An Expansive Piece of Prose

News reports outline that the Trans-Texas Corridor name is dead, but not the entire concept. The Trans-Texas Corridor is a key concept of the Texas transportation agenda. Texas Department of Transportation Executive Director Amadeo Saenz told an audience of more than a thousand people Tuesday at an Austin hotel that the I-35 highway (with a tollway twin) is still on despite the Trans Texas Corridor being dead in name only. Governor of Texas Rick Perry in 2002 unveiled with great fanfare the corridor plan. It cost almost $200 billion. It was criticized for many reasons. These reasons include that a Spanish foreign company owned parts of the highway construction, a toll road could be build, and it was apart of an agenda that could violate the private property rights of the citizens of Texas (including being apart of a North American Union agenda). Perry claimed that the days of the Trans-Texas Corridor are over, but that plan is still going on. Planning and environmental studies of the twin to I-35, which would run from San Antonio to Oklahoma, and of I-69 , from Brownsville to Texarkana, will not stop, officials said. Even Rick Perry admitted that he will come to build the infrastructure in Texas with possible private toll road contracts. The parts of the corridor including the size and scope of it plus its cost have always been legitimate criticisms agianst the Trans-Texas Corridor. Rick Perry could face a governor challenge from Republican U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison. David Stall of Fayette County, southeast of Austin, founded a group called CorridorWatch in opposition to the plan. TxDOT spokesman Chris Lippincott said almost none of that money should be considered wasted. "We're still going to build Texas 130 ... we're still going to build I-69," Lippincott said. " The international highways are still a threat in our society. They ought to be opposed, especially foreign companies like Cintra Zachry (owned by Knight of Malta Juan Carlos) trying to own our infrastructure.

Barack Obama is poised to select CFR member Sanjay Gupta to beconme the administration's U.S. surgeon general. Gupta is a famous nerousurgeon who is a correspondent for CNN and CBS. He has good broadcasting skills and had a key resume in the medical. Gupta isn't without controversy. He is known for debating Michael Moore about certain aspects of his half truth filled film of Sicko. In 2007, Sanjay Gupta ignored research indicating that thermsersol and its mercury-based preservative did cause autism. In 2007, Gupta went on CNN to state that no relationship exists between thimerosal and autism. There is even a study published in March 10, 2006 issue of American Physicians and Surgeons that reveals that since mercury was removed from childhood vaccines, the alarming increase in reported rates of autism and other neurological disorders in children dropped sharply. Independent researchers used the government’s own databases on childhood neurological disorders, including autism, before and after removal of mercury-based preservatives. As intelligence as Gupta is, why is he denying this epidemic and this evidence. It's interesting to not that there is a portion of the Homeland Security Act specifically to prevent parents from suing vaccines companies for vaccine damage (see the Autism Mercury Link page on the Autism Couch web page). That's sick since people have a right to sue corrupt companies if they want to, especially in dealing with children suffering from autism. Back in 1997, Gupta was a White House Fellow served as special advisor to then first lady Hillary Clinton. Gupta will be apart of the health care reform agenda (with some extremists wanting the government to micromanage every aspect of our health from birth to death. To his credit, even Barack Obama doesn't want a government run health care system). Sanjay Gupta is pro-abortion as well. He seems to oppose protections for pro-life medical professionals (i.e He seems to oppose not forcing doctors to do abortions when it is a violation of their consciences. The freedom of conscience is one staple of American society). Dave Shiflett, in a November 2003 column for National Review, said Gupta mirrored the views of a CNN news story on abortion and Down syndrome babies. Gupta supports killing the unborn is they have Down Syndrome (Gupta was editorializing the news from 2003 instead of giving unbiased information). Gupta even denies that the abortion drug RU-486 is dangerous when that drug killed many women. Gupta will have to be confirmed by the Senate if he is to be the new Surgeon General.

