Our Civil Liberties

The National Guard in Missouri are training to kill militia insurgents in an exercise. The News Tribune reported on this story. In the battalion's annual training exercise, 8 members of the Jefferson based unit acted as a ficitious militant group. They attempted to disrupt the battalion's operations through attacks and harassment. The 2 other units of the battalion are the Kansas City-based 205th Area Support Medical Company, and the Springfieldbased 206th Area Support Medical Company. They fended out the fictional attacks while doing medical duites the newspaper reported on June 30, 2009. The article pertaining to this event was written was by Silas Allen, who is a journalist with the Pentagon. The Pentagon in 2006 proclaimed that it would declare a psychological warfare on the American people by planting propaganda in the corporate media. Allen's article ironically existed as a covert part of this process. News Tribune has Silas Allen wrote an earlier article. This article was about the National Guard unit practicing basic convoy operations during a training exercise in the Black Hills of South Dakota on June 14. In that exercise, an "insurgent group" with a reputation of harassing convoys with ambushes and improved explosive devices. “The unit was also told to look out for civilians trying to approach the convoy on the battlefield. The civilians could be working with the insurgent group or could simply have a legitimate complaint,” Allen writes. These 2 exercises serve as prime examples of an orchestrated attempt by the government to train soldiers to militarily confront domestic "militia" groups. In April, a leaked DHS report on "rightwing extremism" said that "right wing militias" will recruit veterans returning from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. This report demonized conservatives and veterans returning from Iraq even. Even the James von Brunn character hated religion and now people who are lone wolves are demonized as terrorists. Glen Beck lied and linked 9/11 truth activists to the deranged killer of von Brunn (after he murdered a security guard in the Holocaust museum in Washington, D.C.). A report produced by the Missouri State Police, entitled “The Modern Militia Movement,” specifically characterizes constitutionalists and Ron Paul supporters as domestic terrorists. “Red flags outlined in the document include political bumper stickers such as those for U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, talk of conspiracy theories such as the plan for a mega-highway from Canada to Mexico and possession of subversive literature,” the Missouri Information Analysis Center report states. The Maryland National Guard even stalked tea party protesters. Defense Secretary Robert Gates has recommended merging the National Guard into the “Total Force” of the U.S. military. “The recommendations that are so disturbing are those involving the assimilation the National Guard and Reserves into the regular US military, under control and management of the DoD,” writes Carolyn Harris. A federalized National Guard are doing drills nationwide (including National Guard people in Ohio, etc. taking over schools, jails, etc. with police power which is illegal under the Posse Comitatus Act) in order to condition people to accept military rule plus checkpoints. In February, the National Guard conducted an “urban military” training mission in Arcadia, California. The Guard conducted a reconnaissance operation in the small town “to identify possible locations of the weapons dealer,” according to the Times Herald. The DHS, MIAC, the Virginia Fusion Center and others have characterized Second Amendment supporters and activists as potential terrorists. If you’d like to contact the Missouri National Guard about these training exercises aimed at patriots, constitutionalists, and supporters of the Second Amendment and the Constitution, call 1-800-GoGuard.

