Host: Daryl Bradford Smith
Guest: Eustace Mullins [1]
Here are today's lies, misstatements, disinformation, and stupidity:
(1) About eight minutes into this broadcast, Daryl Bradford Smith mentions that someone had corrected Michael Piper on the point of where the news of the attack on the U.S.S. Liberty was reported in the New York Times (it was on page one). That’s me again.
(2) Daryl Bradford Smith says that the invasion of Iraq happened on Purim 2003. It did not. It happened after Purim had concluded. He says further that the holiday represents an invasion of that area based on an earlier text. It does not. The Book of Esther actually depicts the prevention of a mass murder of Jews in Persia – not Iraq (Babylon).
(3) Eustace Mullins comes on now and defends The Benjamin Freedman Speech. Of course, Mullins believes the entire speech is valid despite the no fewer 25 lies I found in the speech. Mullins is a moonbat of utter proportions and an inveterate liar (see, for example, this link [2]), and, of course, he backs up most of what Daryl Bradford Smith wants to believe.
(4) Eustace Mullins says that the Jewish community created the Holocaust and that the rest of the world had no problem with the Jews. Really? How would Mullins answer this collection of propaganda [3] ?
(5) Eustace Mullins says that Ezra Pound was a loyal citizen of the United States, whereas Pound actually committed high treason and might have been hanged had he not pleaded guilty by reason of insanity. Mullins says that Pound was indicted by Alger Hiss, and Mullins says something about Hiss and treason. It should be noted that Hiss was never convicted of treason; he was convicted of perjury. Furthermore, there is zero evidence that Hiss was ever in a position to indict anyone, including Pound.
(6) Eustace Mullins insists that before WWII, black and white people got along fine, and that it was Jews that stirred up trouble. Has Mullins ever heard the name Nat Turner?
(7) Daryl Bradford Smith now brings up Sen. Joseph McCarthy and asks Eustace Mullins to defend him – a man who is pretty much indefensible.
(8) Eustace Mullins claims that Ezra Pound was not guilty of high treason. Here is indisputable fact: Pound spent the entire war in Italy, as a U.S. citizen, giving anti-American broadcasts. If that isn’t high treason (William Joyce was hanged for doing this), then I don’t know what is.

Host: Daryl Bradford Smith
Guest: R' Dovid Weiss
Here are today's lies, misstatements, disinformation, and stupidity:
(1) R' Weiss is incorrect in saying that the Zionist movement derived from the Reform Judaism movement. In fact, Reform Judaism had little or no impact on Poland and Eastern Europe, where the original Zionist settlers came from.
(2) R' Weiss says the chief rabbi in Palestine opposed the foundation of the state. He doesn't even get the rabbi's name right. He says the rabbi's name is Vishinsky (and later that it was Teitelbaum), but the chief Ashkenazi rabbi in 1947 was R' Yitzhak ha-Levi Herzog. Teitelbaum was never Chief Rabbi.
(3) R' Weiss and Daryl Bradford Smith disagree with regard to an overarching conspiracy of Jews moving behind history. Smith does not respond directly the rabbi on this point, but they continue to talk past one another for the remainder of the interview.
(4) Daryl Bradford Smith ties in Zionism with Sigmund Freud. Freud was, at best, an ambivalent Zionist, according to literary critic and Palestinian nationalist Edward Said. http://weekly.ahram.org.eg/2001/525/op2.htm
