On a scale of 1-10 , i believe for Ireland it is at stage 3, job losses are starting everywhere, anyone who has lost there jobs cannot afford to pay there nasty big mortgages , because most people are up to there neck in debt.
The Mortgage Defaults in Ireland has only started, people did not have any money in the so called good times, so they certainly do not have any now.
Totally bankrupt!! Just were the Devil wants people!! Pressure,Strain, Marriage Stress!!
Is life worth all of this !!!

Re-Distribution of wealth is the Headline.