CFL light bulbs have been exposed as dangerous. Although, the British government wants to use CFLs to replace 100 Watt bulbs there in the name of fighting against "climate change." This restricts human choice of course. This bulbs won't save the world as its supporters maintain. The UK government wants to get rid of incandescent light bulb. As part of a “voluntary ban,” an intiative of the Nanny State, retailers are no longer replenishing their stock of the 100 watt low-tech incandescent bulbs in favor of the “compact fluorescent light” (CFL) bulbs. America and Europe want to phase out all incandescent bulbs by 2012. Cuba already banned incandescent bulbs. Venezuela and Canada are trying to do the same thing. Each CFL has dangers not only in its composition, but how to dispose of the material that is inside of the bulb. If a bulb burns out, in some areas consumers must call a special service to come and retrieve the bulbs instead of putting them in the regular household garbage where they can break open at the landfil. CFL bulbs can leak out 5 mg of mercury powder contained in it into the groundwater. There are no protocols to recycle such CFLs. It has mercury, which is an infamous neurotoxin. This is the truth that eco-extremists like Al Gore forgotten to tell his flock. There is a warning on the back on CFL packages, yet few realize this. If you break one, an environmental hazardous material company needs to clean it up which could cost thousands of dollars. Vacuuming the mercury powder could spread all over the house. The Maine Department of of Environmental Protection has released a report (.pdf) indicating that the mercury vapor from one broken bulb emits over 300 times the accepted level of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Mercury can't even be effectively flushed form the body by natural proceses. Mercury can of course develop brain damage and harm organs like the heart, liver, etc. The eco-extremists bash humans as bad, so they promote the CFLs. These dangerous bulbs have mercury in them and bulb can cause migraines. It's hypocritical to claim to be for the improvement of the environment then promote CFL bulbs that can harm the environment further.

Judith Miller from Fox News on January 8, 2009 outlined that the NYPD are trying to disrupt cell phones in an event of a "terrorist attack." The New York Police Department also are looking for ways to disrupt cell phone calls and other forms of electronic communication among "terrorists" in an event of another terror attack in NY according to Police Comissioner Raymond Kelly. The NYPD concluded (from studying the November attack in Mumba India. That attack was a 3 day rampage by machine gun and grendade-wielding Islamic militants. At least 165 people were killed and 304 people were wounded) that they wish to achieve that goal. Kelly wants to promotes his terrorism paranoia to the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. A draft copy of his statement was obtained by FOX News in advance of his appearance. Kelly wants law enforcement to disrupt cell phone calls and other communications during an attack. This violates numerous laws in America, espcially the freedom of speech. He justifies this when he cities the threats posed by the media when they disclose law enforcement tactics during live coverage that can get passed back to the attackers. That's erreneous since complex attacks continue for eons irrespective of the media or not. The NYPD has also been at odds with the Justice Department over its attempt to get the federal government to loosen up a law governing electronic surveillance. Under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA, warrants must be obtained to begin electronic monitoring of terror suspects, and the requests go through a multi-layered vetting process by the FBI and the Justice Department. The NYPD is the nation's largest city police force with about 36,000 members. Now, with the NYPD cameras, warrantless searches of people, and militarized police, why would Kelly want more police state actions. The only reason is that to continue on with the militarized, police state society that we are gradually going into.

