Iran has charged that Washington provided forged intelligence to the UN nuclear watchdog claiming that Tehran studied how to make atomic bomb, as world powers pressured the Islamic republic to resume talks on its nuclear drive.

Iranian state news agency IRNA quoted a top Iranian official on Saturday as saying the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) had been given documents by Washington that lacked credibility.
“The government of the United States has not given authentic documents to the agency because it does not actually have any credible documents and all those documents are forged,” Ali Asghar Soltanieh, Iran’s envoy to the IAEA said in a letter to the agency’s chief Mohamed ElBaradei, according to IRNA.
“Considering that there are no authentic documents on these alleged studies, there is no credible evidence of link between such forged claims and Iran … This issue should be closed.”

“The Da Vinci Code” is the biggest book phenomenon since “Harry Potter.” Since its publication in March 2003, “The Da Vinci Code” sold 6 million copies in its first year and it has been translated into more than 40 languages. As of May 2004, 7.35 million copies were in print, the book had been on the New York Times Bestseller list for 58 weeks (often in the number one position), and it was selling between 80,000 and 90,000 copies per week. ABC did a TV special based on the book. [Note 1]
The story is set against a backdrop of religious and “historical” statements that are claimed to be “facts.” These are a mixture of anti-Christian teachings, radical feminist theology, and goddess worship. For example, the book says that the early Christians did not believe in the divinity of Christ; the Resurrection never happened; our Bible is the result of a political power play by the Roman Emperor Constantine; and early Christians worshiped the “divine feminine.” These statements are made by a likeable expert, a Harvard professor who (in the context of the novel) seems to be credible and authoritative.

Readers can become so engrossed in the fast-moving, suspenseful story that they swallow these so-called “facts” without even realizing it. Storytelling can be a powerful tool for changing the way that people think. This is especially true with movies, and Hollywood is making “The Da Vinci Code” into a movie. [Note 2]
Perhaps you are saying to yourself, “No thinking person would take that kind of thing seriously.” That is exactly what one Evangelical leader thought--until he started talking with people who had read the book. He discovered that the book hardens the unbelief of people who aren’t Christians, and it turns honest seekers away from Christianity. The book even caused some Christians to become confused and disillusioned. [Note 3]

The Bible warns us to be “sober” (not carried away with emotions) and “vigilant.” There is an enemy of our souls who is looking for opportunities to undermine our faith and “devour” us. (1 Peter 5:8)
Jesus warned us not to be deceived. So did the Apostle Paul. The Bible says,
“And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.” (Matthew 24:4)
“Beware lest any man spoil [ruin] you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” (Colossians 2:8)
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils” (1 Timothy 4:1)
There are some Biblical principles that will help protect us from deception. The third chapter of Genesis gives us three keys to deception. If we spot any of these things, then we need to be on guard.

HATH GOD SAID
“And he [the serpent] said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” (Genesis 3:1)
“Hath God said?” In other words, did God really say it? Did He really mean it? Can we trust what He said?
The beachhead for the assault is to plant doubts about the credibility and reliability of what God told us. In practical terms, this means trying to undermine our confidence in the Bible.
CLAIMING TO BE AN “EXPERT”

“And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die” (Genesis 3:4)
In other words, “I’m the expert. Listen to me. I know better than God does. I know better than you do.”
This stage tries to replace our trust in God with trust in an “expert.” It is also an attempt to try to undermine our motives for obeying God.
Do you remember Jim Jones? He started out pastoring a church and wound up becoming a cult leader. He led his followers down to Guyana (South America) where they lived as an isolated community (Jonestown). [Note 4]

There was a point where Jim Jones’ teachings began to clearly contradict Scripture. Some of his followers questioned him about it, and he told them to listen to him instead of the Bible. As a result, some people left the group. But most of his followers remained. In 1978, his followers (over 900 men, women and children) died of poison in a mass suicide/murder.
This is a vivid illustration of the importance of listening to God instead of listening to “experts.” When the “experts” go contrary to Scripture, then we need to follow the Bible.
SAYING OR IMPLYING THAT GOD WANTS TOPREVENT US FROM HAVING GOOD THINGS

“For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3:5)
In other words, God is holding out on you. He is keeping something good from you. If you do things my way, then you can have that good thing.
This stage tries to give us motives to disobey God. In addition, it promises independence. It says that we can be like God and do things our way instead of His way. It tries to give us reasons to think and feel that it is OK to ignore what God told us and do whatever we want to do.
“Ye shall be as gods” is the heart of the false promises of New Age teachings. The most overt example of this was Shirley MacLaine saying, “I am God!”

SOME WIDELY BELIEVED DECEPTIONS

There are people who claim that important things were removed from the Bible. This is an example of the stage of deception that tries to get us to believe that God is holding out on us.
I first heard this in the form of a claim that Scripture passages supporting reincarnation had been removed from the Bible. But that’s physically impossible. There were thousands of papyrus and parchment scrolls that were spread all over the known world. There is no way that they could all be found. And there is no way that they could be altered. You can take a page out of a bound book, but you can’t rip a segment out of a scroll and have the scroll remain intact.
“The Da Vinci Code” plays on this theme. It claims that, in the fourth century, Emperor Constantine had some Gnostic “gospels” kept out of the Bible. But Constantine had nothing to do with the contents of the New Testament. The canon of the New Testament was already in place before Constantine came into power.

By the time of Origen (185-254 A.D.), there was general agreement about most of the New Testament. Nobody questioned which Gospels should be included. There was general agreement about most of the epistles. However, there was disagreement as to whether the following six epistles should be part of the New Testament canon: Hebrews, James, 2 Peter, 2 John, 3 John, and Jude. [Note 5] This was more than 50 years before Constantine became Emperor of Rome. (He ruled from 306 to 337 A.D.)

If you read quotations from Gnostic “gospels,” it quickly becomes obvious why they were never included in the Bible. I’ve read some quotations from “The Gospel of Thomas” and other Gnostic “gospels.” They are confusing. Some of the language seems vaguely Biblical, but the ideas don’t make sense. There is an emphasis on secrecy. (In contrast, Jesus taught openly.)
Here are two examples of Gnostic teachings. According to the “Gospel of Thomas,” Jesus made the following statements. [Note 6]

“The one who is acquainted with father and mother will be called the son of a prostitute.”
“For each woman who will make herself male will enter the kingdom of heaven.”
(No, that was not a typing mistake or something. The “Gospel of Thomas” actually does say those things. And it claims that Jesus taught them. Maybe that stuff makes sense to somebody who is in an “altered state of consciousness.”)

If you want to understand gnosticism and its influence on modern American churches, read “Pagans in the Pews” by Peter Jones (Regal Books, 2001). His book has quotations from various Gnostic “gospels” and other Gnostic writings.

SOME ANTI-BIBLICAL “EXPERTS”

One example of an anti-Biblical “expert” is Sigmund Freud, the father of psychiatry. The Bible has clear standards of sexual morality. Then along came Freud. He told us that Biblical morality results in repression and mental illness. Every Christian had to decide whether to listen to the “expert” (Freud) or to trust what God told us in the Bible.