Rick Warren is at it again according to Joseph Farah from World Net Daily. Rick Warren is serving as the keynote speaker for a Saudi-back Muslim group that promotes a radical strain of Wahhabi Islam in about 80 percent of American mosques according to Farah. Rick Warren is known for his many errors. Warren will be talking with the Islamic Society of North American or the INSA. The INSA is an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood just like al-Qaeda, Hamas, and other Muslim terrorist organization. According to Dr. Peter Goodgame and other scholars, the Muslim Brotherhood is a creation of British Intelligence whose early leaders were well known Freemasons. British elites funded radicals in order to control the Middle East, limit real nationalist movements, and earn oil resources. Joseph Farah believes that the ISNA puts up a facade of moderation, but terrorism expert Seven Emerson believes that it has annual conferences where Islamist militants are given a plafrom to incite violence plus promote hatred. ISNA condemned the U.S. government's seizure of the financial assets of Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad after September 11. Emerson said that the INSA aren't involved directly involved in terrorism, but they sponsored extremists, racists, and those who want jihad against the USA. Rick Warren may be doing this, because he wants to promote Ecumenical ideas. Back in 2006, Warren took a trip to Syria to praise the dictator and Papal agent Bashar Assad for his treatment of Christians (when Christians and Jewish people are treated as 2nd class citizens in Syria). Nevertheless, Rick Warren said, while in Syria, that the country "does not allow extremism of any kind." That's false of course. Less than a week after Warren's absurd proclamations in Syria, a Christian leader in Lebanon, former President Pierre Gemayel, was assassinated in the streets of Beirut. Everyone in Lebanon knows who killed him – the Syrian government. In 2007, Rick Warren was one of 100 or so CFR-establishment Christians leaders signing a document begging forgiveness from Muslims for all the evil deeds prepetrated against them by Christians. We shouldn't apologize for a thing since anything that was bad that occured against the Muslims were caused by non-Christians or Catholics (who butchered people during the Crusades). Killing people because of their creed is fundamentally non-Christian by definition. Rick Warren is a CFR member, an apostate, and compared conservative Christians to Muslim terrorists. So, Rick Warren has been a deception then and now.

Civil Liberties are under threat now. The Founding Fathers declared their independence in 1776, because a tyrannical empire of the British wanted to control them. The U.S. Constitution (although it isn't perfect as we all realize) wanted to prohibit the government from being tyrannical and overbearing. It limited its powers. Now, Tea Parties are here nationwide in many states because of our civil liberties being violates constantly by the federal government. Even 36 states have approved or are considering some form of state sovereignity resolutions. Some states like Montana are passing laws the defy federal intervention. Some states have passed legislation or considered some laws that bans the federal government from imposing a mandatory NAIS (or National Animal Identificaiton System, which is about biochipping animals by mandate). People are fighting against this evil and the government is trying to entrench plus expand its control over the people. The nationalization of health, care manufacturing, and law enforcement is here or almost here. The Obama administration government wants to nationalize manufacturing of autos and the finance industry (he wants to nationalize partially the health care system as well). The cap and trade legislation is about punishing industry and passing money in the form of credits so real polluters can pollute if they only acquire these carbon credits (which will further control energy and transportation industries). H.R. 675, sponsored by Democrat Rep. Bob Filner, was introduced to allow the DoD or the Department of Defense to give police offiers, criminal investigators, and game law enforcement of the DoD to execute warrants (make arrests and carry firearms). It's illegal to allow employees of the Dod to steal firearms and make arrests. The 1878 Posse Comitatus Act explicitly prohibits the Department of Defense from involvement in state and local law enforcement activities. The feds have the FBI to investigate federal crimes and the feds have the Justice Department to prosecute federal crimes. Waco and Ruby Ridge are good examples of federal law enforcement involved in civilian affairs. The HR 675 bill wants to end peace and suppress affrays or unlawful assemblies (There is no such thing as an unlawful assembly literally). This is about suppressing free speech. This is similar to Nazi Germany where people were falsely demonized for expressing certain views (as the government is demonizing pro-lifers and Tea Party protesters for just expressing their First Amendment rights). The July 4 Atlanta tea party scheduled since March was abruptly canceled June 18 when a major donor to the Democratic Party, which is now in control of Washington, exerted sufficient influence to have permission to use the property withdrawn. That is why independence and individual freedom is under threat like never before in the world. In the end, we will win and the haters of liberties will lose.

