Afghanistan is still a warzone. An Afghan woman named Malalai Joya said that she is caught between her percieved enemies of the Taliban on one side and the US/NATO with their warlord hirelings on the other. The liberation of Afghanistan is not the real goal of the Bush administration. They wanted to create a puppet regime to replace the Taliban leadership. Karzai is a CIA asset with his relative being suspect of being a drug lord. Warlords colloborated with America in the war in Afghanistan to fight the Taliban. There has been more than 8 years of military occupation and the strategy hasn't changed all that much. America and the rest still desire control the Central Asian region (monitor China's growth, cause tensions with Russia, make a pipeline route in the Caspian basin, and have a military presence in the most critical geopolitical area in the world today). Tariq Alie from Counterpunch wrote about the war as being used by NATO (according to its own Spring 2005 issue of NATO Review) to control the Asia Pacific region (beyond the other overtly promoted goals of the elimination of the opium trade, stopping poverty, ending discrimination agaisnt women, etc.). President Barack Obama's speech at West was a continuation of the U.S.'s support of the confederation of warlords to pacify nationalist elements plus to expand the war into Pakistan. The warholds are in the Afghan Parliament nad hold high political office. Obama isn't stopping this policy. The Pentagon has settled on a new counterinsurgency doctrine (COIN) which it intends to implement in Afghanistan. The program will integrate psyops, special forces, NGOs, psychologists, media, anthropologists, humanitarian agencies, public relations, reconstruction, and conventional forces to rout the Taliban, assert control over the South and the tribal areas, and to quash any indigenous resistance. Certainly, drone attacks and other clandestine activity will move forward in Afghanistan. Some believe that this strategy will pit ethnic groups against each other and it could split the the nation apart. Zoltan Grossman’s article in counterpunch “Afghanistan: The Roach Motel of Empires” exposes the plan of balkanization. He believes that America is funding the Northern Alliance, who brought Islamic fundamentalism to Kabul in the first place. The war in Afghanistan is driven by ehtnic nationalism beyond just religion. Zoltan wants the Pashthun civil society to be incorporated into Afghanistan and Paksitan. A partition of the regions of Afghanistan is a possibility in the future. This is similar to the partition of Yugoslavia back in the 1990s. Obama’s Special Envoy to Af-Pak, Richard Holbrooke, authored the agreement that partioned Bosnia into Serb and Muslim-Croat republics in 1995, in effect rubberstamping the ethnic cleansing that had forcibly removed populations during a three-year civil war. He also turned a blind eye when Serb civilians were expelled from Croatia the same year, and from Kosovo in 1999. Even President Karzai issued laws on women in Shia communities. Women's rights groups criticized his move. Some proposals of quasi-partition have occured in giving some Pashtun provinces to the Taliban. This can increase ethnic-sectarian tensions against minority ethnic groups in a region.
The Meterologist Joe D'Aleo believes that the NOAA manipulated data to upport climate claims and political goals. D'Aleo is the first Director of Meterology at the Weather Channel and was the former chairman of the AMS's Committee on Weather Analysis and Forecasting. AMS stands for American Meterological Society. D'Aleo comments on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (or NOAA) claim that global sea surface temperatures (or SSTs) were recently the hottest since 1880. D'Aleo believes that the NOAA's claim of record surface temperatures is utilized to make the case that the oceans are warming NOAA chose to remove satellite input into their global ocean estimantion and not make any attempt to operationally use NASA's Argo date in the process. This resulted in jump of O.2 degrees C or more and a new ocean warmth record in July. ARGO tells us this is another example of NOAA’s inexplicable decision to corrupt data to support political agendas. D'Aleo commented on NOAA global temperature claims in the following words: "...What can I say. Between the station dropout (80% of the world’s stations, mostly rural), removal in US or absence globally of any UHI (Urban Heat Island) adjustment, bad siting for 90% of the climate stations and the recent removal of satellite input into the ocean temperature assessments, NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) has ensured that each and every month and season will rank and ‘validate’ their piece of excrement called CCSPand support the government’s argument for Cap-and-Tax, carbon regulations and global actions at Copenhagen. This is not an indictment of the hard-working and honest rank-and-file NOAA employees at the local offices and even behind the scenes at NCDC. It is the fault of higher ups and managers whose jobs and reputations rely on perpetrating the global warming hoax long enough so the governments can have their way to control virtually every aspect of our lives and keep the funding at the highest possible level for those who have abused the science to their benefit..."
