The Dallas Police claimed that Oswald declined their offer of legal assistance. Does this sound like a man who said, "Come back next week" ?





Sgt. Gerald Hill of the Dallas Police lies that Oswald pulled the trigger but the handgun misfired in the Texas Theater. The FBI found that the weapon had NOT misfired and that the mark on the primer was caused by something other than a firing pin. The Warren Commission never attempted to find out the cause of the mark.
