Rick Warren quotes Ignatius of Loyola, Warren the "protestant"?

Apprising Ministries has alerted you in Rick Warren now openly promoting Contemplative Spirituality/Mysticism to the upcoming Radicalis conference at Saddleback Church this February. One of the speakers to be featured by Purpose Driven Pope Rick Warren, in addition to Andy Stanley, Perry Noble and Mark Driscoll, is Peter Scazerro. Scazzero teaches corrupt Contemplative Spirituality/Mysticism (CSM) ala Living Spiritual Teacher and Quaker mystic Richard Foster and his spiritual twin Dallas Willard.

Being that CSM is rooted in the Counter Reformation of apostate Roman Catholicism and advanced e.g. by Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the militantly pro-Roman Catholic Church spiritual Gestapo Unit known as the Jesuits, it appears Warren wants to play a game of spiritual poker. Friday Rick Warren Tweeted:

*** “The servant of God earns half a doctorate through illness” – Ignatius of Loyola ***

Ok Rick Warren; I’ll see your Ignatius quote, and raise you this one:

[SPEX353]
First Rule . The first: All judgment laid aside, we ought to have our mind ready and prompt to obey, in all, the true Spouse of Christ our Lord, which is our holy Mother the Church Hierarchical.

[SPEX365]
Thirteenth Rule . To be right in everything, we ought always to hold that the white which I see, is black, if the Hierarchical Church so decides it.

You know, that really doesn’t sound at all like a “servant of God” who believed that salvation is by God’s grace alone, through faith alone, in the finished work of Christ alone on the cross. No; rather, the words above from Ignatius of Loyola read precisely like a man whose practice of CSM would lead him to die a slave to the Roman Catholic Church who rejected the very Gospel of Jesus Christ at her Council of Trent.