Christians are being attacked with acid in Pakistan. Muslims seem to be angered, because a Christian man driving a tractor reportedly tried to pass a Muslim on a motorcycle. This have led to make others to crate a rampage in one village in Pakistan. Then, they destroyed Christians' homes and threw acid on women plus children as they fled according to a new report from Barnabas Aid. The ministry reported that the violence that this happened in the village of Bahmani Walla in Punjab state in Paksitan (which is dominated by Islamic influences). The report said that 600 Muslims used gasoline bombs to vandalize 117 homes which belonged to Christians. This included 48 damaged by fire and sabotage water pumps and cut electricity. The report says that violence stemmed from one incident one night earlier. Christians suffer discrimination, oppression, and persecution as a consqeuence of their faith in Pakistan. Muslims believed that blasphemy against Islam occured, so hours later a mob of 600 strong assembled and began the attack. That's wrong since you don't kill or assault people just because someone is criticizing your religion. Cars and trucks owned by Christians were burned or stolen, jewelry and cash were taken and the next morning found Christian business owners facing a boycott. "The most disturbing development was the throwing of acid at the Christians as they fled. At least nine women and four children have been injured," the Christian ministry reported. Throwing acids on women and child is very cowardly. While blasphemy carries a death penalty in Pakistan, there is no punishment available for making a false accusation that someone was guilty of the crime, the ministry said. "Please pray for our Christian brothers and sisters in Bahmani Walla, who have suffered in this shocking attack, pray that the authorities will investigate thoroughly and bring to justice the perpetrators," said Patrick Sookhdeo, the international director for Barnabas Aid. The organization is also accepting contributions to help some of the Christians to deal with the needs of housing and food while their homes are restored plus their lives re-assembled. Religious liberty rights are being violated globally. If this can happen in Pakistan, it can happen in America if we aren't viligant against this abhorent evil of harming Christians. Christians even in America are demonized and our rights are being violated constantly.

Steven Ertelt from LifeNews.com on July 3, 2009 wrote about an Ohio Supreme Court decision which uphold an abortion drug safety law applauded by pro-life groups. So, an Ohio Supreme Court decision says that abortion centers in Ohio can't put women's health at risk by not properly using the dangerous RU 486 drug. Some pro-life groups are praising the decision like the Alliance Defense Fund and the Americans United for Life. The issue is a state law making sure that abortion businesses follow FDA guidelines when they give out the drug. The drug of RU 486 should be banned in the state, because it was dangerous and have killed human beings before. “A woman’s life and health is worth more than Planned Parenthood’s bottom line,” Senior Legal Counsel Steven H. Aden told LifeNews.com Thursday. “This Ohio statute simply requires abortionists to abide by FDA-approved guidelines for the abortion drug RU-486, yet Planned Parenthood wants the freedom to exceed those guidelines when they wish to, even though there’s evidence that some women may even have died when the guidelines weren't followed. Planned Parenthood may say it cares about the health of women, but if that was true, it wouldn't be fighting against this law," he added. Americans United for Life President Charmaine Yoest said to Lifenews.com that the ruling can assist pro-life advocates to win an important battle. She said that she applauded the Ohio Supreme Court for cutting through Planned Parenthood's self-serving rhetoric that it didn't need to follow the protocol tested and approved by the FDA when administering RU-486. Yoest added: "For far too long, Planned Parenthood and its enablers have thought themselves above the law. Today the Ohio Supreme Court put a decisive end to that." Americans United for Life have filed an amicus brief in the case on behalf of numerous members of Congress supporting the law. AUL staff attorney Mailee Smith also chimed in on the decision. She said that Planned Parenthood admits to disregarding the FDA-approved protocol to present RU-486 in a dangerous matter. She believes that this confirms that Planned Parenthood is not the protector of women's health and welfare it hold it holds itself out to be. A court battle has dealt with the law since 2004 when an abortion business took it to court following its approval by the state legislature. It tells abortion practitioners not to encourage women to use the abortion drug vaginally, which experts say could be responsible for why the RU 486 abortion drug killed four women in California. It also says that the abortion pill can't be used after the seventh week of pregnancy. The case will now return to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for a decision of whether the statute, as interpreted by the Ohio Supreme Court, is constitutional. RU-486 is also known as mifespristone. It has been responsible for the deaths of at least 12 women worldwide. It has injured more than 1,200 women in America according to FDA figures from 2007. The FDA placed its highest black box warning on the abortion drug. The reason is because of the deaths and injuries to women and issued dosage guidelines and they said that it shouldn't be used after 49 days of pregnancy. So, RU-486 is a dangerous drug (it should be banned with its Nazi origin ties) and abortion is forever murder.