“Experts” can deceive us. Do you remember the “Kinsey Report”? Many Americans believed the “expert” instead of believing the Bible. Dr. Kinsey’s research is the foundation for much of our modern sex education. It also contributed to the sexual revolution of the sixties. Kinsey has been charged with doing fraudulent research, and with being responsible for the sexual abuse of hundreds of children. (You can read about these things online.) [Note 7]

Another “expert” is Episcopal Bishop John Shelby Spong. He wrote a book called “Why Christianity Must Change or Die.” He tried to destroy people’s faith in the most foundational Christian doctrines, such as the Resurrection of Jesus, and the Atonement (Jesus died to save us from our sins). Basically, his idea seems to be that, in order to be relevant to the modern world, Christianity has to stop being Christian. Spong says that we live in a world that has made the “traditional theistic view of God inoperative.” (This information is online.) [Note 8]
Bishop Spong is not alone. There are seminary professors who teach the same kinds of things. Michael S. Rose wrote about this problem in some Catholic seminaries, in his book “Goodbye, Good Men.” I have read about similar things in some Protestant seminaries.

THE DA VINCI CODE

According to “The Da Vinci Code,” Jesus was just an ordinary man who was not divine, did not die for our sins, and was not resurrected. Instead, he married Mary Magdalene and had at least one child.
The “Jesus” portrayed in “The Da Vinci Code” is not the Lord Jesus Christ of the Bible. Jesus warned us that there would be “false Christs.” (Matthew 24:24) This is one of them. Although it is only a mental picture in a fictional book, it has turned real people away from the real Jesus Christ.
“The Da Vinci Code” has fortified the unbelief of people who are not Christians. It has turned sincere seekers away from Christianity. And it has “confused and disillusioned even many Christians.” [Note 9]

According to “The Da Vinci Code,” there is an ancient secret society called the Priory of Sion that preserved information about Jesus and Mary Magdalene and their descendents. However, the Priory of Sion that is portrayed in the book is a hoax. As we will see, it never existed. It was a combination of faked history and forged documents.
The following information comes from “The Truth Behind the Da Vinci Code” by Richard Abanes, and “Cracking Da Vinci’s Code” by James L. Garlow and Peter Jones. [Note 10] You can read about Pierre Plantard and his phony Priory of Sion online. [Note 11]

There have been three Priories of Sion. The first one (from about 1100 to 1617) was legitimate. It was a group of Catholic monks who honored the Virgin Mary under the title of Our Lady of Zion. (In French, “Zion” is spelled “Sion.”) That was traditional Catholic devotion to the Virgin Mary, by real monks, in a real priory. (A priory is a kind of monastary.)

Then, in the 20th century, there were two Priories of Sion that were both created by Pierre Plantard, a Frenchman who lived from 1920 to 2000. Plantard was convicted of fraud and embezzlement in 1953. His first Priory of Sion began in 1956. It was a social club with a journal. It only lasted a year.
Plantard’s second Priory of Sion is the important one, in terms of conspiracy theory and “The Da Vinci Code.” It was an elaborate hoax. He began fabricating it in the early 1960s. He faked its existence and he tried to make it appear to be ancient. (As we will see, Plantard later testified that it was a fraud.)

Plantard was an occultist. He admired Hitler. He was influenced by a pro-Nazi man named Evola who believed that mankind should be ruled by a “government of the spiritual elite.”
Plantard’s fraudulent Priory of Sion is supposedly an ancient secret society that preserved records of the bloodline of the supposed descendants of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. (Plantard claimed to be one of those descendants.)

In order to make this secret society look legitimate, Plantard forged documents and planted them in credible places, such as French museums. He even forged certificates of authentication to go with the documents. (That could be done by faking the signatures of experts who were dead and therefore could not be questioned.)

A French businessman named Noel Corbu bought an estate that was previously owned by a wealthy priest named Berenger Sauniere. (The priest had become wealthy by selling Masses. He advertised in magazines and journals, and got money from Catholics all over France. When his bishop found out about it, Sauniere was “suspended from priestly duties.”)

Corbu claimed that, somewhere on this estate, there was a hidden stash of documents about the supposed descendants (bloodline) of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. Noel Corbu knew Pierre Plantard. They wrote letters to one another. (Their letters have been preserved.) And there are photographs of the two men together. This appears to be another attempt to make the Priory of Sion seem real. It may have also had financial motives. Corbu had a hotel and a restaurant on the property. Intriguing rumors can draw curious people, who then need a place to stay (the hotel) and a place to eat (the restaurant). People came from far away to search for hidden documents and other hidden treasures, but nobody ever found anything.

In 1993, Roger-Patrice Pelat was murdered. He was said to be the Grand Master of the Priory of Sion. Because of Pelat’s supposed connection with the Priory of Sion, French authorities questioned Pierre Plantard about the murder. Plantard said that the Priory of Sion didn’t exist. He testified that he had “made it all up.” French authorities searched Plantard’s home and they found many “Priory Documents,” some of which said that Plantard was the “true King of France.”
Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh, and Henry Lincoln believed the stories about the Priory of Sion. They were deceived by Plantard’s forged documents. They wrote the book “Holy Blood, Holy Grail.” It influenced other authors, and more books were written about the Priory of Sion. The most popular one is “The Da Vinci Code” by Dan Brown. It claims that Leonardo Da Vinci was a Grand Master of the Priory of Sion, and some of his paintings have symbols relating to Jesus’ alleged relationship with Mary Magdalene.

The cover of “The Da Vinci Code” says (in small print) that it is a novel. However, the book itself claims that its assertions are “facts” that are accepted by historians and scholars. When Dan Brown was interviewed by ABC television, he said that the information in the book is accurate. In an interview with Borders, Dan Brown said that all of the history portrayed in “The Da Vinci Code” is accurate. Countless Internet sites have quotes from the book and treat the historical and religious statements as being accurate. [Note 12]

Most reviewers say that the book is a well-written, fast-paced action story. Some reviewers say that the characters are two-dimensional. That may be related to the fast action of the story. Character development takes time. It slows things down and gets readers thinking, as opposed to emotionally reacting to suspense and intrigue.

One of the characters is an “expert” (a professor). He tries to explain away the most foundational Christian beliefs and undermine the reader’s confidence in the Bible. He claims that Christianity originally was gnosticism and goddess worship, and that it was totally unlike everything we were taught in church and Sunday school.

(Gnosticism is so confusing that I won’t try to explain it. It involves secret knowledge, hidden mysteries, initiations, and bizarre teachings. If you want to understand it, then read “Pagans in the Pews” by Peter Jones. It was published by Regal Books in 2001.)
To a mature adult, the claims of a non-existant man in a fiction book may not seem significant. But I had an experience that makes me take it very seriously.