Steven Ertelt from LifeNews.com Editor on January 7, 2009 wrote about how the University of Wisconsin Plan is sparking debate over babies surviving abortions. Wisconsin pro-life advocates are condemning a plan by physicians at the University of Wisconsin who are considering doing abortion. A group of UW Health physicians are considering doing abortions at the Madison Surgery Center. This plan revolves around UW Hospitals and Clincs, the UW Medical Foundation, and Meriter Hospital opening up a second-trimester abortion facility. Barbara Lyons is the director of Wisconsin Right to Life. She told LifeNes.com Wednesday that she condemned the idea. She said that the decision will re-ignite the debate over babies surviving failed abortion. This phenomenon occurs more frequently in later term abortions. Barbara said that this decision bring these medical facilities full circle back to the early 1980's (when 4 babies survived abortion attempts within their corridors). In the 1980's, UW attempted abortion unto babies up to the 26 week of the pregnancy. “Intense public outcry rose from these live births which were the subject of numerous media articles and prompted legislation which prohibited the performance of abortions at public hospitals. The measure passed in the Assembly but not in the Senate,” Lyons said. She said that the Wisconsin Right to Life and other group will work to overturn this decision. This work is life threatening indeed. Lyons said that now the UW wants to do second trimester abortion. Lyons and others will fight against this policy. They should since abortion is a terrible, murderous action.

The Associated Press from January 5, 2008 wrote about the family of a man killed by a BART officer will plan to sue. This shooting incident against an innocent man occured in Oakland, California. An attorney representing the family of a man slain by a transit agency officer on early New Year's Day says that they will file a multimillion dollar lawsuit. Attorney John Burris is the attorney of the family. He said that the family of 22 year old Oscar Grant plans to file a $25 million claim against the Bay Area Rapid Transit agency this week. Burris said that the shooting was intentional and plans to ask prosecutors to seek criminal charges against the officer. He reiterated that Grant, who was lying on his stomach waiting to be handcuffed, posed no threat when he was fatally shot around 2:15 am. KTVU recieved at least 2 videos of the incident and its prelude. One video showed 3 young men against a wall in the crowded Fruitvale station. Grant was seated on the floor with his back against the wall. Grant holds up his hands to plead with the police (Burris said that Grant was asking police to not use a taser. Grant said that don't tase me he has a 4 year old daughter). Seconds later, the police put Grant face down. One of the officers then stand up while another kneels on Grant. The officer standing up shots a bullet into Grant's back. It hit his lungs. He died 7 hours later. If the police who shot Grant won't get jail time, then the justice system is 100% finished (and the police have no constitutional oversight whatsoever). There is absolutely no justification to the events that has transpired. A cop kills an unarmed, innocent man in the back is not right at all. It doesn't matter who it is. Now, this exposes once against the epidemic of police brutality in America.

Secret Societies and infiltrators are every apparent. Many of the infiltrators are Jesuit trained. For example, Leon Penetta is the Barack Obama's administration pick for the Director of the CIA. The CIA is a Knight of Malta invention that has been involved in genocide, wars, assassinations, voting frauds, etc. for decades. Penetta is Jesuit trained. Now, you have Ray McGovern supporting Penetta since he believes that Penetta will clean up the CIA. Yet, Penetta willonly try to put up a left face in imperialism. See, imperialism in any other face is still imperialism. The war on terrorism will continue, the violence in the Middle East will carry forth, and new wars possibly in Pakistan might exist. John F. Kennedy was certainly accurate in his proclomation that the CIA ought to be abolished. We should deal with foreign affairs with representatives in our government, yet the CIA has so much blood on their hands, that a real change is in order. Not to mention that Penetta is aligned with the establishment being apart of the CFR-related Iraq Study Group. I recently found out that Roland Burris (the possible replacement for the Senate seat of Barack Obama) is a 32nd Degree Prince Hall Freemason. that's interesting since many African American elitists are members of Freemasonry, the CFR, and of course the Boule (which is a fraternity that some say is the head of the Black American establishment). Blagojevich picked him, so there was controversy about Burris. Even if you disagree with Burris' politics, I wouldn't judge him by what Blagojevich is accused of doing at all. Illinois Governor Blagojevich was impeached by his own Congress. The House achieved this action overwhelmingly on Friday. Rod Blagojevich vows to fight for his political and legal life until the end. He's confident that a Senate trial will properly exonerate him in Rod's mind. He ended the news conference by quoting a poem from "Ulysses" by Lord Alfred Tennyson, ending with: "To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield." Tennyson ironically was a Britian man who advocated global government.
