PRO-LIFE ANSWER:
It is not the prolife position but the prochoice position that relies on emotionalism more than truth and logic.


University of Nevada-Las Vegas philosophy professor Francis Beckwith is trained in the discipline of logic. He argues persuasively that the prochoice position is filled with logical flaws. In contrast, he finds prolife logic far more compelling and consistent with the facts. Prochoice advocates compensate for their lack of factual foundations by appealing to the emotions through horror stories of back-alley abortions and pregnancies due to rape.


The Pro-choicers know that they can get pitty by saying, "What if a woman is raped?" This is all I ever hear.... everytime I have to state the fact that out of all the abortions performed - 3% of those are from rape, incest, deformity of the child ,and the mother's life in danger- ALL COMBINED. When you state this they go onto arguing something else.