One day I was eating at a restaurant in the middle of the afternoon, when there were few customers and the waiter had time to talk with me. He was a nice young man, a college student who was raised in a Christian home. He said some strange things. I responded with Christian truth. Then he replied, “But the Alchemist said...”
My waiter had read a novel with a character called “the Alchemist” who was portrayed as being a wise man. He encountered people with problems, and spoke words of “wisdom” that helped them.
I told the waiter that the Alchemist’s statements were New Age teachings. Even though the waiter had been raised in a Christian home, and went to church in his youth, that had no impact on him. When he said something reflecting New Age teaching, and I countered with a Christian perspective, he would reply, “But the Alchemist said...”
I finally told him that “alchemist” is an old-fashioned word for a sorceror. Even that had no impact on him.
The “wise” sayings of a make-believe character in a novel had more impact on this young man’s thinking than all his previous years of Biblical instruction in a Christian home and a Christian church. As a result of my experience with that waiter, I take “The Da Vinci Code” very seriously.
A mature Christian, who is well grounded in his or her faith, is likely to underestimate the impact that this kind of book can have on impressionable young people. Especially since we live in a televised society where young people usually don’t read much.
If you believe what Dan Brown tells you in “The Da Vinci Code,” then you will abandon your belief in the God of the Bible, and replace it with goddess worship. You will deny the divinity of Jesus Christ. You will deny that Jesus was resurrected from the dead. You won’t believe that Jesus died to save you from your sins. And you will think that your new beliefs are superior to true Christianity.

Making the book into a movie puts our young people in double jeopardy. Movies can have a strong emotional impact. If people get caught up in the action and suspense of the movie, then they can swallow some of the religious deception without realizing it, because they are distracted by the action of the movie. Young people are especially vulnerable to this. They have not yet learned the discernment of strong, mature Christians.

Leaked policy documents reveal that the United Nations plans to create a “green world order” by 2012 which will be enforced by a structure of global governance and funded by a gargantuan $45 trillion transfer of wealth from richer countries, as the globalists’ insidious plan to centralize power, crush sovereignty while devastating the economy is exposed once again.
As we warned at the time, the failure of Copenhagen in December did not spell the end of the global warming heist, but merely a roadblock in the UN’s agenda to create a world government funded by taxes paid by you on the very substance you exhale – carbon dioxide.
Using the justification of the vehemently debunked hoax that carbon dioxide is a deadly threat to the planet, the UN is already working to resurrect the failed Copenhagen agreement, with a series of new Copenhagen process negotiations set to take place in April, May and June.
Leaked planning documents (PDF) obtained by Fox News lift the lid on the UN’s plan to impose global governance by the time of their 2012 World Summit on Sustainable Development in Rio, which will mark the 20th anniversary since the notorious “Earth Summit” held in the same city.
“The new Rio summit will end, according to U.N. documents obtained by Fox News, with a “focused political document” presumably laying out the framework and international commitments to a new Green World Order,” reports Fox News’ George Russell.
“Just exactly what that environmental order will look like, and the extent of the immense financial commitments needed to produce it, are under discussion this week at a special session in Bali, Indonesia, of the United Nations Environment Program’s 58-nation “Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environmental Forum,” which oversees UNEP’s operations.”
The document outlines the globalist’s mission to enact a “radical transformation of the world economic and social order” by putting “a new treaty in place as the capstone of the Green World Order”.
This system will be managed by “an additional governing structure composed of exactly those insiders,” writes Russell.

“Moving towards a green economy would also provide an opportunity to re-examine national and global governance structures and consider whether such structures allow the international community to respond to current and future environmental and development challenges and to capitalize on emerging opportunities,” states the white paper (emphasis mine).
The imposition of such “global governance structures” will be achieved with the help of “vast wealth transfers” from richer countries (in the form of carbon taxes levied on citizens) to poorer nations, amounting to no less than $45 trillion dollars. The paper also outlines the need to change the “consumption patterns” of people living in richer countries, which undoubtedly is a euphemism for lowering living standards.
The policy proposes that the old economic model be discarded in pursuit of a new global green economy focused around “green jobs”.

As we have previously highlighted, the promise that the creation of “green jobs” will offset the inevitable damage to the economy that a 50 per cent reduction in carbon dioxide emissions will cause is a complete fallacy.
The implementation of so-called “green jobs” in other countries has devastated economies and cost millions of jobs. As the Seattle Times reported back in June, Spain’s staggering unemployment rate of over 18 per cent was partly down to massive job losses as a result of attempts to replace existing industry with wind farms and other forms of alternative energy.
In a so-called “green economy,” “Each new job entails the loss of 2.2 other jobs that are either lost or not created in other industries because of the political allocation — sub-optimum in terms of economic efficiency — of capital,” states the report.
As we have documented, a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of 50-80 per cent would inflict a new great depression in the United States, reducing GDP by 6.9 percent – a figure comparable with the economic meltdown of 1929 and 1930.

The UN’s mission to create a legally binding treaty on the reduction of CO2 emissions is running parallel with measures already being enforced at state level in the U.S. which bypass stuttering federal efforts to impose the cap and trade fraud.
The very foundation of the global warming argument has been completely eviscerated by the Climategate scandal, which proved that United Nations IPCC scientists forged and exaggerated data to “hide the decline” in global temperatures while engaging in witch hunts to cull dissenting opinions from appearing in IPPC reports.
Despite this, control freaks intent on taxing the life-giving gas carbon dioxide have signaled that they no longer care about the truth behind man-made climate change and have resolved to slam through their totalitarian agenda anyway. EPA head Lisa Jackson told reporters this week that “The science regarding climate change is settled, and human activity is responsible for global warming,” even though she failed to refute the fact that there had been no global warming since 1995, as was admitted by CRU scientist Professor Phil Jones.

They also voted to give social security to illegals. The 62 Senators who betrayed this nation with their vote need to beejected from office. They care nothing about the burden they put onAmericans, or the harm they are doing our nation. It’s all about winningHispanic voters, pleasing corporate interests, and furthering their ownpolitical futures.

So the question is what do we do about it? I have a plan.

Many of you are anxious for a national march on Washington. I haveseriously looked into it--talked to many, thought about how best to do it,even reserved the national mall. My professional opinion: a march is notthe best use of our efforts.

I know for certain that those massive rallies by illegal immigrantsgalvanized our side. Americans across the country were shocked by thenumber of illegals in our cities and unnerved by their demands. Weshouldn’t be too hasty to follow their lead.

Secondly, to do it right we need months of planning and hundreds ofthousands of dollars. We simply can’t afford to spend our resources on amarch. They are desperately needed to stop the Senate bill from passingthe House!

So how do we stop the Congress from folding under the enormous pressureand agreeing to some guest worker provision?

First, I propose we try to defeat Congressman Chris Cannon, an open borderRepublican from Utah. His primary is on June 27. Cannon, aka King ofAmnesty, is so worried he is running as a clone of Tom Tancredo. TeamAmerica plans to set the record straight with some hard hitting radio adsthat will expose the Congressman’s abysmal record on immigration.