Planned Parenthood has a war on science. They deny the time when life truly begins. David Schmidt has exposed Planned Parenthood in thep ast. He is the CEO and Media Director for Life Action (or a pro-life group that exposes Planned Parenthood's coverup of sexual abuse). He wants to reach the youth via technology in the world. Tony Thorton is the President of Planned Parenthood in Lubbock, Texas. He said that when the fetus reach the stage of viability is when a fetus is actually born plus it's when life begins. That's inaccurate and contradict scientific facts. He says that being born isn't enough to be called living (or that you must reach viability), which is a lie. That means that if you are a 20 week old fetus with underdevelope lungs and a life expectancy of hourse, Thorton doesn't consider you to be a living being. Viability in basic medical technology starts at 21.5 weeks, but not yet born babies aren't living according to Thorton. Technology has improve viability to make a 22 week viable baby today not a viable baby 30 years ago. A viable baby in America may not be viable in some parts of the developing world. So, that refutation the lie that the definition of life changes based on when and where a human fetus exists. Scientists believe that human life begins at conception. This is from the Endowment for Human Development: "Biologically speaking, ‘human development begins at fertilization’ when a woman and a man each combine 23 of their own chromosomes through the union of their reproductive cells." It's a scientific fact that the diploid single cell formed from the haploid sperm and haploid ova meets the definition of a living homo-sapiens. Human life has its own genetic code and other measurable characteristics. An organism is definitely living if you test it on whether the organism exhibits reaction to stimuli and has coordinated metabolism. This Planned Parenthood president is saying that whether you are born or not determines if you are living. It rejects the current scientific standard that can we can routinely apply to the world around us. Defining who is human and alive by a personal belief can lead to bashing human life at a whim. Planned Parenthood rejects that life begins at conception, which is scientific, because it doesn't fit their ideology. We do seem to generally agree on whether something is dead. We can test whether an organism has reaction or stimuli or coordinated metabolism. When those things do not exist, we can know that an organism is dead. If we can know this, we can know when an organism is alve. Planned Parenthood has declared war on science to deny the fact that human life begins at conception.
Jury Nullification is an important legal concept to comprehend. Sometimes the judge try to sway the jury in how to vote. The judge's real role in a trial is to be a neutral referee in telling the jury about the case (and the jury's rights and responsibilities). A lot of times, the jurors don't realize their fundamental rights pertaining to a criminal case. The jury has the right to rule on the law itself and vote on the verdict based to their conscience. Some prosecutor would pressure getting rid of possible jurors who state their right of following their conscience. John Adams, our second president, had this to say about the juror: "It is not only his right but his duty...to find the verdict according to his own best understanding, judgment, and conscience, though in direct opposition to the direction of the court." Back then, many jurors realize their right to be notified of this right to judge the law and the defendant. Even the defense attorney would tell them about thsi right. The Founding Fathers believed that trials should exist by juries of ordinanry citizens. These citizens would know totally their rights as jurors and this would make the government the servant of the people in a proper role not the master of the people. Even the Cosntitution provides five separate tribunals with veto power – representatives, senate, executive, judges and jury. Before a law gains the power to punish that law must first pass the test of each constitutionally guaranteed authority. Evne the Founding Fathers accepted jury nullification. That means that the jury is a major way in which a law is tested before it is to be enforced. The Founders believed that the enforcement of the law must face tribunals before they are used to punish criminal. Thomas Jefferson said, "I consider trial by jury as the only anchor yet imagined by man, by which a government can be held to the principles of its constitution." Later, the jury allowed the freedom of the press to reign when they found John Peter Zenger not guilty of seditious libel. Zenger criticized the Governor of the New York colony. The jury rejected a bad law and followed their conscience. Even the jury voted to acquit William Penn for preaching Quaker religious doctrine (yet the UK government jailed the jurors without food plus water or even toilet facilities for 4 days). England's highest court later supported the jury's right to find a verdict according to conscience. This led to the recognition of free speech, religious freedom, and peaceable assembly being apart of individual rights. The American Revolution was a respond to the English suppress of trial by juries plus other rights. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights blatantly supports trial by jury. Juries are a balwart against bad laws like preventing slaves from returning to being enslaved again. Jury nullification is a tool to end bad legal precedents and bad laws in general. Jury nullification powers have been concealed from American citizens (when jurors are only told that facts are only admitted in court). Researchers in 1966 found that jury nullification occurred only 8.8 percent of the time between 1954 and 1958, and suggested that "one reason why the jury exercises its very real power [to nullify] so sparingly is because it is officially told it has none." An officer of the court today isn't even allowed to tell the jury of their veto power. That is why the Fully Informed Jury Association or the FIJA is trying to educate juries on their rights to promote liberty plus justice for all. A jury has a right to understand their role in a court procedure. However, jury veto power is still recognized. In 1972 the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals held that the trial jury has an "...unreviewable and irreversible power...to acquit in disregard of the instruction on the law given by the trial judge." The pages of history shine upon instances of the jury's exercise of its prerogative to disregard instructions of the judge; for example, acquittals under the fugitive slave law (473F 2dl 113). Thousands of innocent people have been in prison, because the trial juries aren't informed of their rights. America imprisons more people than any nation in the world by percentage. Some are in prison for victimless crimes. So, the trial by jury and jury nulllification are vital legal parts of our society.

Apl.de.ap is another artist of Black Eye Peas. Apl.de.ap assists Fergie in her higher consciouness journey to achieve spiritual enlightenment. He is dressed as sage or mystic found in Eastern religion. He is mediated. He acts like he has an aura and an ethereal non human presence.
