An Array of Facts

Gun Rights being suppressed in nothing new is the globe. Now, the anti-gun interest groups (and other entities) are using other means of enacting that devisive goal of limiting citizens' rights to arm themselves. Now, a report to the Connecticut legislature reported that the police utilized the state's unique gun seizure law to confiscate more than 1,700 firearms from citizens. This was done on mere suspicion that the gun owners might harm others or themselves. This is achieved without a crime being done or lawbreaking whatsoever. You couldn't make this stuff up. This law was first proposed in 1998 after a shooting in the Connecticut Lottery Corporation area. 5 people died in that shooting including the gunman. Attorney Ralph D. Sherman has represented many gun owners in his time as an attorney. He concieves of the new Connecticut law as being abused by certain people. Even some related to the ACLU (like Joe Graborz, executive director of the Connecticut Civil Liberties Union, an affiliate of the ACLU) outline criticism of the law. Joe describes the law as giving far reaching powers unto the police and that the police have no right to act like psychologists to predict or interpret behavior. He's right because this law is nothing more than precrime duties. It's similar to the Movie Minority Report where you're accused of a crime, yet you haven't done it in the present time. You don't treat a person as guilty before being innocent. This law starts with a complaint from somebody to allow law enforcement to outline a warrant in order to confiscate weapons from folks deemed a threat. I never outine a policy of stealing guns before a crime has been committed at all. That's just immoral. This law doesn't respect the Constitution at all.

The Internet has been under threat on plenty of occassions now. It isn't just occuring in Communist China. It's transpiring all over the world. It's even occuring in the United Kingdom, the U.S., and the rest of the West. According to Paul Joseph Watson, London's St. Pancras International (which is one of the biggest transport hubs in the west), instituted filters to block users of the wi-fi service. They even banned Internet users from accessing mildly political websites. Prisonplanet.com and even the mild liberal site of thinkprogress.org wasn't shown in the St. Pancras system. It's bigger than just censored sites. It encompasses a widespread agenda of the proposed Internet 2 system. The Internet 2 system is about the elimination of the present Internet. The replacement is a controlled Internet where registration, payment, and restrictions of free speech are a reality. Basically, Internet 2 is a notorious cancer whose existence is in the league of the promotion of Internet censorship. News articles and special reports have written about these subjects. Pople ought speak out about these issues, write about it, use the law as best they can to prevent Internet restrictions from happening, etc.

An i9/11 event and an iPatriot Act proposed law are some things that has been recently revealed by a variety of quarters. Lawrence Lessing is a respected Law Professor from Stanford University. He spoke at an audience in the Fortune's Brainstorm Tech conference in Half Moon Bay, California. He made remarkable revelations. Lessing said that during a dinner with the former government Counter Terrorism Czar Richard Clarke told him that there is going to be an i9/11 event. This event will cause the cyber equivalent of an iPatriot Act. Now, an i9/11 event is an euphemism for a widespread Internet crash. It can also mean that the Internet can reach such a point of instability that the government will make a response. This isn't unusual because the Patriot Act occured in a similar fashion. See, Lessing wrote that the Patriot Act (The Jesuit Georgetown University contributed to the law's creation) passed so quickly and had tons of information in it because it was in the drawing board of the Justice Department for the past 20 years. In other words, the Patriot Act was proposed and written up long before 9/11 came about. The Patriot Act obviously has many anti-liberties components of it. Researchers from across the political spectrum have decried the Patriot Act because of its ambigious definition of terrorism, it's distortion on how to carry out warrant, and other reasons. Anti-Internet freedom proposals are coming into the sphere more than ever now even in America. Legislation exist such as the PRO-IP Act of 2007: H.R. 4279, that would create an IP czar at the Department of Justice and the Intellectual Property Enforcement Act of 2007: S. 522. S. 522 would create an entire ‘Intellectual Property Enforcement Network.’ There is massive decentralization of the Internet. The Information Card Foundation, has proposed the creation of a system of internet ID cards that will be required for internet access. That's bad because it restricts internet freedom and it allows the government to have even more power to track and trace us when we go on the Internet. This is akin to a Matrix-like control grid. That's all the more reason that it is incumbent on us to speak out against these iPatriot Act proposals as discussed by Clark.

