A National Emergency

President Barack Obama just declared a national emergency over the swine flu pandemic. People want to find out why. The CDC says that swine flu infections have peaks. The pandemic could be on its way out. The peak infection time was the middle of October. This was when 1 in 5 children in America had the flu according to the CDC. Out of nearly 14,000 suspected flu cases tested during the week ending on October 10, 2009, 99.6% of those were influenza A, and the vast majority of those were confirmed as H1N1 swine flu infections. Why would President Obama made such a declaration if the H1N1 pandemic is peaking. The White House believes that this course of action would allow hospitals to better handle surge in patients by allowing them to bypass certain federal laws. The emergency power violate the Bill of Rights. The reason is that when a national emergency is declared, the federal government can force people mandatory swine flu vaccinations at gunpoint, quarantine people, and enter homes without a search warrant (and the destruction of belongings or structures classified as a threat to public health). This nullifies the Bill of Rights. If a President declares a national emergency, the right of due process, the right to not have a government search and seizure, and the right to remain silent (to avoid self incrimination) are gone. An emergency could make forced vaccination a reality. The number of folks killed by swine flu is far less than the people killed each year from seasonal flu according to the CDC statistics. People obviously aren’t dropping dead by the millions from H1N1 influenza. Most people are just getting mild flu symptoms and a few days later they’re fine. There is a fabricated emergency by Big Pharma and others to sell more vaccines. Now, New York have given up on its efforts to require mandatory vaccinations of health care workers. Some view this action as trying to stop a large number of planned protests from health freedom conscious people who don't want the government to force poisons in our veins. This could cause resistance nationwide against the vaccines. The emergency powers are in place, so Big Pharma can increase the risk to make mandate vaccinations that much closer (while more supplies of the vaccines are coming in November).

The AP again confirms that the Hyde Amendment doesn't prevent abortion funding in the heath care bill. White House press Secretary Robert Gibbs still believes that the Hyde Amendment would prevent taxpayer funding of abortion in the heath care bills. The Associated proves that the Hyde Amendment stops abortion in Medicaid, but this doesn't aplly to new health care bills as pro-groups have been saying all along. "Currently a law called the Hyde amendment bars federal funding for abortion - except in cases of rape and incest or if the mother's life would be endangered - and applies those restrictions to Medicaid," AP writer Erica Werner reports. "Separate laws apply the restrictions to the federal employee health plan and military and other programs." "But the Democrats' health overhaul bill would create a new stream of federal funding not covered by the restrictions," AP confirms. National Right to Life federal legislative director Douglas Johnson responded to the AP article in comments to Lifenews.com. He said that it's right about the Hyde Amendment not applying to health care bills. "There are at least two major pro-abortion components in the House bill. The AP story does a pretty good job of explaining one of them -- the new program that would provide government subsidies to help people buy private health insurance," he said. "As the story explains, the pro-life side is fighting to prevent these new subsidies from going to plans that cover elective abortion," Johnson added. The AP article according to Johnson fail to mention that the bill also create a nationwide health plan that the federal government would operate directly the public plan and explicitly authorizes this government program to pay for elective abortions. According to Johnson, the bill would allow the federal government to directly fund aboartions using federal funds and under the public plan (this is a sharp break from decades of federal policy). So, health care reform should eliminate any abortion funding completely.

There are other groups related to the Jesuits that few know about. One is called the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. This group was once headed by Michael Sabbah (who is the Latin Patriach and Archbishop of Jerusalem). Sabbah's replacement is Patriach/Archbishop & OHS Grand Prior is the Jordanian Fouad Twal, who was recently quoted as saying “we don’t want to be beggars with a licence. I don’t like this. We need a political horizon…” Fouad Twal is a Catholic Archbsihop. He was the vicar of Ramallah. He was concrecrated to the episcopate on July 22 later that year. In 1995, the territorial prelature was elevated to become the Diocese of Tunis, and Twal was made an archbishop ad personam. In 2005, Pope Benedict XVI named him the coadjutor archbishop of Jerusalem. He succeeded Michel Sabbah as the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem in 2008. Of course, Twal wants a Palestinian state as the Vatican desires. The Grand Master of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre is John Patrick Carinal Foley, and the Grand Master Emeritus is Carlo Cardinal Furno. There is also a England plus Wales Equestrian Order. According to Eric Jon Phelps, Bush is a good friend of a member of the EOHS (who is an Episocpalian minister). So, these organizations are being exposed in our day and age. Chris Pinto has a new film called "A Lamp in the Dark: The Untold History of the Bible." This film lasts 3 hours and talks about the history of the Bible, the Reformers, the heresies of Romanism, and the evil agenda of the Jesuit Order. It's a great movie and it's one of a kind. It even shows the history of the Christian martyrs that died, so we could have a chance to have religious liberty and read the Bible in America at our leisure.

