, and hardening of the arteries. That disorder can create a stroke or a heart attack. There is a way to combat that condition. It's been found that the vitamin (niacin or Vitamin B3) can demonstrate to help control cholesterol levels and support healthy arteries. Niacin is found in apples and grapes. Vitamin B3 is known along with vitamins riboflavin (B2) and thiamin (B1) that can facilitate the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. A new study found that niacin can help maintain adequate HDL cholesterol. This is achieved by blocking the liver from removing the HDL cholesterol from the blood. This vitamin subsequently can lead to an important pathway called "Reverse Cholesterol Transport" to work as effectively on other forms of cholesterol. It can remove the bad cholesterol. Niacin is found in organic, pastured free-range chicken, or healthy whole beans (preferably sprouted beans) and protein rich foods. Supplementation of niacin should be monitored carefully, as the upper limit for this vitamin is 35 milligrams (when consumed in the form of nicotinic acid). Since this vitamin is water-soluble, toxicity should not really be a concern if most of this vitamin comes from food sources. In another study, published in the Molecular Nutrition and Food Research publication purple grabe juice has the strongest effect in perserving healthy arteries. Apple juice and apples have similar positive effects. The reason is because of the phenols –- an antioxidant -- contained within them along with vitamin C and carotenoids, yielded such favorable results. Like always, too much fruit juices will have sugar so diabetics should avoid a high amount of fruit jucies, especially if the pulp has been removed. Ella wrote that: "...The emphasis should instead be placed on consuming mainly healthy saturated/monounsaturated fats (coconut oil/palm oil, raw butter, avocado fats, etc.); healthy proteins from organic sources; and many raw, organic vegetables like broccoli, kale, spinach, etc...Generally, even those who do not have a history of insulin resistance/diabetes should avoid high sugary foods; however, due to the high antioxidant content of many raw, organic fruits, consumption of such food stuffs shouldn't be completely avoided –- remember to eat your vegetables and your fruits, in that order. Moderation is key and an indispensable tool that can aid in a better well-being." Like always, exercise, moderation in food intake, self control, and eating natural plus organic foods, are the ways to go in improving our health. They can decrease the risk for sickness and diseases.

Gardasil has once and for all been exposed as a posion. I'm thankful for that, because we should be sick and tired of girls dying from that wicked product. I knew Gardasil was a scam ever since I've seen commercials about it. Even the commercial says that Gardasil isn't 100% effective to battle against HPV or the Human Papillomavirus virus. Texas now illegally promotes the forcing of young girls (plus young women from the ages 9 to 26) to have it when the Constitution never cites a law forcing any human being to take any foreign patrogen against their own will. Gardasil is still a big deception. Gardasil is not a cancer vaccine, but a HPV vaccine. A New York Times articles reported that cervical cancer is not on the top 10 list of American women. According to the American Cancer Society's own website, between 1955 and 1992, the amount of deaths with cervical cancer has dropped by 74 percent. This doesn't mean that cervical cancer isn't a serious issue to discuss and fight against. It is. It's just that Gardasil isn't a real solution to fight against cervical cancer at all. The FDA even admitted that the HPV DNA test isn't a subsitute for a regular pap screening. The FDA opinions disagree with the promoters of Gardasil saying that HPV causes cervical cancer. A report for the Women's Health Network by a McGill University epidemiologist calls the Gardasil program "premature and could possibly have unintended negative consequences for individuals and for society as a whole." During the last six months of 2006, the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) got 385 reports of adverse reactions to Gardasil. Cynthia A. Janak wrote the article of " FDA and HPV - - when did they know the truth?" In it she site cites a FDA site entitled "Reclassification Petition for Human Papillomavirus (HPV) DNA, Nested Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Detection" which was published on March 7, 2007. It says that the actual cause is a "persistent HPV infection that may act as a tumor promoter in cancer induction [8-11]. The document says that most women with HPV are able to eradicate the virus and have no long term consequences to their health. Many companies Merck that promotes Gardasil according to Jameson Taylor (who written a book entitled "America's Drug Deal: Vacciens, Abortion, and Corruption") derive many of their vaccines from aborted fetuses. They are trying to promote the Gardasil vaccine in Canada. A former Harper advisor is a lobbyist for the cancer virus vaccine. Mercola.com website have shown that Gardasil reactions and deaths are on the rise. That is why some in the Canadian Action Party opposes the Gardasil vaccine. Merck is reaping huge profits from the promotion of the vaccine. This is more than about sex. It's about the government having no right to force people to take vaccine if they don't want to. Some liberals are hypocrities in claiming to like the freedom of choice, but hate it when it comes into refusing vaccines or believing in school choice.

This isn't the End, but another Beginning

Homeschooling appears to have a victory in the legal process. The Home School Legal Defense Association reported that California's Court Appeal for the Second Appellate District created an unanimous decision days ago. That decision ruled that "California statutes permit home schooling as a species of private school education." This stands in contradiction to the previous court decision in February where the 3 judge panel in California banned all home schooling in California unless it was approved by the state government (and with credentialed tutors). That of course was immoral and violates educational freedom along with school choice. The Chairman of HSLDA named Mike Farris rejoiced over the decision as a remarkable reversal of the earlier opinion. Farris said that he has never seen such an impressive array of people and organizations coming to the defense of homeschooling. Farris, the Alliance Defense Fund, Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, and others) represented Jeff Shafer (or the father) in the case. The court outlined that homeschooling have a right to be private educational institutions. In California alone, there are about 166,000 children who are homeschooled. The court further validated the notion that the child is not a creature of the state. The state never will and never is a godlike institution. There ought to never be complusory education. Of course, teacher unions typically oppose homeschooling. Their arguments are silly, because laws exist nationwide protecting children from child abuse and anarchy period. The Pacific Justice Institute was another group who advanced arguments in favor of homeschooling rights. Brad Bacus who is the President of Pacific Justice Institute are researching the 44 page decision to give California's homeschooling families an outline of future implications of the new ruling.