Medical History being for sale was reported by Ellen Nakashima from the Washington Post in August 5, 2008. Ellen wrote that health and life insurance companies possess a new tool in evaluating whether to cover individual consumers. This tool is a health credit report drawn from databases containing prescription drug records on more than 200 million Americans. This is apart of the new generation of collecting and analyzing personal health information in commercial databases. Lawmakers debate about the privacy issues dealing with these databases. Some insurers are testing systems that can tap into not only prescription drug information. They want data about patients held by clinical and pathological laboratories. Back then, insurance companies gathered information from a physicians' offices to judge an applicant's risk. Now, there are more electronic means of achieving this, because they are cheap plus fast. The proponents of this technology make the argument that these means of technology will result in improved health care and cost savings. Privacy experts fear that it will take place outside the scrunity of federal health regulators and lawmakers. Ingenix is one such information service company that had $1.3 billion in sales. Critics believe that in some cases, electronic data is gathered without the consumers' knowledge. Joy Pritts, research professor at Georgetown University's Health Policy Institute proclaim that this new technology lacks transparency. The lesson is here is that you should make sure your health information remains private. It's ironic that some in the health inudstry claim to make us safe when this actions will make it more easier for companies to harbor our medical information.

The Presidential campaign is full of controversy indeed. A black reporter was removed from a John McCain rally. A newspaper is asking the McCain campaign on why this action has occured. The black reporter believes that he was singled out because of his race and political views. Stephen Price is the name of the reporter from the Tallahassee Democrat. He was among 4 Florida capital press corps reporters behind the scenes at a Panama City rally in Friday. Later, a Secret Service agent approached him and asked if he was apart of the national media traveling with McCain. Price said no. The agent told him that he must leave. Price said that he was out there with other state reporters in the same area without the Secret Service telling them to leave. The other reporters were white. A Panama City police officer came to see what the situation was about. The Palm Beach Post reporter Dara Kam came to Price's defense and then she was told to leave according to Price. The McCain campaign said that it will ask the Secret Service to look into the events. The campaign denies that they were involved in the Price incident. Price said that it was racial and he had to show his media credentials to get into the area. Only 3 minutes later, Stephen Price was removed. The newspaper's executive editor, Bob Gabordi, was upset that Price was singled out without an explanation. Even Gabordi said it was about the security being overzealous and security singling out a black reporter to be removed. Now, irrespective of your political leanings, nobody should be removed like that from a McCain rally. Obama and other candidates should be scruntized equally. A lot of the entertainment stars and that crowd love Obama since most of them agree with Barack Obama's policies. What do I think? I don't agree with McCain or Obama on many issues. Third parties have better solutions than the 2 major parties. I don't nearly worship Obama or McCain like I see many in the Internet plus Television doing. That genuflection by some is really disturbing to me. With that being said, I have no problem with investing in alternative energy, banning laws that violate our civil libeties (like the Patriot Act, the FISA Law, and the USA Military Commission Act), express opposition to the new world order, promote the decentralization of power unto the people and individual citizens, the protection of our private property rights, the advancement of the protection of our Second Amendment rights, and other real principles in this society. There is an evil tendency among the Kool Aid followers of McCain and Obama to bash individuality and indepedent thought in order to unify in a hive mind. My advice to you is to never confirm to this world, but renew your mind with the following of God plus his will.

Police Brutality keeps on getting worse and worse. MAGGIE LILLIS from the Las Vegas Review-Journal on August 5, 2008 present the story of Roxanne Lewis having questions. These questions are about why the Las Vegas Police shoot and killed a man on her doorstep last Sunday and why she was told to stay in her home. The police claimed that 2 officers scuffed with a man on the ground. The man fired a gun once while reaching for an officer's gun. Another officer then shot the man who was pronounced dead at University Medical Center. Lewis said that the police shot the man when his arms were bound. Lewis lives in the Spring Point apartment near Pecos Road and Las Vegas Boulevard. She was asleep then awoke to witness the incident. The police ordered Roxanne to close the door, but she watched from a bedroom window. The cops according to Roxanne shot the man in the head. She believes that he didn't have to die. It's interesting that the cops told Roxanne to go into the door, when she has every right to monitor the police's activities. Other questions deal with what happened to the 2 men the cops claimed they've tried to apprehend and why cops tackled the man if they were arming a gun at them. Chinese police beat and detain 2 newsmen. Daily Yomiuri from August 6, 2008 carried the story. The people detained was the NTV reporter and a 38 year old photographer from The Tokyo Shimbun. They were beaten and temporaliy detained by the Chinese police in Kashgar in China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. They were reporting the bombing incident which killed 16 police officers on Monday. Each person reported from a paramilitary border patrol facility. Border patrol policemen acted overly aggressive and detained them at 10:50 pm. A spokesman said that the reporter was punched in his face several times. The reporter was kicked in the face by the policemen plus his side. Also, the border patrol police officers seized his 2 cameras. That is why the Japanese Embassy in Beijing have lodged a formal protest with the Chinese Affairs Ministry over the incidents on Tuesday morning. The Japanese officials want to prevent such incidents in the future.

