ARRB: JFK withdrawal from Vietnam was REAL
Documents released by the Assassination Records Review Board show that the planned phased withdrawl of American Forces from Vietnam by President Kennedy was REAL and indicate that the plan was REVERSED immediately after JFK's assassination.