The Pass Act is just as bad as the Real ID Act. Some have called the Pass Act or S. 1261 as the New Real ID Act. The Real ID Act snuck through Congress in May of 2005 that would require all Americans to carry a standardized Federal ID card with an embedded trackable chip. Some special interest groups are trying to force Democrats, Independents, and Republicans to support this legislation of the Pass Act. Now, states have been and are working to make sure that driver licenses are secure documents have document integrity. The federal government, in spite of the states, wants to set international standards that aren't needed. In other words, the federal governments wants to control state drivers license (now they are bribing states to go along with its plans). The emerging PASS Act is very dangerous and our rights are at state. Some governors want to take the bribe money from the federal government. The Senate committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs will be considering the legislation soon. The Pass Act is not a replacement of the Real ID Act. These provisons are included in Title II of the Real ID Act of 2005, so the Real ID is still in federal law intact. The Pass Act have many of the most evil parts of the Real Act like the requirement for a digital facial image/photograph that will be mandated to be internationally facial recognition compatible. There is not a federal law that prohibits the simultaneous use of CCTV/surveillance cameras and facial recognition technology in real time. The PASS Act will do nothing to provide a higher level of National security. Under the provisions of the PASS Act the documents used to obtain a drivers license are not authenticated. These documents are called breeder documents. Data about drivers license still exist in the state Department of Motor Vehicles that are made available to both federal and international law enforcement agencies without a court order. Two international agencies (AAMVA and the ICAO, an agency of the United Nations) were involved in U.S. policy and law – the Real ID Act 2005 and the newly proposed PASS Act. DHS has called AAMVA the hub and backbone of the Real ID Act. On AAMVAs own web-site it proclaims it is an international organization that serves law enforcement and motor vehicle administrators. Both the Real ID Act and the Pass Act will make Americans to be included in a single global biometric ID system that links to economics (and how to buy and sell objects). So, the Pass Act is wrong to centralize biometric information, our social security numbers are in state DMV databases, RFID chips are in our drivers licenses, and the federal government controls our state drivers licenses. This isn't a partisan issue since the First, Second, Fourth, and Tenth Amendments are under attack now.

Sarah Palin resigned from being the Governor of Alaska. People are asking her question on the precise reason for her departure. Her critics will hate her whether she quits or not. Sarah Palin is the type of person that is right on some issues and wrong on others. Palin is a controversial figure that was unfortunately controlled by the CNP-establishment crowd. In a Hegelian Dialetic, the left gatekeepers (like Cynthia McKinney, Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, etc. The Eposicipal Tucker compared her with Nixon, but that's a lie since Nixon violated tons of laws and expressed bigotry on a huge level in private. Nixon illegally bombed Cambodia) used that as justification in some instance to demonize her unfairly in some cases. Tucker said that Palin believes she suffered more than anyone else when Palin never expressed those views at all. Also, Palin's children are demonized a lot worse than Chelsea has been (who is the daughter of Hillary Clinton). Some believe that Sarah Palin will run for the Presidency in 2012. Sarah has expressed a desire to be more close with her family and be active in helping communities in America. Then you have other liars like Paul Begala proclaiming that Sarah Palin acquires an infantine mind. The reality is that I don't agree with Sarah Palin on every issue, but even her mind isn't infantine. She is an intelligent woman. Begala was very infantine in his own reasoning by saying that Sarah Palin makes Mark Foley almost normal when Foley was a child sex predator. The CFR-controlled mainstream media will over exaggerate her errors as a cover to bash anyone who is pro-life, pro-individual liberties, and pro-Second Amendment. It's as simple as that. The lesson here is that we should stand up to this mainstream media that hates what we liberty lovers believe in. We should be meek, use facts, have courage, never quit, and fight back in legitimate ways. We ought to never be afraid of the establishment.