The Militarization of America is ever apparent in America. DVIDS News from August 4, 2008 reported on the Ohio National Guard being called to conduct a Homeland Defense/Homeland Security Excercise. The Ohio National Guard Public Affairs Office made known about this story. The exercise will take place from August 11-15 at Owens Community College's Center for Emergency Preparedness in Perrysburg Township. They want to test its ability to support local and state civilian authorities during a Homeland Defense/Homeland Security event. Ohio National Guard's Joint Task Force 73 is conducting it. The scenario they're describing is about a natural disaster striking the Toledo area. The story has the same M.O. of a federalization/militarization of our country. The feds are inacting these exercises to make the people tolerant of the police and the military merging their powers in law enforcement purposes. This goal is of course a violation of Posse Comitatus of 1878, which forbids the unification of the police and the military. Such exercises in the past describe National Guard intimidating grabbing guns, arrested people, and other events in neigbhorhood across the country (with black helicopters being proven). One Old Vet from August 4, 2008 outline a Tuscon, AZ Sector Border patrol agent being held in gunpoint by the Mexican military. This occured days ago. The Mexican military personnel crossed the border, so they were in America. They point rifles at the man. Backup border patrol units arrived from the Ajo Border Patrol station. Subsequently, the Mexican military personnel (who aren't in Mexico attempt to take drug lords killing innocent Mexicans) eventually retreated back into Mexico. Nothing happens. Image if American troops did the same thing in Mexico or Canada. The criticism by the media (and rightfully so) would be intense and grave against America. The One Old Vet blog accused the Mexican military of shooting a .50 calibre rifle round into the rear window of a Border Patrol agent’s patrol vehicle south of Ajo. This signifies a bigger problem of problems of America and Mexico of failing to handle the illegal immigration crisis in the southern border. These militarization efforts extend to warrantless checkpoints occuring now across the country. It also relates to the continuity of government or the real shadow government that was created in the 1980's with help from Dick Cheney. Cheney was the one who created the standdown order preventing an interception of the plane hitting the Pentagon. Norman Mineta admitted to this. Therefore, Cheney is one suspect involved in the 9/11 attacks. To this day, many in Congress are refused access to all of the critical information relating to the continuity of government.

Life Issues are vital to make manifest. The Elliot Institute has launched AbortionRisks.org to keep track of problems. The Eliot Institute is an organization that consists of one of the leading research groups on the physical, medical, and mental health problems women suffer after experiencing an abortion. The website will be a dispository of information on post abortion complications. Women can access the webpage to share their horrendous stories to everyone. They even allow anyone globally to find or contribute information. The site will house the Thomas W. Strahan Memorial Library, an extensive bibliography of published studies, books, and articles on the after effects of abortion. Tom Strahan was a lawyer and civil rights activist who displayed information on abortion's detrimental effects upon women as well. The site is again classified as abortionrisks.org. The pro-life movement is courageously using the Internet and other legitimate means to outline the facts of the cruelty of abortion. Free speech suppression against Pro-Lifers are becoming more and more commonplace in the USA. For example, Bel Air Maryland police officers arrested 18 Pro-Life protestors in August 1st, 2008 (on last Friday). According to prolifenews.tv, these protestors expressed their First Amendment rights quietly and innocently. Pro Lifers in their Face the Truth Tour carried signs that had pictures of dead babies, babies in the wombs, and signs about Jesus can heal and forgive. Joe Healy, Associate Director of Defend Life - DefendLife.org was there. Later, state troopers started to arrest people for no reason whatsoever. The officers refused to answer why they were arresting people by saying it's irrevelant. That's a lie since the law says you have to have probable cause to arrest people. You can't just arrest people for no reason at all. That's fascism period. So, to think we have true free speech rights in America is a myth. It isn't just pro-lifers' rights being violated. Anti-war protestors, environmental groups, 9/11 Truthers, etc. have had their First Amendment rights suppressed in order to submit into the status quo.