Defeating Cannon will send shock waves through Congress. Every one ofthose lawmakers will understand the message---“back down from your noamnesty position and pay the price in November.”

We must let these Congressmen know immigration is a voting issue—they sawit in the city council race in Herndon, VA and again in the governor’srace in Nebraska. To see a Congressman lose a primary over it willresonate far more powerfully than any march.

So that is the immediate plan—target Cannon. Then another, andanother…until we have removed the cancer entirely. We must take back ourcountry from those who are so willing to sell it out.

Tomorrow I meet with my media team to begin developing the ads againstCannon.

With your support I know we can buy the necessary media to defeat thisCongressman, and replace him with one who will fight for border securityand oppose all amnesties.

Condoleeza Rice met with her Canadian and Mexican counterparts in Ottawa over the weekend to discuss plans for a North American Union at a secretive Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) meeting that has received scant media coverage outside of a few Canadian news outlets .
During a joint press conference with MacKay, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice and Mexican Foreign Secretary Patricia Espinosa, two dissenters, who had infiltrated, took to the stage in an effort to protest against the secretive and backhanded manner in which the SPP movement is being conducted. The two were quickly escorted off the premises.

A Canadian report describes the SPP as "an international framework for trilateral and bilateral cooperation in North America" that is "not a formal international treaty" or "an overarching binding legal agreement." But what is an "international framework" that commits U.S. officials from various federal agencies to working with officials of two other countries? Why is such a process not subjected to congressional scrutiny and approval?
Last September we reported that Journalist Jerome Corsi has received the first documents pertaining to a FOIA request asking for full disclosure of the SPP office in its activities towards creating a Pan American Union.

According to a report by World Net Daily , the documents reveal that the Bush administration is running a "shadow government" without congressional oversight in conjunction with Canada and Mexico under the guise of a program "to increase security and to enhance prosperity among the three countries through greater cooperation."
Corsi asserts that a wide range of US administrative law is being re-written in stealth under this program to "integrate" and "harmonize" with administrative law in Mexico and Canada.
The documents contain references to upwards of 13 working groups within an entire organized infrastructure that has drawn from officials within most areas of administrative government including U.S. departments of State, Homeland Security, Commerce, Treasury, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Health and Human Services, and the office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
Corsi also reported that at a recent high-level confab in Banff, an assistant U.S. secretary of state, Thomas A. Shannon , chaired a panel that featured a presentation by Prof. Robert Pastor, author of a book promoting the development of a North American union as a regional government and the adoption of the amero as a common monetary currency to replace the dollar and the peso.

According to reports , last Friday at the SPP meeting, Pastor declared that a "very small group" of conservatives is unfairly accusing him of being at the center of a "vast conspiracy" to implement the idea of a "North American Union" by "stealth." He called the charges "absurd."
Yet at the same meeting Pastor acknowledged that he is pushing for a "North American Community", that he believes the U.S. Government doesn't want to enforce its immigration laws, and that the solution is not a fence or increased border security except in some isolated high-crime areas along the border, and it's not to punish companies for hiring illegal aliens, since identity documents can be too easily forged. He said the solution is a national biometric and fraud-proof identification card that identifies national origin and legal status.

Cliff Kincaid of The Post Chronicle also reported: One speaker, Stephen Zamora of the University of Houston Law School, denounced the idea of a wall separating Mexico and the U.S., in order to control illegal immigration, asking, "What does citizenship mean anymore?" He expressed pleasant surprise when a Mexican in the audience said she had dual citizenship in Mexico and the U.S. Later, he said he was just as concerned about people living in Mexico as people living in the U.S.
Another speaker, Tom Farer, Dean of the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver, made a point of saying that his representative in Congress, Tom Tancredo (R-Col.), a staunch advocate of U.S. border security, was a backward thinker. Tancredo could be seen "dragging his knuckles along the ground," Farer said, trying to crack a joke.

The open plan to merge the US with Mexico and Canada and create a Pan American Union has long been a Globalist brainchild but its very real and prescient implementation on behalf of the Council on Foreign Relations is now finally being reported on by mainstream news outlets, most notably by Lou Dobbs of CNN who has described the ploy as "utterly mad".
The Union is the globalist cabal's meal ticket towards raping an entire continent of its resources and sovereign capabilities. Strengthening the borders is not on the Agenda here, the American Union is all about DISSOLVING the borders.
The framework on which the American Union is being pegged is the Trans-Texas Corridor Super Highway, a four football-fields-wide leviathan that stretches from southern Mexico through the US up to Montreal Canada. Toll roads are to be placed upon existing roads in Security Prosperity Partnership agreements that bypasses Congress, agreements between the bureaucracies of the US and Mexican governments, to raise capital to build the Super highway that will go South of Texas and into Mexico.
SPP documents reveal that out of 85 interstate highways, 83 of them are slated to go under this agreement and toll roads are going down on them already. The money from this operation with further fund the dismantling of US sovereignty by seizing the infrastructure at it's very heart in a bloodless coup.

They are not just in name merging the agencies and the laws and the regulations, they are physically getting rid of the borders by buying off and lobbying the politicians at the state level, who then hand the roads over to international bodies and their subsidiary companies.
At the end of January we reported on the revelation that one of the foreign toll road conglomerates, Macquarie, has agreed to buy dozens of newspapers in Texas and Oklahoma that have up until now been harsh critics of the Trans Texas Corridor superhighway. This indicates a clear example of influence peddling pointing to racketeering, and a desperate lunge to silence dissent against the sellout of American infrastructure and the North American Union.
The US is now being used as the primary tool of globalist corporate fascism and the world is wrongly blaming the people of America for all the ills that they perceive the US to be responsible for.
Coupled with Bush's blanket amnesty program , the Pan American Union is the final jigsaw piece for the total dismantling of America as we know it.
Last month it was also revealed that the US government has been SECRETLY paving the way for the funneling of billions of Social Security funds to illegal Mexican immigrants. As a result of lawsuits, the U.S. government released the actual U.S.-Mexico Social Security Totalization Agreement , an understanding signed between the Bush administration and the Mexican government in 2004.

Social Security , roads, military, intelligence gathering, regulations, federal agencies - all within the US, Canada and Mexico are being merged into one system at the cost of national sovereignty and the common law. What we were is being replaced with the new - no liberty, no due process, no freedom, no families, forced drugging, no jobs of any significance, no control of your own destiny - in short, total control of our lives.

