BRITISH INTELLIGENCE CHIEFS' CHIVALRIC ORDER MEMBERSHIPS, INCLUDING THE ORDER OF THE BATH & THE ORDER OF ST MICHAEL & ST GEORGE
QUOTE | Dear Eric Key Tavistock director John Rawlings Reese was an Officer of the Order of the British Empire. He was also the first President & Director of the World Federation for Mental Health & a UN consultant. The group (including Rees) that comprised the Tavistock Clinic became the Tavistock Institute after World War 2 & was funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. The postwar Tavistock was directed by a group (including Rees) known as the Interim Planning Committee who were focused on the Masonic-sounding Operation Phoenix. Eric: you are absolutely correct regarding the SIS (MI6) heads being almost members of the Order of Saint Michael & Saint George! The Grand Master of the Order (below its Sovereign, the Queen) is the Queen's cousin the Duke of Kent, also Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England of Freemasonry. Masonic President of Israel - & agent of Rome & London - Shimon Peres was as you know made an honorary member of the Order of St Michael & St George late lat year. Peres' good friend (see: http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid...icle%2FShowFull ) Javier Solana is also a knight of that Order. Solana holds the following EU positions: High Representative for the Common Foreign & Security Policy, Secretary General of both the Council of the European Union & the 10 permanent member Western European Union. He is a former NATO Secretary General & a CFR insider, among many other things. In 2003 he backed Colin Powell's speech to the UN Security Council claiming that Iraq had "Weapons of Mass Destruction" & in 2007 was awarded the tellingly-named Charlemagne Prize for his "distinguished services" on behalf of European (re)unification (under the Papacy). If there is a likely foreign asset (besides Peres) for the Jesuit General's Anglo-American Intelligence Network, it is Solana, the man who links Shimon Peres, the British/Commonwealth Queen, the Duke of Kent (Grand Master of the UGLE & First Principal of Royal Arch Masonry) & Rome. Here are my findings on the British Chivalric Order memberships of the heads of SIS/MI6, SS/MI5 & GCHQ, three of the main branches of the UK's Intelligence system - the others being involved with Defence. SIS/MI6 heads: I am unsure about Sir Hugh Sinclair, but all of the others were Knights of the Order of Saints Michael & George (or the Order of Saint George Michael as I call it!). In fact they were all Knight Commanders (KCMG), excepting Sir Maurice Oldfield who was a Knight Grand Cross (GCMG), which is the highest of the order's three classes. Sir John Alexander Sinclair was also a Companion of the (Order of the) Bath. The Order of the Bath (whose members wear the Maltese Cross) is effectively the third most senior of the British Orders of Chivalry due to the Order of St Patrick being in disuse, the Order of St Michael & St George is effectively the fourth for the same reason. Both orders consist of three classes. From top down: (1) Knight or Dame Grand Cross, (2) Knight or Dame Commander, (3) Companion. Presumably Sir John Sawers (due to take over the SIS next month) will carry receive a KCMG too. They (British & Commonwealth Intelligence officers) all serve the British Monarch (Sovereign of the Order of St John, the "Protestant" branch of the Pope's Order of Malta) - & thus the Papacy - anyway. GCHQ heads: Also interesting to note is that most heads of Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ - which along with MI6/SIS, MI5/SS & Defence Intelligence comes under the Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC)) were also members (& mostly all Knight Commanders) of the Order of St Michael & St George. Sir Francis Richards was also a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order - who also wear the Maltese Cross (see below). The Royal Victorian Order is effectively the sixth most senior of the British Orders of Chivalry (due to the Order of St Patrick & the Order of the Star of India being in disuse). Alastair Denniston was a Companion of the Order of St Michael &St George. The only ones who weren't members of that order were Sir David Omand (he was however a Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath), Sir Kevin Tebbit (he was however a Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath) & the present GCHQ head Iain Lobban (who is however a Companion of the Order of the Bath). SS/MI5 heads: The heads of the Secret Service (MI5) are more of a mixed bag (albeit made from more elite knighthood members). One - Sir Dick White - was a member of both the Order of the Bath & the Order of Saint Michael & Saint George, nine more were Order of the Bath members, four more were also Order of St Michael & St George members (one of whom - Sir Antony Duff - was also a member of the Royal Victorian Order). My research reveals the following: Order of the Bath (MI5 Directors General): KCB: Sir David Petrie, Sir Percy Sillitoe, Sir Dick White, Sir Martin Furnival Jones, Sir Michael Hanley, Sir John Jones, Sir Patrick Walker, Sir Stephen Lander. DCB: Dame Stella Rimington, Dame (now Baroness) Eliza Manningham-Buller. CB: Sir Roger Hollis. Order of St Michael & St George (MI5 Directors General): GCMG: Sir Antony Duff KCMG: Sir Vernon Kell, Sir Dick White, Sir Howard Smith. Royal Victorian Order ("a dynastic order of knighthood and a house order of chivalry recognizing distinguished personal servicesto the order's Sovereign, the reigning monarch of the Commonwealth realms, any members of her family, or any of her viceroys") (MI5 Directors General): CVO: Sir Antony Duff. No known British Chivalric Order membership details (MI5 Directors General): Brigadier Oswald Allen Harker (acting MI5 Director General following Kell's removal from office by Winston Churchill in 1940, although Kell was knighted for his services shortly before his death in 1942); Jonathan Evans (present MI5 Director-General).