Jerome Corsi wrote that the North American integration plan has been supported by the CFR and it didn't end with the Bush administration. Corsi feels is still going forward in the Barack Obama adminstration. Thomas D'Aquino is the CEO and President of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives. This is the Canadian counterpart to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He admitted in an interview that the Council on Foreign Relations was the prime mover in establishing the Security and Prosperity Partership of North America or the SPP. This interview has been published in the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel on October 4 in Canada. The SPP wasn't some conspiracy theory. It was a real group of unelected bureaucrates wanting North American integration (organized by the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and the CFR in America). d'Aqunio said that President Barack wants North American integration (in the guise of the North American Leaders Summit) as along as the North American Competitiveness Council can be recast to have more environmentalists plus union leaders. d'Aquino said that the SPP started asa response to the 9/11 attacks (in the need to work for North American needs while claiming to promote border security). With this goal in mind, d'Aquino explained that the CCCE by 2003 had "launched an agenda that we called the North American Security and Prosperity Initiative, or NASPI." The term "Security and Prosperity" was first used by the Canadian Council of Chief Executives in a January 23, 2003 in a report entitled, "Security and Prosperity: Toward a New Canada-United States Partenership in North America." d'Aquino bought the idea to CFR President Richard Haass and agreed with it (along with a trilateral task force to make a more international North America. He recruited John Manley on Canada's side, along with William Weld, former governor of Massachusetts, and Pedro Aspe, the former Mexican economy minister, who had been so influential in promoting NAFTA). The CFR made a task force document in 2004 about creating a North American community. By 2005, Bush, Paul Martin, and Vicente Fox united in supporting the SPP by their March 23, 2005 meeting in Waco, TX as a trilateral summit. The final task force report, titled "Building a North American Community," was issued in March 2005, immediately following the Waco summit (This CFR report wanted more financial aid to Mexico, a security border around North America, and a new North American tribunal to settle disputes). It wanted a 2010 North American economic and security community as well. "At their next summit meeting, in 2006, the three leaders invited leading members of the CEO communities in the three countries to provide private-sector input on issues related to competitiveness," he continued. "From that idea, the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC) was born, to be composed of 10 frontline CEOs from each of Canada, the United States and Mexico." That plan was implemented. The NACC had another SPP summit in Montebello, Quebec in August of 2007 plus New Orleans in 2008. The SPP and now the NACC (plus the North American Leaders Summit) is similar to the prelude of a North American Union (which like the EU wants to integrate trade into a unelected bureaucratic body). The North American Competitiveness Council is composed of 30 North American business executives hand-picked, 10 each by the Chambers of Commerce of the three countries. Barack Obama wants this agenda to continue under the name of the North American Leaders Summit (as Obama, Mexican President Cadleron, and Canadian Prime Minister Harper meet each other in Guadalajara, Mexico in August of 2008). So, the new world order agenda is still alive.

Other News are occuring. Franklin Graham is preaching in a Communist registered church in China. Franklin is the son of Billy Graham. This place was the registered Three Self Communist church in China. It's called Bethel Church of Baoding. It's the 2nd largest church in China. It's illegal for unregistered churches to exist in China. If they exist, church members can go into prison. The registered church are under such harsh government restrictions that they forbid them to do things like have Sunday Schools or preach the gospel outside of times and venues approved by the Communist government. Many Chinese heroes refuse these immoral restrictions and obey god more than man. So, they are locked up for expressing their faith. The Three-Self Patriotic Movement and the China Christian Council were founded by the brutal Mao Tse Tung as a tool to control the churches. The former head of the Three Self movement was K. H. Ting, who was a theological modernist and a master of Chinese communist propaganda. People who preach in a registered church either don't know the history behind such religious places or are compromsing the fiath of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Possibly it's not that at all, possibly you are not up to date on what is happening in China today. It's not about the history of something, it's about today, and today in China, conservative evangelical Bible-believing pastors are leading many Three-Self churches, and people are getting saved by the thousands. The church you so freely dismiss, Bethel Church in Baoding, has just dedicated a multi-story Christian Education building to do the very thing you say is forbidden, for Sunday School and Christian education and evangelism training.

I've studied China for years, so I'm up to date. A registered church is still a registered. Saving souls is fine and you have no qualms abotu that. Yet, China like America out to promote total religious freedom. Both nations don't and that's true. I will not back down my premise that registered churches exist in China, China's forced abortion policy is real, and China's Internet censorship is worse than America's Internet policy. I don't dismiss everyone in a church doing the right thing. I dismiss an immoral policy (that only allows its services under registered). You ignore the underground Churches in China being murdered and jailed for just expressing themselves independent of the Chinese dictatorship.