It is a shame that the criminal banksters aren’t all in prison for their crimes. On Wednesday, the five major international banks (including JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup or America’s largest and third largest financial institutions on Earth) pleaded guilty to felony charges. These charges include helping to manipulate global foreign exchange markets. They will experience a slap on the wrist fine of about $1 billion apiece. There will be no massive changes after these banks pleaded guilty to a felony. The deal included something else too. The deal will allow the Securities and Exchange Commission issued waivers exempting the banks from legal repercussions arising from their status as criminal organizations. This gives them more preferential treatment in issuing debt and the continued right to operate mutual funds. The Justice Department said that these banks participated in a criminal conspiracy on a massive scale and carried out “breathtaking flagrancy.” They will not break up JPMorgan or any of these banks. They didn’t send criminal charges against any of their executives. JPMorgan has been involved in numerous criminal actions and has been fined by U.S. and international regulators. Back in January of 2013, JP Morgan (along with 10 other banks) agreed to pay a combined $8.5 billion to settle charges that they forged documents to foreclose home quicker. In November 2013, the bank agreed to pay $13 billion to settle charges that it defrauded investors by selling fraudulent mortgage-backed securities in the run-up to the housing bubble collapse in 2007 and 2008. In December 2013, JPMorgan and eight other banks were fined $2.3 billion for manipulating the London Interbank Offered Rate (Libor), the global benchmark interest rate on which the values of trillions of dollars in securities are based. The criminal actions of JPMorgan and other banks have caused millions of people to have their home foreclosed, millions have lost their jobs, etc. Many university endowments, pension plans, and municipalities have been swindled out of billions of dollars. Without question, JP Morgan and other banks are criminal organization. We have the massive growth of social and economic inequality. We have a nobility-like system in many quarters of Western society. For example, according to the American Bar Association, there are more than three hundred people serving sentences of life without parole for shoplifting in the state of California alone. The American financial aristocracy defends the super rich’s interests. The Federal Reserve has funneled trillions of dollars to Wall Street during the 2008 bank bailout. Former Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke has been hired by two major Wall Street firms called the hedge fund Citadel and the bond trading firm Pimco (they pay him a seven figure salary). Timothy Geithner is the head of the hedge fun Warburg Pincus November of 2013 after he left being Treasury Secretary. There are massive double standards here. A worker can be thrown into jail for failing to show up for a court date, but bankers who steal billions of dollars get off scot-free except with a token fine. Many members of the financial oligarchy are immune from prosecution. There is a classist, racist criminal justice system. There can be no change unless the working class and the poor unite and build an independent political force to establish solutions.

This is a very sweet story. One of the greatest acts of love is for one person to give an organ to another human being as a product of sincerity. The teacher Nadirah Muhammad not only outlines the compassion of black people (and people like Sister Nadirah refute the false narrative of black people collectively lacking concern for others). It validates further the necessity of us to use altruism in changing the world. A’Ja Booth’s world is definitely changed for the better by receiving a kidney from her teacher. She wants to be a nurse and when she will be a nurse, it just outlines the great value of legitimate medical care. Bless both Sisters. I am glad that she is found. Also, I hope that Alexis can graduate in the future also. Not having enough credits is not the end of the world. Many people graduate college readily in 4.5 years or even 5 years. Her parents are with her and we all want her to be inspired to continue in her life. We live, we grow, and we continue in our journeys. Not everything will be peaches and cream in our lives, but we will continue to not only help our neighbors, but to activate solutions too. Oppression is abhorrent. Freddie Gray’s life was ended by vicious cops and even the Baltimore police department admitted that mistakes were made. The lying police union of Baltimore will continue to promote the myth that the officers, who are indicted, did nothing wrong. So, I have no problem with Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby announcing that the grand jury charged these cops with killing Freddie Gray (on numerous charges). Goodson Jr. is charged with the most serious charge. With the diversity of charges shown, I do believe that there may be convictions. Indictments aren’t convictions, but the situation in Baltimore is part of a new era. People are tired of deindustrialization and police violence. People are tired of racial discrimination and economic oppression. Therefore, we should use the news as motivation for us to promote political independence and justice for the family of Freddie Gray (I hope that the officers indicted are convicted).


Sister Assata Shakur is a freedom fighter who never killed a cop. In fact, one cop shot at her and almost killed her. Cuban authorities have said that they will not release Assata Shakur to America. For decades, Sister Assata has spoken out about the cruelties of the prison industrial complex, the problem of racism, the issue of class, the issue of gender, and other important revolutionary issues. Murals of imperialists and murderers like Andrew Jackson exist nationwide, but this display of Assata Shakur has been gone in a hypocritical fashion by Marquette University. John McAdams is a hypocrite too. So, we know precisely about the agenda of the establishment. They or the corporate establishment want to promote a neoliberal, compromising, imperialist society. Yet, we want revolutionary politics and a real society where egalitarian values are promoted congruently. We know about De Blasio more now. Many people view him as the progressive savior of New York City. Yet, he was spoken gracious words about Eric Garner and then compromised to the nefarious police lobby extremists like Lynch. De Blasio talked about affordable housing in New York City, but he is leaning harder on public housing residents to finance long delayed repairs and maintenance instead of taxing the billionaires to get it done. New York City still has corporate leaders promoting gentrification and other facets of capitalists. So, it is bigger than De Blasio too. We see living wages being fought against. We see how a greedy fossil fuel industry has poisoned the climate and the war economy continuing.

It seems that many of the black bourgeoisie crowd gain millions and want to disrespect their own people with slander and hyperbole. First, I don’t execute genocide against anyone. So, I don’t who is P. Diddy is talking about since white racists have committed genocide against black people (and others) for centuries. Like many of those who love respectability politics, he ignores the many black people who are doing what is right. Many black people are mentoring, helping their communities, and being involved in legitimate programs in building up the black community. He doesn’t mention those facts in his tirade. For a long time, black people have always promoted self-reflection, integrity, accountability, and other legitimate precepts for our black people. We, as black people, always criticize some black people doing the wrong thing. We just don’t make it as pastime to use a broad brush against all black people. That’s the point. So, P. Diddy is acting brand new on this issue, but the truth is never brand new. The truth is eternal. I could care less if others don’t respect us. If they don’t respect us, then that’s on them. I do care if we respect ourselves and advance freedom and justice without conservative talking points about victim blaming. P. Diddy has some nerve when he spewed misogyny, materialism, excessive profanity, and all sorts of negative imagery in his music and then he wants to moralize about black people. The black crime rates have declined since 1970. The black teenage pregnancy rate has declined since 1992. We have a long way to go, but we will continue to fight for not only improvement, but social justice. We, collectively, should never be blamed for the actions of the oppressor (who stole lands and try to dictate their nefarious value system on us). Uhuru.


We exist in a crisis of capitalism. We live in a new age. Globalization and neo-liberal capitalism has changed the game so to speak. Many people with connections can find work readily, while many black immigrants and the poor especially will have trouble finding long term improvement with a living wage (which can provide for people). In our time, credentials and certifications are accepted, but many African immigrants with amazing certifications have trouble finding employment, because of the structural problems found in our current capitalist system. I know many Africans who are hard working in the educational field. Congress is debating the controversial TPP and trade definitely ties into this situation. I want fairness extended to American workers, African workers, and all workers. At the end of the day, we want fair trade and African immigrants to achieve their goals. I saw this story on local Television news in Virginia during the morning. Joe Morrissey has issues to put it lightly. Any politician and any person in general should express decorum, professionalism, and integrity. He not only sexually exploited an underage girl. He also was disbarred him for a while, because of unethical behavior. The photo of him (which is similar to the slave plantation evil ethos) and the Sister displays his whole mentality for the world to see. He views himself as “master,” but he is not master. My God is my own Master. Therefore, I wouldn’t vote for Joe Morrissey at all.