The British government admitted that their own veterans were exposed to radiation. It was reported after years of denials. The British defence chiefs now have admitted that some servicement were exposed to the deadly radiation. This was during the nuclear tests in Australia and the South Pacific in the 1950's. The Sunday Mirror newspaper outlined information that the admissions are filed with the High Court in London by lawyers for the Ministry of Defence. Next year is due for a class action lawsuit being filed by hundreds of British veterans. Australian veterans of the nuclear tests are also planning their own lawsuit if they don't recieve better treatment form the Australian Government. Some accredit the secrecy in the government which prevented the effective changes to occur within that bureaucracy. This is nothing new because the government testing dangerous chemicals on innocent citizens has occurs for a long time in the West. There is the tests of chemicals in subways, the Tusksegee Experiment, Bayer being caught sending HIV in their pharmaceutical drugs before (many of these corporate chieftans are in the Bohemian Grove, the Knights of Malta, the Pilgrim Society, the CFR, the Bilderbergers, etc. These groups have a long history from the Jesuit Edmund A. Walsh being apart of the hang out Nuremberg trial who worked with high level Freemason Robert Jackson to the Vatican's support of the Ecumencial Movement), and other events conclusively proving that the government had tested poisons on citizens before. What's crazy is that bin Laden's driver was convicted in a court for just driving Osama Bin Laden. The driver's name is Salim Hamdan. Guamtanamo Bay doesn't house high level al-Qaeda (a CIA agent) members at all. The driver wasn't convicted or involved in terror or any huge crime. Osama Bin Laden’s most senior bodyguard was simply let go from the prison at Guantánamo Bay. The trial revolved around the distortion of information and the promotion of the lie that the drive is a supreme terrorist. New York-based Human Rights Watch said that Hamdam suffered abuse, but he's given a life sentence. Human rights groups want the 6-member tribunal court system replaced with a civilian court or a military court.

RFID chips are a serious threat nowadays. The federal government want to go as far as chipping animals in their NAIS program. Tons of Patriots and authors have expressed their disapproval with the RFID chip system. Scott Creighton from the American Everyman site on August 6, 2008 proclaimed more facts on the Anthrax case. Creighton wrote an amazing development that reports are going that Dr. Ivins told a friend that the FBI offered $2.5 million and a sports car of his choosing (to his own son) for information to implicate Dr. Bruce Ivins. The federal government is still subscribe to the view that Ivins was the anthrax mailer. It's definitely accurate to point out that Ivins was harrased by the FBI. Scott point out the opinion that paid witnesses could of possibly existed to make sure the FBI pointed to Dr. Invis as a suspect in the anthrax attacks. Jean Duley’s boyfriend, Mike McFadden admitted in an August 2nd press interview that Jean was talking with the FBI for awhile. This was done before Ivin's rant. According to Duley’s statements, the FBI prepped her by sharing case file information with her, as a witness, so that she would include that information in the court records, without having that information vetted or scrutinized by the courts. The FBI said that they found a DNA sample linking Ivins to the attack. Critics of the strain said that it wasn't in its final weaponized form. The government claimed it couldn't be identified years ago, but the original strain was traced to the Ft. Detrick Military Laboratory in Maryland. Scientists said that Ivins didn't handle that specific type of Ames strains (despite the FBI's release of document today). The deal is that we have a right to question the official story of the anthrax attack and constantly desire to find the truth about what really happened there. The anthrax attack was definitely traced to the military facility. An array of inforamtion is shown here. Also, we should resist evil. Some want us to submit to evil, but that's the wrong course. We should peacefully follow the truth and peacefully resist evil (even risking our lives or got to jail in order to not disobey God). We ought to not have fear but not a bitter mindset as well.