Bestselling journalist Ron Suskind has revealed that the White House ordered the CIA to forge and backdate a document falsely linking Iraq with Muslim terrorists and 9/11 . . . and that the CIA complied with those instructions and in fact created the forgery, which was then used to justify war against Iraq.
Suskind also revealed that “Bush administration had information from a top Iraqi intelligence official ‘that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq – intelligence they received in plenty of time to stop an invasion.’ ”
This is a stunning revelation in its own right. But what does it say about the government’s claims that 9/11 was an attack by Muslim extremists which the U.S. government could not have anticipated?

Well, if the White House ordered the CIA to forge documents falsely implicating the people against which they wanted to wage war (Iraqis), and falsely linking supposed Al Qaeda terrorists with someone they had no connection with (Saddam Hussein), is it possible that a similar thing occurred as to who carried out 9/11?
Let’s take a look:

The flight manuals and other evidence supposedly “accidentally” left behind by the terrorists were in fact planted. For example, the Pulitzer prize-winning reporter who uncovered the Iraq prison torture scandal and the My Lai massacre in Vietnam wrote:“Many of the investigators believe that some of the initial clues that were uncovered about the terrorists’ identities and preparations, such as flight manuals, were meant to be found. A former high-level intelligence official told me, ‘Whatever trail was left was left deliberately — for the F.B.I. to chase’”The top expert on Osama Bin Laden has said that Bin Laden’s “confession” video is fake (and see this statement by a video expert )And imagine if a piece of evidence could not be authenticated according to basic science. For example, let’s say an apparent confession note was found at an arson crime scene where the entire building had been turned to fine ash particles and nothing else survived. That would raise suspicions, right?
Well, a passport from one of the alleged hijackers was “found” a couple of blocks from the Twin Towers. And yet the government claims that the areas inside the Twin Towers where planes crashed were infernos so hot that they caused the collapse of the massive steel cores in the center of the towers. Indeed, the passport-owner’s hijacked plane was allegedly almost completely lodged in the building’s core. How could the passport have survived and ended up a couple of blocks away?

And if the above-described documents were in fact forged, isn’t that strong evidence that elements of the U.S. government actually aided and abetted the 9/11 attack? For example, the “initial clues that were uncovered about the terrorists’ identities and preparations, such as flight manuals”, had to have been planted before or immediately after the 9/11 attacks?
For those still skeptical about the possibility that the government intentionally created false evidence, please remember that Norad intentionally lied about what happened on 9/11; indeed, the co-chairs of the 9/11 Commission said that the 9/11 Commissioners knew that military officials misrepresented the facts to the Commission, and the Commission considered recommending criminal charges for such false statements (free subscription required).
And remember that the government intentionally and falsely linked Muslims with the anthrax attacks, when it was obvious that the attacks came from white Americans.
At the very least, isn’t it likely that the White House instructed the intelligence agencies and the 9/11 Commission to ignore any evidence which contradicted the narrative that would justify wars in the Middle East (euphemistically called “the war on terror”) - that 9/11 was carried out solely by Arabs?


In connection with Iraq, Suskind writes that “the Bush administration had information from a top Iraqi intelligence official ‘that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq – intelligence they received in plenty of time to stop an invasion.’” And an ex-CIA official confirms that evidence that there were no WMDs in Iraq was ignored.
In connection with 9/11 itself, obstruction of an accurate assessment is equally clear.

The Iranian Nuclear Deal and other News

There is the historic nuclear deal between established between the P-6 (or the nations of the U.S., Britain, France, Germany, and China) and with Iran. This deal will have the final goal to try to normalize Iran’s civil nuclear program over the next 15 years. This deal is very strict and hardly pacifist as the extremist neo-conservatives has classified it. The neo-cons are made up of many war mongers who desire a military strike against Iran, which will cause even more devastation in the Middle East. The deal is also known as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action or JCPOA. It allows sweeping concessions and a strict framework agreement reached in Lausanne, Switzerland on April 2. It has further conditions and stipulations highly advantageous to Washington. Iran must dismantle or roll back and freeze the key elements of its nuclear program (and must submit to the intrusive nuclear inspections regime ever devised). The deal said that Tehran has for the next decades to end two-thirds of its centrifuges including its more advanced ones. Iran also must get rid of 95 percent of its stockpile of low grade enriched uranium. It must remove the core of the reactor at its Arak heavy water nuclear plant. Tehran must submit to the demands of the IAEA or the International Atomic Energy Agency that Iran must answer  any and all questions relating to “the possible military dimensions” of its nuclear program. Iran has denied the allegations (which has been based on forged documents and unsubstantiated claims) that it has carried out nuclear weapons related to research at the beginning of this century. After those steps are done, which will take six months, the agreement’s implementation period begin. Only after that when the U.S. and the E.U. obligated to lift the punishing economic sanctions imposed on Iran. The sanctions have caused crippling poverty, starvation, frozen more than $100 billion in Iranian central banks reserves and oil sale proceeds in foreign banks, denied people lifesaving drugs and other medical supplies, and other evils against Iranians. Some sick people love the evil sanctions.  The deal is totally pro-Western. If Iran breaks the deal, then sanctions will be imposed in Iran. The JCPOA will allow the UN ban on Iran’s import and export of weapons and weapons system for 5 years after the implementation day. Geopolitically, the deal is about the West trying to make Iran more amiable to U.S. imperialism. In other words, the West want to isolate Russia and China more and cause Iran to make a bourgeois regime in Iran to serve U.S. strategic interests covertly and overtly. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei has, himself, repeatedly authorized overtures to Washington. In 2001, Tehran assisted the US in installing Hamid Karzai as Afghanistan’s puppet president. And in 2003, shortly after the US’s illegal invasion of Iraq, Khamenei authorized a secret offer to the US, in which Tehran agreed to recognize Israel, and withdraw military support for Hezbollah and Hamas, in exchange for a US disavowal of regime change. The President has threatened to veto a bill by Congress if the bill rejects the agreement. Khamenei is celebrating the deal. The West wants Tehran to reduce its support of al-Assad in Syria while aiding Iran’s anti-ISIS efforts. Israel and Saudi Arabia is not an ally of Iran because of obvious reasons. Both nations have criticized the deal. The deal is very strict.


The dropping of the atomic bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki by the United States is one of the most controversial and devastating actions of World War II. The myth that Japan was not going to surrender has been exposed by documentaries, authors, and historical scholars especially in the past 20 years. Today, we know a greater amount of information about the atomic weapons program and the attacks in Japan. To start, we must begin with the origins of the atomic weapons program of America. America began the program first in fear of the Nazis having nuclear weapons technology, which could be used against Americans, etc. Yet, the Nazis abandoned atomic weapons research early on during WWII. In December 1938, German physicists split the uranium atom. Many feared that the Nazis would have this technology. Therefore, Albert Einstein, Szilard, and Eugene Wigner wrote letters to President Roosevelt to create a program to establish an atomic bomb. FDR agreed to start it. Later, Einstein said (to chemist Linus Pauling) that he regretted sending Roosevelt a letter in favor of establishing an atomic bomb, because of its savage nature.  At first, the process of creating such a bomb in America was slow. Wartime science administrator James Conant put Nobel Prize winning physicist Arthur Holly Compton to work on the bomb design. First, scientists have to be called up like J. Robert Oppenheimer (who was a charismatic theoretical physicist. He admitted that he had ties to Communist organizations and he was a strong progressive person), Edward Teller, and Hans Bethe. In Met Lab in the city of Chicago, scientists were successful in creating the first nuclear chain reaction on December 2, 1942. They were lucky that they didn’t blow up the city of Chicago. Next, we have the establishment of the Manhattan Project being created by Americans in Los Alamos, New Mexico. This project was headed by Brigadier General Leslie Groves. Groves and Oppenheimer worked together, but each man had different personalities. Groves was conservative and Oppenheimer was more progressive. Groves had a more angry personality. Groves’ assistant was Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth Nichols. When Roosevelt passed away, Truman was President. Truman was heavily influenced by Stimson and others who never trusted the Soviet Union. Truman was notified about the atomic bomb development program. Scientists exploded the atomic bomb for the first time on July 16, 1945. It happened in the desert outside of Alamogordo, New Mexico. The Trinity test exceeded expectation. It was an 18.6 kiloton blat. Oppenheimer said the following when he thought about the test: “…I am become death, destroyer of worlds.” Groves gloated over the test as being great. Truman soon heard word of it. Truman never really trusted the Soviet Union. Truman wanted to use the bomb as leverage against the Soviet Union, so the Soviets would be subordinate to U.S. interests involving WWII and beyond. The Soviets planned to invade Japan, but the Soviets didn’t trust Churchill who was bellicose against the Soviets for years. Roosevelt was more conciliatory and moderate when dealing with the Soviet Union, which is why FDR called Stalin “Uncle Joe.” Japanese leadership desired to surrender only if the unconditional surrender proposal from the U.S. was eliminated including the elimination of the imprisonment of the Emperor of Japan. The U.S. would not budge and refused any concessions on the unconditional surrender language. Politicians and scientists from America tried to inspire Truman to not drop the bomb. Truman refused and decided to drop it. Truman was influenced by Byrnes and Stimson, who were reactionaries on foreign policy matters. Byrnes was an outright racist and segregationist. Even Dwight D. Eisenhower and General Douglas MacArthur opposed the decision to drop atomic weapons in Japan. Japan by 1945 was on the verge of defeat with their cities and towns being massively bombed. A simple change in the surrender terms could have caused Japan to surrender much earlier than September of 1945.  On July 25, 1945, U.S. General Carl Spaatz, Commander of the Strategic Air Force in the Pacific received directive to drop the atomic bomb in Japan. Enola Gay was the plane that housed the “Little Boy” A-bomb. It was dropped in Japan from 1,900 feet above Hiroshima with a force equivalent to 12,500 tons of TNT. This act was a crime against humanity and a crime against God. It was totally evil. Even I can’t detail the destruction in full detail. Children died instantly. Grown human beings died with the organs dissolved. Many parts of Hiroshima were burned to the ground. About 140,000 people died in Hiroshima by the end of the year. The second bomb was dropped in Nagasaki on August 9, 1945. It had about 22,000 of TNT in equivalent. 70,000 died in Nagasaki by the end of 1945 from the effects of the atomic bomb. The atomic bomb didn’t end world conflict. It started the Cold War and the Soviets had atomic bomb technology from a spy working inside of Los Alamos. The Soviets dropped their atomic bomb in August 29, 1949. The evil atomic bomb drops in Japan reminds us about how valuable the dignity of human life is and it shows us the destructive nature of war.






From the 1970’s to the 1990’s, radical changes came in Los Angeles. There was deindustrialization in which automobile factories became to be shut down from the 1970’s to the 1990’s. Tire factories and steel mills left LA. Many of the agricultural and diary operations that were prospering in the 1950’s have moved to other counties. The furniture industry moved greatly into Mexico and other low wage nations. In 1971, the San Fernando earthquake happened and the Los Angeles Convention Center opens. Tom Bradley becomes the first African American mayor of Los Angeles in 1973. There has been the growth of television and music industries in Los Angeles. That is why people come to Los Angeles all of time as a way for them to try to get an entertainment career. CBS Television City, 20th Century Fox, and other studios operate in LA. Many Japanese firms like Toyota have moved to LA or to surrounding areas. There is a strong port system in Los Angeles and Long Beach, which makes up the nation’s largest harbor port. It handles 44 percent of all goods imported by cargo container into America. There was an economy boom from 1985 to 1990. The catch is that the income gap between the rich and the poor has massive increase since the 1980's. Los Angeles is the most socioeconomically divided city in America today. Gangs have always existed in Los Angeles and all over America for decades and centuries. From the 1970’s, more gangs were acting in a direction of survival and showing more nihilistic violence (instead of limited rivalries). One reason is the growth of income inequality poverty, and bad social conditions. In 1955, Nickerson Gardens was built, which was the city’s largest public housing complex with 1,100 units in the Watts neighborhood. Many gangs were created as a way for people to protect themselves from racism and discrimination. Street clubs were formed in 1950 as a way for black people to defend themselves from white racist gangs who were attacking black people. Gangs in LA have been based on neighborhood, race, and nationality. The Slausons was a famous LA gang which existed before the Crips.

There are gangs made up of Hispanics, black people, Filipinos, whites, Chinese, Cambodian, Samoan, and I can go down the list. Hundreds of gangs exist in Los Angeles. Some of the famous gangs are the Crips, the Bloods, MS-13, Mexican Mafia (and their affiliations), etc. Raymond Washington formed the Baby Avenues in 1964. He founded the Crips in the year of October 13, 1969. The Crips expanded quickly in Los Angeles and throughout the nation. Stanley Tookie Williams joined the Crips in 1971. On December 1973, The Piru Street Boys formed the Blood gang. The Bloods acted as a rival gang to the Crips since the Bloods was an alliance of people who originally opposed the actions of the Crips. Raymond Washington was murdered in 1979 by a person. By the 1980’s, violent, criminal gangs were involved in the drug trade like the Mexican Mafia, the Crips, the blood, etc. The Drug Trade and the War on Drugs harmed communities all over Los Angeles of every color. Crack cocaine came into LA in January 1981. Militarized police or SWAT Teams would harass poor and communities of color during the 1980's. Poverty would plague LA including police brutality. Movies like Boyz N  the Hood (which came out in 1991), whose Director John Singleton is a South Central native including musicians like Ice Cube (of NWA) would describe the reality of the inner city. I don't about agree with any misogynistic lyrics in various songs, but the brutality of black people and others in Los Angeles by crooked cops should never be ignored. The Ramparts scandal of the 1990's documents massive police corruption during that decade. Rodney King was assaulted by numerous police officers. All of the officers were white. When, the offices were all acquitted, people were legitimately outraged and the LA Rebellion happened in 1992. This occurred when I was in elementary school. Rebellion happened in Los Angeles and all over the city. National Guard troops were sent by then President George H. W. Bush to respond to the situation. From 1992-1993, the Blood and the Crips would have a truce.  Afterwards, some cops were convicted, but it was a cosmetic convictions. By the mid-1990s, there are 650,000 gang members in the U.S. and 150,000 in Los Angeles County alone. Blood and Crip gang factions are found throughout the U.S. as well as abroad. In the 21st century, Tookie Williams died via the death penalty in 2005. Some think that he was innocent, some view him as guilty, and Tookie Williams proclaimed his innocence throughout his life. LA issued gang injunctions massively in 2004 and 2006. Gang violence is a reality in LA. The crime rate in Los Angeles now has gone down since the 1990’s. One important point is to be mentioned. It is not enough to condemn crime. We have to use programs to end the War on Drugs, end police brutality, and to end the corruption found in the prison industrial complex (as the system of mass incarceration must end), so people can live fuller, healthier lives.


The criminal justice system is a disgrace. I have no problem with the commutations, but we all know that we have much more to do. Also, it is important to see that more has to be done. We have unfairness in not only sentencing (sentencing practices have been racist and classist as documented in so many mainstream studies), but many people have been executed in America who have been innocent. We have the legalization of a barbaric, murderous practice (which was once banned in America in 1972), which has been banned in numerous nations worldwide. People from across the political spectrum want nonviolent drug users to never receive sentences longer than murderers, rapists, and other violent criminals. The War on Drugs has failed. It must end and be replaced with progressive alternatives. Nonviolent drug users need treatment not incarceration. The massive privatization of the prisons along with the economic exploitation of these prisons by the oligarchy has economically harmed communities nationwide. We reject the New Jim Crow. Angela Davis, George Jackson, Michelle Alexander and so many Brothers and Sisters have accurately talked about this issue (of how the prison industrial complex has ruined the lives of so many innocent human beings). We need revolutionary change beyond reform. The murderer is not in prison. The settlement is important, but this is not justice. De Blasio acted submissive to the Patrick Lynch when Lynch called him as having blood on his hands (which was a lie). As a human being, if I was mayor, and some police official said that I have blood on my hands in public (when that's false), then I will publicly criticize that police official and say a lot of commentary (which will not be P.C.) about that official. The most important issue is that the family of Eric Garner received a settlement (which is the least that the city could do) and that is legitimate. Yet, this is not justice, because a murderer is free to live his life. That murderer can go back to his family. Eric Garner is gone physically. One Police Union leader in NYC (whose name is Ed Mullins, president of the Sergeants Benevolent Assn.) made a recent statement that again disrespected Eric Garner (and blasted the settlement). Ed Mullins ought to be ashamed of himself. I wish the best for the family of Eric Garner.
RIP Eric Garner.

The Liberty Restoration Project blog has posted an advisory released last November by the United States Army Reserve. “The United States Army Reserve Command is publishing this Force Protection Advisory to advise all Army Reserve personnel of the planned protests at all Federal Reserve Banks and office locations within the United States on 22 November 2008,” the document reads. “This message provides situational awareness and recommended mitigation measures.”

According to the Army Reserve, the folks gathered and exercising the First Amendment in response to the Federal Reserve’s loan sharking operation are essentially terrorists.
The Army “established relationships” with local law enforcement and the FBI and encouraged them to “update alert rosters,” according to the document. In 2003, Jim Garamone, writing for the American Forces Press Service, noted that the “Northern Command cooperates with the other unified commands and shares intelligence with them” and also has forged “relationships [that] cut across federal, state and local agencies, and include players from law-enforcement, emergency services, intelligence agencies and the military.”
In 2008, Air Force Gen. Victor E. Renuart Jr., commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and NorthCom, told attendees of the National Homeland Defense Foundation symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado, “that effectively defending the homeland and responding to natural or man-made disasters requires an integrated approach that involves federal, state and local governments, and even international and private organizations,” the latter a reference to InfraGard, the private sector Gestapo with shoot to kill orders issued by the FBI (see The FBI Deputizes Business).
“We believe those relationships will be key to our success,” Air Force Gen. Ralph Eberhart told Garamone.
Northcom and the Army Reserve’s mission apparently also include reporting “all potential protest activities to the Army Reserve Operations Center.” The Army Reserve falls under the Pentagon’s Continuity of Operations program “that ensure[s] the execution of mission-essential functions… during a national security or domestic emergency” (see Militarizing the US “Homeland”: NORTHCOM’s Tasking).

In addition to Northcom “cooperation” with local law enforcement in regard to entirely legal and peaceful demonstrations, a document sent to Alex Jones earlier this month exposes an effort by Homeland Security to work with law enforcement in Missouri to demonize supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr. Ron Paul is quite specific in his call for the Federal Reserve to be closed down. Paul told Alex Jones on March 12 that “the people responsible for the economic crisis should not be hailed as saviors and given more power to fix the problem that they created, but arrested and criminally prosecuted,” as Paul Joesph Watson reported for Prison Planet.
In 2005, NBC obtained a secret 400-page Defense Department document listing more than 1,500 “suspicious incidents” across the country related to peaceful anti-war demonstrations. “The Defense Department document is the first inside look at how the U.S. military has stepped up intelligence collection inside this country since 9/11, which now includes the monitoring of peaceful anti-war and counter-military recruitment groups,” NBC reported.
In the wake of the false flag terror attacks on September 11, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld and the Pentagon established the Counterintelligence Field Activity. CIFA illegally conducted broad domestic operations that targeted antiwar and other dissident domestic groups and logged these in the TALON database. After the unit received negative publicity, the Pentagon’s senior intelligence official, James R. Clapper, recommended to Sec. Def. Gates that the counterintelligence field office be dismantled and that some of its operations be placed under the authority of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

On November 22, 2008, Alex Jones led a rally at the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas Texas. The Dallas protest is specifically mentioned in the official Army document. Ron Paul’s brother was also in attendance.

As the documents here demonstrate, the Pentagon as of late 2008 was still in the business of gathering intelligence on entirely legal and non-violent political activity and organizations around the country. As the MIAC document reveals, the feds and their state and local “partners” consider groups in opposition to the Federal Reserve a threat. Now the Pentagon as well has targeted this opposition with “situational awareness and recommended mitigation measures.”
If the above documents are indeed legitimate, they reveal how the Pentagon and the Army Reserve are protecting the Federal Reserve against End the Fed and other organizations engaged in constitutionally protected protest against a cartel of international bankers posing as a department of the federal government.
